Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the NHT learning model on the learning outcomes of a healthy lifestyle in terms of students' learning motivation. The type of research used is a quasi-experimental design with Treatment by Level with two categories of 2 x 2. The research subjects were 40 students who were divided into 2 groups of learning models. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and analysis of covariance (two-way ANOVA) with 95% confidence level (α = 0.05). The findings of this study are differences in learning outcomes between students using the NHT method and conventional learning. There is an interaction between students who use the NHT learning model and the conventional learning model. There is a difference between students with high learning motivation and low learning motivation in the NHT learning model. There are differences in learning outcomes between students with high motivation and low motivation in conventional learning models. The NHT learning model is a learning strategy that can improve student learning outcomes in learning healthy lifestyle materials during the COVID-19 pandemic. By applying this learning model in PJOK learning, it is expected that students can improve learning outcomes and learning motivation which plays an important role in improving learning achievement. Abstract

Physical Education, Sports and Health are important components of overall education. The goal is to develop various aspects of the individual, including physical fitness, motor skills, critical thinking skills, social skills, argumentative skills, emotional stability, moral integrity, healthy lifestyles, and awareness of the importance of a clean environment. Learning gymnastics is one of the physical education materials for sports and health that experiences many obstacles. Not yet optimal and very limited facilities and infrastructure are the causes of less effective physical education learning, especially floor exercise. Gymnastics is one of the PJOK materials that must be provided in schools, especially elementary schools. Currently, many types of exercise have emerged, such as morning exercise, physical fitness exercise, and other educational exercises, each exercise has its own movement characteristics. Learning gymnastics for elementary school children is a tool to achieve comprehensive development which includes mental, physical, social and emotional. Gymnastics learning, especially artistic gymnastics, is the material in PJOK learning that faces the most obstacles, including facilities and infrastructure for learning purposes which are expensive, the risk of injury is quite high, and is considered scary for the majority of students, therefore as a teacher you must try to make learning The gymnastics is packaged in an interesting way so that students will like it and so that students are no longer afraid of taking part in gymnastics lessons.

Abstract

Banyak perusahaan arung jeram yang memutuskan untuk membatasi jumlah pegawai di perusahaannya karena menurunnya jumlah wisatawan yang menyewa jasa arung jeram berkaitan dengan mewabahnya Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kepatuhan Perusahaan Arung Jeram terhadap penerapan protokol kesehatan di masa pandemic Covid-19. Desain penelitian ini memanfaatkan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan melalui teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan melibatkan 4 perusahaan arung jeram yang telah tersertifikasi CHSE (Cleanliness, Health, Safety, dan Environment Sustainability) oleh Kemenparekraf sebagai sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa perusahaan-perusahaan arung jeram yang terdapat di Desa Kedewatan, Gianyar telah patuh dalam menjalankan menjalankan protokol kesehatan dengan baik seperti menjaga jarak, memakai masker, dan protokol kesehatan lainnya. Penerapan protokol kesehatan juga didukung oleh berbagai fasilitas yang terdapat di perusahaan arung jeram seperti handsanitizer, tempat cuci tangan, tempat sampah, thermometer, kamar mandi, dan fasilitas protokol kesehatan lainya. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kepatuhan perusahaan terhadap protokol kesehatan selama pandemi Covid-19 sudag baik dan terlaksana tanpa kendala. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah kedepannya diharapkan agar perusahaan-perusahaan arung jeram untuk tetap menerapkan protokol kesehatan untuk mencegah penyebaran virus corona supaya masa pandemi seperti sekarang ini cepat berakhir dan sektor pariwisata kembali normal.

Abstract

In the PJOK learning process, teachers have an important role in designing innovative learning and considering physical aspects that are in accordance with the subject matter. This study aims to determine the difference in the effectiveness of TPS and PBL learning models on the learning outcomes of students' basketball skills as a whole and students with low hand eye coordination. This type of research is a quasi-experiment with a 2x2 treatment by level design. The study population was 5th grade students in Tembuku District. The research sample was 80 students, randomly selected by simple random sampling through the groups drawing. The data collected were hand eye coordination data and learning outcomes analyzed by inferential statistics through two-way ANOVA test and LSD test. The results showed that there were differences in learning outcomes of basketball skills between students who followed the TPS and PBL models (F=5.902;p<0.05), and there are differences in learning outcomes for students with low hand eye coordination in both models (F=28.349;p<0.05).

