Abstract

In this research, the author discusses the concept of student management from the perspective of the Al-Quran and Hadith, which are the guidelines and references of Muslim life. Student management is important and needs to be considered in achieving organizational goals, especially in educational institutions. Although the Al-Quran and Hadith do not include student management issues in detail. However, student management is something that needs to be studied more deeply. The method used in this research is System Literature Review (SLR), data obtained through a review of articles that have been published. The author will analyze the verses of the Koran and hadith related to student management and its implications for student management in pesantren. The results showed that the principles of student management in the Qur'an include planning (QS. Al-Hasyr: 18), character building (QS. Luqman: 13-19), and moral development (QS. An-Nahl: 125). In addition, the Hadith also emphasizes the importance of knowledge, exemplary leaders, and time management as an integral part of student management. The findings provide a practical contribution for pesantren in creating an educational environment that is conducive, based on Islamic values, and relevant to the needs of the modern era. This research also emphasizes the importance of strengthening spiritual values and character in the Islamic education system. Thus, student management based on the Qur'an and Hadith can be an effective, balanced, and sustainable management model in pesantren.

Abstract

This study aims to develop instructional material for Al-Arabiyah Baina Yadaik's book As-Sakan utilizing Articulate Storyline. Employing the Research and Development (RnD) methodology, the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) is utilized for systematic development. Data collection techniques encompassed observation, interviews, expert validation, teacher and student questionnaires, as well as documentation. The material expert assessment yielded an average of 88%, indicating high suitability. Media experts also deemed the material highly feasible, scoring an average of 97%. Arabic teachers' response averaged at 97%, affirming its appropriateness. Moreover, grade 10 students achieved an impressive average score of 97.16%. Expert validations and user feedback demonstrate that this interactive learning medium, rooted in Articulate Storyline, is highly effective for Arabic language education, offering a promising avenue for enhanced learning experiences. Highlight: Methodological Approach: This study employs the Research and Development (RnD) methodology, leveraging the systematic ADDIE model for the development of instructional material, ensuring a structured and effective process. Comprehensive Data Collection: The research utilized diverse data collection techniques including observation, interviews, expert validation, and questionnaires from both teachers and students, as well as thorough documentation, ensuring a holistic assessment of the developed material. Abstract

This study employs a qualitative, descriptive approach to investigate the comprehensive learning process of the Arabic textbook, al-karmaji, in a high school X class at eLKISI Mojokerto. The research delves into planning, methodology, strategies, and utilized media, encompassing stages of initiation, core activities, and conclusion assessments. Findings reveal a unique pedagogical method relying on training from the book's author or designated teacher rather than traditional syllabi or lesson plans. Learning activities adopt a humanistic approach coupled with the qowaid wa tar method, integrating motivational techniques and gamification. Notably, assessments occur weekly and tri-monthly. The study underscores the transformative potential of the al-karmaji approach in Arabic language instruction. Highlight: Innovative Pedagogy: This study introduces a unique pedagogical approach in Arabic language instruction, emphasizing experiential learning over conventional lesson plans. Abstract

This study investigates the impact of utilizing Powtoon-based web media on the mastery of Arabic vocabulary (mufrodaat) among fourth-grade students at SD Muhammadiyah 09 Ngaban. Twenty students participated as research subjects, and quantitative data analysis techniques were employed. Data collection involved pretests, posttests, observations, and documentation. The study revealed a noteworthy average N-Gain score of 0.515, indicating a moderate effect of Powtoon media on students' Arabic vocabulary mastery. These findings underscore the potential of web-based media in augmenting language acquisition and offer practical insights for educators aiming to optimize vocabulary instruction. Highlight: This study assesses the impact of Powtoon-based web media on Arabic vocabulary acquisition in fourth-grade students. Quantitative data analysis and various assessment methods were employed to measure the effectiveness of the intervention. Abstract

