Abstract

Analysis of Pilot Programs for Poverty Alleviation Projects (Case Study of Ranah Baru Cow Turning Grant in Kampar District, Kampar District, 2015).This research is motivated by the implementation of a pilot poverty alleviation program in this case the program of giving cows rotating in the village of Ranah Baru, Kampar District, Kampar Regency. The purpose of this study was to analyze pilot poverty reduction project programs in particular the existing cow rotating program, in this case the Ranah baru village, Kampar District, Kampar Regency and to find out and analyze the factors that influence the success and failure of the cows rotating grant program by the District Government Kampar Kepada Livestock farmer groups located in the Ranah Baru Village, Kampar District, Kampar Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method approach. Primary data was obtained directly through interviews from key informants, namely the Plantation, Animal Husbandry and Animal Health Service of Kampar Regency, Kampar Regency DPRD Member for the period 2014-2019, the Head of the New Ranah Village, the new Village Field Extension Officer, the Basamo Compact Farmer Group, Desa Ranah Baru, Data secondary obtained from research documents. The results showed that the elements of expansion or communication and coordination between the organizing agencies starting from the Plantation, Animal Husbandry and Animal Health Service, the Village Government to the Livestock Farmers Group supported the successful implementation of the Ranah Baru Cow Rotating Grant Program in Kampar District, Kampar District. successful implementation of the Pilot Project Program Poverty alleviation in this case the grant of rotating cattle in the village of the new Ranah Kampar District of Kampar Regency, Factors that Influence the Success and Failure of the Poverty Reduction Project Program in particular the cow rotating village Ranah Baru Kampar District Kamparantara District Other lack of available resources humans who have the competence to carry out the care and maintenance of cattle, this is due to the lack of willingness to care for and maintain the given cow grants, the quality of their sources of labor has not been adequately trained, influence the level of success and pilot programs of poverty alleviation projects, especially grants taking turns in the village of Ranah Baru, Kampar District, Kampar District.

Abstract

Competence, Work Environment and Service Quality. This research is motivated by street vendors who are around the traditional market of Pekanbaru Government without permission and the location is in a zone that is forbidden to sell. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method approach. The data is obtained directly through interviews with informants, namely the head of the section on Order, Hygiene and Guidance for street vendors, street vendors, and the community. The results of this study indicate that, the program carried out in the guidance and structuring of street vendors, namely, direction and counseling, arrangement and market development. The implementation of PERDA No. 11 of 2001 concerning the guidance and arrangement of street vendors through these programs has not run optimally. Minimal and unsustainable coaching programs and market development that are not well considered so that a market has been built but is neglected because it is no longer used. There are several factors that become obstacles in the guidance and structuring of street vendors in Pekanbaru, namely, human resources, facilities and budgets that are not met, lack of supervision, economic factors, education, weak public awareness of rules, and urbanization factors.

Abstract

The LibuRUN group is a running community that is highly famous in Riau, notably in the city of Pekanbaru. The objective of founding the LibuRUN running community is to push for the residents of Pekanbaru city to live a healthy life. This research intends to examine the consumptive and hedonic behavior of members of the LibuRUN running community. The research approach utilized in this study is descriptive qualitative, the source of the data comprises of primary and secondary data. The findings indicated that consumer behavior among LibuRUN members was impacted by their surroundings and their personal wishes, and LibuRUN hedonic lifestyle was conduct that was regarded normal and hedonic behavior was also typical. Behavior arises because of behaviors that exist among the community and people themselves.

Abstract

This study aims to determine what factors that are influencing students in choosing Department of Early Childhood Education at Faculty of Teacher Training and Education in Riau University. The independent variables of this study are actors, resources and norms, and the dependent variable is students’ decision in choosing Department of Early Childhood Education at Faculty of Teacher Training and Education in Riau University. The data used in this study is primary data collected directly from students of Department of Early Childhood Education at Faculty of Teacher Training and Education in Riau University. The Analytical method used is quantitative method and analyzed by correlation using SPSS 22 for Windows. The result of data analysis shows resources have an insignificant negative effect with a very low level of correlation to students’ decisions to choose Department of Early Childhood Education at Faculty of Teacher Training and Education in Riau University, meanwhile norms have a significant positive effect with a low level of correlation to students’ decision to choose Department of Early Childhood Education at Faculty of Teacher Training and Education in Riau University.

