Abstract

Boran rice is a typical food from Lamongan Regency. The hallmark of boran rice lies in its different seasonings from other cooking spices. Boran seasoning can only be found in Lamongan Regency at this time, and the method of presentation is still simple, so further product development is necessary. This study aims to determine the most critical factors and the best alternative in developing boran rice products. The method used is the Value Engineering (VE) method. Applying the Value Engineering method can help develop products with high value and low costs without compromising product quality and reliability. This study indicates that boran seasoning products have four most important factors: the level of spiciness, packaging, net weight, and viscosity. The chosen alternative with the highest value is the 1st alternative at IDR 9.349 and the value 1.106. Alternative 1 with the criteria for level 1 spiciness, PET plastic bottle packaging, net weight 250 grams with a thick viscosity level. The results of the added value analysis compared to competing products, namely boran seasoning on the market, get an added value of Rp. 4,349/package, the added value ratio is 86.98%, and the profit ratio is 46.52%.

Abstract

Through unwavering professionalism and adherence to ethical standards, our engineering team is at the forefront of sustainable development, utilizing advanced technology and innovative sand-casting techniques to create environmentally-friendly solution. Sand-casting offers material flexibility over large part capabilities on low volume production. This method also offers lower casting costs and generates less carbon print. Currently, sand casting use water, bentonite, and quartz sand as dice materials. Researchers are looking for to find quartz sand substitution materials because they are not sustainable and expensive. Rice-husk ass is a waste post-harvesting material, it had silica and magnesium oxide which has characteristics similar to quartz sand. The aim of this research is to observe permeability characteristic of sand dice with rice-husk ass and bentonite percentage additive mixture. This research using full factorial 32 as experimental design.  The independent variable on this research is composition of rice husk ass and bentonite.  The composition of rice husk ash has 3 levels of 6%, 8% and 10%. bentonite composition also has similar level but different levels of 8%, 9% and 10%. The lowest permeability is 320 ml/min, it achieved on 6% rice husk ash and 8% bentonite at second replication. Meanwhile, the highest value of permeability is 450ml/min, it achieved on 10% rice husk ash and 10% bentonite. The results of data processing using descriptive statistics reveal composition mixture of rice husk ass and bentonite is directly proportional. The higher composition of rice husk ash mixture increasing permeability on sand casting dice. General linear Model ANOVA analyse show that composition rice husk ass and bentonite have significant influence to permeability of sand-casting dice. Result of analyse show rice husk ass has dominant contribution on permeability on sand casting dice. Contribution of rice husk ass is 58,78%, bentonite 22,03% prior to permeability on sand casting dice.

Abstract

Asung Kamulyan Farmer Group is one of the farmer groups in Sidomulyo Village, Mantup District, Lamongan Regency. Rice harvesting in Sidomulyo Village is done traditionally using a sickle and then threshed using a threshing machine to separate the rice grains from the rice stalks which produces waste called straw. Problems in the production aspect, partners experience difficulties during harvesting activities because the number of available harvesters decreases. The method used is the action research method, namely taking action based on the results of observations and discussions with partners. The results of this activity, from the production aspect, there is an ergonomic rice harvesting machine used by the community which can increase harvesting productivity from 2 m²/minute to 10 m²/minute or an increase of 5 times. In addition, there is an SOP for operation, maintenance, and resolution of other obstacles (troubleshot) as material that can be used to ensure that the use of the technology provided continues to provide benefits. In addition, partners can arrange the rental schedule for ergonomic harvesting machines and their financial management, so that farmer groups have other sources of income from renting and maintaining harvesting machines

Abstract

Permasalahan utama yang diidentifikasi mencakup genangan air, kurangnya promosi UMKM, minimnya ruang kreativitas anak-anak, dan risiko kecelakaan lalu lintas di titik rawan. Metode pelaksanaan program meliputi pendekatan partisipatif dan kolaboratif dengan warga, seperti kegiatan mewarnai bersama anak-anak, pemasangan banner UMKM, pembuatan sumur biopori, dan pemasangan kaca cembung di area rawan kecelakaan. Metode evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan melalui observasi langsung, pencatatan hasil, serta dokumentasi foto sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan untuk menilai ketercapaian tujuan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa seluruh program kerja dapat terlaksana sesuai rencana dan mendapat respon positif dari warga. Kegiatan mewarnai berhasil meningkatkan kreativitas anak-anak, banner UMKM meningkatkan visibilitas usaha lokal, sumur biopori membantu mengurangi genangan air, dan kaca cembung meningkatkan keselamatan jalan. Kesimpulan dari pelaksanaan KKN ini menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi aktif mahasiswa dan warga mampu menghasilkan solusi aplikatif terhadap masalah lokal serta meningkatkan kesadaran dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan desa.

