Abstract

Abstract: this reaserchis motivated by the mutual cooperation as a characteristic of the Indonesian nation that has been passed down for generation which is listed in the third principle of Pancasila namely the unity of Indonesian. The mutual cooperation character in Riau region is initialy driven by traditional leader’s policies in fostering their generation in achieving unity and entity in community life. The same as the tradition of Batobo which is carried out by malay people, especially in Kuantan Singingi district which has been carried out for generation. The formulation of the problem in this research is to find out wheter there Pancasila values in the Batobo tradition in Teluk Beringin village, Gunung Toar subdistrict Kuantan Singingi district. The population in this reaserch is the people of Teluk Beringin village. While the sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique which is as many as 16 people from Tobo group members and Ninik Mamak who understand more about the Batobo tradition in Teluk Beringin village, Gunung Toar subdistrict, Kuantan Singingi district. The data collection technique in tihs reaserch are observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this reaserch is descriptive quantitative by using the formula P = F/N x 100%. Based on the result of the reaserch, it can be concluded that from 16 respondents in the procession before going down to the field or rice field the respondents who state Yes that Batobo tradition contains the values of Pancasila is 95,5%, who state No is 4,5%, then when they are going down to the field or rice field. The respondents who state Yes that batobo tradition contains the values of Pancasila is 67,2%, who state No is 32,8%, and after going down to the field or rice field the respondent who state Yes is 100%, and who state No is 0%. So this reaserch proves that in the Batobo tradition in Teluk Beringin village, Gunung Toar subdstrict Kuantan Singingi district is contained the Pancasila values.Key Words: Pancasila Values, Batobo Tradition

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by a shift in Javanese traditional marriage in Yogyakarta in the District of Tapung in the Kampar District in the manner in which the marriage is conducted. The formulation of the problem of this research is "What aspects have changed in the Javanese Customary Marriage Procedure in the District of Tapung Kabuapten Kampar", "What factors influence changes in the procedures for traditional Javanese marriage in the District of Tapung Kabuapten Kampar". The purpose of this study was to find out what aspects were changed in the customary Javanese marriage procedures in the District of Tapung Kabuapten Kampar. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. The research respondents took 5 informants, from community informants representing the community in Tapung District, Kampar Regency. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive qualitative methods. The results of the study prove that there was indeed a change in several stages of the event being held such as: the preparatory stage before the wedding, the implementation stage which was previously carried out in detail, but now people prefer to carry out events that are considered important. This is influenced by several factors such as: internal factors namely invention (new discoveries), increasing and decreasing population. Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted to determine the benefits of PPKn video tutorials (the topic the effect of advancements in science and technology on the Republic of Indonesia), particularly in supporting online learning activities during the current coronavirus pandemic. The wording of the problem in this study this how PPKn benefits video tutorias (the topic in the influence of scientific and technological progress on the Republic of Indonesia) from class XII students of SMKN Pertanian Terpadu Riau Province. This Study aims to determine the benefits of PPKn video tutorials (the topic of the influence of scientific and technological progress on NKRI) in class XII student of SMKN Pertanian Terpadu Riau Province.The advantage of this research is that it can be used as a reference source for schools and subject teachers, in particular by enhancing creativityin the teaching throgh video tutorials. In this study, the writer will present the data resulting from the research conducted by the writer at the research site, which is being conducted at SMKN Pertanian Terpadu, Riau province on Jl. Kaharudin Nasution, KM. 10 Marpoyan Damai Subdistrict Maharatu Village RT/RW 03/02 poscode 282824. This study was conducted in September-December 2020. This study used techniques for collecting interview data, questionnaires and documentation. In this study, the population was 456 students, so the authors took a sample of 20% of the total population. Thus, the number of samples in this study was 91 students as respondents who completed the author's research questionnaire using the Proportional Random Sampling technique using the Suharsimi Arikunto formula. The results of this research have been analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques that aim to gain an overview of the respondents' answers to the research variables used. Based on the results of the study, the results of the mean presentation value of the alternative answers for the dominant respondents were determined to be 79.89%, with range ii being in the category 'Very useful' with presence in the range from 50.01-75%. Therefore, the analysis of the benefits of the PPKn instructional video (the topic of the influence of scientific and technological progress on the Republic of Indonesia) of class XII students of Riau Province Integrated Agriculture Vocational High School is very helpful.Key Words: Video Tutorial

