Abstract

Transformasi digital telah memengaruhi berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk bidang akademik, khususnya dalam penulisan karya ilmiah yang menuntut sitasi dan pengelolaan referensi yang akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan mahasiswa dalam penggunaan aplikasi Mendeley untuk sitasi dan pengelolaan referensi. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang melibatkan 60 mahasiswa dan dosen di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Tarbiyah (STIT) Muara Enim. Langkah-langkah penelitian meliputi identifikasi masalah, penyusunan rencana pelatihan, pelaksanaan pelatihan, dan evaluasi kolaboratif. Pelatihan melibatkan ceramah, simulasi, dan praktik langsung menggunakan Mendeley. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa banyak mahasiswa belum familiar dengan Mendeley, dan pengelolaan referensi masih dilakukan secara manual. Setelah pelatihan, peserta menunjukkan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang sitasi dan mampu mengoperasikan Mendeley dengan baik, termasuk mengimpor referensi, mengatur library, dan membuat sitasi serta daftar pustaka. Evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam antusiasme dan motivasi mahasiswa untuk menghasilkan karya ilmiah yang berkualitas. Keterbatasan laptop dan jaringan internet yang tidak stabil merupakan kendala yang dihadapi. Secara keseluruhan, pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan kompetensi akademik mahasiswa dalam pengelolaan referensi dan sitasi, serta diharapkan dapat berlanjut untuk peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan akademik yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

One of the crisis phases in families entering the middle age phase is the feeling of losing their role in raising children and feeling empty because the children no longer live in the same house. This term is known as empty nest syndrome. Self-acceptance and emotional regulation play an essential role in the impact of empty nest syndrome experienced by older adults. This research aims to prove the further impact of self-acceptance and emotional regulation on the experience of empty nest syndrome in older adults. The self-acceptance scale, emotional regulation scale, and empty nest syndrome scale were adapted by the author. The research respondents were 30 older people at the Siti Anna Bangka Belitung Retirement Home. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it is known that self-acceptance and emotional regulation are related to empty nest syndrome, and simultaneously, self-acceptance, emotional regulation, and empty nest syndrome are significantly associated with each other.

Abstract

Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar dampak pengaruh manejemen lingkungan belajar terhadap psikologi belajar pada tingkatan Pendidikan dasar dan menengah atas. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan sifat penelitian korelatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan Observasi, dokumentasi dan Analisis data Quisioner Teknik menggunakan Teknik analisis Kuantitatif dengan statistik inferensial menggunakan SPSS dan statistik diskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh antara manejemen lingkungan belajar terhadap motivasi belajar sebesar 32,1% pada pengujian sampel Sekolah Dasar, dan 35,8% pada pengujian sampel Sekolah Menengah Atas. Dengan diketahui ada pengaruh manajemen lingkungan belajar terhadap motivasi belajar tentu perlu menjadi perhatian khusus oleh para penyelenggara Pendidikan baik kepala sekolah, pendidik dan tenaga non pendidikan untuk dapat menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif dan menyenangkan melalui pengaturan lingkungan belajar itu sendiri. Maka tersirat dari hasil penelitian ini adalah perlunya pelatihan khusus yang harus dilakukan oleh seluruh unsur penyelenggara Pendidikan untuk dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan pengetahuan tentang berbagai macam atau model yang dapat digunakan dalam memanajemen lingkungan belajarnya.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of the lack of students who are aware of their own learning style, when the learning process students find it difficult to accept the material taught by the teacher. This type of research is quantitative which is descriptive associative. The population of this study was all 35 students in grade VIII PKBM SabilulBelievers . As for the research sample researcher uses a total sampling that all individuals are chosen as sample members. The results of research in this thesis are indicating that the influence of learning styles on learning outcomes of Aqeedah Morals Class VIII Pandemic Covid-19 Academic Year 2020/2021. The Effect of Learning Style has a positive and significant influence on the learning outcomes of the Aqeedah Moral Class VIII Subjects in Pandemic Covid-19 at PKBM SabilulMukminin with a significant level of 5%, seen from the value of X 2 count 20.594 > x 2 9.488 and the coefficient of coatual /level of 0.608, which shows a strong effect.

Abstract

Maju dan berkembangnya sebuah Negara terletak pada kemajuan pendidikannya, termasuk Pendidikan Islam, dan sebuah lembaga pendidikan tidak terlepas dari masalah penggunaan metode pembelajaran, yang diterapkan pada lembaga pendidikan secara umum maupun lembaga pendidikan agama khususnya, pada lembaga pendidikan tingkat dasar maupun pendidikan tinggi. Metode Pendidikan Islam pada lembaga pendidikan agama harus secara efektif di lakukan oleh guru atau dosen untuk mencapai suatu tujuan pendidikan yang telah ditentukan. Metode yang tepat dan sesuai akan mengantarkan pada pemahaman peserta didik secara komprehensif. Metode Pendidikan Islam merupakan salah satu kunci keberhasilan proses pembelajaran diantara komponen pendidikan yang lain. Research (penelitian) ini bertujuan antara lain: 1) Mengetahui Efektifitas Penerapan Metode Pendidikan Islam pada Lembaga Pendidikan Agama, 2) Mengetahui Relevansi Metode Pendidikan Islam dalam menghadapi Society era 5.0. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian library research (kajian kepustakaan) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah menggunakan metode scoping review, yaitu sebuah metode kepustakaan yang mendalam dan komprehensif dengan mengkaji tentang Efektifitas Metode Pendidikan Islam dan Releansinya dalam Menghadapi Society Era 5.0. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa Metode Pendidikan Islam pada pendidikan agama masih efektif dilakukan, dan masih relevan namun masih perlu dikembangkan dalam menghadapi society era 5.0.