Abstract

Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir adalah kabupaten penghasil kelapa terbanyak di Indonesia serta sebagian besar masyarakatnya berupaya di sektor kelapa selaku mata pencaharian utama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pilihan rasional petani kelapa dan bagaimana usahanya untuk meningkatkan status sosial di Desa Pengalihan Kecamatan Keritang Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa setiap petani kelapa memiliki kemampuan yang berbeda-beda untuk menggapai tujuan yang disebabkan oleh sumber daya, usaha dan norma petani dalam meningkat status sosial di masyarakat. Teori pilihan rasional dari Coleman menunjukkan individu membuat sebuah tindakan atau suatu pilihan untuk memenuhi sebuah tujuan yang ingin dia capai. Tujuan yang diinginkan bisa tercapai dengan menggunakan sumber daya yang dia miliki dan memaksimalkan kegunaan dari sumber daya tersebut. Ada dua elemen kunci dalam teori pilihan rasional Coleman yaitu aktor dan sumber daya (Ritzer & Goodman, 2009).

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya fenomena kesehatan dan dinamika sosial yaitu covid-19. Dari observasi peneliti di Pasar Selasa terlihat masyarakat khususnya para pedagang yang beraktifitas dipasar masih mengabaikan himbauan peraturan pemerintah terkait protokol kesehatan seperti hal nya penggunaan masker. Pasar tradisional merupakan tempat aktifitas masyarakat dalam hal jual beli dagangan sehingga menimbulkan interaksi fisik secara langsung. Adanya interaksi secara langsung antar pedagang dan pembeli,pedagang dengan pedagang,serta pembeli dengan pembeli,maka sangat berpotensi pula adanya kontak fisik yang menjadikan salah satu faktor penyebab penularan covid 19 dipasar tradisonal selasa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti ialah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan wawancara terpimpin. Data dikumpulkan oleh penulis menggunakan teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari informan penelitian dan selanjutnya didukung oleh data sekunder yang diperoleh dari berbagai pihak yang terkait dengan penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kesadaran masyarakat dalam menjalankan protokol kesehatan serta vaksinasi di Pasar Selasa Kecamatan Tuah Madani Kelurahan Tuah Karya Kota Pekanbaru masih kurang. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan pandangan mereka yang menganggap kurang pentingnya penggunaan masker dan vaksinasi. Mereka jarang bahkan ada yang tidak menggunakan masker. Mereka menganggap masker berefek buruk untuk pernafasannya. Mereka juga tidak melakukan vaksin karna beredarnya isu buruk dimana vaksin dapat menyebabkan kematian. Namun, meskipun masih berpendapat negatif mengenai prokes dan vaksin, Pihak Kecamatan dan Pengelola Pasar tetap gencar dalam melakukan tugas mereka demi terputusnya rantai penyebaran Covid-19.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya pajangan foto Ungku Saliah yang terdapat di rumah makan Minang yang ada di Kabupaten Dharmasraya. Pada konsep semiotika, di dalam sebuah pajangan foto terdapat hubungan antara penanda dan juga petanda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui alasan pemilik rumah makan memajang foto Ungku Saliah di tempat usaha. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini ialah pemilik rumah makan Minang di Kabupaten Dharmasraya yang berasal dari daerah Pariaman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa alasan pemilik rumah makan memajang foto Ungku Saliah di tempat usaha adalah sebagai bentuk penghargaan mereka kepada Ungku Saliah dan sebagai bukti bahwa ada ulama besar yang berasal dari daerah Pariaman. Selain itu, foto Ungku Saliah juga dijadikan sebagai alat komunikasi, bertanda bahwa si pemajang foto merupakan orang yang berasal dari daerah Pariaman.

