Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui metode pembelajaran Blended Learning dalam meningkatkan pemahamn konsep hasil belajar siswa.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode meta-anlisis dengan mengumpulkan sejumlah data yang memenuhi syarat di google scholar,sinta,dan portal garuda.Dalam penulusuran ini ditemukan sebanyak 45 data yang memenuhi syarat pada kisaran tahun 2009-2021.Data yang memenuhi syarat memuat nilai klasikal (k), jumlah siswa yang tuntas (I) dan disebutkan jumlah siswa yang menjadi subjek penelitian (N). Hasil analisis data menggunakan software JASP menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dalam peningkatan pemahaman konsep menggunakan metode pembelajaran blended learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa sebesar 91% termasuk kategori sangat kuat. Hasil analisis variabel moderator menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran blended learningrata-rata sangat kuat peningkatannya dalam pemahaman konsep siswa pada jenjang SD yakni 0.91 atau 91% dengan estimasi dampak sebesar 0.908 yang termasuk kedalam kategori sangat kuat.Pada jenjang SMP yakni 0.91 atau 91% dengan estimasi dampak 0.910 yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat kuat. Kemudian pada jenjang SMA yakni 0.89 atau 89% dengan estimasi dampak 0.890 juga termasuk dalam kategori sangat kuat. Kemudian untuk kalsifikasi mata pelajaran metode blended learning sangat kuat peningkatannya pada mata pelajaran MATEMATIKA yaitu mencapai 0,90 atau 90% dengan estimasi dampak 0.895 termasuk dalam kategori sangat kuat. Sedangkan, untuk IPA yaitu mencapai 0.90 atau 90% juga dengan estimasi dampak 0.903 dan termasuk kategori sangat kuat dan kemudian mata pelajaran IPS yaitu mencapai 0.91 atau 91% dengan estimasi dampak 0.908 termasuk juga dalam kategori sangat kuat.AbstractThis study aims to see the Blended Learning method in improving students' understanding of the concept of learning outcomes. This study uses a meta-analysis method with a large amount of data that meets the requirements on Google Scholar, Sinta, and Garuda Portal. In this research, there were as many as 45 data that fulfilled the requirements in the 2009-2021 range. Data that meets the requirements contains the classical value (k), the number of students who meet the requirements (I), and the number of students who are research subjects (N). The results of data analysis using JASP software show that there is a significant effect in increasing the understanding of concepts using mixed learning methods on student learning outcomes by 91%, including the very strong category. The results of the moderator variable analysis show that the blended learning model has a very strong increase in students' understanding of concepts at the elementary level, namely 0.91 or 91% with an emission impact of 0.908 which is included in the very strong category 91% with an impact of 0.910 which is in the very strong category. Then at the high school level, namely 0.89 or 89% with an earthquake impact of 0.890, it is also included in the very strong category. Then for the calcification of the blended learning method subjects, the increase was very strong in the MATHEMATICS subject, which reached 0.90 or 90% with an earthquake impact of 0.895 which was included in the very strong category. Whereas for IPA which reached 0.90 or 90% with an earthquake impact of 0.903 and was in the very strong category and then the Social Studies subject which reached 0.91 or 91% with an earthquake impact of 0.908 was also in the very strong category.

Abstract

Status gizi merupakan faktor krusial yang memengaruhi kualitas sumber daya manusia, terutama pada anak balita yang mengalami pertumbuhan dan perkembangan. Kekurangan gizi pada kelompok usia ini dapat meningkatkan risiko penyakit serta menghambat perkembangan kognitif. Keanekaragaman pangan telah diakui sebagai indikator valid untuk menilai kecukupan asupan gizi anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan keanekaragaman pangan dengan status gizi anak usia balita. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif cross-sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah balita berusia 24-60 bulan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Payung Sekaki. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 61 balita. Teknik pengambilan sampel ialah Simple Random Sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner Household Dietary Diversity Score (HDDS) dan pengukuran antropometri (berat badan dan tinggi badan). Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas balita di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Payung Sekaki memiliki status gizi normal (44,3%). Distribusi keanekaragaman pangan menunjukkan sebagian besar balita memiliki keanekaragaman pangan tinggi (78,7%). Uji Chi-Square menunjukkan nilai p sebesar 0,000 (p  0,05). Penelitian ini menyimpulkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara keanekaragaman pangan dan status gizi anak balita.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Pelecehan seksual merupakan permasalahan serius yang mengkhawatirkan bagi remaja sehingga diperlukan pengetahuan yang baik tentang pelecehan seksual untuk upaya pencegahan pelecehan seksual pada remaja putri. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan remaja putri tentang pelecehan seksual. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya  terlebih dahulu. Analisis data menggunakan analisis data univariat. Sampel  penelitian ini melibatkan 77 remaja putri menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling. Hasil: Gambaran pengetahuan remaja putri tentang pelecehan seksual mayoritas dalam kategori baik (97,4%), yaitu tentang pengertian (92,3%), bentuk (100%), dampak  (96,1%) dan upaya pencegahan (66,2%). Kesimpulan: Sebagian besar remaja putri memiliki pengetahuan yang baik tentang pelecehan seksual, namun masih ada yang memiliki pengetahuan kurang khusunya pada aspek upaya pencegahan pelecehan seksual. Diharapkan kepada remaja putri untuk memperbanyak membaca literatur mengenai upaya pencegahan pelecehan seksual. Instansi pendidikan dapat meningkatkan perlindungan tehadap remaja dari ancaman pelecehan seksual. Melalui berbagai upaya pencegahan seperti penyuluhan, pendidikan seksual dini, intervensi berbasis komunitas dan promosi kesehatan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran remaja terhadap pelecehan seksual dan dapat meningkatkan perlindungan diri dari berbagai ancaman.

