Abstract

Abstract: Corporate social responsibility (CSR) plays an important role in increasing the value of the company as a result of increased sales of the company by doing various social activities in the surrounding environment. The success of CSR in any organization depends on values correlation, social tendencies of the organization, and largely, the ethical tendencies. In this regard, banks are considered as the most sensitive organizations to CSR effects. The reason is that the banking industry is mainly responsible for those sectors of government which are more complicated and distinctive than the other economic sectors. The aim of this study is to know and analyze the CSR affects brand preference and how the commitment, reputation, and transparency variable influence brand preference on Bank Mandiri Bitung CSR programs. This research is a causal type of research through questionnaires and uses multiple regression analysis. 100 respondents are the sample size of this research. The result shows that the independent variable which is reputation and transparency has simultaneously influence brand preference as a dependent variable. The commitment variable shows that do not have a significant influence on the brand preference of Bank Mandiri Bitung.Keywords: corporate social responsibility, management system, brand preference.

Abstract

Dalam perencanaan suatu rantai pasokan diperlukan koordinasi yang sinergis antara sebuah jaringan yang terdiri atas sumber daya pasokan, produksi dan distribusi. Perencanaan rantai pasok merupakan suatu interaksi antara penjuan dengan pembeli yang melibatkan berbagai tahap yang dimulai dengan pasokan sampai dengan penjualan, Diantara pasokan dan penjualan terdapat perencanaan produksi dan distribusi produk. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Penerapan Manajemen Rantai Pasokan Ikan Roa di Desa Kumu Kecamatan, Tombariri Kabupaten Minahasa. Hasil dari penelitian ini, yaitu dapat diketahui bahwa rantai pasokan ikan roa di Desa Kumu Kecamatan Tombariri didalamnya terdapat 3 jenis aliran, yaitu aliran produk, aliran keuangan dan aliran informasi mengalir dari hulu ke hilir dan hilir ke hulu. Rantai pasokan ikan roa di Desa Kumu Kecamatan Toimbariri melibatkan setidaknya 4 pelaku utama yaitu nelayan, pengumpul, pengecer dan konsumen akhir. Kata Kunci: rantai pasok, desa kumu

Abstract

Abstract: Nowadays, telecommunication sector plays an important role in development of any economy. As technology develops rapidly, making the telecommunications sector more advanced, so that many investors have begun to be interested in investing their funds on telecommunication companies. Stock return is the level of profit to be gained by investors who invest their funds in the capital market in the form of realization return and expected return. The aim of this paper is to measure financial performance of the Indonesian Telecommunication Company during the years 2010-2019. This paper analyzed the influence of independent variables which include Return on Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Net Profit Margin toward Stock Return. This study uses secondary data derived from annual financial reports from 5 telecommunications companies in the infrastructure, utilities and transportation sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample collection has been carried out by using purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique has been done by using multiple linear regression test. Based on the result of the analysis, it can be concluded that (1) Return on Assets have significant and positive influence on stock return, (2) Debt to Equity Ratio and Net Profit Margin have no significant influence on stock return in Telecommunication companies. Keywords: Return on Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Stock Return, telecommunication

Abstract

Abstrak: Daya saing merupakan fakor yang memiliki peran penting dalam siklus perekonomian, khususnya dalam proses produksi barang dan jasa yang dilakukan untuk memenuhi permintaan pasar. Produk atau jasa sebagai elemen kunci dari suatu aktivitas bisnis membutuhkan kemampuan untuk dapat bersaing dengan kompetitor. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis daya saing produk The Mango pada UKM The Mango Manado. Penelitan ini menggunakan metode deskriptif yang menjelaskan dimensi daya saing produk (kualitas, biaya, harga, waktu dan fleksibilitas). Data yang digunakan adalah data primer berupa hasil wawancara dan hasil survey. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik studi kasus dan teknik survey. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa daya saing produk The Mango dari segi kualitas produk telah mencapai tingkat optimal, ditinjau dari faktor biaya dan waktu (waktu produksi dan waktu tunggu) telah bersifat efisien. Namun, dari faktor harga dan fleksibilitas (keterjangkauan harga dan varian produk) masih memerlukan perbaikan dan pengembangan. UKM The Mango sebaiknya mengkaji ulang strategi penetapan harga dan melakukan upaya pengembangan varian produk untuk dapat meningkatkan daya saing produk The Mango. Kata Kunci: daya saing, produk, the mango.

Abstract

Abstrak: Salah satu dari indikasi dari kepuasan konsumen adalah adanya proses antrian yang sesuai dengan prosedur tetap yang menjadi aturan baku suatu lembaga/institusi tertentu. Mengantri merupakan salah satu fenomena yang sering terjadi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dan sering ditemui dalam fasilitas-fasilitas pelayanan umum. Mengantri pembuatan kartu BPJS (Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial) merupakan salah satu contoh dalam sistem antrian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis optimalnya system antrian  diloket Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Kesehatan Manado. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptifdengan mengambil data kedatangan konsumen melalui pengamatan langsung pada bagian jalur antrian Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial  (BPJS) Manado. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer berupa hasil-hasil pengamatan seperti rata-rata tingkat kedatangan orang yang akan mengantri pada BPJS Kesehatan  Manado. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model antrian yang di terapkan olehBadan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial  (BPJS) Manado sudah tepat dan menunjukan bahwa tingkat pelayanan di Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial  (BPJS) Manado sudah optimal. Pihak manajemen BPJS Kesehatan Manado dapat menjadikan informasi penelitian ini sebagai masukan dalam memperbaiki dan meningkatkan sistem antrian dalam operasional teknis di lapangan.Kata Kunci:bpjs ,sistem antrian.