This quantitative research aims to assess the quality of the Al-'Ashri Arabic textbooks designed for class XI. Employing descriptive methods, the primary data source is the Al-'Ashri Arabic textbook itself, while secondary sources include relevant academic literature. The sample consists of language teachers, and data is collected through a questionnaire. The study reveals commendable scores across various aspects, with an average percentage of 89.43%. This indicates that the Al-'Ashri Arabic textbook for class XI demonstrates a high level of quality and effectiveness in its content. This research offers valuable insights for educators and curriculum developers in the field of Arabic language education. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan referensi pengetahuan tentang pemahaman manajemen pendidikan inklusi menurut perspektif Islam. Pendidikan yang baik, pada akhirnya harus menghasilkan manusia yang beriman dan bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, berakhlak mulia, sehat, cerdas, kreatif, dan bertanggung jawab. Namun dalam praktiknya tujuan pendidikan masih belum sepenuhnya tercapai, khususnya dalam penerapan manajemen pendidikan inklusi dengan nilai Islam yang harus diimplikasikan ke dalam kehidupan sehari-hari siswa, terutama yang berada di lingkungan sekolah. Diperlukan manajemen pendidikan Islam sebagai proses pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan berbasis nilai-nilai Islam yang bertujuan menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang efektif, efisien, dan sesuai dengan syariat. Implementasi manajemen pendidikan Islam melibatkan prinsip-prinsip Al-Qur'an, Sunnah, serta kaidah Islam dalam pengelolaan pendidikan cabang keilmuan kini semakin berkembang pesat hingga tercipta dengan konsep penerapan POAC dalam manajemen pendidikan inklusi Islam untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Salah satu manfaat utama pendidikan inklusi adalah menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung dan terbuka bagi semua anak, sehingga mendorong penghargaan terhadap keragaman dan meningkatkan saling pengertian di antara mereka. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review dengan mengumpulkan jurnal artikel yang relevan dengan tema pembahasan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ini, bersumber dari google scholar dan beberapa rujukan keilmuan lainnya, berkaitan dengan manajemen pendidikan inklusi menurut perspektif Islam.

Abstract

This study aims to identify patterns in Arabic language learning content on Instagram, find out the types of Arabic language learning content that are most in demand by Instagram users, and analyze data on each pattern or type of Arabic language learning content on Instagram. This study uses a qualitative approach by applying the content analysis method. The subjects of this study consisted of four Instagram creators selected based on the criteria of the number of followers, the number of interactions, and the content or Arabic language learning materials they created, namely the creator @taalum.id, the creator @arabiyahtalks, the creator @bahasaarablughotiy, and the creator @marhaban.academy. The objects of this study include videos uploaded by the four Instagram creators related to Arabic language learning, as well as comments or responses from their account followers and literature that supports this study. The results of this study found that there are three types of learning that are often created and uploaded related to Arabic language learning, namely mufradat learning, Arabic expressions and Arabic grammar. The type of Arabic learning content that is most in demand by Instagram users is the type of Arabic vocabulary/mufrodat content. Based on the analysis of learning content patterns, there are several characteristics that make Arabic learning content easily viral on Instagram so that it is more popular and gets high engagement from viewers, namely: interesting audio-visual media, informative and interactive content structure, film clips, humorous stories, and relatable everyday situations, short and dense video duration, attractive visual design, use of hashtags that are relevant to the type of content, and frequency and consistency of posts with interesting content variations. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pola dalam konten pembelajaran Bahasa Arab di Instagram, mengetahui jenis konten pembelajaran bahasa Arab yang paling diminati oleh pengguna Instagram, dan menganalisis data pada setiap pola atau jenis konten pembelajaran bahasa Arab di Instagram. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menerapkan metode analisis isi. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari empat kreator Instagram yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria jumlah pengikut, jumlah interaksi, serta konten atau materi pembelajaran bahasa Arab yang mereka buat, yaitu kreator @taalum.id, kreator @arabiyahtalks, kreator @bahasaarablughotiy, dan kretor @marhaban.academy. Objek penelitian ini mencakup video-video yang diunggah oleh keempat kreator Instagram tersebut terkait pembelajaran bahasa Arab, serta komentar atau tanggapan dari para pengikut akun mereka dan literatur yang mendukung penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa terdapat tiga jenis pembelajaran yang sering dibuat dan diunggah terkait pembelajaran bahasa arab yaitu pembelajaran mufradat, ungkapan berbahasa Arab dan gramatika bahasa Arab. jenis konten pembelajaran bahasa Arab yang paling diminati oleh pengguna Instagram adalah jenis konten kosa kata/mufrodat bahasa Arab. Berdasarkan analisis pola konten pembelajarannya, terdapat beberapa karakteristik yang membuat konten pembelajaran bahasa Arab mudah viral di Instagram sehingga lebih disukai dan mendapatkan engagement tinggi dari penonton, yaitu: media audio visual yang menarik, struktur konten yang informatif dan interaktif, potongan film, cerita humor, dan situasi sehari-hari yang relatable, durasi video yang pendek dan padat, desain visual yang menarik, penggunaan hashtag yang relevan terhadap jenis konten, dan frekuensi dan konsistensi postingan dengan variasi konten yang menarik.

