Abstract

Angka kematian ibu di Indonesia berdasarkan Survei Demografi dan Kesehatan Indonesia (SDKI) tahun 2012 sebanyak 359 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup. Penyebab kematian ibu tersebut masih didominasi oleh pendarahan, pre-eklampsia/eklampsia, dan infeksi. Salah satu penyebab infeksi adalah ketuban pecah dini (KPD). KPD dapat meningkatkan morbiditas dan mortalitas pada ibu dan anak. Insiden kejadian KPD sekitar 10,7% dari seluruh persalinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor risiko kejadian KPD di Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak (RSIA) ANNISA Citeureup, Kabupaten Bogor tahun 2014. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik dengan rancangan penelitian kasus kontrol. Sampel terdiri dari 114 orang kasus ibu yang mengalami KPD dan kontrol sebanyak 228 ibu bersalin yang tidak mengalami KPD. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor risiko terhadap kejadian KPD yaitu usia, paritas, pendidikan. Berdasarkan analisis multivariat, didapatkan faktor yang paling dominan berisiko terhadap kejadian KPD yaitu pendidikan. Maternal mortality rate in Indonesia based on 2012 Indonesia Demographic and Health Survey is 359 per 100,000 live births. Causes of the maternal mortality are still dominated by bleeding, preeclampsia/eclampsia and infections. One of causes of infections is premature rupture of membrane (PROM). PROM may increase morbidity and mortality among mothers and children. Incidence of PROM is amount 10.7% of all childbirths. This study aimed to analyze risk factors of PROM incidence at Mother and Child Hospital of ANNISACiteureup, Bogor District in 2014. This study was analytical study using case control design. Samples consisted of case as many as 114 mothers who suffered from PROM and control as many as 228 mothers who did not suffer from PROM. Results of study showed that risk factors of PROM were age, parity, education. Based on multivariate analysis, education was the most dominant risk factor toward PROM incidence.

Abstract

The insufficient engagement of students in the learning process is linked to the utilization of teaching models and tools that fail to encourage direct involvement. Hence, there is a need to devise a learning framework that emphasizes active student participation. One potential strategy is project-based learning, integrating science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the STEM-based 3D atomic theory teaching aids project on student learning outcomes. This research is a quantitative research with a pre-experimental design method type one group pretest-posttest with a sample of 30 class X SMAIT Al-Fityan Kubu Raya students taken using a purposive sampling technique. The data collection tools used were pretest and posttest and observation sheets. Testing the normality of the distribution of each pretest and posttest group using the SPSS 26.0 for Windows test. The results of the research show that there is an increase in student learning outcomes from 18% to 82% with an effect size value of 5.03 obtaining the Strong Effect category. This research shows that STEM-based 3D atomic theory teaching aid project learning is effective in improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The results of interviews show that students are less enthusiastic about learning chemistry in class due to uninteresting and boring methods, especially lectures in class which are outdated. With the ever-evolving technology, teachers have the opportunity to increase students' interest in learning through the development of more interesting and relevant learning methods. This study aims to create a valid and practical interactive electronic module based on problem-based learning of class X molecular concepts at SMAN 1 Salatiga. The development model applied in this study is the 3D model which is a modification of the 4D model recommended by Thiagarajan. The sample used in this study was class XC consisting of 35 students. Data collection methods through interviews and indirect communication using research instruments in the form of questionnaires. The results of the analysis showed that the PBL-based electronic interactive flipbook module developed met the validation criteria with an average value of 82.05%. In terms of practicality, responses from teachers and students showed an average value of 85.47%, with a very good assessment. Thus, the developed electronic module can be used as a feasible additional learning resource for grade X students and teachers who teach Chemistry subjects in high school.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find and deeply analyze the legal protection for Shopee Paylater users experiencing bad credit under Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection and the resolution of Shopee Paylater bad credit disputes through Online Dispute Resolution (ODR). The approach method in this research is a normative juridical approach. The data sources consist of primary data supported by secondary data. The primary legal data collection technique used a research instrument in the form of document studies and recording. The results of this research show that Article 1 Number 1 of Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection aims to provide security in the form of protection for consumers when there are unfair conditions that affect the consumer. Furthermore, the resolution of Shopee Paylater bad credit disputes through Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) is the most appropriate alternative dispute resolution method for Shopee Paylater problems because it is more efficient and not hindered by geographical conditions.

