Abstract

This study is aimed to examine the effect of brand image and service quality on patient decision with word of mouth as mediation variable. The study was conducted in Prof. Dr. Tabrani Hospital in Pekanbaru. The data used consist of primary and secondary data. Data were collected by using questionnaires that given to 120 patients of Prof. Dr. Tabrani Hospital in Pekanbaru that used purposive sampling. Descriptive analysis method is used to describe the characteristics of respondents and the research hypotheses by using relevant statistical tests. Variables used are brand image and service quality as independent variable, patient decision as dependent variable and word of mouth as mediation variable. Analyzer used is path analysis by using program of SPSS 21 for windows. The results of this study are found that brand image and service quality have a direct influence significantly and positive on word of mouth, brand image and service quality have a direct influence significantly and positive on patient decision. Indirectly, word of mouth has a positive mediation role on the influence of brand image on patient decision and word of mouth has a positive mediation role on the influence of service quality on patient decision. The improvement of brand image and service quality are recommended in order to optimize patient decision.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis (1) pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja koperasi; (2) pengaruh motivasi anggota terhadap kinerja koperasi; (3) pengaruh partisipasi anggota terhadap kinerja koperasi; (4) pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi dan partisipasi anggota secara simultan terhadap kinerja koperasi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 231 anggota koperasi di Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) Tani Sejahtera Desa Bono Tapung, Kecamatan Tandun, Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja koperasi; (2) motivasi anggota tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja koperasi: (3) partisipasi anggota berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja koperasi: (4) kepemimpinan, motivasi dan partisipasi anggota secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja koperasi.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of leadership style on the effectiveness of decision making in an organizational context. The focus of this research is to analyze the relationship between various leadership styles, such as authoritarian, democratic, transformational, and transactional, with effective decision making results. The results of the data analysis will be used to understand the extent to which certain leadership styles contribute to the quality of the decisions produced. Various decision-making processes, styles and techniques are explored as potential moderator variables in seeing the influence of effective decision-making on organizational progress. It is hoped that the practical implications of this research finding will provide insight for leaders and business practitioners in developing leadership strategies that support effective decision making. By understanding the impact of leadership style on decision making, this research seeks to contribute to the leadership and management literature, while also providing practical guidance for leaders who desire to increase decision effectiveness within their organizations.

Abstract

This study explores the relationship between Training (X) and Motivation (Y) of employees. Analysis using the simple linear regression method shows that there is a significant positive relationship between the training provided to employees and their level of motivation; the more intensive the training received, the higher the motivation generated. This is evidenced by a p-value lower than 0.05 on the regression coefficient, confirming the statistical significance of the relationship. The high coefficient of determination (R-squared) in this model indicates that the regression model is quite accurate in explaining the variability of motivation influenced by training. Based on these results, it is recommended that companies improve or develop training programs that better suit the needs of employees to improve motivation and performance. This study also emphasizes the importance of continuous evaluation of the effectiveness of training programs and additional support such as rewards to improve employee motivation on an ongoing basis.

Abstract

As technological developments accelerate the digitalisation of the financial sector, and to achieve high-performing and productive human resources, Bank Indonesia focuses on improving competencies, especially digital competencies. Currently there are HR training challenges that must be in line with digital megatrends and digital business processes. In addition, there is a need for leaders who are not static, but agile and highly committed to developing organisational transformation values. Bank Indonesia also needs to maintain employee motivation that can support the realisation of competent, professional and high-performing human resources. This study aims to analyse and examine the effect of leadership (X1) and training (X2) on digital competence (Y) mediated by motivation (Z) in employees of the Representative Office of Bank Indonesia Riau Province, with a quantitative approach, using saturated sampling technique to 50 employees and PLS-SEM data analysis tools. The results showed that (1) leadership has a negative and insignificant effect on digital competence, so it must be mediated by other variables to build employee awareness of the value of their work and strive for optimal competence; (2) leadership has a positive and significant effect on motivation; (3) training has a positive and insignificant effect on digital competence; (4) training has a positive and significant effect on motivation; (5) motivation has a positive and significant effect on digital competence; (6) leadership has a positive and significant effect on digital competence through motivation variables; and (7) training has a positive and significant effect on digital competence through motivation variables. Furthermore, it is suggested that it is necessary to strengthen the role of leaders in carrying out all functions in organisational management effectively, as well as increasing the effectiveness of competency assessment in work units.