Abstract

At this time, internet / telephone service providers have an important role in all aspects of everyone's life, when every activity such as work and education must be carried out from home because of the Covid  19 disease, internet / telephone services become a priority need today. Internet / telephone service providers provide a lot of convenience to communicate for each user, and provide quality connection stability which greatly affects every consumer in their purchase intention. The objectives of this research is to know the impact of consumer review on purchase intention of internet / telephone service provider in Manado. The population in this research refers to the general consumer of internet / telephone service provider in Manado. Finding of this research shows that the consumer  reviews have an impact on purchase intention of internet / telephone service provider products, indeed  not all consumers prioritize reviews from other consumers before making a purchase, but most of them  tend to look at the reviews from other consumers when they want to purchase internet / telephone service  provider products.  Keywords: Consumer Review, Purchase Intention

Abstract

Nowadays manpower as a human resource has a very important role because the performance of employees as human resources can affect other factors. Realizing that humans are a determining factor and become the center of attention in every operational activity, a company or an agency is required to manage human resources so that the expected goals can be achieved through an orientation on the use of human resources effectively and efficiently. This research is using a quantitative approach. To collect the research data, primary data collection was used through questionnaires. A questionnaire is a research instrument consisting of a series of questions (or other types of prompts) for the purpose of gathering information from respondents. From the results above Education are not able to influence Employee Achievement at Sam Ratulangi University, while Income and experience are able to influence Employee Achievement at Sam Ratulangi University. This test shows that together Income and Experience on employee may affect the employee achievement at Sam Ratulangi University. For the next writer is expected to add other variables for used as an indicator in further research. This is because it still is variables that affect work performance that have not found by the author. For the next researchers also must take the approach and use other data analysis so that it will produce better research. Keywords: employee achievement, education, income, experience

Abstract

In the last two decades, tourism activities have grown rapidly to become one of the mainstays in the economic field. The most popular destination is Bunaken National Park which is believed to be one of the most beautiful marine parks in the world. This study aims to analyze the attractiveness of Manado as a tourism destination. The reason the researcher chooses this topic is because not much research on tourism has been done in recent years, including Manado. This study uses a descriptive qualitative methodology and takes seven informants who are tourists in the city of Manado and have visited Manado more than twice, both locally and internationally. Researchers conclude that attraction is a force that attracts tourists. Based on the analysis, the conclusions given in this study are Cultural Sites in Manado are the main attraction for tourists to visit Manado, access to places visited in Manado needs to be maintained so as not to lose their value, Facilities for tourists in Manado are sufficient and need to be maintained , The local community has done well in its part which will attract tourists to stay in Manado. Keyword: destination attractiveness, local community

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to measures the effectiveness of differentiation strategy of brand Samsung on buying decision with the contribution of consumer perceived value. This research is a type of causal study since the purpose is to determine if one or more variables cause another variable to occur or change. This research is a quantitative method with a questionnaire as a tool to gather data and analysis Burns and Bush (2006:202) stated quantitative Research is defined as research involving the use of structured questions in which the response options have been predetermined and a large number of respondents is involved. The results of conducted test based on a questionnaire filled out by respondents stated that Samsung smartphone promotions were classified as good with an average of 3.86. Differentiation Strategy has a positive and significant influence on the Perceived Value on smartphone owners of the Samsung brand, this could be occurred because of Samsung's strategy providing differentiation in design so as to make the owners feel like they get more value as an upper-class smartphone user. Based on the results of the test, analysis, and discussion researcher found the differentiation strategy does not significantly influence Samsung smartphone purchase decisions if it’s not through value perception. Keywords: differentiation strategy, buying decision, consumer perceived value, samsung, path analysis

Abstract

The phenomenon of the Covid-19 pandemic that occurred in Indonesia not only had an impact on the health sector but also had an impact on the country's economy. Indonesia, which is dominated by micro-enterprises, needs to pay special attention to this sector because the contribution of micro-enterprises to the national economy is quite large. The study aims to find out micro businesses survival strategies and its implementation during the corona virus pandemic. To find out the strategies and the implementations, the researcher uses the perspective, position, and plan as indicators in this study. This study uses a qualitative method with purposive sampling through in-depth interviews. This study conducted interviews with 15 businesses that classified as micro business. The findings of this study indicate that most of the informants use social media by showing the products or services, show how is the packaging of the products, giving discount, giveaway promotion, and also cooperate with online delivery providers to deliver products in order to survive during the pandemic. Informants will also continue to rely on these strategies to bounce back from crisis situation. From the results of research, it is recommended for the Government, micro businesses in Manado and future research purposes. Keywords: micro business, pandemic, corona virus, survival strategies, perspective, position, plan
