Abstract

Insomnia is a common issue in postpartum mothers, often resulting from hormonal changes and stress, and it can negatively impact both maternal health and infant care. Due to concerns about the side effects of pharmacological treatments, non-pharmacological alternatives like acupressure are gaining attention. This study explores the effectiveness of HT7 (Shenmen) acupressure, a technique rooted in traditional Chinese medicine, in alleviating insomnia among postpartum mothers at the Cirebon Regency Village Health Center. Employing a Pre-Experimental design, this quantitative research included 35 postpartum mothers who experienced insomnia between May and July 2024, selected through total sampling. Data analysis involved both univariate and bivariate methods, with statistical testing conducted via the Paired Samples Test using SPSS. The results revealed a significant improvement in sleep quality post-intervention (p = 0.000, α = 0.05), indicating that HT7 acupressure effectively reduces insomnia in postpartum women. The study provides valuable insights for mothers by introducing HT7 acupressure as a safe, natural, and low-risk alternative for managing insomnia and stress, potentially enhancing their overall postpartum well-being.

Abstract

This research was conducted on employees of garment companies in Serang Regency with the aim of knowing and analyzing the influence of education level on work motivation, competency on work motivation, level of education on organizational commitment, competency on organizational commitment, work motivation on organizational commitment, level of education on organizational commitment through work motivation and competence towards organizational commitment through work motivation. This research uses a quantitative method with a correlational design with a total population of 850 garment company employees in Serang Regency with sample determination using proportional techniques by multiplying the number of indicators by the lim scale so that the sample studied is 190 samples. The analysis method in this research uses regression analysis with the SmartPls statistical tool. The research results obtained from seven hypotheses, three hypotheses were rejected and four hypotheses were accepted. The conclusion of this research is that the level of education has a significant effect on organizational commitment and work motivation, competence has no effect on organizational commitment and work motivation, the level of education has a significant effect on organizational commitment through motivation. work and competence have no effect on organizational commitment through work motivation

Abstract

Human resources have an important role both individually and in groups because they are the main driving force for the smooth running of activities, even the back and forth of the organization is determined by the existence of human resources. Every agency will always try to improve the performance of its employees, with the hope that organizational goals will be achieved. The population in this study were all employees at the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning (DPUPR) of Banten Province, totaling 200 employees. While the sample is part of the population, the sample taken in this study used 42 samples (PNS). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of internal communication on employee performance through work stress at the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning (DPUPR) of Banten Province.The results of this study indicate that: Internal communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work stress has no significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning (DPUPR) Banten Province.

Abstract

Pendidikan Inklusif adalah pendekatan yang bertujuan untuk memberikan kesempatan pendidikan yang setara bagi semua siswa, termasuk mereka yang berkebutuhan khusus. Di tingkat SMA, pendekatan ini penting untuk mengembangkan keterampilan kepemimpinan dan mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi dunia kerja yang beragam. Dalam konteks pendidikan Islam, pendekatan inklusif tidak hanya menekankan pembelajaran agama, tetapi juga menanamkan nilai karakter dan moral, menciptakan lingkungan yang menghargai perbedaan dan memperkuat identitas keislaman siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan pendekatan inklusif dalam bimbingan dan konseling di SMA berbasis pendidikan Islam, guna membantu siswa beradaptasi di masyarakat majemuk. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif desain studi kasus, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis literatur. Teknik Analisis Data yang digunakan mengacu pada model analisis data yang dikembangkan oleh Miles dan Huberman. Diharapkan, pendekatan ini dapat membentuk generasi muda yang religius, berakhlak mulia, dan memiliki sensitivitas sosial yang tinggi terhadap keanekaragaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan BK inklusif masih menghadapi kendala, seperti pemahaman guru BK yang beragam, keterbatasan pelatihan, serta minimnya kebijakan pendukung. Meski demikian, beberapa guru telah menerapkan nilai-nilai Islam secara informal dalam BK. Penguatan pendekatan kelompok dan program mentoring keagamaan berpotensi meningkatkan efektivitas layanan BK inklusif.

