Abstract

Abstract: The health center is a functional organization that organizes comprehensive, integrated, equitable, acceptable and affordable health efforts, with active participation of the community and uses the results of the development of appropriate science and technology. Health Center as health service providers must be able to meet patient expectations and are required to always maintain trust and maintain patient satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the factors that influence patient satisfaction at Danowudu Health Center in Bitung City. The type of this research is quantitative research with causal analysis by using multiple linear regression methods. Data collection using a questionnaire. The population of this study were patients who often visited the Danowudu Health Center, with a sample size of 100 respondents. Finding of this research shows that employee performance, service quality and facilities simultaneously influence customer satisfaction. The results also show that employee performance, service quality and facilities partially influence customer satisfaction. This research offered several recommendations for health center in carefully managing the patient satisfaction. For this reason, the Danowudu Health Center must maintain good employee performance, maintain service quality and maintain existing facilities in order to attract new patients and maintain existing patients. Keywords: customer satisfaction, employee performance, service quality, facilities, health center

Abstract

Abstract: Indonesian ministry of industry has made a policy about cheap cars yet eco-friendly or used to be called LCGC. LCGC is an abbreviation of Low Cost Green Car. Literally means 'cheap car environmental friendly' in Indonesian. Production development of four wheels vehicle which using low energy and affordable. Indonesian government also want to increase the standard of living of Indonesian people with producing this car.  This research aims to analyze the most important criteria for consumer to choose the LCGC and the most preferable LCGC for customer. This research used analytical hierarchy process with sample is 30 respondents that were obtain from citizen of Manado City. The result from this research shown that safety, price, and quality are the most important things that influence the consumer. Every car?s company should pay more attention to this factor. Consumer will seek a car with an excellent safety features, with an affordable price and good quality. Daihatsu Ayla and Datsun GO+ as the competitor of Toyota Agya should improve their car?s feature and performance to attract the consumer. Keywords: consumer preference, analytical hierarchy process, low cost green car

Abstract

Abstrak : Kinerja karyawan dalam suatu perusahaan atau organisasi sangatlah penting peranannya dalam menciptakan kerja yang baik. Karyawan yang memiliki keterampilan yang baik dapat menyelesaikan pekerjaannya dengan lebih baik dibanding dengan yang kurang terampil. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan adalah pendidikan, pelatihan dan kompensasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan, pelatihan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan p ada PT. Air Manado. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dengan sampel sebanyak 71 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pendidikan, pelatihan dan kompensasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Air Manado. Sedangkan secara parsial pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan pendidikan serta kompensasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Status ekonomi yang rendah dan pengaruh lingkungan yang kurang mendukung membuat seorang karyawan tidak dapat meraih tingkat pendidikan yang lebih tinggi, oleh karena itu seorang pemimpin perusahaan harus tanggap menyikapi hal ini, sebaiknya jika karyawan yang tingkat pendidikan dan status ekonomi rendah, oleh perusahaan di sekolahkan lagi, baik sekolah formal maupun sekolah non formal, dan karyawan yang berada di lingkungan kerja diberikan pengarahan mengenai pentingnya pendidikan untuk menunjang karir dan masa depan. Kata Kunci: pendidikan, pelatihan, kompensasi dan kinerja

Abstract

Abstract: Along with the increasingly competitive business competition, companies are required to perform better. The company demands employees to play a role in all positions. But this is contrary to the ability and expertise of limited employees which can lead to role ambiguity and role conflict which these roles are part of work stressors. Work stressors are triggers of stress and to avoid stress, employees conduct cyberloafing. This research aims to analyze the influence of role conflict and role ambiguity towards cyberloafing at PT. Bank SulutGo Main Branch Office Manado. This research used the quantitative method with questionnaires used to collect the data, Multiple Linear Regression as the tool of analysis and 55 employees as the sample. The result shows that role conflict has a positive but no significant influence on cyberloafing, while role ambiguity has a positive and significant influence on cyberloafing. Based on the result, it is recommended for the company to be more clear about the job description of each employee so that they understand the authority, roles, and responsibilities within the company, be even more assertive in imposing rules on the use of the internet in the workplace so that employees avoid cyberloafing. Keywords: role conflict, role ambiguity, cyberloafing.

Abstract

Abstract: Human resource becomes one of the important aspect in organization in order to be able to mobilize the rest of the resources. cyberloafing refers to the act of employees using their companie?s internet access for personal need during work hours. Cyberloafing term is an employee opportunity to reply personal emails, surf entertainment site, maintain a personal blog and even conduct personal business transactions while appearing to be absorbed with work-related tasks on the computer. This research aims to see the relationship between cyberloafing and employee productivity on RSU. Ratatotok Buyat. This research uses qualitative analysis method total sample are 15 employees. The result shows that, Cyberloafing does not significant on RSUP Ratatotok - Buyat productivity because all the employees are aware the right time how to using internet or mobile phone in while work. They were only using internet in free time or after work, it means there was no work for them. Based on employee answers, they were using internet for personal needs such as reading online news, chatting in social media like a Face book, and Instagram. RSU. Ratatotok Buyat should make grounded rules about using internet in while working and put CCTV to control employees while working. keywords:cyberloafing, employee performance

