Abstract

This study examines the impact of Islamic values on the entrepreneurial behavior of Muslim business owners within the Nahdliyyin Entrepreneurs Association (HPN), with self-efficacy serving as an intervening variable. Using a quantitative approach, the research employs structural equation modeling – partial least square (SEM-PLS) and purposive sampling. Data was gathered from 92 Muslim entrepreneurs who met the criteria, through an online questionnaire distributed via Google Forms. The analysis was conducted using SmartPLS4 software. The findings reveal that both Islamic values and self-efficacy significantly and positively influence the entrepreneurial behavior of Muslim entrepreneurs. However, self-efficacy does not mediate the relationship between Islamic values and entrepreneurial behavior. These results suggest that while Islamic values and self-efficacy individually contribute to entrepreneurial behavior, the mediating role of self-efficacy may require further investigation. The study highlights the importance of fostering Islamic values and personal confidence to enhance entrepreneurial success.

Abstract

This study identifies and analyzes optimization by work morale to mediate leadership style, work environment, and communication on the performance of employees of PT. State Electricity Company (PLN PERSERO) Customer Service Unit. This research was conducted using a quantitative, descriptive approach. The population in this study were employees of PT. State Electricity Company (PLN PERSERO) of the Customer Service Unit, amounting to 48. We use path analysis techniques to determine the direct and indirect relationship between leadership style, work environment, and communication on employee performance. As well as how the enthusiasm of work mediates the variables of leadership, work environment, and communication on the performance of employees in the Nuisance Services Division at the PT State Electricity Company, Network Service Unit. The results of this study conclude that (1) leadership style has a positive effect on morale, (2) leadership style directly has a positive effect on work performance, (3) work environment has a positive effect on morale, (4) the work environment directly has a positive effect on work performance. (5) Communication has a positive effect on morale, (6) communication directly has a positive effect on work performance, (7) work performance has a positive effect on morale. (8) Leadership style indirectly positively influences work performance through work morale as an intervening variable, (9) work environment has a positive effect on work performance through work morale as an intervening variable, (10) communication style positively influences work performance through work morale as an intervening variable in service division employees at PT. State Electricity Company (PLN PERSERO) Customer Service Unit.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat dan pemerintah desa Kragan tentang regulasi yang berkaitan dengan pengembangan desa wisata, khususnya dalam hal perizinan, pengelolaan keuangan, dan aspek hukum lainnya. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan pelatihan, sosialisasi, dan pendampingan hukum. tim peneliti memberikan edukasi hukum kepada masyarakat setempat untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman mereka tentang pentingnya aspek hukum dalam pengelolaan desa wisata Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan masyarakat dan pemerintah desa tentang regulasi yang berlaku, serta adanya inisiatif untuk membentuk kelompok sadar wisata. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan hukum masyarakat, yang diharapkan dapat mendukung pengembangan desa wisata yang berkelanjutan dan berdaya saing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana Upaya pengelolaan budaya profesional dalam memperkuat BUMDES (Badan Usaha Milik Desa) Kragan dalam perjalanannya menuju Desa Edu Wisata. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Selanjutnya Teknik keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini dapat kita simpulkan bahwa masih kurang memahami tentang pengelolaan dan tidak seberapa tahu bagaimana cara pengembangannya. Oleh karena itu, pendampingan yang berupa dua macam pelatihan yaitu Pendampingan rutin dan Pendampingan incidental.

Abstract

Green economy atau ekonomi hijau bertujuan untuk menciptakan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan dan ramah lingkungan (Zhou, 2024). Dalam konteks pengembangan edu wisata (edukasi pariwisata), langkah yang dapat dilakukan oleh green economy untuk membangun edu wisata adalah dengan menggunakan 2 aspek (i) Pengelolaan Limbah, yaitu mengimplementasikan sistem pengelolaan limbah yang efisien dan ramah lingkungan, seperti daur ulang, penggunaan produk ramah lingkungan, dan pengurangan limbah plastic, (ii) Partisipasi Masyarakat Lokal, yaitu melibatkan masyarakat lokal dalam pengembangan dan pengelolaan edu wisata untuk memastikan bahwa pendekatan yang diambil sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan nilai-nilai komunitas setempat. Desa Bumirejo mempunyai potensi untuk mengambangkan wisata edukasi pertanian. Namun di sisi lain terdapat permasalahan berkaitan dengan pengelolaan limbah rumah tangga maupun limbah pertanian. Belum adanya pengelolaan limbah di Desa Bumirejo, merupakan hal yang segera untuk ditangani dan ditindaklanjuti. Sehingga perlua adanya sosialisasi tentang nilai ekonomis limbah dan peluang kerja yang ada ketika pengelolaan limbah dilakukan dengan tepat dan baik.

Abstract

Gender-based leadership has become an increasingly important topic in management and organizational research, given the global push to achieve gender equality and empower women in the workplace. With more women participating in various economic and political spheres in Indonesia, this phenomenon has become even more significant. This study aims to conduct a systematic literature review (SLR) on gendered leadership. By reviewing existing studies, this research will identify patterns, challenges, and opportunities in promoting gender equality in leadership in Indonesia. The research uses a literature review type of research. The main source of data in this literature review is secondary data. Leadership is influenced by complex and dynamic gender factors. Through a comprehensive research methodology, this article discusses various important aspects of gender-based leadership. Gender in leadership highlights how gender roles influence leadership style and effectiveness. Thus, a deeper understanding of gendered leadership can help identify effective strategies to empower leaders from different gender backgrounds.

Abstract

Work environment and job motivation are two important factors that have a significant effect on employee performance. This study aims to investigate the effect of work environment and job motivation on employee performance. This study found that the interaction between work environment and job motivation has a significant moderating effect on employee performance. Specifically, it was found that employees who experienced a positive work environment and were motivated by intrinsic factors performed better than those who did not. The implications of these findings suggest that organizations should prioritize creating a positive work environment and enhancing job motivation to improve employee performance. This research contributes to the pool of knowledge by providing insight into the complex relationship between work environment, job motivation and employee performance.

Abstract

Every employee must be able to increase their work productivity to raise company profits. To study work productivity influenced by competence, leadership and job training are purpose study. The research sample amounted to 100 respondents of PT Asuransi Jasa Raharja Putera Surabaya Branch employees.  Study uses the Multiple Regression Analysis method and conducts the Instrument Test the results pass the Instrument Test then the Classical Assumption Test results pass Classical Assumption Test. The Coefficient of Determination  value is 81.8% and 18.2% is contribution of other research variables. Job training is the dominant variable and the multiple regression equation is Y = 0.682 + 0.264X1 + 0.260X2 + 0.459X3. According to the study's findings, job training, competency, and leadership all significantly and partially affect productivity at work

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of leadership on employee performance through work motivation as a mediating variable. This study uses quantitative methods with primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to 89 employees of PT Conisla Karya Indonesia, with sampling techniques using purposive sampling determined by researchers with consideration of certain characteristics or characteristics based on employee status and division of each employee. Where the results of the questionnaire obtained are processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS 3.0 analysis through outer model analysis, inner model, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of leadership on employee performance, leadership has a significant effect on work motivation, work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, and work motivation variables can significantly mediate the effect of leadership on performance employees.
