Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah terdapat pengaruh positif dari Green brand image, Green Brand attitude, green brand trust, terhadap Green Brand Love pada industri fashion. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online kepada konsumen yang menggunakan produk fashion dari merek ramah lingkungan serta sering menggunakannya dalam waktu 6 bulan terakhir. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu 204 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan untuk menganalisa pengaruh anatar variabel menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan bantuan softwere AMOS 24. Hasil pada penelitian ini telah menunjukan bahwa Green Brand Image memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Green Brand Attitude, Green Brand Image memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Green Brand Trust, Green Brand Attitude memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Green Brand Love, Green Brand Trust memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Green Brand Love. Green Brand Image memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Green Brand Love.

Abstract

Lifestyle changes and increased public awareness of health have become key drivers of growing interest in sports. However, based on the 2023 Sports Development Index (IPO), public participation in sports has declined from 28.6% (2021) to 25.4% (2023). In the martial arts context, public participation in Taekwondo is only 0.2%, indicating low engagement. This study examines the influence of Knowledge Management (KM) and Learning Organization (LO) on Innovation and Organizational Performance (OP) in Taekwondo dojangs in DKI Jakarta. Using a quantitative survey and Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), data were collected from 131 certified coaches. The measurement model demonstrated strong reliability and validity. The results show that KM and LO significantly enhance Innovation, indicating that effective knowledge sharing and continuous learning practices foster new training approaches and organizational improvements. However, KM and LO do not directly affect OP, and Innovation also shows no significant impact on performance. Moreover, Innovation does not mediate the relationship between KM or LO and OP. These findings suggest that while dojangs successfully develop internal capabilities for innovation, such innovations remain incremental and are not yet strategic enough to improve organizational performance. The study highlights the need for more comprehensive and strategic innovation efforts to achieve measurable performance outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze work productivity in PD. Source: Marka Jaya using the Marvin E. Mundel method approach which is known to be effective in measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the production system. This research is motivated by the need to increase productivity to increase the competitiveness of companies in the midst of increasingly fierce competition in the furniture industry. The data collected includes various inputs and outputs of production in 2022 and 2023, such as labor use, raw materials, energy, and maintenance and machine usage. The results show that the value of the productivity index has fluctuated throughout 2023, with the highest value of 1.82 occurring in January and the lowest value of 0.23 in April. Factors influencing these changes include efficient use of raw materials, optimal labor management, and regular maintenance of machinery. Based on the results of the analysis, it is recommended that companies conduct periodic evaluations of the production process, improve workforce skills, and adopt appropriate technology to support work efficiency. This research makes a practical contribution to company management in formulating strategies to increase productivity in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to analyze the moderating role of government support policy on business performance micro enterprises in the city of Bekasi with independent variables, namely entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation. This study uses a quantitative method with a non-probability sampling approach and purposive sampling technique, where the unit of analysis is the owner/leader of micro businesses. The number of samples that can be processed is 100 respondents. The collected data is analyzed using SmartPLS version 4. The findings of this study indicate that there is an influence of entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation on business performance. Government support policy was able to moderate the influence on business performance, but was unable to moderate the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on business performance. The theoretical implication of this study is that the moderating role of government support policy is a concrete manifestation of formal institutions that function as the main external context for the business performance of micro-businesses in the city of Bekasi. The limitations of this study are that the respondents were only owners/leaders of micro businesses in the Bekasi city area, with limited variables and research methods. Further research is recommended to involve more MSMEs with a wider geographical coverage, develop a research model with other exogenous variables, and be conducted using qualitative or mixed methods research.