Abstract

For children aged 7 to 12 years, students who are still classified as children, they want to play more than study and students do not understand how to learn via the internet. Children do not know how to process the learning system with the internet. Parental attention is needed by children to direct and demonstrate the learning process through the internet. The purpose of this study is to determine the response of parents to the application of online (in the network) and to determine the level of success that occurs in the implementation of online (in the network) at SD Muhammadiyah IV Pekanbaru. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach, data collection using research instruments, quantitative/statistical data analysis with the aim of testing the established hypothesis. The research hypothesis proposed in this study will be tested using statistical methods. The underlying reason is that statistical methods work by using numbers to produce quantitative data. The results of the study prove that children's development is successful in the system of learning in the network, according to Cognitive, Affective, and Conative terms. Influenced by the relationship of parents who teach from home to demonstrate the learning process on the internet. The way of the learning process, the direction of the system and others.

Abstract

Orang tua adalah salah satu peran yang dimiliki anggota masyarakat, namun tidak semuanya orangtua memiliki anak dengan kondisi fisik yang sempurna, sebagian besar orang tua menyekolahkan anak yang berkebutuhan khusus tidak menempatkan mereka di sekolah umum melainkan di SLB atau yang biasa dikenal dengan Sekolah Luar Biasa. SLB merupakan sekolah khusus diperuntukkan bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus sehingga dapat melaksanakan ataupun bermain dengan teman sebaya di sekolah seperti pada sekolah umum lainnya. Penelitian ini diangkat dengan tujuan untuk dapat mengetahui peranan seberapa besar orang tua/wali murid dan beserta guru yang bersangkutan dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran murid SLB Panam Mulia pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode  Penelitian yang digunakan dengan pendekatan metode penelitian kualititatif deskriptif, dalam pengumpulan data tersebut disertakan dalam bentuk data kualittaif. Subjek yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah orang tua atau wali murid yang bersangkutan tujuan digunakannya metode ini adalah bagaimana para orang tua/wali murid beserta guru yang bersangkutan memberikan informasi dalam mengatasi perubahan sistem pembelajaran pada SLB di masa Pandemi  Covid-19 agar kegiatan belajar mengajar tetap efektif sehingga para murid SLB tetap mendapatkan pelayanan kualitas pembelajaran dengan baik sekaligus memberikan informasi analisis dampak sosial yang dirasakan seluruh pihak SLB mengenai perubahan sistematis pembelajaran selama pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

This research was conducted in SMP Negeri 7 Kelurahan Purnama Kecamatan Dumai Barat Kota Dumai. The purpose of this study is to analyze the use of pocket money by Students / I SMP Negeri 7 Kelurahan Purnama Kecamatan Dumai Barat Kota Dumai. The focus of this study is the pattern of giving pocket money to students / I in SMP Negeri 7 Kelurahan Purnama Kecamatan Dumai Barat Kota Dumai. The sample in this study amounted to 72 students using slovin method from students who sat in class VIII SMP Negeri 7 Kelurahan Purnama Kecamatan Dumai Barat Kota Dumai. The writer uses quantitative descriptive method and the data is analyzed quantitatively and using the technique of Simple Random Sampling. Data instruments are observation, questionnaire/ questionnaire and documentation. From the research conducted, the authors found that the pattern of giving pocket money by parents to students in SMP N 07 Purnama is as follows: Per day, Students who get snack every day amounted to 58 students or 80.5% of respondents. Week, Students who get snack per week amounted to 11 students or 15.27% of respondents.Monthly, Students who get snack per month amounted to 3 students or 4.1% of respondents. The use of pocket money by the students of SMP N 07 Purnama is as follows: For pocket money, the use of allowance for snack by students of SMP N 07 Purnama on the research conducted found 30 students or 41.7% of respondents. For school purposes, the use of allowance for school purposes by students of SMP N 07 Purnama on research conducted found as many as 8 students / i or 11.1% of respondents. To save, the use of allowance to save by students of SMP N 07 Purnama on research conducted found as many as 6 students / i or 8.3% of respondents. To purchase internet quota / card, The use of allowance for internet quota by students of SMP N 07 Purnama on research conducted found as many as 3 students / i or 4.2% of respondents. For transportation costs, the use of allowance for transportation costs by students of SMP N 07 Purnama in research conducted found as many as 25 students / i or 34.7% of respondentsKeywords: Money, Expenditure Pattern
