Abstract

Perencanaan keuangan merupakan salah satu aspek dalam aktivitas kegiatan ekonomi. perencanaan keuangan tidak bisa dilepaskan dari syariah yang dijadikan sebagai acuan dalam segala aktivitas yang dilakukan. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk menunjukkan bagaimana pengaruh literasi keuangan, tingkat Pendidikan dan tingkat pendapatan terhadap perencanaan keuangan Islam di kota Prabumulih. Metodologi penelitian yang dikembangkan secara kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Masyarakat Kota prabumulih mulai dari umur 25 hingga 40 Tahun sebanyak 45.448. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling menggunakan rumus slovin, sehingga diperoleh 100 sampel. Penelitian menunjukkan hasil bahwa literasi keuangan, serta tingkat Pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perencanaan keuangan Islam, sedangkan tingkat pendapatan tidak berpengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap perencanaan keuangan Islam.

Abstract

Emerging adults often use social media as a platform for exploration, but the usage is associated with various negative impacts, particularly regarding others' judgments, which can lead to social anxiety. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the influence of husnuzan and social comparison on social anxiety among emerging adults social media users. The participants were individuals in emerging adulthood, aged 18-29 years, residing in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Moreover, the Iowa-Netherlands Comparison Orientation Measure, Husn al-Zhan Scale, and Social Anxiety Scales for Social Media Users were used. A multiple regression analysis was carried out to explore the relationship between the three variables. The proposed hypothesis states that husnuzan and social comparison influence social anxiety. The results showed that husnuzan and social comparison significantly impacted social anxiety in emerging adults social media users, hence, optimizing husnuzan and minimizing social comparison behaviors can reduce anxiety.

Abstract

Abstract Women’s participation in local government is a crucial indicator of inclusive and gender-equitable development. This study aims to analyze the roles and participation of women within the bureaucratic structure of Muara Enim Regency, as well as the enabling and constraining factors influencing their involvement in public policy decision-making. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed using literature review, policy document analysis, questionnaires, and interviews with female civil servants in local government institutions. The findings reveal that women’s representation in strategic bureaucratic positions remains limited despite the presence of national and regional affirmative action policies. Structural constraints such as patriarchal culture, gender stereotypes, and restricted access to leadership training continue to impede women’s advancement. Conversely, affirmative regulations, increasing levels of women’s education, and strong social networks serve as key enabling factors. The study emphasizes the need to strengthen gender-responsive regional policies, expand leadership capacity-building for female civil servants, and cultivate an inclusive bureaucratic environment. These findings are expected to contribute as policy references for local governments and gender advocates in promoting women’s roles in equality-oriented development. Keywords: Women’s participation; Local Government; Gender Equality; Public Policy Abstrak Partisipasi perempuan dalam pemerintahan daerah merupakan indikator penting dalam mewujudkan pembangunan yang inklusif dan berkeadilan gender. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran dan tingkat keterlibatan perempuan dalam struktur birokrasi Pemerintah Kabupaten Muara Enim serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendorong dan penghambat yang memengaruhi partisipasi mereka dalam pengambilan keputusan kebijakan publik. Pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif digunakan melalui kajian literatur, analisis dokumen kebijakan daerah, kuesioner, dan wawancara dengan aparatur sipil negara (ASN) perempuan di lingkungan pemerintahan daerah. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa representasi perempuan dalam posisi strategis masih terbatas meskipun telah tersedia kebijakan afirmatif di tingkat nasional dan daerah. Hambatan struktural seperti budaya patriarki, stereotip gender, dan akses terbatas terhadap pelatihan kepemimpinan menjadi tantangan utama. Sebaliknya, kebijakan afirmatif, peningkatan tingkat pendidikan perempuan, dan keberadaan jaringan sosial yang kuat menjadi faktor pendorong yang signifikan. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya penguatan regulasi daerah yang responsif gender, penyediaan pelatihan kepemimpinan bagi ASN perempuan, serta pembangunan ekosistem birokrasi yang lebih inklusif. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan kebijakan bagi pemerintah daerah dan para pegiat gender dalam mendorong peran perempuan dalam pembangunan berbasis kesetaraan. Abstract

Although online English language learning has been widely praised for its flexibility and accessibility, its effectiveness in developing speaking skills—where learner autonomy is essential—remains underexplored. The COVID-19 pandemic necessitated a sudden shift to online formats, exposing significant challenges in how learners independently manage speaking practice. This qualitative study investigated the impact of online learning environments on learner autonomy in speaking classes. Data were collected through purposive sampling from two lecturers and twelve students at two state universities in Palembang, Indonesia. Semi-structured interviews were conducted and analyzed using thematic analysis to identify patterns in self-directed learning behavior. Analysis revealed five key barriers to learner autonomy in online speaking courses: (1) lack of goal-setting, (2) poor time management, (3) absence of structured study plans, (4) limited application of communication strategies during speaking tasks, and (5) minimal use of available learning resources. These interconnected issues suggest that current online formats fall short in supporting the autonomous development of speaking skills. The findings underscore the limitations of fully online learning in fostering autonomous language development, particularly in speaking. Learners often struggle without structured support and direct interaction. To enhance learner autonomy in speaking classes, a blended learning model is recommended. By integrating the flexibility of online tools with the engagement of face-to-face instruction, this approach provides a more supportive and balanced environment for autonomous learning.