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine people's perceptions of the role Parsahutaon levies in the preservation of the Toba Perantau Batak community marriage tradition in DesaTanah Merah , Kecamatan Siak Hulu . The total population in this study was the entire community of Toba Batak tribes who were married in DesaTanah Merah, Kecamatan Siak Hulu , amounting to 186 families and the sample of this study amounted to 18 families. Data collection techniques are questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis using Descriptive Quantitative. The results showed that data on public perceptions of the role of the Parsahutaon Dos Roha Collection in the Pelesratian Marriage of the Toba Perantau Batak Society in Desa Tanah Merah , Kecamatan Siak Hulu as a whole from 18 respondents stated Yes. This is appropriate in the percentage of 70.20% said to be "Good", 15.65% of respondents perceive sometimes and 13.38% of respondents have never shared the role of Parsahutaon Dos Roha's Levies in Preservation of the Toba Perantau Batak Community Marriage Tradition in Desa Tanah Merah Kecamatan Hulu. Thus it was concluded that the Community Perception of the Role of Parsahutaon Dos Roha in Preserving the Marriage Tradition of the Toba Perantau Batak Community in Desa Tanah Merah, Kecamatan Siak Hulu was Good. That is 70,20 % according to the benchmark number of those who answered Yes in the range of 66.67% -100% "GOOD.Keywords: Perception, Parsahutaon Levies, Preservation of Marriage Traditions

Abstract: This study aims to determine the Types of Leadership of theCommander and Deputy Commander of Battalion 041 / Indrabuana University StudentRegiment, Riau University. The formulation of the problem in this study is What is thetype of leadership of the Commander and Deputy Commander of the Student Regimentin the University of Riau Student Regiment UKM. This research uses a qualitativeapproach. The informants examined using the Snowball sampling technique were theRiau University Student Regiment Commander, Deputy University Regiment StudentCommander, Head of Operations Section III, Head of Section IV Logistics, andMembers of the Riau University Student Regiment. Data collection techniques arecarried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysistechniques using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions.Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the Type ofLeadership in the Commander and Deputy Commander of Battalion 041 / IndrabuanaUniversity Students in Riau University is a type of militarized leadership which is a typeof leader who has high discipline and usually likes formal matters. Abstract

Abstract : This research was conducted in Pulau Tinggi Village, Kampar Subdistrict, Kampar District. This research was motivated by the low level of community participation in the election of the Pulau Tinggi village head for the period 2017-2023. The formulation of the problem in this study is: What was the cause of the community choosing Golongan Putih (White Group) in the election of the Head of Pulau Tinggi Village Period 2017-2023? This study aims to determine the causes of the Golongan Putih (White Group) community in the election of the Head of Pulau Tinggi Village for the period 2017-2023. The population in this study is the Golongan Putih (White Group) community in the election of the Pulau Tinggi Village in the period 2017-2023. The sample in this study amounted to 57 people. Based on the results of the study indicate that there are factors affecting the Golongan Putih community in the election of the head of Pulau Tinggi village for the period 2017-2023. Where there are two factors affecting the abstention community in the election of the head of Pulau Tinggi Village for the period 2017-2023. 1. Apathetic respondent's answer Yes 72.5% while responde answers No 27.5%. 2. Respondent's cynicism Yes 63% while respondent answers No 37%.Keywords : Golongan Putih, Election of Village Heads