Abstract

This study aims to understand and analyze the application of management functions in Islamic education, especially in the POAC aspect (Planning, Organizing, Implementing, and Controlling). This study applies the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by following the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) guidelines in the process of selecting and analyzing literature related to management functions published from 2019 to 2024. A total of 10 articles were downloaded from the Lens.org database as a source of information. The results of the study indicated that in Islamic education, the planning role focuses on developing a curriculum that is in line with Islamic values and strengthening students' morals. The organizing function focuses on a flexible and cooperative institutional structure, while the actuating function is carried out through Islamic leadership that provides motivation and inspiration. The controlling function is carried out through evaluation based on spiritual accountability and ethical responsibility. This study states that the application of management functions in Islamic education aims not only to achieve operational efficiency, but also to internalize deep spiritual values. This finding offers a new view for Islamic education managers in maximizing the role of management based on Islamic principles.

Abstract

Kualitas pendidikan secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh praktik manajemen siswa yang efektif yang memenuhi kebutuhan akademik dan non-akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi prinsip-prinsip manajemen siswa yang berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dengan menggunakan metodologi tinjauan literatur sistematis (SLR) berdasarkan pedoman PRISMA. Sebanyak 10 jurnal akademik dari Lens.org dianalisis, dengan fokus pada tema-tema seperti dukungan akademik, disiplin, keterlibatan ekstrakurikuler, dan keterlibatan orang tua. Temuan tersebut mengungkapkan lima prinsip utama: kebijakan penerimaan siswa baru yang inklusif, program bimbingan yang komprehensif, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang terstruktur, partisipasi aktif orang tua, dan pemantauan kinerja akademik yang berkelanjutan. Prinsip-prinsip ini secara kolektif menumbuhkan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung, meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa, dan meningkatkan hasil pendidikan. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada bidang tersebut dengan menyintesis literatur yang ada dan memberikan rekomendasi yang dapat ditindaklanjuti bagi pembuat kebijakan pendidikan dan administrator sekolah. Penelitian di masa depan direkomendasikan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan prinsip-prinsip ini dalam berbagai pengaturan pendidikan dan dampaknya terhadap tujuan pendidikan jangka panjang.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of character education on the attitude of discipline and independence of students at the University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo (UMSIDA). The study used a quantitative correlative approach with a random sampling technique, involving 300 new students as a sample from a total population of 2,145 students. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire with a Likert scale, and the data were analyzed using simple linear regression techniques and correlation analysis. The results showed a strong positive correlation between character education and discipline (r = 0.627) and independence (r = 0.617). Regression analysis revealed that an increase in character education contributed to an increase in discipline by 63% and independence by 64.7%. These results prove the influence of the Student Character Education (PKMU) program managed by the Directorate of Al-Islam and Muhammadiyah UMSIDA in shaping student character, especially in the aspects of discipline and independence.
