Abstract

Dosen memiliki kewajiban untuk melakukan penelitian sebagai bagian dari tugas tridarma perguruan tinggi. Untuk melakukan penelitian, para dosen membutuhkan keahlian mengolah data penelitian dengan menggunakan software statistik, seperti Software Amos. Kemampuan menggunakan Software Amos akan membuat proses penelitian lebih efisien dan efektif. Para dosen Sekolah Tinggi Theologia (STT) di Batam belum mampu mengolah data penelitian dengan menggunakan software Amos. Hal ini berdampak negatif pada kinerja publikasi penelitian dosen, serta minimnya jumlah publikasi artikel ilmiah di jurnal nasional terindeks Sinta dan jurnal internasional bereputasi. Tujuan pelaksanaan program pengabdian masyarakat, berupa pelatihan software Amos kepada para dosen dari STT di Batam adalah untuk meningkatkan kompetensi di bidang penelitian, sehingga mereka mampu secara mandiri mengolah data penelitian. Metode yang dipergunakan adalah metode ceramah dan praktek. Hasil evaluasi pelatihan ini menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas peserta sudah memahami teknis pengolahan data dengan software Amos. Peserta sudah memahami cara memeriksa kualitas data dengan Confirmatory Factor Analysis dan Goodness of Fit, serta cara pengujian hipotesis direct effect dan indirect effect. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan ini telah meningkatkan skill para dosen STT di Batam dalam melakukan penelitian. Meski demikian, para peserta mengakui masih butuh mempelajarinya lebih lanjut

Abstract

This study aims to identify the influence of human resource development, organizational culture, and work motivation on teacher performance at SMP N 2 Sipora Tuapejat. The results of the study indicate that human resource development has a significant positive effect on teacher work motivation, as well as organizational culture which also has a significant positive effect on teacher work motivation. In addition, work motivation is proven to have a significant positive effect on teacher performance, and human resource development and organizational culture also have a significant positive effect on teacher performance. Furthermore, this study found that work motivation mediates the relationship between human resource development and teacher performance, as well as between organizational culture and teacher performance. Thus, increasing human resource development and a supportive organizational culture can increase work motivation, which in turn will contribute to improving teacher performance at SMP N 2 Sipora Tuapejat.

Abstract

This article explores the concept of authority and its relationship with religion, addressing various aspects and theories related to both. This concept is significant as it touches on essential elements of society. In faciliting the research process, the researcher employs a descriptive and analytical method with a philosophical basis. As a result, the study finds a connection between authority in al-Ghazali's view and other concepts, such as justice, which ultimately leads to happiness. Authority is necessary in social life as a means to achieve happiness for both individuals and society. This reflects what can be described as the ideal society concept in al-Ghazali's perspective. Al-Ghazālī proposes that an ideal society is a blend of worldly reality and spirituality, where power must be exercised according to religious teachings by leaders who embody magnanimity, in order to achieve happiness and justice within the community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas IV. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey, dengan variabel kepemimpinan guru (variabel bebas) dan Prestasi Belajar(variabel terikat). Penentuan jumlah sampel ditentukan menggunakan rumus Sugiyono dan diperoleh 30 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Uji validitas menggunakan rumus product moment, sedangkan uji reliabilitas dengan skala Likert. Uji prasyarat analisis data menggunakan uji Normalitas dengan metode Kolmogorov Shapiro-Wilk. Pada uji analisis data menggunakan Regresi Sederhana. Hasil penelitian kelas IV SD Negeri No 100409 Sampe Cita Kecamatan Kutalimbaru Kabupaten Deli Serdang diperoleh, kepemimpina guru termasuk kriteria sangat tinggi dengan rata-rata 83,43, prestasi belajar siswa berkriteria sangat tinggi dengan rata-raa 81,67 dan ada pengaruh yang signifikan kepemimpinan guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

This research is focused on the purpose of analyzing congregational prayer as a means of education to increase religious awareness in a person, in order to obtain an overview of the process, patterns and factors that influence it. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach. The method of determining the sample using purposive sampling technique, and key informants with snowball sampling technique, while the sample size is determined based on the completeness of the required information. Overall the number of participants involved as participant respondents was 15 people. Research data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Fajr prayer in congregation at the mosque as a place of research, because the Fajr prayer in congregation has its own advantages and challenges compared to other fardhu prayers. The results showed that the process of developing one's religious awareness lasts a lifetime. The family is the first educational institution that teaches religious awareness to someone from the time they are in the womb. Educational institutions, and community education are also factors that influence the increase in religious awareness. The process of developing religious awareness in a person is not the same (diverse) and is not always stable. Congregational prayer is seen as a means to increase religious awareness. In general, an established religious awareness is obtained after the age of 40 years, and the background of religious awareness in childhood also determines religious awareness as an adult.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the influence of Facilities and Work Environment on the Performance of Employees at the Karawang Fire Department. This study uses Verification, the sample in this study was 42 respondents, a saturated sample type, taking all populations as samples. Data were obtained using a liket-scale questionnaire distributed using Google Form. The data analysis method used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using the SPSS V16 tool. The results of this study indicate that the Facility Variable partially has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance and the Work Environment partially has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Work Facilities and Work Environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Karawang Fire Department.   Keywords : Facilities, Environment, Performance, Office

