Abstract

A big data processing process using a Data Mining technique that will be used in a study in the Application of Data Mining Using the Naïve Bayes classification to predict the participation of the Public Interest in the 2024 election. The data was obtained from the General Election Commission (KPU). The data was tested using the Naïve Bayes classification method with Weka Tools and 7 predetermined attributes. The dataset was taken as much as 96.67% of 11,406 training data, namely 2014 election data and 99.90% of 11,908 testing data, namely 2020 election data. Results It is known that the number of participants in Central Bengkulu Regency for the 2024 election based on participant data in 2020 and the 2014 election results is likely to increase by up to 3.23%, from 96.67% per 11,406 participants to 99.90% per 11,908 participants and the results predictions are likely to increase.

Abstract

This title of this reseach is Application of party Equipment Using Website-Based Notification. Karya Mandiri is one of the businesses engaged in services. Itoffers rental services for various kinds of products for weddings and other events. The problems that exist today are that the recording still uses a manual system, it has not taken advantage of technological sophistication by making consumers rent without having to come to the location.Basides recording the equipment availability is still not well organized. The research method applied was the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the waterfall model method. Waterfall development itself has several stages in its development, including needs analysis, design, development, testing phase, and implementation in the real environment being expected to provide information about equipment rental to prospective tenants. Organized and clear applications are very important in the business world, especially in the rental business.

Abstract

Object tracking is usually used to determine the position of objects and environmental conditions around these objects. Objects that require supervision in order to run properly require a system to monitor the object. Every movement of the object will be known directly through the camera image. So in this study a system was created to detect and track objects. Implementing an object detection system based on image processing using the connected component labeling method. Then displaying the detection results on the divided image frame. Moving object detection and tracking The algorithm used to detect and track moving objects is connected component labeling. Based on the analysis of the workings of the connected component labeling algorithm for detecting and tracking moving objects using video, it can be concluded that the connected component labeling algorithm has succeeded in tracking and labeling each object based on the position and number of objects, even though they look erratic, in human movement.

Abstract

Today's technology has undergone many developments, with the development of these technologies can be put to good use. One technology that is currently being developed is in the field of security. Especially in the field of Biometrics because there are two functions, namely identification and verification. Biometrics have characteristics that are not lost, cannot be forgotten, and are not easily faked. Its existence is very close to humans, and one another is not the same so that uniqueness and security can be guaranteed. One of the biometrics that is easy to use is fingerprint, because this fingerprint pattern has high security and the fingerprint pattern is also easy to use. In increasing security, fingerprints can be applied as house door locks, because everyone's fingerprints are different so security will increase and it is not easy to access. The purpose of this tool is made so that it can be applied in the community, with this tool homeowners do not need to carry a key and only require fingerprints, so as to reduce the risk of crime that is rife in the community.

Abstract

Network reconfiguration is a very economical technique that can improve electrical system performance. The development of semiconductor electrical equipment technology to meet human needs and work, known as nonlinear loads, has had a negative impact in the form of the spread of harmonic distortion which can accelerate the aging process and even damage equipment. In this paper, the effect of the optimization results of network reconfiguration techniques on the Sungguminasa 165-bus Executive Unit Service or Unit Layanan Pelanggan (ULP) electrical system is contaminated with harmonic distortion due to the use of nonlinear loads. This technique was optimized using the particle swarm optimization (PSO) method with a multi objective function in the form of minimizing %THDv and total losses with several limitations. Simulation results from the optimization process of several study cases are shown by activating the five tie switches from the network reconfiguration process on the Sungguminasa 165-bus ULP system which is able to improve power quality by reducing the average %THDv by 3.89% and total losses by 8.19%.

Abstract

Pada masa ini narkoba menjadi hal buruk bagi masyarakat dan pemerintah menjadi sesuatu hal yang membahayakan. Penyalaghunaan dan peredaranya narkotika dan bahan lainnya. Menurut Komisi Perlindungan Anak Indonesia (KPAI), sebagian besar anak di bawah umur, khususnya 82,4 persen, teridentifikasi sebagai pengguna, sementara 47,1 persen terlibat dalam kegiatan distribusi, dan 31,4 persen terlibat sebagai kurir. Fenomena di atas diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap masa depan bangsa dan negara. Prevalensi penggunaan narkoba di kalangan generasi muda sebagian disebabkan oleh perilaku remaja tertentu yang jelas-jelas mengabaikan nilai-nilai sosial, konvensi, dan hukum. Maka pembinaan dan penyuluhan hokum dapat menjadi salah satu cara untuk meminimalisir penyalahgunaan narkoba tersebit. Metode yang digunakan yakni penyuluhan langsung tatap kepada para peserta yang yakni siswa kelas 6 SDN 04 Nagari Balimbang. Hasil yang diharapkan yakni terbentuknya sikap kesadaran dan pengetahuan peserta tentang pencegahan penyalahgunaan narkoba. Berdasarkan Kegiatan yang dilakukan telah didapati pihak positif dari pihak sekolah maupun disiswa itu sendiri.

