Abstract

Employee Performance shows the work performance achieved by employees in accordance with their responsibilities. The aim of the research is how organizational culture, leadership and rewards together influence the performance of employees at the Tourism and Culture Office of South Solok Regency. This study uses quantitative methods. In this research, the population is all Civil Servants at the South Solok Regency Tourism and Culture Office, totaling 35 people. The sample is all members of the population used as a sample, namely 35 civil servants at the South Solok Regency Tourism and Culture Office. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The results of this research show that Organizational Culture, Leadership, and Rewards together have a significant positive effect on Employee Performance. Next, to see whether this model is good or not can be seen from the goodness of fit test. The determinant coefficient (R2) is good, shown by the contribution of the independent variables consisting of Organizational Culture, Leadership, Rewards to the Performance variable of 66.9% and the contribution of other factors is 33.1%.

Abstract

Bagi Pemerintah Daerah penilaian kinerja Pejabat Pelaksana Teknis Kegiatan (PPTK) merupakan suatu tolak ukur atau menjadi bukti dari penyusunan program dan kegiatan tersebut sudah sesuai atau belum dengan harapan masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis penyebab penurunan kinerja Pejabat Pelaksana Teknis Kegiatan (PPTK) Kota Pariaman. Studi ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) yang berjumlah 286 PPTK di Kota Pariaman. Ukuran sampel dengan menggunakan Tabel Isaac dan Michael diperoleh sebanyak 158 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan didalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa konflik kerja dan lingkungan kerja memiliki dampak signifikan langsung terhadap motivasi kerja PPTK. Demikian lingkungan kerja dan motivasi memiliki dampak signifikan langsung terhadap kinerja PPTK. Sedangkan konflik kerja memiliki dampak tidak signifikan langsung terhadap kinerja PPTK. Selanjutnya konflik kerja dan lingkungan kerja memiliki dampak signifikan tidak langsung terhadap kinerja PPTK melalui motivasi. Untuk melihat model ini baik atau tidak dapat dilihat dari goodness of fit test. Model 1 koefisien determinan (R2) adalah cukup baik diperlihatkan dari kontribusi variabel exogenous terdiri dari konflik kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap variabel motivasi PPTK sebesar 21,5% dan kontribusi faktor - faktor lainnya 78,5%. Sedangkan model 2 koefisien R2 adalah cukup baik diperlihatkan dari exogenous terdiri dari kontribusi konflik kerja, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap variabel endogenous kinerja PPTK sebesar 28,4% dan kontribusi faktor – faktor lainnya 71,6%.

Abstract

This research is motivated because schools during the Covid -19 pandemic are required to use virtual teaching methods or teleconferencing so that the SDN 105366 Sei Nagalawan school uses teaching methods using Google Claasroom and it is important for teacher researchers and students to find out how the results of implementing the virtual teaching method are. The method in this study uses observation, interviews and documentation. This study also aims to determine the learning outcomes of students who are taught using Google Classroom and compare the learning outcomes taught by conventional methods with those taught using Google Class Room. Based on the data from the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the implementation of the use of Google Classroom is very helpful in the online learning process during the current Covid-19 pandemic, while using the Google Classroom application the teacher can monitor student learning activities, such as absenteeism, material explanations. and delivery of assigned tasks, and the teacher also prepares learning videos.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar matematika pada materi volume kubus dan balok kurang maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesulitan belajar dan faktor yang menyebabkan kesulitan belajar pada materi volume kubus dan balok. Penelitian dilaksanakan di kelas V SD Swata Dharma Wanita JL. Melati Raya 2 Medan. Dengan populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V yang berjumlah 24 orang dan sekaligus sebagai sampel penelitian. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakanyaitu angket, tes, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa. (1) Kesulitan belajar pada materi volume kubus dan balok siswa kelas V SD Swasta Dharma Wanita Medan terletak pada kesulitan keterampilan, dan kesulitan pemecahan masalah. (2) Faktor yang menyebabkan kesulitan belajar pada materi volume kubus dan balok siswa kelas V SD swasta Dharma Wanita Medan adalah faktor motivasi belajar dan minat belajar yang masih berkriteria cukup.

Abstract

Urothelial Cell Carcinoma (UCC), also called transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder, is the most common malignancy in urinary tract. The prognosis of this disease is highly dependent on the histological grading at diagnosis. Fas/CD95 has a role in apoptotic process, whereas HSP70 has an antiapoptotic role. This study aimed to analyze the expression of Fas/CD95 and HSP70 in low grade and high grade urothelial cell carcinoma in the bladder. This was an analytic observational study with cross sectional approach. Population and sample were paraffin blocks of urothelial cell carcinoma in the Laboratory of Anatomic Pathology, Dr. Soetomo Hospital, Surabaya in the period of January 2011-December 2016. Each grading of urothelial cell carcinoma was randomly sampled. Immunohistochemystry with Fas/CD95 and HSP70 were performed. Expression of Fas/CD95 and HSP70 were assessed semiquantitatively. Expression of Fas/CD95 and HSP70 were analyzed using Mann-Whitney test and Spearman test. The results showed there was significant different in expression of Fas/CD95 and HSP70 in low and high grades in urothelial cell carcinoma. There was no significant correlation between the expression of Fas/CD95 and HSP70 in urothelial cell carcinoma. As a conclusion, the role of CD95 and HSP70 expression can be useful as marker for the diagnosis, especially in the determination of the grade of differentiation.

