Abstract

Industri teknologi di Indonesia terus mengalami penurunan dalam waktu 2 tahun terakhir, hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai PBV sektor industry teknologi yang mengalami penurunan sebesar 50%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganilisa pengaruh likuditas, profitabilitas, Solvabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan. Selain itu pada penelitian ini di tambahkan struktur modal sebagai variable pemoderasi ubungan antara likuiditas, profitabilitas dan solvabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan. Pada penelitian ini teknik pengambilan sample pada penelitian ini adalah non-probability sampling dengan jumlah sampling 40 perusahaan. Analisa pengujian pada penilitian ini menggunakan Analisa deskriptif dan beberapa pengujian dengan software smart PLS4 Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di dapatkan bahwa likuiditas berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Profitabiltias berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Solvabilitas berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Struktur modal memperlemah pengaruh likuiditas pada nilai perusahaan. Struktur modal memperkuat pengaruh profitabilitas pada nilai perusahaan. Struktur modal memperlemah solvabiltias pada nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Purpose- The research aims to find empirical evidence of the influence of internal and external funding on financial flexibility with firms' investment moderation on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Design/methodology/approach - The Research Method uses quantitative methods using multiple regression analysis. The sample used was the food and beverage sector on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Data uses annual financial reports 2019-2023. Originality -  This research uses the flexibility variable as the dependent variable, whereas in most previous research, flexibility was used as the independent variable. Findings and Discussion - The research results show that internal and external funding have no significant effect on financial flexibility but investment has a significant effect on financial flexibility. Investment can moderate internal funding and external funding on financial flexibility. Conclusion - Investment can moderate internal funds and external funds to financial flexibility. Suggestion for future research to use other variable that impact on financial flexibility. This Research has recommended that firm management consider fund sources to gain financial flexibility. The Higher the financial flexibility the higher fulfill firm expenditure. The benefit of research is for managerial decision-making related to internal and external funding sources which have an impact on financial flexibility with investment moderation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk using ratio analysis, which includes liquidity, activity, debt, and profitability ratios. The data used are taken from the company's financial statements for 2022 and 2023. The results of the analysis show that the liquidity ratio of PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk is below the industry standard, indicating liquidity risk. There are fluctuations in the ratio, reflecting challenges in asset management. On the other hand, the company's debt ratio (DER) shows stability, but requires more attention in long-term debt management. In addition, the profitability ratio also shows fluctuations, with several years showing less than optimal performance. Overall, this analysis indicates challenges in the financial performance of PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk that need to be addressed in order to achieve sustainable growth. This study is expected to provide useful insights for management and stakeholders in strategic decision making. Abstract

Financial reports are the main data source in assessing the Company's performance. Financial analysis is needed to find out whether the company has good financial performance or not. This research aims to show the results of the financial analysis of PT Akhasa Wira International, Tbk in 2022-2023 which is reviewed with liquidity, profitability and activity ratios. The research method used is quantitative data with data sources obtained from the company's financial reports for 2022-2023. Data collection techniques are calculated, analyzed and the results interpreted in descriptive form. The results of this study show that the CR, QR, TATO, FATO, DAR, and DER ratios show positive results. PT Akhasa Wira International Tbk shows solid financial performance in 2023, with good liquidity, profitability, solvency and activity. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of profitability and solvency on stock returns moderated by macroeconomic. The population of this study are companies listed on the Sri Kehati index with purposive sampling technique. The analysis used is PLS-SEM using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The analysis in this study was carried out by testing the outer model and inner model.  This study shows that profitability has an insignificant positive effect on stock returns, solvency has a significant positive effect on stock returns, macroeconomic weakens the effect of profitability on stock returns, and macroeconomic strengthens the effect of solvency on stock returns.

Abstract

In this study examines the effect of inflation and exchange rates on stock returns with capital structure as a mediating variable in food and beverage subsector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2019-2023. The results showed that inflation and exchange rates have a signnificant influence on capital structure, where inflation has a negative impact and exchange rate fluctuations worsen capital structure. Furthermore, inflation has a positive impact on stock returns while exchange rates have a negative impact. Capital structure is proven to have a positive impact on stock returns, indicating the importance of good capital structure management in improving investor perception and stock performance. These results provide important insights for economic risk management and invesment in the sector.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of capital structure and asset growth on firm value with profitability as a mediating variable in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2021-2023. This study uses secondary data in the form of annual financial reports, with purposive sampling technique based on certain criteria, resulting in 35 companies as samples. The analysis method used is the Sobel test to test the mediating role of profitability in the relationship between capital structure, asset growth, and firm value. The results showed that capital structure and asset growth each have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Profitability is also proven to mediate the effect of capital structure and asset growth on firm value significantly. Optimal capital structure and directed asset growth can increase profitability, which in turn has a positive impact on firm value. This study provides implications for company management to pay more attention to managing capital structure and asset growth in order to increase profitability, which can be the main strategy to maximize firm value in the capital market.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of company size, capital structure, liquidity, and profitability on the company value of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019-2023 period. A quantitative research approach was employed, with the sample selected using a purposive sampling method based on specific criteria. The analysis was conducted using linear regression techniques with the SPSS version 23 software. The findings of the study reveal that: (1) company size has a negative and significant effect on company value, (2) capital structure has a positive but insignificant effect on company value, (3) liquidity has a positive and significant effect on company value, and (4) profitability has a negative but insignificant effect on company value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, family environment, and entrepreneurial characteristics on people's entrepreneurial interest in the city of Yogyakarta. The research method uses quantitative. The population in this study is aged 17-30 years. The sample used in this study was 110 people. For the tests used in this study are validity, reliability, normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, multiple linear regression analysis, partial test, simultaneous test and determination coefficient test. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy variables and entrepreneurial characteristics do not have a significant influence on community entrepreneurial interest. While the family environment has a significant influence on community entrepreneurial interest.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the financial health of PT HM Sampoerna Tbk through financial ratio analysis for the years 2022 and 2023, and its implications for investors. The methodology includes an analysis of liquidity ratios, asset management effectiveness, funding structure, and profitability. The analysis results indicate an increase in the current ratio from 1.69 in 2022 to 1.72 in 2023, reflecting improved liquidity. The debt ratio also decreased from 0.49 to 0.46, signaling a reduced reliance on debt and enhanced financial stability. Although the accounts receivable turnover and asset turnover ratios experienced slight declines, both remain efficient and in line with good industry standards. Meanwhile, the cash turnover ratio saw a significant increase from 10.53 to 38.80, indicating greater efficiency in cash management. In terms of profitability, the profit margin, ROA, and ROE increased to 6.95%, 14.58%, and 27.00%, respectively, reflecting the company's effectiveness in managing costs and assets. Overall, this analysis demonstrates improved financial performance, providing positive signals for investors and enhancing the long-term growth prospects of PT HM Sampoerna Tbk as an attractive investment option.