Abstract

The lecture method, which focuses too much on theoretical knowledge, fails to provide opportunities for students to practice healthy living and safety skills, which should be the core of health education. This leads to the diversity of student learning achievements. This study aims to analyze the effect of the Collaborative Teamwork Learning-based physical education learning model assisted by learning videos on student learning achievement. The subjects involved in this study amounted to 40 students. This type of research is experimental research, with the research design used as a quasi-experiment called nonequivalent posttest-only control group design. The data collection methods used include observation, questionnaires, and tests, while the instrument used is a learning achievement test. After the data is collected, it is analyzed using the data analysis method used in this research including descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that the physical education learning model based on Collaborative Teamwork Learning with the help of learning videos proved to influence learning achievement. Therefore, it can be concluded that this model can be one of the solutions in the physical education learning process. The development of this learning model is expected to positively contribute to improving student learning achievement, understanding, and leadership skills in physical education courses. The Collaborative Teamwork Learning-based physical education learning model with the help of learning videos is one alternative that can be used to increase the effectiveness of physical education learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan metode penilaian praktikum seni rupa 2D peserta didik dengan menggunakan performance assessment berbasis profil pelajar pancasila. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE. Subjek penelitian ini peserta didik kelas X jurusan akuntansi dan perhotelan di SMKN 2 Seririt yang terdiri dari 175 peserta didik. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan pertama observasi, kedua wawancara, dan setelah mengetahui apa yang terjadi disekolah terkhusus proses penilaian praktikum siswa, lalu ketiga, dilakukan pengumpulan data hasil praktikum peserta didik. Instrumen yang dikembangkan untuk menilai praktikum siswa terdiri dari 12 butir. Instrumen yang dikembangkan ini menurut ahli (judges) sangat relevan dan berdasarkan hasil validitas dan realibilitas instrumen menyatakan bahwa instrumen yang dikembangkan sangat valid dengan rata-rata r hitung 0,5 apabila dipersenkan ke 12 butir instrumen performance assesment tersebut valid 100% dan sangat reliabel atau kereablititasannya sangat tinggi yaitu 0,8. Sehingga instrumen ini bisa digunakan oleh guru seni budaya dalam menilai praktikum peserta didik dengan objektif dan instrumen ini bisa dikembangkan lagi sesuai dengan kebutuhan guru.

Abstract

The present study aimed at examining the effect of problem-based learning-based Pancasila student profile and motivation towards students’ learning outcomes. The study was designed in a quasi-experimental pretest-post-test control group with 2x2 factorial designs. The data were collected using a questionnaire and test. The results of the present study shows 1) The economic learning outcomes among students who study with the problem-based learning based Pancasila students profile learning model is higher than students who study with the direct learning model; 2) there is an interaction effect between learning models and learning motivation on economic learning outcomes; 3) for students with high learning motivation, economic learning outcomes following problem-based learning based Pancasila students profile are higher than students following the direct learning model; 4) for students with low learning motivation, the economic learning outcomes following problem-based learning based Pancasila students profile are lower than those of students who follow the direct learning model. Problem-based learning-based Pancasila student profile gives contribution to the learning process.