Abstract

Cacing tanah (Lumbricus rubellus) dikenal memiliki kandungan protein tinggi dan berbagai asam amino yang bermanfaat, serta senyawa aktif seperti Lumbricin-I yang menunjukkan aktivitas antibakteri, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi potensi antimikroba dari air rebusan cacing tanah terhadap bakteri Staphylococcus aureus secara in vitro, sejalan dengan kebutuhan untuk menemukan alternatif terhadap resistensi antibiotik yang semakin meningkat. Peneliitian ini menggunakan metode experimental laboratory dengan menggunakan metode uji antibakteri difusi cakram Kirby-Bauer. Menggunakan konsentrasi 60%, 80% dan 100%. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dengan konsentrasi 60%, 80%, dan 100% didapatkan hasil yang bervariasi yaitu 6 mm, 6,33 mm dan 7 mm. Zona hambat yang dihasilkan oleh air rebusan cacing tanah (Lumbricus rubellus) terhadap bakteri Staphylococcus aureus termasuk kategori daya hambat sedang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi peran pendampingan guru Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) dalam mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai inklusif ke dalam layanan bimbingan dan konseling di lingkungan sekolah. Latar belakang penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan mendesak untuk menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang responsif terhadap keberagaman, dimana setiap siswa, terlepas dari latar belakang, kemampuan, maupun kebutuhan khususnya, memperoleh dukungan yang optimal. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi proses pendampingan, dan analisis dokumen terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan yang sistematis dan berkelanjutan meningkatkan kompetensi guru BK dalam menerapkan prinsip-prinsip inklusivitas, sehingga mampu menciptakan suasana layanan konseling yang suportif dan adaptif terhadap perbedaan individu. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi strategis bagi pengembangan program pelatihan dan kebijakan pendidikan yang mendukung integrasi nilai-nilai inklusif dalam praktik layanan BK, serta menyarankan perlunya kerjasama antara pemangku kebijakan, pengelola sekolah, dan praktisi BK guna memaksimalkan potensi pendampingan sebagai agen perubahan dalam lingkungan pendidikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pendampingan konselor dalam menghadapi tantangan layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) di lingkungan pendidikan inklusi. Layanan BK di sekolah inklusi memiliki kompleksitas tersendiri, terutama dalam menangani kebutuhan siswa berkebutuhan khusus yang memiliki latar belakang, kemampuan, dan karakteristik yang beragam. Pendampingan konselor menjadi aspek krusial untuk meningkatkan efektivitas layanan, mulai dari pengembangan program, pelaksanaan teknik konseling yang adaptif, hingga kolaborasi dengan guru dan orang tua. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka dan wawancara terhadap konselor sekolah inklusi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan konselor mampu memberikan ruang reflektif, penguatan profesional, serta strategi konkret dalam menghadapi hambatan layanan. Kesimpulannya, peran pendampingan konselor sangat penting dalam membentuk sistem BK yang responsif, inklusif, dan berkeadilan di lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

Inclusive Education is an approach that aims to provide equal educational opportunities for all students, including those with special needs. At the high school level, this approach is important for developing leadership skills and preparing students for a diverse workforce. In the context of Islamic education, an inclusive approach not only emphasizes religious learning, but also instills character and moral values, creates an environment that respects differences and strengthens students' Islamic identity. This study aims to explore the application of an inclusive approach in guidance and counseling in Islamic education-based high schools, in order to help students adapt in a pluralistic society. The research method used is a qualitative case study design approach, with data collection through interviews, observations, and literature analysis. The Data Analysis Technique used refers to the data analysis model developed by Miles and Huberman. It is hoped that this approach can form a young generation that is religious, has noble character, and has high social sensitivity to diversity. The results of the study show that the implementation of inclusive BK still faces obstacles, such as the diverse understanding of BK teachers, limited training, and minimal supporting policies. However, some teachers have applied Islamic values informally in BK. Strengthening group approaches and religious mentoring programs has the potential to increase the effectiveness of inclusive BK services.