Abstract

Management is faced with the challenge of enhancing employee performance to ensure the company's survival in an unstable business environment. Telkom Witel Ridar needs to focus on improving employee performance and fostering innovation to develop and maintain superior resources. Employees are expected not only to enhance their performance but also to concentrate on optimal processes and outcomes. The higher the quality of employees, the better the task execution, leading to increased efficiency and effectiveness of the output. It is crucial for Telkom Witel Ridar's management to address these issues by providing effective training, enhancing management support, and fostering collaboration within the work environment to boost employee performance. This research aims to analyze and examine the influence of training (X1) and work environment (X2) on employee performance (Y) through motivation (Z) at PT. Telkom Witel Ridar. Enhancing employee productivity is considered to contribute to the company's growth. Data collection was conducted using a saturated sampling technique involving 55 employees, and data analysis was performed using PLS-SEM with the SmartPLS 4 application. The research findings indicate that (1) training has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance; (2) training has a positive and insignificant effect on motivation; (3) the work environment has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance; (4) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on motivation; (5) motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (6) training has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance through motivation; and (7) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through motivation. Based on the research results, it is recommended to provide additional training, mentoring, or other resources to help employees meet established standards, adjust training methods and content to be more relevant to employee needs, view training as a long-term investment in employee development, enhance managerial skills to optimize superior-subordinate relationships, and implement reward programs, regular positive feedback, or recognition opportunities in front of colleagues.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of supervision and organizational culture on employee performance with employee commitment as an intervening variable at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Pekanbaru City Branch. The sampling technique used in this research is a saturated sample with a sample size of 50 employees at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Pekanbaru City Branch. The analysis technique used in this research uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with Partial Least Squares (PLS) using Smart-PLS Software version 3.0. The research results show that supervision has a positive and significant effect on commitment. Supervision has no effect on performance. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on commitment. Organizational Culture and Commitment have a positive and significant effect on Performance. Commitment is able to mediate the influence of Supervision and Organizational Culture on Performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) terhadap Kinerja Lingkungan melalui Kepuasan Kerja pada PT. Pacific Indopalm Industries. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap karyawan pabrik perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Probability Sampling dengan Teknik Simple Random Sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh menggunakan rumus slovin dengan jumlah 63 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan jenis Partial Least Squares (PLS) menggunakan Software Smart-PLS versi 4.0 Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja dan Green Human Resource Management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Lingkungan. Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Lingkungan. Green Human Resource Management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Lingkungan. Kepuasan Kerja memediasi bahwa Lingkungan Kerja dan Green Human Resource Management terhadap Kinerja Lingkungan.

Abstract

Performance contains components of competence and productivity results, so performance results are highly dependent on the level of individual ability in achieving them, especially organizational goals. Performance emphasizes the results of the functions of a job or what comes out (out-come). If you pay further attention to what happens in a job or position is a process that processes input into output (work results). This study aims to Organizational Culture and Leadership on Morale. Effect of Organizational Culture and Leadership on Employee Performance. The effect of Work Morale on Employee Performance. The influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance through Employee Morale and the influence of Leadership on Employee Performance through Morale.  In this study, the population was 100 employees of the Head Office of the Riaufiber Division of PT RAPP. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, while the data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is sem. From the results of the study it was found that organizational culture and leadership affect morale and performance. Morale has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance through morale. Leadership has a significant effect on employee performance through morale.

Abstract

Kota Bukittinggi, yang dikenal sebagai salah satu destinasi wisata unggulan di Indonesia, memiliki potensi ekonomi besar melalui keberadaan pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di sektor bordir, sulaman, dan kuliner. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan metode partisipatif yang bertujuan memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada pelaku UMKM, yaitu Lalinda Boutique, Muda Mandiri, Ros Bordir ,Tri Arga Kopi, dan Eva Kopi, untuk meningkatkan keterampilan di bidang pemasaran berbasis digital serta pengelolaan keuangan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan pelaku UMKM dalam mengelola bisnis secara profesional, sehingga memperkuat daya saing dan keberlanjutan usaha. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal Bukittinggi sekaligus memperkuat peran UMKM dalam pasar yang lebih luas.