Abstract

The shift to online learning has posed significant challenges for university students, particularly in developing countries. This study explores the obstacles encountered by undergraduate students in the Islamic Psychology program at Raden Fatah State University during their engagement with online education. A qualitative approach was employed, involving semi-structured interviews with 15 undergraduate students. Participants were selected through purposive sampling to ensure diverse perspectives. Data were analyzed thematically to identify recurring patterns and concerns. The analysis revealed four major challenges: technical difficulties, unsupportive learning environments, limited interaction, and low motivation. Students frequently experienced unstable internet connections and inadequate access to necessary learning tools, which hindered their academic engagement. Many also reported a lack of emotional support and physical space conducive to studying. Additionally, minimal interaction with peers and instructors contributed to a sense of isolation, further diminishing students' motivation. To address these issues, the study recommends strategies such as promoting flexible learning schedules, strengthening peer networks, prioritizing emotional well-being, and designing more interactive and engaging content. Institutions are urged to adopt adaptive teaching methods and invest in professional development for educators to improve online learning outcomes. Future studies using mixed-method approaches are suggested to gain a more nuanced understanding of student experiences in digital learning environments.

Abstract

Gratitude is form of feeling thanks and appreciation for the experience gained in a good life both from God, humans, and circumstances that can encourage person to do good. To be able to continue to generate gratitude, it takes ekstraversion and agreeableness to be able to appreciate all experiences in life. Gratitude is urgently needed in correctional prisoners to help them develop themselves into more positive people, be able to accept the coaching carried out in prison seriously and realize that what they are going through is consequence of the actions they have done and not repeat them. The study aims to determine the correlation between extraversion personality dimensions and agreeableness with gratitude in correctional prisoners. The method used is quantitative multiple regression correlation. The research subjects consisted of 132 correctional psioners with a purposive random sampling technique. The scale used consisted of three scales, namely, the extraversion scale (a = 0.794), the agreeableness scale (a = 0.854), and the gratitude scale (a = 0.864). The results showed that extraversion, agreeableness with gratitude had a significant correlation with F = 15.820, and p = 0.000 (p<0.05). This means that extraversion and agreableness affect gratitude in correctional psioners.Kebersyukuran merupakan bentuk dari perasaan berterimakasih serta apresiasi atas pengalaman yang diperoleh dalam kehidupan baik dari Tuhan, manusia, serta keadaan yang mampu mendorong seseorang untuk melakukan kebaikan. Untuk dapat terus menimbulkan rasa syukur, diperlukan keterbukaan dan kebersetujuan agar mampu mengapresiasi segala pengalaman dalam hidup. Kebersyukuran sangat dibutuhkan pada warga binaan pemasyarakatan agar dapat membantunya dalam mengembangkan diri menjadi pribadi yang lebih positif, mampu menerima pembinaan di dalam Lapas dengan sungguh-sungguh dan menyadari hal yang di jalaninya merupakan konsekuensi atas perbuatan yang telah dilakukan dan tidak mengulanginya lagi. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi antara dimensi kepribadian ekstraversion dan agreeableness dengan kebersyukuran pada warga binaan pemasyarakatan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif korelasional regresi ganda. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 132 warga binaan pemasyarakatan dengan teknik purposive random sampling. Skala dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas tiga skala yaitu, skala ekstraversion (a = 0.794), skala agreeableness (a = 0.854), dan skala kebersyukuran (a = 0.864). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekstraversion, agreeableness dengan kebersyukuran mempunyai korelasi yang signifikan dengan nilai F = 15,820, dan p = 0,000 (p < 0,05). Artinya ekstraversion dan agreeableness berpengaruh terhadap kebersyukuran pada warga binaan pemasyarakatan.

