Abstract

In order to preserve justice and the truth, student organizations and movements support students in expressing their goals. Along with developing their interests, skills, and innovations, students can also become more perceptive and logical. The purpose of this study is to ascertain whether student groups at the Islamic College "Ma'had Aly Al-Hikam" in Malang have an impact on the development of leadership qualities. Quantitative research methodologies are used in this work. Researchers utilize questionnaires to gather data. Validity testing, reliability tests, traditional assumption tests, and hypothesis tests utilizing basic linear regression tests are all used by researchers during the data analysis and processing process. It is possible to draw the conclusion that student organizations significantly impact the development of leadership character based on the data analysis results. This can be demonstrated by comparing the significance value with a probability value of 0.05, which is the outcome of the simple linear regression analysis test. A significance value of 0.001 <0.05 was determined using the Coefficients table's significance value. According to this study, student organizations have a 76.4% impact on how leadership character is formed; other factors account for the remaining 23.6%. Furthermore, it is believed that the independent variable has a significant impact on the dependent variable, as indicated by the R-Square determination coefficient (R2) of 0.764. This suggests that H1 is accepted and the hypothesis Ho is rejected. Thus, it can be said that the variable of leadership character building (Y) is influenced by the student organization variable (X).

Abstract

This study aims to reconstruct the epistemology of educational leadership by examining educational philosophy within the leadership practices of a female school principal with a Master’s background in science education at SMP Terpadu Cendekia Insani Situbondo during the 2016–2020 period. Employing a qualitative approach and an intrinsic case study design, the research analyzes data obtained through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The findings reveal that the leadership style implemented integrates scientific rationality with humanistic and spiritual values, resulting in a collaborative, participatory, and reflective leadership pattern. The epistemological reconstruction that emerges underscores that educational leadership is not merely technical or administrative, but a reflective process involving values, context, and epistemological awareness. The study contributes to the development of a new perspective on educational leadership grounded in the integration of scientific knowledge and humanistic principles, while positioning educational philosophy as an analytical lens in leadership studies. These findings hold significant implications for educational policy development, principal training programs, and future research in reflective and contextual leadership.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the implementation of the Independent Curriculum management and teacher teaching strategies on improving student character at SMK Negeri 1 Sangatta Utara. This study was field research with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The study population was all 230 11th-grade students at SMK Negeri 1 Sangatta Utara, with a sample of 115 respondents drawn using Suharsimi Arikunto's formula. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that the implementation of the Independent Curriculum management had a significant effect on improving student character by 60.85%, while teacher teaching strategies had a 15.95% effect. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.768 indicates that the two independent variables together contributed 76.8% to student character improvement, while the remaining 23.2% was influenced by factors outside the study. Therefore, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Independent Curriculum management has a more dominant influence than teacher teaching strategies on student character development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan gamifikasi dalam pembelajaran numerasi serta dampaknya terhadap motivasi dan keterlibatan belajar siswa sekolah dasar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan subjek 32 siswa kelas V di SDN Ketintang IV Surabaya. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes kemampuan numerasi, angket respon siswa, dan observasi aktivitas belajar selama penerapan gamifikasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan menghitung rata-rata, persentase, dan kategori respon siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan gamifikasi dalam pembelajaran numerasi memperoleh respon sangat positif dari siswa (88%), khususnya pada aspek motivasi dan kesenangan belajar. Selain itu, terjadi peningkatan rata-rata skor numerasi dari 67,5 sebelum perlakuan menjadi 82,3 setelah pembelajaran berbasis gamifikasi. Observasi juga menunjukkan bahwa siswa lebih aktif, antusias, dan kolaboratif selama kegiatan berlangsung. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa gamifikasi mampu mengubah pembelajaran numerasi dari aktivitas yang menegangkan menjadi pengalaman belajar yang menyenangkan dan bermakna.

Abstract

This study aims to explore how an Islamic boarding school-based anti-bullying program can build public trust by utilizing religious values and local wisdom. Bullying in educational settings has eroded public trust, prompting the need for effective prevention programs. The research integrates four key educational dimensions: students, parents, teachers/administrators, and the government, to address this issue. Using a qualitative case study approach, this study examines the role of Islamic boarding schools in fostering mutual respect and creating a safe learning environment. The program involves peer educators and parents as key observers, helping to detect bullying early and provide social support. Findings show that collaboration among these parties enhances bullying prevention, promotes a sense of security, and rebuilds public trust in Islamic boarding schools. The study contributes to developing a model for bullying prevention in Islamic educational settings, emphasizing the importance of cooperation between schools, families, and the government. Public trust is built by demonstrating a commitment to student welfare, grounded in the synergy of the four pillars of education.

Abstract

Indonesia, as one of the countries with the largest Muslim populations in the world, has implemented Sharia Accounting Standards (PSAK) to ensure that the recording and presentation of financial transactions in Islamic financial institutions comply with Sharia principles. One of these standards is PSAK 405, which regulates mudharabah accounting and has been effective since January 1, 2024, as part of the renumbering of Sharia Accounting Standards from the 1xx series to the 4xx series. This study aims to examine the implementation of PSAK 405 in mudharabah contracts at BMT Mandiri Ukhuwah Persada (BMT MUDA) Surabaya. This research employs a qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation during the period from January 2025 to June 2025. The results indicate that BMT MUDA has fully implemented PSAK 405, covering the aspects of recognition, measurement, presentation, and disclosure. Mudharabah investments are recognized at the time of fund disbursement, measured at the amount of funds provided, and presented in the financial statements at their carrying value. Losses are recognized provided that they are not caused by the negligence of the fund manager. Disclosures include business performance reports, profit-sharing ratios, loss provisions, and mudharabah business activities. However, standard operating procedures in business performance reporting still need to be improved to minimize the potential for fraud.