Abstract

The country of Indonesia is now experiencing a business development in the culinary field, so that local restaurants or restaurants compete to rack their brains to provide good and unique services to increase the interest of their respective customers. In increasing customers, in addition to providing good service, restaurants / restaurants must also look at the market share / sociology of the Muslim community, so that the halal label is very sensitive to people's decisions in choosing restaurants / restaurants. Halal certificate is a written fatwah of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) which states the halalness of a product in accordance with Islamic law. Due to the high public interest in halal food and drinks, there are also many parties or individuals who try to take advantage of this condition by falsifying or deceiving consumers by falsifying other people's halal certificates to be included on their own food and beverage products. The application of technology that is currently developing can also be used for all areas of daily life, especially in the field of culinary tourism, especially in the use of mobile-based technology, namely Android, especially now that people are already aware of mobile-based technology and are very dependent on every daily activity. can help the public and tourists in the city of Bengkulu in looking for halal certified culinary without having to be confused in looking for references, menus and the nearest place to be able to enjoy halal culinary. This application for finding halal restaurants in Bengkulu city was built as a means of facilitating the community, especially for local people and tourists who want to visit Bengkulu and look for halal food. The halal culinary application that is implemented in the city of Bengkulu can help the public and tourists in finding halal food and provide map guidance when they want to go to the destination using a map integrated with Google Maps from the location of the application user to the destination.

Abstract

ABSTRACT As technology develops, information technology requires quality improvement and service mechanisms, one example of which is the school information system website. Human Resources produced from the world of education must provide information facilities and contribute to building technology in the field of education itself, so that it can present effective and efficient information for the entire academic community and the wider community. The research method used is the system development method, method The system development used is Rapid Application Development (RAD) where RAD uses an object-oriented approach for system development. This method aims to shorten the time in planning, designing and implementing a system repeatedly. The result of designing an information system website is the creation of an information system website for the 33rd State Junior High School in Rejang Lebong which is easily accessible by the academic community and the wider community. The conclusion from the information system website for SMPN 33 Rejang Lebong is to produce a website that can help process data and provide information about schools that can improve the performance of school equipment effectively and efficiently, as a means of delivering academic information. Abstract

Prayer is a medium of communication between humans (Muslims) and Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala, and there are other ways and media. This second pillar of Islam becomes the act of worship of one's servant to his Creator, a way to be close to oneself based on the wisdom of the movements that exist and are carried out in prayer, whether it is obligatory prayer or sunnah prayer. The junior high school stage is a time where students and students grow up so they need to learn to pray in more detail, complete with the pillars and sunnah contained in the prayer service. But at the same time, students are more fond of playing games and social media so that the desire to learn is slightly reduced because they are in the puberty phase who always prioritize hobbies over studying. Learning about prayer worship at the 07 Mukomuko State Junior High School is only taught in religious lessons and the curriculum is general prayer worship, which is limited to the pillars of prayer, movements and readings in prayer itself which are the same as prayer books that are widely circulated in the community. Learning to pray is important because there are several sunnahs in praying that must be done so that students can worship more solemnly and increase the value of the reward in their prayers. There is also etiquette when praying in congregation which is not taught at school but must be known so that it can help provide more knowledge when students pray in congregation in their respective mosques. For this reason, technological assistance is needed that can provide this knowledge more attractively to students. One of them is to use android technology which is currently in vogue. By building a more interesting prayer learning application, it can increase student interest in learning it. The application will provide knowledge with videos, pictures and readings to make it more interesting so that the desire to learn increases. The android mobile-based prayer learning application for students of SMP Negeri 07 Mukomuko was built using the java and xml programming languages ​​in the android studio 4.1 software. Applications can display prayer guidance, ablution, prayer and remembrance. The application is presented in two modes, namely reading and video. The application is built in offline mode so it does not require internet data to use.