Abstract

The initial aim was to analyze and evaluate the development of thuggery religious awareness, in order to obtain an overview of the processes, patterns, and factors that influence it. This has done because the subject has changed behavior in religious awareness. This research method has used a qualitative approach, case studies. The sample in this study has used a purposive sampling technique, while the key informants snowball sampling technique. The focus of this research is the religious awareness behavior of thuggery. The data collected by observation, interview, the questionnaire as a guide, and documentation. The results of the study show that religious awareness is a condition that must achieved through the struggle of the person concerned. Strong intrinsic motivation plays a role in religious awareness and repentance. The bad behavior of thuggery has caused by a bad social environment. Family and friends can help someone to repent. The Ulama guidance becomes the way of religious awareness. Childhood religious education plays an important role in fostering adult religious awareness.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dan mengevaluasi pencegahan demoralisasi pada peserta didik, sehingga diperoleh gambaran proses, pola dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dan snowball sampling, sedangkan ukuran sampel ditentukan berdasarkan kelengkapan informasi yang diperlukan. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa: (1) keluarga adalah lembaga pendidikan pertama yang mengajarkan moralitas, semenjak anak dalam kandungan; (2) setiap anggota keluarga menghargai secara demokratis, untuk untuk membangun percaya diri anak; (3) kehidupan keluarga berlandaskan nilai moral agama dan adat istiadat; (4) membangun komunikasi yang produktif dengan sekolah; (5) mengawasi dan mengevaluasi pergaulannya di lingkungan masyarakat; (6) orang tua selalu memberikan bantuan kepada anaknya jika ia menghadapi kesulitanKata kunci: agamis, demokrasi, demoralisasi, keluarga. AbstractThe purpose of this study was to analyze and evaluate prevention demoralized students, in order to obtain an overview of the process, patterns and factors that influence it. The results showed that: (1) The family is the first educational institution that teaches morality, since the child in the womb; (2) every member of the family appreciated the democratic way, for children to build self-confidence; (3) the family life based on moral values of religion and customs; (4) building productive communication with the school; (5) monitor and evaluate the interaction in society; (6) parents always provide assistance to the their child if he is facing difficulties.Keywords: democratic, demoralization, families, religious.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap dan mengevaluasi kualitas interaksi sosial di lingkungan keluarga terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan ialah metoda deskriptif atau sering disebut juga taxonomic research yaitu untuk mengeksplorasi dan mengklarifikasi suatu fenomena sosial dengan mendeskripsikan sejumlah variabel yang berkenaan dengan masalah unit yang diteliti. Metode penentuan sampel sebagai unit analisis menggunakan teknik simple random sampling secara proporsional. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa kualitas interaksi sosial di lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Semakin baik kualitas interaksi sosial orang tua dengan anak maka semakin baik prestasi belajar siswa.Kata kunci: interaksi, keluarga, prestasi, siswa AbstractThe purpose of this study was to uncover and evaluate the quality of social interaction in the family environment on student achievement. The approach used in this study is descriptive method or often called the taxonomic research is to explore and clarify a social phenomenon by describing a number of variables relating to issues under investigation unit. Determination of the sample as a unit of analysis used simple random sampling technique proportionally. The results showed that the quality of social interaction in the family environment have a significant effect on student achievement. The better quality of a social interaction between parent and child, then led to a better performance.Keywords: interaction, family, achievement, students

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis dan mengevaluasi pembinaan keluarga broken home, sehingga diperoleh gambaran proses, pola dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dan snowball sampling, sedangkan ukuran sampel ditentukan berdasarkan kelengkapan informasi data yang diperlukan. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa: (1) keluarga broken home terjadi pada masyarakat yang berpendidikan rendah; (2) keluarga broken home lebih banyak merugikan wanita yang menjadi janda, dan menghidupi anak-anaknya; (3) beban ekonomi menjadi salah satu penyebab untuk melakukan apa saja demi mendapatkan uang termasuk menjadi pelacur; (4) broken home dapat menjadi penyebab perilaku menyimpang; (5) peran empati orang lain sangat penting dalam membangun keluarga menjadi lebih baik.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to provide an overview of student learning and character assessment. The assessment of student learning has been focus more on mastery of material, but less attention to aspects of character. Whereas in education has two dimensions of purpose, namely to be smart and good morals. Intelligence has related to cognitive, while character has related to affective. Through this study, has expected to obtain a model of assessment that involves cognitive and affective aspects in an integrated manner. The method of study has done in compiling the article through literature study, i.e. studying the theory or opinion relating to student learning assessment. Based on this study, it concluded that: (1) Assessment of learning and character carried out independently. (2) Teachers face constraints assessing the character of students. (3) There are a number of interventions to the teacher's assessment; (4) Collaborative assessment of learning and character makes it easier for teachers and schools to make responsible decisions. (5) Assessment of learning has a positive implication on the formation of student character or otherwise.