Abstract

Pembelajaran fiqih tidak hanya membutuhkan teori, tetapi juga praktik, karena siswa harus menunjukkan kemampuan mereka dalam melaksanakan ibadah, khususnya haji. Pembelajaran haji tidak cukup hanya melalui persiapan teori untuk memperkuat pemahaman siswa, tetapi juga membutuhkan penyajian praktik dan media yang tepat agar mampu menjelaskan materi Manasik Haji. Miniatur Manasik Haji berbasis digital ini sangat diperlukan, karena siswa saat ini cenderung lebih menyukai media pembelajaran berbasis digital. Oleh karena itu, peneliti mengembangkan materi pengajaran Manasik Haji miniatur berbasis digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji kelayakan dan efektivitas materi pengajaran Manasik Haji miniatur untuk siswa kelas V Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (R&D) menggunakan model ADDIE, yang dikembangkan oleh Dick dan Carey. Materi pengajaran ini dikembangkan menggunakan model ADDIE yang mencakup tahapan Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Bahan Ajar Manasik Haji Miniatur Berbasis Digital efektif diberikan kepada siswa kelas V Madrasah Ibtidaiyah dengan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa yang mencapai 75,9%. Bahan ajar Manasik Haji Miniatur ini telah divalidasi oleh beberapa validator dari tim ahli, ahli media atau desain, dan ahli materi atau pembelajaran dengan nilai kumulatif rata-rata 87,5%, sehingga bahan ajar ini layak diterapkan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Bahan ajar ini telah diuji pada siswa kelas V MI, baik skala kecil, menengah, dan besar dengan nilai akhir kumulatif 75,9%, yang menunjukkan tingkat pencapaian yang tinggi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis penerapan Break Even Point dan margin kontribusi pada UMKM berbasis ekonomi biru dengan mengambil kasus UMKM "Dunia Laut" di Kedung Cowek, Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan dokumentasi keuangan yang kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan validasi triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UMKM ini memiliki BEP yang tidak tetap, melainkan berubah-ubah mengikuti musim penangkapan ikan dan kondisi cuaca. Margin of safety berada dalam kondisi yang cukup rentan meskipun masih dalam batas aman, sedangkan degree of operating leverage tergolong tinggi yang berarti laba sangat sensitif terhadap perubahan volume penjualan. Strategi diversifikasi produk dengan margin kontribusi yang bervariasi antara 25-45% terbukti dapat menjaga stabilitas keuangan walaupun biaya transportasi meningkat pada saat cuaca buruk. Penelitian ini menemukan perbedaan mendasar antara UMKM maritim dengan UMKM konvensional, terutama dalam hal dinamika BEP dan struktur biaya operasional. Secara praktis, penelitian ini merekomendasikan penerapan sistem prediksi musiman untuk perencanaan produksi, optimalisasi portofolio produk, pembangunan kemitraan strategis dengan nelayan lokal, dan perlunya dukungan infrastruktur dari pemerintah. Dari sisi teoritis, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada literatur akuntansi manajemen dengan memperkenalkan konsep BEP dinamis khususnya pada sektor maritim.

Abstract

Local boutiques must continue to be unique and have a distinct identity in the very competitive fashion sector. The purpose of this study is to examine how HS Modiste Boutique creates distinctiveness by fusing contemporary, fashionable designs with painstakingly crafted details. Direct observation at the boutique, in-depth interviews with the owner and clients, and the use of questionnaires are all part of the qualitative research. The results show that HS Modiste's dedication to manual crafting techniques and careful material selection produces unique creative value and quality in the marketplace. Additionally, the boutique's adaptability and relevance to current consumer needs are ensured by its capacity to incorporate modern aspects, such as contemporary colors and patterns. Delivering aesthetically pleasing, highly functional clothing that appeals to a variety of consumer groups is the foundation of HS Modiste's success, establishing it as a local company that prioritizes building a resilient and inclusive economy requires data systems, speeding digital integration, and diversifying growth through the industrial, export, and digital sectors. The report suggests a coordinated strategy that combines immediate treatments with long-term structural changes.

Abstract

Post-COVID-19 has increasingly highlighted the strategic role of the real sector, particularly cooperativesand Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), as the keyy drivers of national economic recoveryand inclusion. However, fundamental questions remain regarding the extent of their roles andcontributions, as well as the factors that support their success in driving economic growth amid postpandemicdynamics. This study examines the role of cooperatives in Indonesia's economic growth, examinethe contribution of MSMEs to the national economy, and identify the supporting factors behind theirsuccess. The study employs only a descriptive qualitative method with a literature review approach,examining various scientific sources including books, journals, and relevant articles. The results indicatethat MSMEs contribute approximately 61% to the GDP and absorb nearly 97% of the workforce, whilecooperatives play a role through providing access to capital, business services, and equitable distributionof business surplus to members. Key supporting factors include government policy support, access tofinancing, human resource development, and the adoption of digital technology. This study suggests thatthe synergy between cooperatives and MSMEs, supported by appropriate policy interventions anddigitalization, has the potential to make both sectors inclusive, competitive, and sustainable drivers ofIndonesia's economic growth.
