Abstract

This research aims to explore the relationship between the applicability of digital governance in improving public service accountability and how data integration is implemented in the application of digital technology at the population and civil registration office of Makassar City. The highlighted issue is how service digitization contributes to transparency, efficiency and integrated public accountability. The research used an explanatory qualitative approach; which consisted of data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, review and analysis of official documents on digital-based service reports and direct observation of digital service platforms. Data analysis was conducted interactively through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, verification and and conclusion. The findings showed that digital governance at the population and civil registration office of Makassar City has improved to adapt to digital technology, thereby increasing effectiveness and public access to services. However, several improvement notes need to be improved, such as; aspects of data sustainability and security still require strengthening at the institutional level, increasing the capacity of human resources, and policy integration between local and national levels. Through comparisons with local research and with best practices at the global level, this research has reconstructed some concepts of e-government and good governance, while highlighting the need for appropriate adaptation to the local context. The contribution of this research consists in identifying and mapping the practical and normative challenges in implementing digital transformation in the public service sector at the local level.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes to the world of education, including civics learning in elementary schools. One innovation currently experiencing rapid growth is the use of e-learning. This literature review aims to critically examine the role of e-learning in improving the civic behavior of elementary school children. Various studies have shown that e-learning serves not only as a medium for conveying information but also fosters active participation, collaboration, and awareness of the values ​​of democracy, tolerance, and social responsibility. Through the interactive approach offered by e-learning platforms, students can learn to understand civic concepts contextually, whether through simulations, online discussions, or digital project-based activities. Thus, e-learning has the potential to develop more meaningful civic behavior, especially in a technology-savvy generation. However, its implementation still requires the support of teachers, parents, and school policies so that the use of e-learning is not solely oriented towards cognitive aspects but also internalizes civic values ​​in students' daily lives. The results of this study confirm that e-learning is a strategic medium for developing civic behavior relevant to the needs of 21st-century education, although challenges such as limited internet access, digital literacy, and teacher preparedness still require further attention.

Abstract

Technological advances have brought significant changes in the world of education, including in the development of digital teaching materials. Elementary school teachers are required to be able to present interesting and interactive learning materials in order to increase student involvement in the learning process. However, many teachers still have difficulty in designing effective and interesting digital modules. Therefore, this community service activity aims to improve teacher skills in creating Canva-based digital modules. The workshop implementation method consists of training, direct practice, and evaluation of participants' work. The results of the activity showed that teachers experienced an increase in their understanding and skills in designing more interesting and interactive digital modules. Thus, this workshop makes a real contribution to improving the quality of learning in Elementary Schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Profil Pelajar Pancasila dalam pembelajaran daring matematika di SMA, dengan meninjau hubungan antara nilai-nilai karakter dan integrasi teknologi pembelajaran. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah metode survei kuantitatif deskriptif yang dilengkapi data kualitatif dari observasi dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas 40 siswa dan guru matematika dari dua SMA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum, persepsi siswa dan guru terhadap penerapan nilai-nilai Profil Pelajar Pancasila dalam pembelajaran daring matematika berada pada kategori sangat baik (rata-rata skor siswa = 4,36 dan guru = 4,53). Dimensi dengan skor tertinggi adalah beriman dan bertakwa kepada Tuhan YME (4,71) dan bernalar kritis (4,63), sedangkan dimensi mandiri memperoleh skor terendah (4,12). Integrasi teknologi pembelajaran menunjukkan tingkat penerapan tinggi–sangat tinggi (rata-rata siswa = 83%, guru = 90%), dengan pemanfaatan Learning Management System, media interaktif seperti GeoGebra dan Canva, serta platform kolaboratif seperti Padlet dan Jamboard. Analisis korelasi Pearson menghasilkan nilai r = 0,71 (p 0,01), menunjukkan hubungan positif yang signifikan antara integrasi teknologi dan penguatan karakter Pelajar Pancasila. Aspek bernalar kritis memiliki korelasi tertinggi terhadap media interaktif (r = 0,78), sedangkan kemandirian menunjukkan korelasi terendah (r = 0,52). Analisis kualitatif memperkuat temuan ini melalui empat tema utama: (1) internalisasi nilai religius dan etika akademik, (2) penguatan berpikir kritis berbasis teknologi visual, (3) gotong royong digital, dan (4) kreativitas berbasis digital.