Abstract

Kota Bitung merupakan daerah yang dikenal sebagai daerah industri perikanan, dan salah satu industri perikanan yang berada di Kota Bitung adalah industri ikan tuna kaleng. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui desain jaringan manajemen rantai pasok industri ikan tuna kaleng di Kota Bitung. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan cara melakukan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pola desain jaringan manajemen rantai pasok industri ikan tuna kaleng di Kota Bitung meliputi nelayan/perusahaan penangkapan/pengusaha penangkapan sebagai pemasok bahan baku ikan, pemasok bahan baku non ikan luar negeri dan dalam negeri, industri ikan tuna kaleng, kemudian industri ikan tuna kaleng bekerja sama dengan perusahaan pelayaran pengangkutan atau dengan agen yang mengatur pengiriman barang ke luar negeri maupun dalam negeri, dan selanjutnya pasar luar negeri dan dalam negeri hingga sampai pada konsumen. Kata kunci: Desain Jaringan, Manajemen Rantai Pasok, Industri Ikan Tuna Kaleng

Abstract

Abstract : Generally a bank is a financial institution licensed by government of a country to provide loans, deposits, pay interest, financial transactions between one client to another and some financial services to its client. All of that can happen because employees of each of these banks that works in order to make it happen. The more qualified employee will give positive impact for each banks. Job rotation in this case, the employee will be in a division for a period of time and then moved to other division. Based on the background of job rotation in banks, researcher wants to do a research about the effect of the benefit of job rotation on employee development. The objective of this research is to analyze the effect of the benefit of job rotation on employee development. The type of this research is causal research, used Ordinal Regression Analysis and 100 sample. The result of this research shows that personal development and administrative knowledge have significant effect on employee development while employee interest, organization knowledge and technical knowledge have no significant effect to the dependent variable. Bank management should consider administrative knowledge and personal development because it affects employee development. This is important because job rotation will provide positive results for employee development when job rotation is well managed by management.Keywords : employee development, job rotation, ordinal regression

Abstract

Distribusi merupakan hal yang penting dalam saluran Rantai Pasokan, di Pulau Nain Saluran Distribusi Rantai Pasok Ikan mentah sagatlah tidak efektif dan sfisien sehingga menyebabkan ketidak sejahteraan nelayan, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang lambat. Sedangkan diketahui bahwa hampir seluruh masyarakat Pulau Nain berprofesi sebagai nelayan, dan potensi laut yang ada di Pulau Nain merupakan potensi yang besar. Yang menjadi masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rantai pasok yang terlalu panjang dengan pengambilan produk yang dengan harga yang mahal sehingga para nelayan tidak sejahtra dengan pekerjaan yang berisiko. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kelompok nelayan yang rata-rata para nelayan sudah berprofesi sebagai nelayan sekitar 10tahun, pengepul ikan lebih dari 5tahun , penjual ikan lebih dari 5tahun, pembeli ikan, penjual ikan masak lebih dari 5tahun, serta customer akhir. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling incidental. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teori dari Miles dan Huberman yaitu mendiskusi data, menyajikan data dan menyimpilkan data. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan distribusi rantai pasokan pada Nelayan Pulau Nain sudah terlalu panjang sehingga di haruskan adanya pemotongan rantai pasok pada saluran rantai pasok  karena jika tidak adanya pemotongan rantai pasok itu akan mempengaruhi lambatnya pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat Pulau Nain, tanpa adanya perubahan dari masa ke masa, sehingga dapat merugikan masyarakat pulau nain itu sendiri. Kata Kunci : Saluran Distribusi, Rantai Pasokan

Abstract

Pemanfaatan hasil pertanian merupakan salah satu peluang bisnis bagi para investor dan pengusaha. Perkebunan pala merupakan salah satu komoditas unggulan di Daerah Sulawesi Utara khususnya di Pulau Siau. Permintaan terhadap komoditas biji dan fuli pala cukup tinggi, namun harga biji dan fuli pala sering berfluktuasi. Fluktuasi yang sering terjadi memberikan resiko bagi para petani, dan pengusaha, serta calon pengusaha biji dan fuli pala. Karena itu untuk berusaha di bidang ini perlu didasari kajian atau studi kelayakan usaha. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengatahui kelayakan usaha komoditi biji dan fuli pala di Pulau Siau. penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif, dengan mengumpulkan, dan menganalisis data keuangan selama 5 tahun Kios Chandra di Pulau Siau. Analisis dilakukan dengan metode arus kas, Payback Period, ARR, NPV, IRR, dan Profitability Index. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa usaha komoditas biji dan fuli pala layak dilaksanakan sebagaimana yang ditunjukan oleh nilai positif saldo kas akhir, Payback Period yang lebih kecil dari umur investasi, ARR lebih besar dari bunga investasi, NPV bernilai positif, IRR lebih besar dari suku bunga investasi, dan Profitability Index lebih besar dari satu Kata kunci: kelayakan usaha, arus kas, payback period, ARR, NPV, IRR, dan profitability index

Abstract

Abstract: Textiles and clothing plays a major role in the development and industrialization process of countries and their integration into the world economy. In maintaining its customers to be loyal to their products, Giordano has been implementing two strategic approaches that are considered as two of its impactful weapons to stand out from the crowd of competition; those are brand equity and visual merchandising. The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of brand equity and visual merchandising on consumer purchase decision at Giordano Manado Town Square. The population of this study is the customer of Giordano Manado Town Square and the sample size is 100 respondents with the sampling method of convenience sampling. The finding of this study shows that brand equity and visual merchandising has an effect toward consumer purchase decision. So, related with the finding in this study, there are two recommendations for Giordano Manado Town Square, which are keep strengthen the value as a reputable brand by improving the product and services so that the expected value can reach the customer and keep offering and maintaining the creative display in the exterior and interior of the store.Keywords: brand equity, visual merchandising, consumer purchase decision