Abstract

Education is a means of educating the nation's children who are knowledgeable and noble. However, many students are found who do not reflect noble morals. one of the behaviors that do not reflect noble morals is academic cheating.  Academic fraud is dishonest behavior by students in learning. The causes of academic cheating include academic pressure and academic ability. Great academic pressure and academic ability make students commit academic fraud. This study aims to prove the correlation between academic pressure and academic ability to academic fraud committed by students. The research subjects were active students of the Faculty of Psychology. Type of correlational quantitative research with a scale as a Likert model research instrument. Sampling using purposive random sampling of as many as 191 subjects. Data were collected using measuring instruments in the form of an academic pressure scale, academic ability scale, and academic cheating scale in the form of Google Forms. Data analysis using multiple regression. The results of the data analysis showed that academic pressure and academic ability impact on of academic fraud with a significant value of p = 0.000 (0.000 < 0.005). Academic pressure and academic ability impact academic fraud by 35.3%, and the remaining 64.7% is influenced by other factors. The results showed that the greater the academic pressure and academic ability in students, the greater the academic fraud that occurs.Pendidikan merupakan serana mencerdaskan anak bangsa yang berilmu dan berakhlak mulia. Namun faktanya banyak ditemukan peserta didik yang tidak mencerminkan akhlak mulia. Salah satu perilaku yang tidak mencerminkan akhlak mulia adalah melakukan kecurangan akademik.  Kecurangan akademik merupakan perilaku tidak jujur yang dilakukan peserta didik dalam pembelajaran. Penyebab kecurangan akademik diantaranya tekanan akademik dan kemampuan akademik. Tekanan akademik dan kemampuan akademik yang besar membuat peserta didik melakukan kecurangan akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan korelasi tekanan akademik dan kemampuan akademik terhadap kecurangan akademik yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa. Subjek penelitian mahasiswa aktif Fakultas Psikologi. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif korelasional dengan skala sebagai instrumen penelitian model likert. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive random sampling sebanyak 191 subjek. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan alat ukur berupa skala tekanan akademik, skala kemampuan akademik dan skala kecurangan akademik dalam bentuk google form. Analisis data menggunakan regresi ganda. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa tekanan akademik dan kemampuan akademik berdampak pada kecurangan akademik dengan nilai signifikan p=0,000 (0,000 < 0,005). Tekanan akademik dan kemampuan akademik memiliki dampak terhadap kecurangan akademik sebesar 35,3 %, sisanya 64,7 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jika semakin besar tekanan akademik dan kemampuan akademik pada mahasiswa, maka semakin besar pula kecurangan akademik yang terjadi.

Abstract

College students are expected to complete their studies and achieve a bachelor's degree on time. They also expected to get prepared to enter the world of work. The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical data regarding the effect of self-efficacy and gender on student anxiety in facing the world of work. This research is a quantitative study with self-efficacy scale and anxiety scale. The population of this study were final year students at public and private universities in Medan with 300 respondents. Results from this research are there is a negative effect of self-efficacy on students' anxiety in entering the world of work as much as 42.9 percent. It also found that there was no difference in anxiety between men and women in facing the world of work. Both male and female students feel anxiety about facing the world of work, specifically they are worried about whether they will immediately get a job after graduate from university. Suggestions from this research are to provide input to universities regarding the importance of preparing students for how to enter the world of work. This is also compatible with the Main Performance Indicator (IKU) by The Ministry of Education and Culture Indonesia in 2020 that graduates are expected to have a waiting period for work of less than six months after graduated and have a salary of more than 1.2 (one point two) times the minimum wage early in their early career.Mahasiswa sebagai calon pekerja memiliki tuntutan yang lebih berat dibandingkan siswa SMU. Tuntutan tersebut antara lain adalah menyelesaikan studi dalam jangka waktu yang telah ditentukan dan mencapai gelar sarjana. Tuntutan lainnya adalah mahasiswa diharapkan untuk  memiliki kesiapan mental  dalam memasuki dunia kerja yang penuh tantangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan data empiris mengenai pengaruh dari self efficacy dan jenis kelamin terhadap kecemasan mahasiswa dalam menghadapi dunia kerja. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan alat ukur self efficacy  dan alat ukur kecemasan menghadapi dunia kerja. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa tingkat akhir di Universitas Negeri dan Universitas Swasta di kota Medan dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 300 orang.  Penelitian ini memberikan hasil yaitu terdapat pengaruh negatif self efficacy terhadap kecemasan mahasiswa dalam memasuki dunia kerja sebanyak 42.9 persen.  Selain itu ditemukan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan kecemasan antara laki-laki dan perempuan dalam menghadapi dunia kerja. Mahasiswa laki-laki dan perempuan secara bersama merasakan kecemasan menghadapi dunia kerja, secara spesifik mereka cemas apakah akan segera mendapatkan pekerjaan setelah menyelesaikan perkuliahan. Saran yang dapat diberikan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah memberikan masukan kepada Perguruan Tinggi mengenai pentingnya mempersiapkan mahasiswa sejak dini  untuk memasuki dunia kerja. Hal ini sesuai dengan Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU) I yang diwacanakan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan  Indonesia tahun 2020. Indikator Utama 1 menjelaskan bahwa lulusan diharapkan memiliki masa tunggu kerja kurang dari 6 (enam) bulan setelah tanggal terbit ijazah dan memiliki gaji lebih dari 1.2 kali lipat upah minimum di awal kariernya.

