Abstract

Waste is one of the main problems faced by the Batu City Environmental Agency. One of the efforts of the Environmental Agency is to create the TPS3R program. Based on the results of a survey of 11 people who live near TPS3R, 8 of the 11 people are still not aware of the importance of sorting waste because it has become a habit of local residents to immediately dispose of waste without sorting it out. As many as 90% of the respondents felt interested if there was an application that could educate so that people could change their habits to always sort waste accompanied by awards in the form of points that can be exchanged into money if they have deposited it into TPS3R. In addition, TPS3R, which is currently active in Batu City, has internal problems regarding cash books that are not well recorded and lack of interest in TPS3R processed products. Therefore, a waste handling and reduction application was developed in helping the TPS3R problem in Batu City. Developed using the MVC-architecture kotlin programming language. Data storage for the entire app uses Firebase Realtime Database and designed its interface using Figma tools. In the development process, it uses the Prototype method. Application testing uses 4 factors, namely validation, compatibility, correctness and efficiency for TPS3R bookkeeping features and user satisfaction testing with the SUS method. In validation and compatibility tests get 100% valid results and successfully run on SDK versions from 24-32. Correctness testing gets 100% valid results by comparing manual and automatic calculations and up to 54% faster time efficiency when using the application. User satisfaction testing gets good predicate results for TPS3R managers and excellent for TPS3R users.

Abstract

At this time, the government is very aggressive in implementing programmes to reduce poverty in this country, including the Family Hope Programme (PKH), Healthy Indonesia Card (KIS), and several more. One of the programmes currently running is the Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance (BSPS) or commonly referred to as house renovation. BSPS itself is government assistance for Low-Income Communities (MBR) to encourage and increase self-help in improving the quality of houses and new construction of houses, along with infrastructure, facilities, and public utilities (Regulation of the Minister of PUPR Number 07/PRT/M/2018). However, the current implementation of the assistance programme still uses conventional methods in collecting data related to potential beneficiaries, one of which is data on uninhabitable houses or we call them RTLH. The lack of a tool to help make reports if there are uninhabitable houses in the vicinity is also one of the limitations in this conventional method. Therefore here a solution to the problem is made, the solution is a website-based system that has features to help RTLH reporting, help handle the report, and help collect RTLH data. The stages in this research are literature study, requirements engineering, design, implementation, testing, and conclusions. In the SDLC requirements engineering stage used is the waterfall model, in the requirements engineering also obtained 24 functional requirements, 1 non-functional requirement, and 4 actors. System testing uses unit testing and validation testing. The results of system testing show that the system runs properly in accordance with the design.

Abstract

Transportation is an important thing that helps in supporting life in various regions, one of which is land transportation to help people in living their daily lives, including Nias Selatan Regency. The people of Nias Selatan still have difficulty in ordering pedicab transportation. Therefore, the researcher proposed to create an android-based online pedicab application to help the people of Nias Selatan in ordering pedicab. The development of android-based applications is carried out by conducting an SLC Waterfall approach which consists of several stages including the analysis of needs obtained through interviews and filling out questionnaires conducted on the people of Nias Selatan, system design, implementation and application testing using black box testing. In addition, development is also carried out using the help of android studio as well as Java programming languages and Firebase database. The results of the development resulted in the existence of the main feature, namely ordering pedicab online with 100% valid test results which means that the features developed are accurate and in accordance with the functional needs needed by the people of Nias Selatan.

Abstract

Ortho Dental Clinic is a health service facility that provides dental and oral health services located on Jalan Raya Tlogomas, Malang, East Java. The services provided by the Malang Ortho Dental Clinic include installing stirrups, veneers, scaling and installation of dentures. Problems at the Malang Ortho Dental Clinic are difficulties in ordering and registering patients, there is no medical record system, missing transaction data and inaccurate transaction reports. From these problems, a web-based Ortho Dental Malang SIMK was developed which can facilitate the process of ordering care and patient registration, recording of medical records, transactions and transaction reports. The development of SIMK Ortho Dental Malang uses the waterfall model and produces 5 actors namely user, admin, doctor, front office, patient, 1 non-functional requirement and 48 functional requirements. The results of the validation test and SIMK Ortho Dental Malang unit are 100% valid. The results of SIMK Ortho Dental Malang compatibility testing using the SortSite tool show that the system is compatible with desktop web browsers Edge, Firefox, Opera, Safari, Chrome and web browsers on Android and iOS.

