Abstract

This study conducted an analysis and evaluation of business services activities P erguruan T Heigh under the Ministry of Religious Affairs in J awa T imur to create a model of an integrated online system to maximize kan activities of the service business during a pandemic covid 19. Enterprises college business has expanded rapid and during the pandemic covid has made changes to the service online, after the application of social distance in an effort to deal with the spread of the disease corona virus (Covid-19). Initially, an increase in people's interest to shop online was to buy necessities of life very high with many transaction processes. The aim is to provide effective and efficient services to all business transactions conducted online during the pandemic covid19. The methodology used is a qualitative research method with case studies and using purposive samples . The analytical approach used is interpretive analysis. The results of the research show that implementing an integrated online system is able to serve many business transaction processing activities which are greatly improved. So it can be concluded several things as follows: With an integrated online system through planning and organizing business systems can illustrate the various classifications of implementation of business services online business activities in order to facilitate all forms of business transaction processes quickly, effectively and efficiently during Covid-19. System integration of online ie business opportunities using technology that can deliver greater value for the business of the college that the college of business can be developed and can be maintained as well as helping people to meet their needs and facilitate online transactions.

Abstract

Companies are required to provide optimal service, so having quality employees is an important aspect in supporting the company's reputation and value in the eyes of the public. Quality employees will reflect a positive image of the company and contribute to the achievement of organizational goals. Therefore, factors such as work experience, compensation, and work motivation need to be considered so that employees are able to maintain and improve their performance. This shows that it is important for employees to pay attention to Work Experience, Compensation and Work Motivation so that employees can maintain their performance. This study aims to determine the effect of work experience, compensation and work motivation on employee performance at CV Aneka Berkah Ukur. This research method uses a quantitative method with an associative approach. The sample or respondents taken were 45 employee respondents. This study uses saturated sampling techniques. While the data analysis technique for this study is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that work experience, compensation, and work motivation simultaneously affect employee performance at CV Aneka Berkah Ukur. This study is also expected to contribute to improving employee performance at CV Aneka Berkah Ukur.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to examine the impact of entrepreneurial orientation on competitive advantage, financial performance, and internationalization among Indonesian firms. By exploring these relationships, the study seeks to highlight how an entrepreneurial mindset drives business success in a dynamic market environment. The investigation focuses on the strategic implications for companies seeking growth and competitiveness in Indonesia’s evolving economic landscape. Design/methodology/approach: The research employs a qualitative with systematic literature review approach, utilizing survey data collected from a sample of Indonesian SMEs and large firms across various sectors. Vosviewer was used to analyze the relationships between work performance on SMEs. Findings: The study finds that entrepreneurial orientation significantly enhances competitive advantage, which in turn positively affects financial performance. Additionally, entrepreneurial orientation directly influences the likelihood of firms pursuing internationalization strategies. Research limitations/implications: The study is limited by its focus on Indonesian firms, which may affect the generalizability of the findings to other markets. Future research could explore similar dynamics in different contexts. Practical implications: The findings suggest that fostering an entrepreneurial culture within firms can enhance competitiveness and financial outcomes, providing valuable insights for managers and policymakers aiming to boost business performance in Indonesia. Originality/value: This study contributes to the literature by specifically examining the interconnected impacts of entrepreneurial orientation in the context of Indonesian firms, offering novel insights into how entrepreneurial practices shape business success in emerging markets. Abstract

HIWP must be implemented in order to have an impact on employee performance satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between high-involvement work practices (HIWP) and job satisfaction with the mediating effect of employee engagement; HIWPs consist of four main attributes: (a) power (b) information (c) reward (d) knowledge, convenience sampling was used and data were collected through questionnaires from 185 organizational respondents in the banking sector. Regression analysis was used to test the hypothesis and Andrew F. Hayes model 4 was used to examine the mediating effect. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the mediating variables and the effect of employee engagement. This study expands on HIWP employment and job satisfaction. The practical implication of this research is to measure the level of job satisfaction of employees by using HIWP can be implemented for managers and employees.