Abstract

One of the educational programs implemented to overcome the issue of discrimination in the field of education is inclusive education. The teacher is one of the important figures in the practice of inclusion in school institutions, because the teacher interacts directly with students, both students with special needs and non-special needs students. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research approach. In this study the researchers wanted to describe the management of the implementation of inclusive education in the learning process and the teacher’s handling of children with special needs (ABK). The research data was obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the description of the results of the research and discussion that has been carried out by researchers related to the management of inclusive education in the learning process and the handling of teachers for children with special needs, they must carry out management functions related to planning, organizing, activating, coordinating, directing and supervising starting from the process of learning strategies, learning media , teacher attitudes and evaluation of learning outcomes Suggestions for inclusive education programs to become school programs that can be implemented to avoid discrimination against all students in education

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the evaluation of learning the art of music on vocal technique material in Class VII SMP Negeri 02Oku. The focus of this research is on learning the art of music through vocal technique. While the sub-focus of the research is on the evaluation of learning the art of music on vocal technique material: Intonation, Congeniality, Articulation, Breathing. The research problem is how to evaluate the art of music learning on vocal technique material in Class VII SMP Negeri 02Oku. The method used is a qualitative method. The object of this research is Class VII students. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in thisstudy include: (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, (3) data conclusion. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that in the evaluation process of vocal technique material in class VII SMP Negeri 02 Okuthe teacher refers to the 2013 curriculum assessment aspects which include cognitive, affective and psychomotor assessments. For cognitive assessment or the value of knowledge, art and culture teachers refer to students' understanding of the material, while for affective or attitudeassessments,subject teachers refer to students' social attitudes during the learning process, and for psychomotor assessments, teachers judge students more based on students' ability to practice techniques. vocals in singing one voice in the form of Unisono.

Abstract

Climbing perch (Anabas testudineus) has a high economic value. Females grow faster than males. Sex reversal is one of genetic engineering by manipulating their hormone that is able to change the phenotype from male to female or vice versa. "Cepoka" eggplant (Solanum torvum) has been known as a medicinal and kitchen ingredient. Phytochemical test on S. torvum showed revealed that this plant contains tannins, saponins, flavonoids, steroids, alkaloids and terpenoids. Solasodine is a steroidial glycoalkaloid compound contained in S. torvum which has anti-fertility effects. Besides solasodine, the content of Gosipol in phenol compounds with BM 518.55 Dalton also has been known to be able to inhibit spermatogenesis by reducing the concentration, motility and viability of spermatozoa. The solasodine contained in S. torvum has the potential to be used for sex transfer in A. testudineus. Based on many studies, the utilize of solasodine from S. torvum could decrease the motility of spermatozoa. Even the results of the histological test on spermatogenesis, S. torvum gave a positive trend in inhibiting tilapia testicular cells in microscopic observation. Based on it, the chances of successful feminization of S. torvum utilizing cepoka eggplant are very high. A factor that must be considered in feminization is the age of the larvae, immersion dosige, immersion time and environment.Key Words : eggplant, Climbing perch, sex reversal, spermatozoa, solasodine

Abstract

Employee Performance shows the work performance achieved by employees in accordance with their responsibilities. The aim of the research is how organizational culture, leadership and rewards together influence the performance of employees at the Tourism and Culture Office of South Solok Regency. This study uses quantitative methods. In this research, the population is all Civil Servants at the South Solok Regency Tourism and Culture Office, totaling 35 people. The sample is all members of the population used as a sample, namely 35 civil servants at the South Solok Regency Tourism and Culture Office. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The results of this research show that Organizational Culture, Leadership, and Rewards together have a significant positive effect on Employee Performance. Next, to see whether this model is good or not can be seen from the goodness of fit test. The determinant coefficient (R2) is good, shown by the contribution of the independent variables consisting of Organizational Culture, Leadership, Rewards to the Performance variable of 66.9% and the contribution of other factors is 33.1%.
