Abstract

Teachers must be able to make various innovations in learning. One of the innovations that can be made is in learning media in order to foster student learning motivation. Learning media is an important component in improving the quality of interaction between teachers and students and between students and their learning environment. Teachers must have good skills in choosing and using learning media. This study aims to describe and analyze audio, visual, and audio-visual media innovations in learning the Indonesian language and literature to improve student learning creativity at MI Ma'arif NU 1 Sokanegara Purbalingga. To obtain the data, the researcher used observation, interview, and questionnaire techniques. Data analysis was done qualitatively. The results showed that teachers at MI Ma'arif NU 1 Sokanegara Purbalingga had already innovated in learning media. The media used can function well in the learning process and can stimulate students' imagining and thinking so that students are able to issue new ideas according to the learning theme. The media most often used by teachers in learning is audio-visual media. This medium is able to increase students' creativity because of its convenience, transparency, objectivity, and flexibility.

Abstract

Proses produksi dalam suatu industri mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting untuk kelancaran produksi suatu produk. Salah satu penunjang kelancaran proses produksi adalah adanya alat bantu kerja. Alat-alat bantu, pengadaan bahan baku harus sesuai dengan kebutuhan, serta fasilitas lain yang berhubungan dengan proses produksi baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Pabrik kerupuk ikan cap tengiri di kota Probolinggo industri kecil yang berbisnis dibidang olahan ikan. Metode pengolahan termasuk masih tradisional dan manual terutama penggunaan tangan kanan dan kiri secara berulang-ulang di bagian pemindahan dari bagian penggorengan ke pengemasan. Para pekerja mengangkat tempat kerupuk  matang ke pengemasan dengan hanya 1 wadah saja dan hal tersebut dilakukan berulang kurang lebih selama 5 jam. Hal tersebut sering membuat kondisi kurang nyaman bagi pekerja terutama pada bagian tangan dan punggung.

Ditemukannya motor bakar siklus Otto tahun 1867, dan tahun 1892 Rudolf Diesel menemukan mesin diesel sebagai mesin penggerak banyak dinikmati manfaatnya sebagai mesin penggerak utama dalam menjalankan kapalDalam mengoperasikan dan melayani mesin diesel kapal terdapat beberapa system yang seharusnya mendapat perhatian dan perlakuan dengan baik agar mesin diesel kapal dapat bekerja dengan optimalBeberapa hal yang seharusnya mendapatkan perhatian dalam pengoperasian dan pelayanan mesin diesel kapal tersebut antara lain adalah system bahan bakar. Kata kunci : Sistem Bahan bakar dan peralatan dari system bahan bakar mesin diesel kapal

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find answers to why the value of local wisdom is the basis for building Copyright law and how the construction of Copyright law based on the value of local wisdom provides creative freedom and can improve people's welfare. The paradigm in this research is Legal Constructivism, with a socio-legal research approach.  The social setting is the written batik community. Primary data was obtained by interview and observation, while secondary data was obtained by document study. Primary data were analyzed using the four-step model of Mathew B. Miles and A. Michel Huberman. Secondary data were analyzed using hermeneutics. The results of the study show that if copyright law is not based on local wisdom values, it has the consequence that copyright law does not work well, because the legal values do not match the values of local wisdom and are unable to protect communal copyrights. Society becomes ambiguous, and people are not prosperous because they do not have the freedom to be creative in their work. The values of local wisdom are the basis for building copyright law. The value of local wisdom can protect copyrighted works that are communal. Local wisdom can improve the welfare of the community. The ideal construction of copyright law reconstructs its structure, substance, and culture. The principles of supporting new copyrights are the principles of justice, economy, culture, social, communal ownership, availability of access, and an integrated strategy.

Abstract

Banyu Biru is a natural lake in Sumber Rejo Village, Winongan District, Pasuruan Regency. There are local fishes in the Banyu Biru called sengkaring and tambra. Biological studies on these fishes are not so much known. This study aims to identify the relationship of sengkaring and tambra compared with the related species ( Tor spp.: Cyprinidae) from Indonesia. Morphometric analysis can be used to clustering and understanding the relationship of taxa. Each species represents 17 specimens (Tambra and Sengkaring) and measured 22 characters (in mm) by using digital caliper and the additional characters (21 characters). The canonical, clustering, similarity and distances were used. Based on morphometric measurements, sengkaring and tambra had similarity with the four species found in Indonesia. Commonly, the population of Sengkaring and Tambra was critical; therefore, studies needed to be carried out to support conservation.

Abstract

The Basokie Abdullah Sense of Exhibition was held at the West Nusa Tenggara Museum in collaboration with several communities. This study aims to identify and formulate a new model of exhibition. This research uses descriptive qualitative method adopted from Joe Goldblatt’s theoretical approach through 5 phases. The research results reveal that two exhibitions were formulated namely Special Event. This exhibition has positive response from audiences based on the interview. This study contributes to the new model in exhibition that carried out local values.

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the components management of the inclusive education implementation in Central Java province. This study was designed with model of CIPP (Context, Input, Process, and Product). Subjects of the study include teachers, parents, principals, school committees, and the Department of Education and Culture. Instruments used to obtain the data in this study were varied according to the revealed variable. The research instruments used include questionnaires, observation guides, interview, and documentation. The findings of this study revealed that through an instrument system of accreditation inclusive education, the management of inclusive education component in Central Java province generally rated category C (total score = 24-43) and was not even accredited (total score = 24). Meanwhile, school accreditation of SLB in Central Java generally rated category B (total score of 44-63).Keywords : ABK, inclusive education

Abstract

This research is motivated by the realities of life experienced by the coastal communities of the Sawah Luhur Region, Karangantu Serang, Banten. This research on the work ethic of fishermen in Karangantu was conducted to describe and be able to find out the form of the work ethic of fishing communities to meet their daily needs. Participants or informants in this study were fishermen, communities, and people who own boats. The techniques used in this study were direct observation and interviews with question sheets. Based on observations, the authors report that the work ethic of fishermen has similarities and differences with other coastal communities. The social reality of coastal communities, according to Redifield, corresponds to the reality in the sub-district of Sawah Mulia, Karangantu Serang, Banten.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan suatu produk berupa model yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan kinerja sekolah.Lokasi penelitian ini di MI Annur Losari Brebes. Subjek terdiri dari kasus yang dipilih secara purposive. Pendekatanpenelitian ini adalah pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan desain pengembangan Dickand Carey. Produk akhir penelitian ini berupa model manajemen sekolah berbasis modal sosial yang telah dievaluasioleh ahli manajemen pendidikan dan praktisi manajemen pendidikan serta uji terbatas. Penelitian pengembangan inimenghasilkan produk untuk meningkatkan kinerja sekolah. Produk manajemen sekolah berbasis modal sosial layakdigunakan sebagai model manajemen sekolah di Kabupaten Brebes Jawa Tengah Indonesia karena model manajemensekolah berbasis modal sosial secara statistik terbukti efektif untuk meningkatkan kinerja sekolah.