Abstract

Banyak proyek jembatan mengalami kinerja buruk dalam menyelesaikan proyek tepat waktu, sehingga diperlukan analisis tentang manajemen waktu proyek di perusahaan kontraktor. Analisis ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kelemahan dan kekurangan dalam praktik saat ini dan memberikan umpan balik bagi kontraktor untuk meningkatkan manajemen proyek konstruksi jembatan. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada penyelesaian proyek konstruksi jembatan oleh CV. Karya Berdikari menggunakan metode PERT. Ada dua jenis penelitian yang dilakukan: tinjauan literatur dan studi lapangan. Tinjauan literatur mengumpulkan referensi dari berbagai sumber, termasuk buku dan jurnal, untuk menetapkan dasar teoritis untuk penelitian dan membuat daftar pertanyaan wawancara. Studi lapangan melibatkan studi kasus pada perusahaan kontraktor klasifikasi besar, di mana dilakukan wawancara langsung dengan staf yang terlibat dalam penjadwalan, pelaksanaan, pengendalian, dan pembaruan proyek konstruksi. Penelitian menemukan bahwa, menggunakan metode PERT, waktu penyelesaian tercepat untuk proyek konstruksi jembatan adalah 85 hari dengan kemungkinan 0,20%, waktu penyelesaian terlama adalah 104 hari dengan kemungkinan 99,91%, dan waktu penyelesaian paling mungkin adalah 94 hari dengan kemungkinan 50%. Temuan ini memberikan umpan balik yang berharga bagi kontraktor untuk mengoptimalkan praktik manajemen waktu dan proyek mereka.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi menyebabkan meningkatnya persaingan di dunia bisnis, salah satunya adalah bisnis logistik. Perusahaan jasa pengiriman barang merupakan perusahaan yang mengalami peningkatan pengguna selama pandemi Covid-19. Persaingan ini membuat perusahaan terus meningkatkan kualitas layanannya. PT SiCepat Ekspres merupakan perusahaan freight forwarding dan logistik yang melayani pengiriman dalam bentuk paket, dokumen, dan lain-lain. PT SiCepat Ekspress merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang menguasai pangsa pasar jasa freight forwarding, sehingga PT SiCepat Ekspress harus memperhatikan kualitas layanannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis ekspektasi dan persepsi konsumen terhadap layanan dilihat dari lima dimensi (Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, assurance, empathy) di PT Sicepat Ekspres Campaka Purwakarta. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesenjangan terbesar adalah dimensi daya tanggap (-1,128), nilai terkecil adalah bukti fisik (Tangible) (-0,464). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata responden merasakan tingkat ketimpangan yang lebih tinggi dalam dimensi daya tanggap.

Abstract

Background: Judicial decision-making has long been regarded as a neutral and objective process grounded in legal reasoning and precedent. Nevertheless, a growing body of empirical and socio-legal scholarship suggests that political ideology may shape judicial behavior, particularly in cases involving constitutional interpretation, civil rights, and public policy. This debate raises important questions regarding judicial impartiality and the integrity of the rule of law. Objective: This study aims to examine the extent to which political ideology influences judicial reasoning and decision-making processes, as well as to identify how institutional structures and external political pressures mediate such ideological effects. Methods: The research employs a qualitative approach through doctrinal and comparative legal analysis. Judicial opinions, constitutional case law, and scholarly commentaries from high courts across multiple jurisdictions are systematically analyzed. The study focuses on decisions related to constitutional rights, administrative law, and social justice issues to identify recurring ideological patterns in judicial interpretation. Results: The findings reveal discernible ideological tendencies in judicial rulings. Judges with conservative orientations tend to adopt more restrictive interpretations of statutes and constitutional provisions, while judges with liberal orientations are more inclined toward expansive interpretations, particularly in cases involving civil liberties and regulatory governance. Additionally, institutional arrangements and political environments influence the extent to which ideological preferences are reflected in judicial outcomes. Conclusion: This study concludes that although judicial decisions are formally grounded in legal doctrine, political ideology remains an underlying factor shaping legal interpretation. Recognizing these dynamics is essential for promoting transparency, judicial accountability, and public trust in the judiciary. The findings contribute to broader discussions on judicial behavior and underscore the importance of safeguarding impartiality within democratic legal systems.
