Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the existence of transgender at SM. Amin street, Kelurahan Simpang Baru, Kecamatan Tampan, Pekanbaru City. Formulation of the problem in this research are (1) How are student attitudes to transgender phenomenon at Sm.Amin street (2) What is causes student Univeristas Riau choose that attitude (3) How are the action taken by student related attitude who is shown to transgender phenomenon at Sm.Amiin street. This research has purpose to find out the student attitude of Univeristas Riau. This metode of research is descritive and qualitative. Some informan in this research are active students of Universitas Riau that were determind by purposive sampling technique and combined by snowballing sampling technique. Data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation with triangulation technique. Base on research result, it can be concludid that the students of Universitas Riau have negative and positive attitude. The negative attitude with religious, law, health and social reasons. The positive attitude with human rights reason but in essence its human right also have limits that is should not be contradictory with moral, religious values, security, and public order. Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by a change in procedures for building a Javanese traditional house in Rawang Sari Village, Pangkalan Lesung District, Pelalawan Regency. The formulation of the problem in this study is "What are the factors that cause changes in the tradition ngeres of home in Java Rawang Sari District, Pangkalan Lesung, Pelalawan Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine what factors are causing changes in the tradition Ngeres of home in Rawang Sari Village, Pangkalan Lesung District, Pelalawan Regency. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, interview, and documentation. The research respondents chose informants namely 5 people, 1 community figure, 1 Elder (elder) and 2 community people. Data analysis techniques in this study used qualitative methods. The results in this study are that there are 2 factors causing changes in the Ngeres tradition of home in Javanese Rawang Sari Village, Pangkalan Lesung Subdistrict, Pelalawan Regency, namely the first internal factor is the mindset of people who are dissatisfied with long-standing patterns, local people who want to adjust the development of the times, the second is the advancement of public education that makes people think more logically and rationally, the third is the invention of technology, the fourth is the conflict (conflict). And external factors are those that come into contact with foreign cultures, through inter-tribal cross-marriages and diffusion.Key Words : Factors That Cause Change, Ngeres Rumah Tradition

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted with the aim to find out how the values of Pancasila contained in the Pengantin Sahur tradition in Pulau Palas village, Tembilahan Hulu Subdistrict, Indragiri Hilir District. Data collection techniques are using two data, first is primary data through observation and interviews and the second is secondary data through library research and documentation.The results of the study showed that the values of the Pancasila that were appropriate at the time were not appropriate in the tradition of Pengantin Sahur in the village of Pulau Palas, Tembilahan Hulu, Indragiri Hilir district.The results showed that the values of the Pancasila in the bride sahur tradition were contained in the village of Pulau Palas, Tembilahan Hulu, Indragiri Hilir district. As for the values of the Pancasila found in the Pengantin Sahur tradition, namely on the value of divinity, in the tradition of the Pengantin Sahur before the event begins, always a prayer is made to be given fluency. This is the value of divinity and the value of trust in the creator. Human values, by respecting the rights of others in expressing their opinions and listening together. The value of unity, in the tradition of bride and groom, participates and participates in mutual cooperation to succeed the Pengantin Sahur tradition. The value of deliberation, the value of deliberation is always applied in order to reach consensus. Social value, seen from the cooperation of the government and the community in making bride the sahur happy.Key Words: Pancasila Values, Pengantin Sahur

Abstract

Abstract: This research occurred because by the increasing a number of teenagers who were suspected of being involved in the symptoms of juvenile delinquency in the Kelurahan Rejosari Kecamatan Tenayan Raya Kota Pekanbaru, the example of juvenile delinquency like smoking, ride reckless motorcycle and etc. vina dwi laning (2008) stated that juvenile delinquency occurred not from themselves but could occurred from friends mingle, family and the society. So the researcher wants to saw is the parent guidance technique has effect toward juvenile deliquency in kelurahan rejosari tenayan raya districts pekanbaru city. The population was all adolescent in 15-19 years old as much as 2709 person. The research samples was 96 person in 15-19 years old. The research samples technique by using sampling insidental technique with the data collection technique by using observation, questionnire, interview and documentation. The research method using descriptive quantitative , the data analysis using distribution table by relative frequency, and double regression using SPSS 17 version. The research result showed that the parent guidance technique in Kelurahan Rejosari Tenayan Raya districts Pekanbaru city in categorized “good” based on answered result in rare or very rare was at 50,1%-75%. A Juvenile delinquency in Kelurahan Rejosari Kecamatan Tenayan Raya Kota Pekanbaru in categorized “medium” based on interpretation criteria was at 41%-60% from the result of F test based on Anova table via SPSS 17 version that any significant effect between parent guidance technique toward juvenile delinquency by evidence with score of F table was 2,70 while Fhitung was 9,75. A Variable that has significant effect was authoritarian guidance technique variable. A number of contribution or donations of parent guidance variables toward juvenile delinquency showed by a number of R square or coefisien determination (R2) was 0,241. So it can be concluded that parent guidance technique has significant effect 24,1% toward juvenile delinquency in Kelurahan Rejosari Kecamatan Tenayan Raya Kota Pekanbaru, the rest was influenced by variables that was not in carefully.Keywords: The Effect, parent guidance technique, juvenile delinquency.

