Abstract

Pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) membantu peserta didik untuk meghubungkan antara materi yang diajarkan dengan situasi dunia nyata, sehingga peserta didik dapat menerapkan materi pembelajaran untuk menyelesaikan masalah dalam kehidupan. Eubacteria merupakan mikroorganisme yang memiliki banyak peran, baik menguntungkan atau merugikan yang berkaitan dengan kehidupan. Kemampuan berpikir divergen diperlukan agar peserta didik mampu menemukan banyak kemungkinan jawaban untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan peran eubacteria. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan LKPD Eubacteria berbasis (CTL) yang dikembangkan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pengembangan model 4-D. Tahapan model pengembangan ini adalah Define (pendefinisian), Design (perancangan), Develop (pengembangan), dan Dessaminate (penyebaran), namun pada tahap disseminate tidak dilakukan. Uji coba terbatas dilakukan pada 20 peserta didik kelas X MIA 7 MAN Sidoarjo. Instrumen penelitian dilakukan dengan lembar hasil evaluasi dan lembar respons peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menentukan efektifitas LKPD yakni berdasarkan skor n-Gain yang didapatkan dari selisih hasil nilai Pre-test dan Post-test, Ketuntasan indikator berpikir divergen, dan respon peserta didik. LKPD yang dikembangkan dinyatakan efektif jika skor n-Gain ≥0.3, presentase ketuntasan indikator berpikir divergen ≥75%, dan presentase respon peserta didik ≥61%. Hasil penelitian menyatakan rata-rata skor n-Gain 0.79 dikategorikan tinggi, presentase ketuntasan indikator berpikir divergen 87.8% dengan kategori tuntas, dan respon positif dengan presentase 95.5%. Dengan demikian LKPD Eubacteria berbasis CTL yang dikembangkan efektif untuk digunakan untuk peserta didik.

Abstract

Kurikulum 2013 menuntu peserta didik untuk produktif, kreatif, inovatif dan memiliki peran dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Cara yang dapat dilakukan agar kurikulum 2013 tercapai yaitu dengan membuat peserta didik berperan aktif dalam proses pembelajaran yang melatihkan berpikir kreatif dan inovatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas LKPD bioteknologi berbasis ecopreneurship yang telah divalidasi oleh ketiga ahli. Metode yang digunakan yaitu tes dan respon peserta didik. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan lembar pretest, lembar posttest, dan lembar angket respon. Teknik analisis menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Sasaran uji coba terbatas adalah 20 orang peserta didik kelas XII SMA Negeri 1 Boyolangu, Tulungagung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keefektifan LKPD berdasarkan hasil belajar kognitif memperoleh persentase 100% dengan kategori sangat efektif sedangkan berdasarkan respon memperoleh persentase 99% dengan kategori sangat efektif. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa LKPD berbasis ecopreneurship dinyatakan afektif. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran yang cukup baik bagimana pembelajaran menggunakan LKPD yang dikembangkan mempu meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kreatif dan inovatif dalam waktu yang relatif singkat dan mampu memberikan kemudahan bagi peserta didik dalam memahami suatu materi pembelajaran.

Abstract

Keterampilan berpikir kritis merupakan salah satu keterampilan yang dibutuhkan dalam proses pembelajaran pada abad 21 dan Kurikulum 2013. Keterampilan tersebut dapat dilatihkan melalui lembar kegiatan peserta didik (LKPD) berbasis discovery learning. LKPD berbasis discovery learning dikembangkan pada materi hereditas manusia karena materi tersebut merupakan materi yang kurang diminati dan sifatnya yang sulit diindra. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan validitas LKPD berbasis discovery learning pada materi hereditas manusia untuk melatihkan keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model 4D yang terdiri dari pendefinisian, perancangan, pengembangan, tanpa penyebaran. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan metode validasi oleh dua Dosen Biologi bidang materi hereditas manusia dan pakar pendidikan, serta satu guru Biologi SMA. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LKPD berbasis discovery learning pada materi hereditas manusia memperoleh skor rerata 3,7 yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat valid. Abstract

This study aims to determine the response of growth and yield of lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) to the dosage of green manure and bokashi kirinyuh on ultisol soil and to know the dose of green manure or bokashi kirinyuh which gives growth and yield of the highest lettuce plant. Performed At Greenhouse with Native Design. Factor A (type of fertilizer) is the type of green manure and bokashi while factor B (dose in the type of fertilizer) ie dose 125, 250 and 375 grams. So there are 6 treatments and repeated 4 times, so obtained 24 units of experiments and multiplied by 2 polybags, so there are 48 plants. In the observation of consumption harvest (40 days after planting) type of fertilizer affect the number of leaves and dry weight of the top of the plant. The dose in the fertilizer has a very significant effect on the wet weight of the upper part of the plant during the consumption harvest and the wet weight as the initial observation of the appearance of the flower. Bokashi with a dose of 375 grams yields the highest average against the wet weight of the upper part of the crop at the time of consumption harvest and at the onset of interest. The dose of 250 grams of bokashi is the best dose against the average wet weight of the top of the plant at the beginning of the flower

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh pengawasan langsung dan pengawasan tidak langsung secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan dan untuk mengetahui variabel mana yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Nutrifood Indonesia Cabang Komplek Pergudangan Calindo Samarinda. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari variabel independen yaitu pengawasan langsung (X1) dan pengawasan tidak langsung (X2) serta variabel dependen yaitu kinerja karyawan (Y). Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian survei untuk menguji pengaruh antara dua variabel. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yaitu seluruh karyawan sebanyak 35 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa variabel pengawasan langsung (X1) dan variabel pengawasan tidak langsung (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Hasil penelitian juga menunjukan variabel pengawasan langsung (X1) dan variabel pengawasan tidak langsung (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Variabel pengawasan langsung (X1) merupakan variabel yang berpengaruh dominan dalam penelitian ini. Saran untuk pihak perusahaan, (i) agar perusahan menerapkan sistem absen finger print, (ii) sanksi berupa potong gaji bagi karyawan yang tidak masuk kerja tanpa keterangan, (iii) memberikan denda atau teguran kepada karyawan yang datang terlambat dan pulang kerja sebelum waktunya.