Abstract

Status Kesehatan masyarakat Indonesia saat ini masih perlu menjadi perhatian penting. Indonesia masih dihadapkan dengan berbagai masalah kesehatan seperti gizi, stanting, adanya peningkatan penyakit menular seperti TBC, covid 19 maupun penyakit degenerative seperti strok, DM, hipertensi, jantung coroner, kanker dan beberapa jenis penyakit lainnya. Pemerintah Indonesia masih berfokus dengan proses kuratif dari pada preventif yaitu proses penangan atau pengobatan yang dilakukan kepada masyarakat yang sakit, bukan pada pencegahan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keberhasilan program, termasuk tingkat pemahaman siswa, koordinasi antar pihak terkait (sekolah, tenaga kesehatan, dan komunitas lokal), Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa serta masyarakat desa. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu observasi dan dokumentasi. Untuk metode analisis data yang dilakukan menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian yaitu terdapat Sembilan kompetensi yang telah diberikan kepada pasien tersebut dan berjalan sesuai dengan harapan. Selama kegiatan bakti social, tidak ada hambatan yang bermakna. Keluarga sangat senang dan antusias serta berharap kegiatan ini akan terus dilakukan secara berkala. Keluarga dan masyarakat setempat mendapatkan banyak pengetahuan tentang prilaku hidup sehat di lingkungan keluarga maupun dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Implikasi temuan penelitian ini dapat menjadi dasar bagi sekolah, tenaga kesehatan, dan komunitas lokal untuk meningkatkan desain dan pelaksanaan program, sehingga lebih efektif dalam memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat dan memperkuat peran siswa sebagai agen perubahan sosial.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan quick leap dan lompat katak terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai pada siswa putra kelas XI SMP Negeri 2 Payangan. Jenis penelitian adalah eksperimen sungguhan dengan rancangan “ The randomized pretest-posttest control group design”. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa putra kelas XI SMP Negeri 2 Payangan tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini tes standing broad jump untuk mengukur daya ledak otot tungkai. Data dianalisis dengan uji anava satu jalur taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 bantuan komputer program SPSS 16,0. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji anava satu jalur pada variabel daya ledak otot tungkai diperoleh nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari nilai α = 0,05 sebesar 0,00 sehingga hipotesis terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan quick leap dan lompat katak terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai, diterima. Berdasarkan hasil uji LSD, pelatihan quick leap berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai dengan mean difference 13.80, pelatihan lompat katak berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai dengan mean difference 26.30, dan pelatihan lompat katak mempunyai pengaruh lebih baik dari pada quick leap terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai dengan mean difference 12.50. Dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa; pelatihan quick leap dan lompat katak berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai, terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan quick leap dan lompat katak terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai, dan pelatihan lompat katak lebih baik pengaruhnya dibandingkan quick leap terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai.Kata Kunci : Pelatihan quick leap, pelatihan lompat katak, daya ledak otot tungkai. This study is aimed at determining the effect of quick leap and leap frog in improving men’s leg muscle explosive power of the ninth grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Payangan. This experiment study used “The randomized pretest-posttest control group design”. The samples of the study were the ninth grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Payangan in the academic year 2012/2013. The instrument was test of standing broad jump to measure the leg muscle explosive power. The data was analyzed by one way ANAVA α = 0.05 through SPSS 16.0. The result of the analysis showed that in the variable of leg muscle explosive the significant value = 0.00 α = 0.05, the hypothesis of there is different between quick leap and frog leap in improving leg muscle explosive is accepted. (1) Based on the LSD test, quick leap and frog leap affect the leg muscle explosive with mean different 13.80. (2) Frog leap training improves the leg muscle explosive, mean difference 26.30. (3) Frog leap training is better than quick leap in improving leg muscle explosive, mean difference 12.50. Based on data analysis and the discussion, it can be concluded that (1) quick leap training and frog leap affect leg muscle explosive; (2) there is different between quick leap training and frog leap in the improvement of leg muscle explosive; (3) frog leap training is better than quick leap in improving leg muscle explosive.keyword : quick leap training, frog leap training, leg muscle exlposive.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh circuit training terhadap kekuatan otot tungkai dan VO2max pada siswa putra kelas VII SMP N 3 Selemadeg Timur. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa putra kelas VII SMP N 3 Selemadeg Timur dengan jumlah 20 orang. Sampel ini dibagi menjadi dua kelompok dengan teknik ordinal pairing. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan penelitian the modification randomized control group pre-test post-test design. Kekuatan otot tungkai diukur dengan back and leg dynamometer dan VO2max diukur dengan tes lari multi tahap/multistage fitness tes (MFT), selanjutnya data dianalisa dengan menggunakan uji-t independent pada taraf signifikansi 5% dengan bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Hasil analisis data kekuatan otot tungkai didapatkan nilai signifikansi = 0,001 dan nilai signifikansi VO2max = 0,000. Dari data tersebut, nilai signifikansi kekuatan otot tungkai dan VO2max lebih kecil dari α = 0,05 sehingga hipotesis penelitian dapat diterima. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa circuit training berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot tungkai pada siswa putra kelas VII SMP N 3 Selemadeg Timur Tabanan dengan nilai sigifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,01 dan circuit training berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan VO2max pada siswa putra kelas VII SMP N 3 Selemadeg Timur Tabanan dengan nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,01. Disarankan bagi pelaku olahraga untuk menggunakan pelatihan ini sebagai salah satu alternatif dalam meningkatkan kekuatan otot tungkai dan VO2max.Kata Kunci : circuit training, kekuatan otot tungkai, VO2max. This study aimed to determine the effect of circuit training on leg muscle strength and VO2max in men's class VII students of SMP N 3 Selemadeg Timur. The sample in this study was 20 male students of a class VII student of SMP N 3 Selemadeg Timur. These samples were divided into two groups with ordinal pairing techniques . This research is a quasi experimental study design with the modification randomized control group pre-test post-test design. Limb muscle strength measured with a back and leg dynamometer and VO2max measured by a test run multi stage/multistage fitness test ( MFT ), then the data were analyzed using independent t-test at a significance level of 5 % with SPSS 16.0 . The results of the analysis of leg muscle strength data obtained significance value = 0.001 and significance value of VO2max = 0.000. From these data, the value of the significance of leg muscle strength and VO2max less than α = 0.05 so the research hypothesis can be accepted. Based on the results of the data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the circuit training effect on the increase in leg muscle strength in men's class VII students of SMP N 3 Selemadeg Timur sigifikansi value less than 0.01 and circuit training effect on the increase in VO2max in the men's class VII students of SMP N 3 Selemadeg Timur with a significance value less than 0.01. It is recommended for sports people to use this training as an alternative to improve leg muscle strength and VO2max.keyword : circuit training, leg muscle strength, VO2max.