Abstract

PT. Trasindo Sentosa sebagai salah satu industri yang bergerak di bidang kimia . Berdasarkan data angka kecelakaan dari tahun 2011 dan 2013 pada proses pengisian tabung gas 3kg terdapat 5 kasus kecelakaan. Dari data kasus yang terjadi penulis menganalisa kembali aktivitas pengisian tabung gas 3kg di gudang dengan tujuan untuk memberikan tindakan pengendalian resiko.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk identifikasi bahaya dan melakukan penanggulangan resiko dengan metode HIRA. Untuk melihat variable permasalahan yang dominan maka melakukan penilaian terhadap 2 item pertanyaan pada quisionare, yaitu semua peralatan kerja dalam kondisi baik dan layak pakai untuk V2 dan setiap karyawan yang bekerja berada dalam kondisi lingkungan kerja yang aman dan bersih untuk V4 masing-masing bernilai 2,8 dan 1,2 dan nilai tersebut sangat rendah. Potensi yang terjadi pada proses pengisian tabung gas 3 kg berdasarkan kondisi lingkungan kerja yang tidak aman dan tidak bersih dari hasil quisionare. Berdasarkan identifikasi dengan metode HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assesment) menghasilkan nilai resiko terbesar 9 untuk nilai awal yang berarti resiko masih menimbulkan masalah, melihat aspek keselamatan kerja yang masih meninimbulkan masalah maka setelah dilakukan pengendalian bahaya, perbaikan skor nilai menjadi 3 yang berarti risiko terjadinya kecelakaan dapat dikendalikan

Abstract

Planning the doll of adolescent puppet is creating the puppet doll especially for the adolescene. It is supposed to be a media for character education and entertainment. For the moment, puppet has been focused on the adult problems so that adolscene world has been left, consequently, we lack the adolescent appreciation toward puppet. For the reason we make a set of shadow puppet doll which is physically, suitable to the development of adolescent physic that is realistic and romantic.Keyword : puppet doll, adolescent,plan.

Abstract

The relationship of stumpage volume by crown densities persentage and numbers of crown which measured on aerial photos are the object of this study. Research take place in tropical rain forest which have been harvested by Indonesia Selective Cutting (TPI) in East Kalimantan. Result of model analysis are :1. The distribution of crown densities percentage and numbers of crown data are normal distribution.2. The relationship of stumpage volume over crown densities percentage and numbers of crown data are :V = -169. 7132 + 3.8514 N + 2.8532C + 0.0004C2 + 0.014CNwhere :   V : stumpage volume (m3) N : Numbers of crown C : Crown densities percentage.Coeficient of determination of the relation (R) = 0. 7828. This model is significant at 95 % level after tested by F- test.3. The model and its analysis can be taken in east Kalimantan only.

Abstract

The aim of the study is to estimate the volume of waste producted by forest  exploitation in the cutting area and toclassific of logging waste based on their source. The kind of logging waste based on their sources consist of : Waste come from there which to be cut and divided of bole (tunggak) remained stem (batang) becouse of bucking and stem up to the first branchDamage trees have been coused by influence of both cutting and yardingThe meaning of waste in the study in stem and branches with diameter up 10 cm and lenght up 1 m and length of bole do not depend on the size.  ·  Data analyisis used statistical method. The methode was analyisis of variance based on Bartlett test.Average of waste volume per ha is 18.935 m3ha consist of source of cutting trees  57.12 % effecting of cutting.38.13 % and effecting of yarding 4.16 %.In order to decrease waste and enhance resource efficiency, quickly make methode to solve problem with integratedsurvey between departments which connect with their problem forest companies and population sourounded area.

Abstract

Merebaknya wabah virus corona ke  Indonesia menyebabkan perubahan dalam kegiatan proses belajar. Salah satu media pembelajaran online adalah Sistem Pembelajaran Daring (SPADA) Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa.  Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Untuk mengejar ketercapaian tujuan dari pendidikan tersebut dalam proses kegiatan pembelajaran membutuhkan alat atau media untuk menyampaikan materi pengajaran secara baik terserap oleh peserta didik. (2)Mengoptimalkan fungsi dari media dan mendapatkan efektivitas pemanfaatan media pada proses pembelajaran dan tidak diragukan lagi bahwa semua media itu perlu dalam pembelajaran. (3) Pada tataran praktis sebagai sarana adaptasi pembelajaran daring. Penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Karena penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, maka dalam pengumpulan datanya melakukan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan. Proses analisis data yang peneliti gunakan yaitu analisis kualitatif dan menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa respon mahasiswa menyatakan bahwa penerimaan kuliah daring dalam mata kuliah sosiologi hukum dan sosiologi maritim berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan rencana pembelajaran semester (RPS) yang telah dibuat oleh dosen. Dalam proses pembelajaran daring memanfaatkan SPADA yang difasilitasi oleh kampus UNTIRTA sehingga dapat meningkatkan kompetensi kognisi dari pada mahasiswa.Kata kunci: media pembelajaran, SPADA, mahasiswa, aspek kognitif