Abstract

Although it is thought that the educational system will generate moral heirs to the country, the reality is that academic fraud is causing the nation's morale to crumble right now. scholastic fraud is an intentional act of dishonesty or fraud that is done in order to satisfy or finish scholastic requirements and/or duties. Opportunity and logic are two factors that contribute to academic dishonesty. Students commit academic fraud due to logic and abundant opportunities. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how opportunity and reason affect academic fraud. The study participants were current psychology faculty students. 191 participants were sampled via purposive random sampling. Data was gathered utilizing measuring instruments in the form of a Google Form, including opportunity scales, rationality scales, and academic fraud measures. employing multiple regression to analyze data. The examination of the data yields the significant value of p = 0.000 (0.000 0.005), which indicates that opportunity and rationality have an effect on academic cheating. The study's findings indicate that academic fraud occurs more frequently the more options and rationality pupils have.Sistem pendidikan dianggap akan melahirkan pewaris moral bagi negara, kenyataannya kecurangan akademik menyebabkan moral bangsa runtuh saat ini. penipuan skolastik adalah tindakan ketidakjujuran atau penipuan yang disengaja yang dilakukan untuk memenuhi atau menyelesaikan persyaratan dan / atau tugas skolastik. Peluang dan logika adalah dua faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap ketidakjujuran akademik. Mahasiswa melakukan kecurangan akademik karena logika dan kesempatan yang melimpah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memastikan bagaimana peluang dan alasan mempengaruhi kecurangan akademik. Peserta penelitian adalah mahasiswa fakultas psikologi saat ini. 191 peserta diambil sampelnya melalui purposive random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat ukur berupa Google Form, meliputi skala peluang, skala rasionalitas, dan ukuran kecurangan akademik. menggunakan regresi berganda untuk menganalisis data. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecurangan akademik lebih sering terjadi, semakin banyak pilihan dan rasionalitas yang dimiliki siswa.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pendekatan emosional dan pola asuh orangtua dalam pengabdian masyarakat dapat menjadi salah satu strategi peningkatan pemahaman bagi orangtua yang memiliki anak berkebutuhan khusus. Program PkM ini bertujuan untuk optimalisasi pendekatan emosional dan pola asuh orangtua yang mempunyai anak luar biasa sehingga mampu membuat orang tua memahami anak-anak yang berkebutuhan khusus dan lebih mampu untuk mengontrol emosi pada saat anak tersebut sedang/ tidak dalam kondisi yang baik. Dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, terdiri dari tiga tahapan yaitu berupa perencanaan, pelaksanaan, serta pasca pelaksanaan. Terdapat 80 responden dalam kegiatan ini yang meliputi orangtua/ wali dari siswa SLB. Lokasi pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan di SLB B Kota Palembang. Dalam pengumpulan data, peneliti menyebarkan angket tentang optimalisasi pola asuh orangtua siswa yang diberikan sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan pengabdian. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan soft-skill pada orangtua/wali siswa SLB dengan persentase pretest 40% ke posttest 80%. Artinya, orangtua siswa yang memiliki anak berkebutuhan khusus masih perlu mendapatkan sosialisasi dan pemberian pemahaman sehingga dapat berdampak positif pada optimalnya perkembangan anak di dalam keluarga dan menjadikan anak tidak merasa terasingkan dengan kekurangan yang ada pada dirinya.Abstract: The emotional approach and parenting patterns in community service can be one of the strategies to enhance the understanding of parents with special needs children. This Community Service Program (PkM) aims to optimize the emotional approach and parenting patterns of parents with extraordinary children, enabling them to comprehend the unique needs of their children and better control their emotions when their children are not in good condition. The community service implementation comprises three stages: planning, execution, and post-implementation. There were 80 respondents in this activity, including parents/guardians of students in Special Education (SLB). The community service took place at SLB B in Palembang City. In data collection, the researchers distributed questionnaires on optimizing parenting patterns to parents before and after the community service activities. The results of this community service activity indicate an improvement in soft skills among parents/guardians of SLB students, with a percentage increase from 40% in the pretest to 80% in the posttest. This implies that parents of special needs children still need socialization and understanding to positively impact the optimal development of their children within the family, making the children feel integrated and not isolated due to their unique challenges.