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to discover the principles or patterns of empowerment and enrichment in the philosophy of Pucuk Rebung (bamboo shoots) in the motives of Kerawang Gayo. The method of this research is ethnographic method with interview data collection techniques, and study of the kerawang gayo text. Respondents of the research were the chairman of the Gayo customary assembly, traditional leaders, and community leaders. The method used is an ethnographic domain analysis. The research results shows that there are 7 principles of empowerment and enrichment based on local wisdom of openwork gayo motives, namely enlargment and betterment, sustainable leading, professional assistance, competency rechargement, professional employee strategic placement, consistency strengthening and improvement maintenance. Abstract

Background: Covid-19 causes high anxiety due to lack of knowledge, causing negative perceptions about covid-19. Perception can affect various aspects of life, one of which is immunization services. Where mothers are worried about bringing their children to health services to fulfill immunizations, while complete basic immunizations are important, even during the COVID-19 pandemic. Objective: This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between mother's perception of COVID-19 and the fulfillment of complete basic immunization at the Melati Kuala Kapuas Health Center. Methods: This study used a correlation analytic design with a cross sectional approach. The population is mothers who have children aged 10-24 months at the Melati Kuala Kapuas Health Center as many as 23 mothers from January - February 2021. The research sample is all the population as samples. The instruments used are questionnaires and checklists using the Spearman Rank statistical test showing a p value of 0.005 and correlations coefficient = 0.564, the value is statistically significant (p < 0.05). Results: the study showed that there was a relationship between mother's perception of covid-19 and the fulfillment of complete basic immunization with a p value of 0.005 and correlations coefficient = 0.564 which means there is a moderate relationship. coefficient of determination R²(0.564)² = 0.32 =32%, which means that the mother's perception of covid-19 does not fully affect the fulfillment of complete basic immunization which can also be influenced by other factors. Where perception affects motivation, further researchers can examine other factors such as motivation Conclusion: There is a relationship between the mother's perception of covid-19 and the fulfillment of complete basic immunization at the Melati Health Center Kuala Kapuas

Abstract

This study aims: 1) To find out how the teacher's perceptions of reward and punishment and its implementation 2) To know what are the forms of reward and punishment 3) To find out how the impact of the application of reward and punishment in learning to students at SMP IT Khairul Imam. To achieve this goal, researchers used data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and document studies, data sources, data analysis and data validity observation that refers to qualitative research. The findings of the study show that: 1) The teacher's perception is that Broadly speaking, the teacher supports the reward and punishment that is regulated by the school in the student discipline, although the implementation of the violations committed by students does not reach the second level of violations, the average violation is only a level violation. one. So that the punishment that is carried out is only done by the teacher. 2) the forms of reward and punishment in learning are: a) there are two types of punishment, namely physical and non-physical punishment but cannot be separated from the educational context. Corporal punishment is: ordering to surround the school field, saluting the flagpole, and quoting the garbage that is still scattered around the school area. Meanwhile, non-physical punishment in the form of a teacher only gives advice and scolds the students but does not yell and say harsh words. b) There are two types of rewards, namely material and non-material prizes. The material prizes given are in the form of award stars, trophies, books, etc. to students who excel. Non-material prizes that are given in speech such as honorary praise, applause, etc. to students or students who excel. These two awards will be given witnessed by at least their classmates or in a larger scope, namely the school at the time of distribution of report cards or at events held at the school. 3) the impact of the application of reward and punishment is: a) a positive impact, that is, most students feel afraid of punishment if they violate and become motivated to change for the better and try to get prizes given by the school. b) While the impact is negative, namely the existence of some teachers and students who do not like the punishment. because they think that punishment is a bad thing that is not usually done by students. Keywords: SMP IT Khairul Imam, Reward And Punishment.

Abstract

Extracurricular activities provide opportunities for students to develop and express their abilities according to their interests when school time is over. Mahogany et. Al. (2005) argue that extracurricular activities are defined as organized activities, adult supervision, emphasizing skill development, and promoting positive student development. Meanwhile, Nelson et. Al. (2002) assumed in their study that extracurricular activities are experiences outside the classroom. Extracurricular activities include non-formal curriculum, volunteer work, and student groups, as well as student clubs and initiatives outside of school. This can occur inside and outside school buildings, as well as after and during school hours (Bîrzéa et al., 2004). In the end, extracurricular activities are non-formal curriculum activities held outside school hours which aim to support and develop students' abilities in certain fields and to build their self-confidence.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of the anggaran belanja shipments at the Dinas Sosial Kota Mataram Tahun 2016-2020. Deskriptif research is the focus of this investigation. Observation and documentation are used to gather data. The results of the study show that the effectiveness of the Dinas Sosial Kota Mataram in the 2016-2020 period has met the criteria for effectiveness. Efficacy levels over the course of the time show that the execution of the mission was particularly efficient in the years 2016 and 2019. There are some anggaran that can be taken into consideration when implementing a software. A modest amount of censorship can improve the performance of a well-executed software. Incorporating the findings of this study could serve as a springboard for Dinas Sosial Kota Mataram to articulate their concerns about the efficiency and effectiveness of their belanja outreach efforts.
