Abstract

Companies are required to provide optimal service, so having quality employees is an important aspect in supporting the company's reputation and value in the eyes of the public. Quality employees will reflect a positive image of the company and contribute to the achievement of organizational goals. Therefore, factors such as work experience, compensation, and work motivation need to be considered so that employees are able to maintain and improve their performance. This shows that it is important for employees to pay attention to Work Experience, Compensation and Work Motivation so that employees can maintain their performance. This study aims to determine the effect of work experience, compensation and work motivation on employee performance at CV Aneka Berkah Ukur. This research method uses a quantitative method with an associative approach. The sample or respondents taken were 45 employee respondents. This study uses saturated sampling techniques. While the data analysis technique for this study is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that work experience, compensation, and work motivation simultaneously affect employee performance at CV Aneka Berkah Ukur. This study is also expected to contribute to improving employee performance at CV Aneka Berkah Ukur.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to examine the impact of entrepreneurial orientation on competitive advantage, financial performance, and internationalization among Indonesian firms. By exploring these relationships, the study seeks to highlight how an entrepreneurial mindset drives business success in a dynamic market environment. The investigation focuses on the strategic implications for companies seeking growth and competitiveness in Indonesia’s evolving economic landscape. Design/methodology/approach: The research employs a qualitative with systematic literature review approach, utilizing survey data collected from a sample of Indonesian SMEs and large firms across various sectors. Vosviewer was used to analyze the relationships between work performance on SMEs. Findings: The study finds that entrepreneurial orientation significantly enhances competitive advantage, which in turn positively affects financial performance. Additionally, entrepreneurial orientation directly influences the likelihood of firms pursuing internationalization strategies. Research limitations/implications: The study is limited by its focus on Indonesian firms, which may affect the generalizability of the findings to other markets. Future research could explore similar dynamics in different contexts. Practical implications: The findings suggest that fostering an entrepreneurial culture within firms can enhance competitiveness and financial outcomes, providing valuable insights for managers and policymakers aiming to boost business performance in Indonesia. Originality/value: This study contributes to the literature by specifically examining the interconnected impacts of entrepreneurial orientation in the context of Indonesian firms, offering novel insights into how entrepreneurial practices shape business success in emerging markets. Abstract

HIWP must be implemented in order to have an impact on employee performance satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between high-involvement work practices (HIWP) and job satisfaction with the mediating effect of employee engagement; HIWPs consist of four main attributes: (a) power (b) information (c) reward (d) knowledge, convenience sampling was used and data were collected through questionnaires from 185 organizational respondents in the banking sector. Regression analysis was used to test the hypothesis and Andrew F. Hayes model 4 was used to examine the mediating effect. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the mediating variables and the effect of employee engagement. This study expands on HIWP employment and job satisfaction. The practical implication of this research is to measure the level of job satisfaction of employees by using HIWP can be implemented for managers and employees.

Abstract

Work environment and job motivation are two important factors that have a significant effect on employee performance. This study aims to investigate the effect of work environment and job motivation on employee performance. This study found that the interaction between work environment and job motivation has a significant moderating effect on employee performance. Specifically, it was found that employees who experienced a positive work environment and were motivated by intrinsic factors performed better than those who did not. The implications of these findings suggest that organizations should prioritize creating a positive work environment and enhancing job motivation to improve employee performance. This research contributes to the pool of knowledge by providing insight into the complex relationship between work environment, job motivation and employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the cost of goods manufactured and the selling price at UD. Luqman Bintang Jaya. The research method is a descriptive qualitative case study. The data used are primary (interviews with the company owner, the head of production, and production employees) and secondary (archive documents of COGS calculations). The results show that the company's cost of goods manufactured is lower than that calculated under the job order costing method by Rp2,633/pair. The cost of goods manufactured, calculated using the company's method, is Rp11,850/pair, while the cost calculated using the job-order costing method is Rp14,483/pair. This is because the company has not included detailed factory overhead costs. The company's selling price is lower than the manufacturer's, by Rp3,650/pair. The company's selling price is Rp16,250/pair, while the price determined using the manufacturer's method is Rp19,900/pair. Setting a high selling price makes the product less competitive, while a too low selling price results in losses. Abstract

Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) merupakan faktor strategis yang berperan penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas organisasi dan kinerja karyawan. Keberhasilan organisasi tidak hanya ditentukan oleh kualitas sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki, tetapi juga oleh lingkungan kerja yang mampu mendukung produktivitas dan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan MSDM dalam lingkungan kerja serta pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja dan kepuasan kerja karyawan melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Data diperoleh dari berbagai artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan pada periode 2021–2025 dan diakses melalui Google Scholar. Tahapan penelitian meliputi planning, conducting, dan reporting. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa praktik MSDM yang meliputi perencanaan SDM, rekrutmen, pelatihan, pengembangan karier, kompensasi, dan penilaian kinerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan produktivitas dan kepuasan kerja. Selain itu, lingkungan kerja yang kondusif mampu memperkuat efektivitas penerapan MSDM sehingga menghasilkan kinerja karyawan yang lebih optimal.

Abstract

Komunikasi strategis merupakan bentuk komunikasi yang direncanakan dan terorganisir untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konsep komunikasi strategis, mengidentifikasi perannya dalam menciptakan komunikasi yang efektif, serta menjelaskan hubungan antara komunikasi strategis dan efektivitas komunikasi organisasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR), dengan komunikasi strategis sebagai variabel X dan komunikasi efektif sebagai variabel Y. Data sekunder diambil dari referensi Google Scholar dengan periode publikasi lima tahun terakhir. Berdasarkan tinjauan literatur, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi strategis memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas komunikasi organisasi melalui empat elemen utama: dukungan manajemen puncak, perumusan pesan yang tepat sasaran, pemilihan saluran komunikasi yang tepat, dan evaluasi komunikasi yang berkelanjutan.