Abstract

Holy Quran is a Muslim orientation as Kalamullah (Allah saying), whose the truth is absolute. Holy Quran also applies in all day life and contains the education and guidance about everything related with human life in this world and hereafter. Holy Quran’s education and guidance relates with any concepts needed by human in sailing through their life. Several concepts as guidance, had written in Holy Quran such as Islamic law, science, faith, unity of God (Tauhid), behavior and others. In addition, the holy Quran educates us about the important education in order to achieve insan kamil who have high position in the world and hereafter. As explained that holy Quran contains any aspects of Islamic education and concept which can be a reference of Islamic education material. Holy Quran has an important Tauhid (unity of God) aspect to be learned, because it is the main point of Muslim’s belief. In addition, the education of behavior is also important for all of us. If human has not a good behavior, the world will be damaged. Social societies also often influence in daily life, in order to get a good relation and Islamic unity (ukhuwah islamiyah) inter-faith or other faiths. Based on the explanation above, the researcher whose thesis entitled “Education Aspects in the Holy Quran (An Analysis of Surah Makiyah)” formulates some statements of the problems; a) What kind of Education Aspects inside Q.S. An-Nahl: 106, Q.S.Al-Ankabut: 8, Q.S. Az-Zumar: 9, Q.S. Al-Kafirun:1-6, Q.S. Al-Ikhlas:1-4. b) How the Education Concept inside Q.S. An-Nahl: 106, Q.S.Al-Ankabut: 8, Q.S. Az-Zumar: 9, Q.S. Al-Kafirun:1-6, Q.S. Al-Ikhlas:1-4. The objective of the study is to find out the aspects and the concepts of Islamic education containing in the Q.S An Nahl: 106, Q.S Al Ankabut: 8, Q.S Az Zumar: 9, Q.S Al kafirun:1-6, and Q.S Al Ikhlas:1-4. This research includes in qualitative descriptive research inductively that statement inside several tafsir Al Quran refers to the research object of the theme. The analysis technique which researcher used in analyzing this research is Content Analysis Technique. It is a kind of scientific analysis about content or message of communication with some approaches; they are inductive and deductive in order to analyze the main data. The main data consists of Tafsir Al Misbah, Ibnu Katsir, Al Qurtubi, Al Aisar, Machmud Sakib, and Abuddin Nata which told about the interpretation of Q.S An Nahl: 106, Q.S Al Ankabut: 8, Q.S Az Zumar: 9, Q.S Al kafirun:1-6, and Q.S Al Ikhlas:1-4. The result of this research can be communicable that Q.S An Nahl: 106, Q.S Al Ankabut: 8, Q.S Az Zumar: 9, Q.S Al kafirun: 1-6, and Q.S Al Ikhlas: 1-4, have aspects and concepts of Islamic education as Islamic education materials which have to be learned. The aspects and concepts contain the belief of the unity of God which divided into three parts; tauhid rububiyah, tauhid uluhiyah and tauhid asma wa sifat. Then, it contains of behavior side which all Muslim have to have a good attitude or behavior towards their God, and Muslim moral to their parent. Also with society which can walked out with a good relation and Islamic unity either inter-faith or others faith. All those things have to be learned and taught to Muslim society in order to achieve insan kamil. Then, through the social society, Muslim can form a good Islamic unity either inter-faith or others faith. By banding four aspects of Islamic unity; ukhuwah islamiyah in ubudiyah, in insaniyah, in wathaniyah, and nasab wa dinul islam, peaceful can be born on this earth.

Abstract

Keterampilan komunikasi yang baik merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam meningkatkan peluang karir sukses di industri. Untuk membantu siswa SMK Bina Industri mengembangkan keterampilan komunikasi mereka, dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian dengan teman yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi siswa melalui pelatihan talent management. Kegiatan ini melibatkan sejumlah siswa SMK Bina Industri yang memiliki minat dalam pengembangan karir di industri. Pelatihan talent management dilaksanakan dengan menggandeng para ahli di bidang tersebut, termasuk praktisi industri dan profesional yang memiliki pengalaman luas. Selama kegiatan pengabdian, siswa-siswa ini diberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang relevan dengan talent management. Mereka diajarkan mengenai pentingnya komunikasi yang efektif dalam menjalin hubungan baik dengan rekan kerja, atasan, dan klien di industri. Pelatihan ini juga memberikan pemahaman mengenai strategi pemasaran diri, manajemen waktu, dan kemampuan interpersonal yang dapat mendukung karir mereka di masa depan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi kuliah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, simulasi peran, dan latihan praktis. Selain itu, siswa juga diberikan kesempatan untuk mempraktikkan keterampilan komunikasi yang mereka pelajari melalui sesi latihan langsung dengan bantuan mentor dan pengajar. Hasil dari kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi siswa SMK Bina Industri dan memberi mereka keunggulan kompetitif dalam memasuki dunia kerja. Dengan keterampilan komunikasi yang baik, mereka akan mampu berkomunikasi secara efektif, membangun hubungan profesional yang kuat, dan memperoleh kesempatan karir yang lebih baik di industri.