Abstract

Lecturers are a profession that has an important role in the world of higher education, they are professional educators as well as scientists who provide their knowledge to college students. Therefore, in carrying out their duties, lecturers must have a certificate as professional lecturers, which can be obtained from Pekerti AA training. Pekerti AA training is a training program for lecturers that focuses on improving the quality of learning at the university where they work. The Pekerti AA training management application will focus on making it easy for training applicants to register and find all information related to training, as well as making it easier for the committee to manage applicant data. In the process of designing the Pekerti AA application, a good user experience is needed. To get a good user experience, a human-centered design development method is needed. The testing procedure necessitates usability testing and also filling out the UE questionnaire. By involving five respondents, the test results were obtained, namely a value of 89% for the value of effectiveness and a value of 0.09174 goals per second for the value of efficiency. A value of 80, with those included in grade A-, means good and acceptable. The results of the UEQ show that attractiveness and stimulation get excellent status, while perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, and novelty get good status.

Abstract

Pesantren Mahasiswa FIRDAUS is one of the Islamic boarding schools that open registration every year. The registration process is carried out by purchasing a registration form available at the pesantren location. The students who apply are freshmen from out of town. These students have problems buying registration forms because they are still in their hometowns. And the activity of managing registration also experienced problems in managing the quota of new students because the status of being accepted as a student was based on the time of payment. To answer the obstacles mentioned earlier, a solution was given in the form of a registration system that has the function of accepting registration and payment. The process of forming this system begins with the elimination and analysis of needs and generates 20 functional needs and one non-functional need. Then the design process and implementation process are carried out with the Model-View-Controller architectural pattern which is supported by the Codeigniter framework and the implementation of payment functions is supported by Midtrans's payment gateway service. In the next stage, testing was conducted on the implementation of the system. Testing was carried out using white-box testing, using the unit testing method which resulted in 100% valid status, and integration testing which also resulted 100% valid status. Then, black-box testing was carried out using the validation testing method on 33 test cases, which resulted in 100% valid status and also compatibility testing which resulted that the system can work well on 7 types of web browsers.

Abstract

Untuk mencapai suatu efisiensi dan keakuratan data dalam proses pengelolaan kegiatan, diperlukan sebuah sistem yang mampu memfasilitasi dan dapat berinteraksi agar proses pengelolaan kegiatan menjadi lebih efektif dan dapat terlaksana dengan baik. Pada umumnya kasus yang sering terjadi pada pengelolaan kegiatan adalah saat penjadwalan acara yang akan berlangsung dan juga keterbatasan infrastruktur yang masih menggunakan sistem manual dalam pengelolaan sebuah acara. Perancangan antarmuka yang dirancang dengan buruk pada antarmuka sistem akan menyebabkan banyak masalah error yang tidak terduga. Oleh karena itu, perancangan aplikasi berbasis android ini berfungsi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan Wardah Beauty Agent serta memudahkan proses esain perancangan aplikasi pengelolaan kegiatan agar bebas dari kesalahan dan ramah pengguna. Perancangan dilakukan menggdunakan pendekatan Object Oriented Analysis and Design dengan pemodelan perancangan prototype serta menggunakan diagram UML seperti use case diagram dan sequence diagram. Pengujian perancangan dilakukan dengan menggunakan pengujian dasar traceability matrix dan pengujian kualitas (Coupling Between Object Classes) CBO, (Respose for a Class) RFC, (Lack of cohesion in methods1) LCOM1 dan (Lack of cohesion in methods2) LCOM2 metrics. Dari pengujian yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan semua artefak telah sesuai berdasarkan use case yang telah dirancang sebelumnya. Selain itu hasil dari pengujian perancangan ini yaitu memiliki adaptability yang tinggi karena nilai rata-rata CBO adalah 1 hingga 3, dan nilai rata-rata RFC adalah 1- 69, dan memenuhi nilai LCOM2 0 hingga 1.