Abstract

Indonesia is an agricultural country where 40% of the population's livelihood is farming. Agrarian potential in Indonesia is very high because of the fertile soil. The fertile agricultural land in Indonesia is due to the country's location in an area with a tropical climate and Indonesia has many mountains. Most farmers in Indonesia still carry out the harvesting process manually, especially when threshing rice seeds from the stalks. The rice harvesting process that still uses manual methods can cause problems for farmers and also result in relatively low productivity. The process of harvesting rice using a sickle is still widely carried out because rice harvesting machines have not yet been created suitable for existing agricultural land in Indonesia, where agricultural land in Indonesia is generally narrow with undulating topographic conditions. This research aims to compare methods for developing rice harvesting machines. The method used in this research is to compare the Kansei Engineering, Quality Function Deployment, and Value Engineering methods. The results of this research indicate that the Kansei Engineering method is a suitable method for developing rice harvesting machines because the Kansei engineering method uses emotional feelings in the product development process. The Kansei engineering method can increase the level of satisfaction and interest of consumers because products are designed using the Kansei engineering method.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pendampingan Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Inovatif berbasis AI bagi mahasiswa calon guru di STKIP Kumala Lampung Metro bertujuan membekali mahasiswa dengan keterampilan merancang media pembelajaran kreatif dan efektif yang relevan di era digital. Program ini mendukung kesiapan mahasiswa menghadapi tantangan pendidikan modern serta sebagai bekal kegiatan PPLT. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi observasi awal, pemaparan materi, sesi praktik langsung menggunakan aplikasi berbasis AI seperti Canva, ChatGPT, Kahoot, dan Quizizz, serta evaluasi melalui angket kepuasan peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman mahasiswa dalam memanfaatkan teknologi AI untuk pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif. Berdasarkan umpan balik, 85% peserta menilai materi sangat relevan dan aplikatif, sedangkan 90% menyatakan puas dengan keseluruhan kegiatan. Diskusi dan simulasi pembelajaran membantu peserta memperbaiki media yang mereka kembangkan. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan mahasiswa dalam memadukan teknologi dan kreativitas, dengan harapan mampu mendukung pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif dan bermakna.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa tentang aturan pekerja yang mengundurkan diri sebelum berakhirnya perjanjian kerja. Terdapat perbedaan pengaturan dalam hal apabila salah satu pihak mengakhiri hubungan kerja sebelum berakhirnya jangka waktu yang ditetapkan dalam perjanjian kerja waktu tertentu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan penelitian yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konseptual. Hasil analisis adalah pengaturan tentang pekerja yang mengundurkan diri sebelum berakhirnya perjanjian kerja diatur dalam Pasal 62 UU No.13 Tahun 2003 Tentang Ketenagakerjaan, menjelaskan apabila salah satu pihak mengakhiri hubungan kerja sebelum berakhirnya jangka waktu yang ditetapkan dalam perjanjian kerja waktu tertentu (PKWT), pihak yang mengakhiri hubungan kerja diwajibkan membayar ganti rugi kepada pihak lainnya sebesar upah pekerja sampai batas waktu berakhirnya jangka waktu perjanjian kerja. Dalam artian, jika pekerja yang mengundurkan diri wajib membayar ganti rugi kepada pihak perusahaan sebesar upah pekerja sampai batas waktu berakhirnya perjanjian kerja. Berbeda dengan Pasal 17 Peraturan Pemerintah No.35 Tahun 2021 tentang perjanjian kerja waktu tertentu, alih daya, waktu kerja, dan waktu istirahat, dan pemutusan hubungan kerja, menjelaskan dalam hal salah satu pihak mengakhiri hubungan kerja sebelum berakhirnya jangka waktu yang ditetapkan dalam PKWT maka Pengusaha wajib memberikan uang kompensasi yang besarannya dihitung berdasarkan jangka waktu PKWT yang telah dilaksanakan oleh pekerja.

Abstract

This study aims to produce calculations on the cost of production and compare using the Full Costing method and Activity Base Costing which can be used for making decision and determining the cost used. In addition to calculating Cost the researchers also calculate the business loss & profit as a financial record which can be used as a guidelines in the future. The research method which is used is a descriptive quantitative method. Data collecting technique is using interviews and observations directly to the business location.. From the result of the calculation of the Activity Based Costing method is more suitable and recommended for laundry company than Full Costing method because it's more detail, the cost of production is lower, and the profit obtained is higher. In the UKM Izza Laundry report during March 2023,after its net profit indicates the profit according to the owner's estimation.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perhitungan harga pokok produksi serta membandingkan dengan menggunakan metode Full Costing dan Activity Based Costing yang dapat digunakan untuk pengambilan keputusan dan penentuan biaya yang digunakan.  Selain melakukan perhitungan Harga Pokok Produksi peneliti juga menganalisis laba rugi usaha sebagai catatan keuangan untuk dapat dijadikan pedoman kedepannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan wawancara dan observasi secara langsung ke lokasi usaha. Dari hasil perhitungan metode Activity Based Costing lebih cocok dan disarankan untuk jasa laundry dibandingkan metode Full Costing karena lebih terperinci, harga pokok produksi lebih rendah, dan keuntungan yang diperoleh lebih banyak. Pada laporan laba rugi jasa laundry periode Maret 2023 setelah laba bersihnya mengindikasikan mendapatkan keuntungan yang sesuai dengan estimasi owner.