Abstract: This research is motivated by the many people of the Akit people who do not understand political problems, so that many parties are not responsible for abusing the situation. The formulation of the problem in this study is "What are the Types of Political Culture of the Akit Tribe of Bantan Tengah Village in Bantan District of Bengkalis Regency and the Factors That Cause the Type of Political Culture of the Akit Tribe of Bantan Tengah Village of Bantan District". This study aims to determine What Type of Political Culture of the Akit Tribe of Bantan Tengah Village Bantan District of Bengkalis Regency and Factors That Cause the Type of Political Culture of the Akit Tribe of Bantan Tengah District of Bantan District. Researchers do not use the term population, only using the term sample this is due to researchers using a purposive sampling technique, namely the determination of the sample technique with consideration or certain criteria and researchers using a sample of 10 people from the Akit people. This research was conducted in Bantan District, Bengkalis Regency, conducted in June to July 2019. This research used a qualitative descriptive approach and the data collection techniques used Observation, Interview and Documentation, and data analysis techniques were carried out through the stages of reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions So in this research, it is proven that the Akit community has a type of political culture, that is, the community has low political participation and the factors that influence the type of political culture of the Akit community are the education level, the economic level and the communication media.Key Words : Types of Political Culture, Akit Tribes

Abstract: This research is motivated by the lack of interest in the younger generation of the Berzanji tradition which will lead to drastic extinctions, lack of curiosity will cause various symptoms such as lack of knowledge of the Daik tradition. So the authors take the title of the research "Factors Causing the Lack of Interest of Young Generation Interest in the Adoration of Promising in Daik Lingga Regency, Riau Islands Province" The formulation of the problem in this study is what factors cause the lack of interest of the Young Generation in the Adoration Tradition in Daik Lingga Regency, Riau Islands Province? The purpose of this study was to determine the factors causing the lack of interest of the younger generation in the tradition of Adoration in Daik Lingga Regency, Riau Islands Province. This research is qualitative. Data collection techniques in this study are, observation, interview and documentation. Abstract: Abstract: Abstract: This research is motivated by the factors that cause changes in the tradition of silat in marriage customs in the muara lembucommunity of the singingi sub-district of Kuantan singingi district, where this silat is usually carried out in a traditional wedding but today the tradition is very rarely carried out by the estuary of the ox. The formulation of the problem in this study is "what are the factors that cause changes in the silat tradition in marriage customs in the Muara Lembu community, Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi District". This study aimed at determine the factors that cause changes in the tradition of silat in the customs of marriage in the Muara Lembu District community. Singingi Regency of Kuantan Singingi. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. The respondents of this study were 7 people: 2 ninik mamak, 1 silat trainer, 2 silat players and 2 community members. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive qualitative methods. The results in this study are that there are 2 factors that cause changes in the tradition of silat in the custom of marriage in the estuary community of the cattle singing district of Kuantan singingi district, namely external factors and internal factors. External factors are the influence of other cultures and internal factors, namely: the discovery of new discoveries as well as the increase and decrease in population.Key Words: Factors That Cause Change, Silat Tradition

Abstract

Abstract: The background of this research is a problem which appear in making and forming lesson plan. The formulation of this problem is how Teachers Perception on Kemendikbud Form Letter Number 14 in 2019 About Lesson Plan Simplification in Sub-District XII Koto Kampar Senior High School and how the lesson plan implementation in performing sub-district XII Koto Kampar senior high school learning. The aim of this research is to know teachers perception on Kemendikbud form letter number 14 in 2019 about lesson plan simplification and to know the lesson plan implementation in performing sub-district XII Koto Kampar senior high school learning. The advantages of this research are enhancing knowledge, insight and understanding as to teachers’ perception on Kemendikbud form letter number 14 in 2019 about lesson plan simplification, sources and as consideration for all parties especially teachers in educational world for education quality. The analytical technique which is using in this research is quantitative descriptive, questionnaires for the data collection instrument which contains of 21 questions with 6 indicators and total sampling as the research sample. The population of this research is sub-district XII Koto Kampar senior high schools’ teachers. This research has been concluded by looking for the result which is teachers’ perception on Kemendikbud form letter number 14 in 2019 about lesson plan simplification in place “SangatBaik”. Responders who answered “SangatSetuju” with total 63.58% adding up with the result of responders who answered “Setuju” with total 32.66% is 96.24%. This range placed in category “Sangat Baik” with range 75.01% - 100%. The result of teachers’ perception on Kemendikbud form letter number 14 in 2019 about lesson plan simplificationsub-district XII Koto Kampar senior high school occurred in range “SangatBaik”.Kata Kunci: Teachers’ Perception, Form Letter Number 14 in 2019