Abstract

Penanganan sampah pada Kota Batu dilakukan dengan pembangunan beberapa bank sampah yang mengelola sampah rumah tangga. Pembangunan bank sampah yang menjadi pionir di Kota Batu adalah bank sampah Teratai putih yang saat ini memiliki lebih dari 100 nasabah dan memiliki kendala manajemen dalam administrasi yang lambat karena masih mengandalkan pencatatan manual dan dengan kendala yang dihadapi tersebut, maka dilakukannya penelitian agar mendapatkan solusi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Adapun solusi yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini berupa perancangan user experience berbasis mobile apps dengan pendekatan design thinking untuk menentukan kebutuhan pengguna. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian usability yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini untuk pengelola bank sampah mendapatkan 90% untuk efektivitas, untuk effisiensi yang dilakukan dengan menghitung time based effisiensi mendapatkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 0.028 detik pertugasnya, 80,41667% untuk kepuasan dengan metrik SUS sedangkan UEQ mendapatkan nilai dengan rata-rata 1,56 untuk attractiveness berkategori above average, nilai 1,21 untuk perspicuity berkategori above average, nilai 1,88 untuk Efficiency berkategori good, nilai 1,42 untuk dependability berkategori above average, nilai 1,88 untuk stimulation berkategori excellent, nilai 1,48 untuk novelty berkategori good. Pengguna nasabah mendapatkan hasil usability 94,28 % untuk effektivitas, untuk effisiensi yang dilakukan dengan menghitung time based effisiensi mendapatkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 0.1882676 detik pertask, dan 82,14 untuk kepuasan dengan metrik SUS sedangkan UEQ mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 1,52 untuk attractiveness dengan katgori above average, nilai 1,52 untuk perspicuity dengan kategori above average, nilai 1,70 untuk untuk Efficiency dengan kategori good, nilai 1,52 untuk dependability dengan kategori good, nilai 1,63 untuk stimulation dengan kategori good, nilai 1,25 untuk novelty dengan kategori good.

Abstract

Klinik Dokter Praktek Perorangan (DPP) Riduwan Vidya Wira adalah salah satu pelayanan Kesehatan yang ada di kota Pematang Siantar. Proses manajemen rekam medis pada Klinik DPP Riduwan Vidya Wira masih dilakukan secara konvensional yaitu ditulis pada formulir rekam medis. Hal ini menyebabkan proses pelayanan mengalami beberapa masalah yaitu lamanya waktu yang dibutuhkan perawat untuk mencari rekam medis pasien, terdapat kerangkapan data rekam medis pasien, keterbatasan ruangan penyimpanan dokumen rekam medis pasien dan belum terjaganya kerahasiaan rekam medis di klinik. Masalah tersebut mempengaruhi efisiensi kerja pada klinik. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, sistem manajemen rekam medis berbasis web dibangun dengan tujuan mempermudah proses pencarian rekam medis, menjaga keutuhan dan kerahasiaan data rekam medis. Pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan metode waterfall dan menggunakan pendekatan berorientasi objek. Sistem ini diimplementasikan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan framework Laravel. Hasil pengujian unit dan validasi menghasilkan nilai 100% valid. Hasil pengujian efisiensi menghasilkan pengurangan waktu sebesar 87,38% dari pengujian pencarian dan pembuatan rekam medis, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengujian pencarian dan pembuatan rekam medis lebih cepat menggunakan sistem dibanding pembuatan secara manual.

Abstract

Proses layanan gadai di UD. Ricky Gadai Medan masih dilakukan secara konvensional dengan tulisan tangan pada buku. Penggunakan buku untuk proses layanan gadai membuat penyimpanan data menjadi kurang maksimal dan memakan waktu yang lebih lama. Pencarian terhadap surat perjanjian dan bukti transaksi memakan waktu yang lebih lama karena penyimpanan data dilakukan dengan menumpukkan surat perjanjian dan bukti transaksi. Kekurangan tersebut mempengaruhi efisiensi kerja dan mempengaruhi penilaian nasabah. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, sistem informasi usaha gadai berbasis website dikembangkan dengan tujuan mempermudah proses layanan gadai. Sistem informasi usaha gadai akan mempermudah pihak gadai untuk membuat data gadai, memperbarui data gadai, dan mempermudah pencarian data gadai. Pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan model pengembangan perangkat lunak waterfall dan menggunakan pendekatan berorientasi objek. Sistem ini diimplementasikan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan framework CodeIgniter. Pengujian unit dari 3 fungsional dan pengujian validasi dari 66 fungsional yang dilakukan mendapatkan hasil 100% data valid yang diuji. Pengujian efisiensi menghasilkan pengurangan waktu sebesar 76,33% sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa proses layanan gadai lebih cepat menggunakan sistem dibanding secara manual.