Abstract

Abstract The market is a meeting place for traders and buyers. The products or goods that are often traded in the market consist of fruits, rice, meat, fish, vegetables, spices, clothing and electronic equipment. To gain profit and sympathy from consumers, traders or business people often use strategies including product strategy, pricing strategy, and promotion strategy. However, most of the strategies they apply are not in accordance with the principles of shari'ah business ethics, including frequently reducing the amount of measure, hiding defective goods, playing with prices and frequently committing perjury.This research is included in field research, namely a study whose purpose is to look closely and intensively at a social event, namely the practice of business ethics from the perspective of Islamic economics. The essence of this research is descriptive-analytic research, namely research that aims to find, describe problems. To obtain the information needed in research, researchers used observation, interviews and documentation. After analyzing the data, the researcher uses qualitative methods and draws conclusions using a deductive approach.Based on the research results, it can be concluded that traders or businessmen, especially in traditional markets, often carry out strategies that are not in accordance with Shari'ah business ethics. Therefore, so that the actions of traders can be in accordance with Sharia business ethics, traders must apply the principles of shari'ah business ethics, namely honesty, trustworthiness and openness or transparency.

Abstract

This research seeks to determine the relationship between student perceptions and the implementation of punishment in student discipline. This research employed a correlational quantitative approach. The research involved 131 eleventh-grade students of Palembang's senior high school. This research used a purposive sampling technique. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS software version 22.0 for Windows. This research collected data using three scales: student perception, punishment, and discipline. The major hypothesis test yielded rx12-y = 0.601, F = 36.232, and sig < 0.05, indicating that student perceptions and punishment can predict discipline among eleventh-grade high school students in Palembang. Therefore, students' perceptions of discipline and punishment constitute an effective 36.1% contribution to student discipline, with the remaining 63.9% influenced by variables outside of the research. The first hypothesis test yielded rx1-y = 0.251 with a significance level of <0.05. It means there is a significant positive influence between student perceptions and discipline among eleventh-grade high school students in Palembang, with a 29% effective contribution to punishment. The second hypothesis test yielded rx2-y = 0.499, with a significance level of <0.05. It means that the punishment significantly positively influences student discipline among eleventh-grade high school students in Palembang, with an effective contribution of 7%.Keywords: Student Perception, Punishment, Student Discipline

Abstract

The first stage of development that distinguishes intimacy from isolation is described by the individual. In other words, at this point, the individual dewasa awal has an obligation to develop an intimate relationship with the type of lawan. This type of relasi is developed in a healthy way within a romantic or even a romantic relationship. This study uses a korelasional quantitative approach and is analyzed using a berganda regression. Using the purposive sampling technique, a sample of around 55 respondents was collected. The data was collected using three non-factual scales and distributed via a Google Form to UIN Raden Fatah Palembang mahasiswa with ages ranging from 18 to 25. Based on the simultaneous results, which are shown by the nilai F observasi = 147,205 > 3,18, there is a connection between the otoriter's pola asuh and the sikap posesif and kecerdasan emotional.

Abstract

Many factors affect student participation in the learning process. According to the researcher, two (2) most dominant factors are interest and learning motivation. For that, researchers are interested in proving it empirically. This research aimed to determine the correlation between interest and motivation to learn with student participation. The analysis technique to test the hypothesis by using multiple regression. The data analysis results proved a significant positive relationship between interest and motivation to learn with student participation (r=0.521 :( p<0.01). There was a significant positive relationship between interest and student participation (r=0.516;(<0.01) , and there is a significant positive relationship between learning motivation and student participation (r=0.520; ( p<0.01). Furthermore, the variable of learning motivation is a variable that has a more significant influence on student participation which can be seen from the B value of 0.679 while the interest variable is 0.178.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between intrinsic motivation and self-efficacy with self-regulation in Jakabaring Fitness members in Palembang City. The research subjects consisted of 60 active fitness members. The method used was quantitative correlation with total sampling technique. The results of the analysis showed that intrinsic motivation and self-efficacy are predictors of self-regulation, with a value of F = 21.181 (p <0.01). These two factors play a positive role in self-regulation, indicating that the higher the intrinsic motivation and self-efficacy, the better individuals are at regulating and maintaining their exercise habits. Simultaneously, intrinsic motivation and self-efficacy contributed 40.6% to self-regulation. While partially intrinsic motivation increases self-regulation by 0.461, while self-efficacy increases by 0.264.