Abstract

Mental health problems among adolescents continue to increase, coupled with low levels of mental health literacy, which can lead to delays in seeking professional help. Innovative technology-based efforts are needed to ensure wider access to mental health information and services. This study aims to develop and test the effectiveness of the SafeTeens app as an educational tool for improving adolescent mental health literacy. The study used a quasi-experimental design with an intervention and control group. A sample of 60 adolescents was selected based on inclusion criteria and divided proportionally into two groups. The research instrument was a mental health literacy questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using the Chi-Square test to determine differences in mental health literacy levels before and after the intervention. The results showed that the intervention group experienced a significant increase in mental health literacy levels after using the SafeTeens app (χ² = 19.14; p = 0.00007), whereas the control group showed no significant change (χ² = 0.66; p = 0.719). The SafeTeens app has proven effective in improving adolescents' understanding of mental health issues, distinguishing myths from facts, and how to seek appropriate help. This study recommends further development of the SafeTeens app with gamification features and periodic reminders to increase user engagement, as well as long-term testing to assess the sustainability of improvements in mental health literacy. Furthermore, cultural and local language adaptations need to be continuously refined to make the app more relevant to Indonesian adolescents.

Abstract

Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem in children that has long-term effects on physical and mental growth. In addition, this condition also affects the mental health of mothers as primary caregivers. This study aims to describe the mental health conditions of mothers who have stunted children. The research design used is quantitative descriptive with a cross-sectional approach. The research sample consisted of 72 mothers selected using stratified sampling techniques, with inclusion criteria of mothers who had stunted children, were able to read and write, and lived with their children. The exclusion criteria were mothers who had been treated for mental disorders or were undergoing mental health treatment and mothers who were unwilling to be respondents. The instrument used was the SRQ-20 questionnaire developed by the WHO in 1994. Data analysis was performed univariately using frequency distribution and percentages. The results showed that the majority of mothers were aged 20–35 years (80.6%), had a high school education (69.4%), were housewives (77.8%), and had a family income below 3.5 million per month (76.4%). A total of 43 mothers (59.7%) did not experience mental health problems, while 29 mothers (40.3%) experienced mental health problems. The most common symptoms were fatigue (56.9%), difficulty sleeping (50%), and headaches (43.1%).

Abstract

Introduction :Cancer diagnosis and the treatmet that must be carried out sometimes make the patients experience the psychological problem and less satisfaction in marriage. It does not only impact the patients but also their life partner. Therefore during the treatment period, the patients and their spouse are seen as one unity that influences each other. Dyadic coping is a coping formed altogether with the patients which emphasizes more on the interaction among the spouses and proven more effective in annuling the stressors. Purpose : The purpose of this research was to see the effectiveness of dyadic coping skill training intervention in cancer patients and their spouse in increasing the coping, marriage satisfaction, and psychological adjustment. Method :This research employed conceptual framework named The Systematic Transactional Model by Bodenmann. This research was a quantitative research with quasi experimental pre and post test design. The participants in this research were cancer patients and their spouse who were taking the therapy at Public Regional Hospital, Riau Province. The participants were selected by using purposive sampling based on the inclusion criteria. Total participants were 17 patients. The research instruments used in this research covered Dyadic Coping Inventory, Dyadic Adjustment Scale, and Benefit Funding Scale Indonesian Version which had been validated. Results : The analysis result showed that there was change of the average of dyadic coping score (p0.001), marriage satisfaction (p0.001), and psychological adjustment (p0.001) in patients who had been given intervention of dyadic coping skill training. Discussion : This research proved that dyadic coping skill training intervention was effective in increasing the couple coping, marriage satisfaction, and psychological adjustment until it can be made as one holistic nursing intervention towards the patients’ cancer.