Abstract

Additional feed Forage is defined as feed that contains relatively higher crude fiber or undigested material. than concentrate. To achieve high livestock productivity, additional micro elements such as minerals and vitamins are required. Urea Molasses Block (UMB) is one type of supplement feed that contains these micro elements. This service partner is the Hasta Karya Jorong Solok Dalam Farmer Group. One of the things that can be done is by managing and utilizing Gambir Leaf Waste which is the residue from the extraction of gambier sap into something useful and useful as one of the ingredients in making cow candy. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the participation of the Polytechnic. Payakumbuh State Agriculture in applying technology in accordance with the needs and conditions of farming communities in the field and adding insight and knowledge of farmer groups in making candy cows as additional feed for ruminants.

Abstract

The problems that arise in class X MIA SMA Negeri 2 Sungai Ambawang related to the learning process have not carried out practicum activities due to limited facilities and infrastructure at school. This study aims to develop Electrolyte Box media on electrolyte and nonelectrolyte solution materials that are valid, practical and effective. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) ADDIE model. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study amounted to 27 students of SMA Negeri 2 Sungai Ambawang. Validity is measured from the validator's assessment using the validation sheet, practicality is measured from the learner response questionnaire, then effectiveness is measured based on the pretest and posttest results of students. The data analysis technique is descriptive statistics. The results of the validity of the material and media aspects of the Electorlyte Box are 0.83 (very valid) and 0.79 (valid), respectively. The practicality test results in the initial and main field trials obtained very practical criteria with a value of 98.43% and 96.30% respectively. The effectiveness aspect in the initial and main field trials was 0.73 and 0.71 with high criteria. Therefore, the learning media in high school that has been developed is suitable for use as learning media.

Abstract

The teaching media that a teacher uses can have an impact on the comprehension and memory of the students. Chemical bonding material is one of the learning resources that educators are encouraged to employ to assist and promote more creative, engaging, and enjoyable learning experiences. Chemistry Edutainment media is one type of educational resource that can be employed. This study attempts to characterize student learning retention following chemistry lessons using chemistry edutainment on chemical bond material for class X MAN 3 Pontianak, as well as to ascertain the validity, practicality, and efficacy of chemistry edutainment media. The methods of measurement, observation, and interviewing are employed in the data collection process. Student learning outcomes assessments, observation sheets, and interview sheets were the instruments utilized to collect the data. The study employs the ADDIE method, yielding validation rates of 93.3% for the material aspect and 90.6% for the media aspect. These percentages denote a high level of validity. The practicality percentages, derived from the initial and main field trial questionnaire responses, are 87.17% and 94.03%, respectively, indicating a high degree of practicality. Moreover, the effectiveness analysis, based on the learning outcomes following the use of Chemistry Edutainment media, resulted in N-Gain scores of 0.92 and 0.71 for the initial and main field trials, respectively, meeting the high effectiveness criteria. The retention percentages obtained in the initial and main field trials are 75% and 89.97%, respectively, which meet the high retention criteria.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of the Cooperative Script learning model in improving the writing skills of fiction stories among third-grade elementary school students, involving two classes as samples, namely class III A (25 students) and class III B (23 students). This research uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design, where class III A is the experimental group implementing the Cooperative Script model, while class III B is the control group using conventional learning methods. The instrument used in this study is a fiction writing test, which includes language aspects, story structure, and creativity, analyzed using a writing quality assessment scale. The data obtained were analyzed using a t-test to test the significance of the differences between pre-test and post-test scores in each group. The results show a significant improvement in the fiction writing skills of students taught using the Cooperative Script model. The average post-test score of the experimental group was higher compared to the control group, indicating that the Cooperative Script learning model is effective in improving the fiction writing skills of third-grade elementary school students. These findings provide evidence that the use of the Cooperative Script model can be an effective alternative to enhance writing skills in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of STEM-based Nanolearning implementation in improving students' critical thinking skills at SMAIT Al-Fityan Kubu Raya. This study used a one-group pre-test-post-test quasi-experimental research design. The population in this study consisted of 59 people. The sample selection for this study was carried out using purposive sampling, specifically targeting 19 students from class XI Ikhwan at SMA IT Al-Fityan Kubu Raya. The data collection technique used was a critical thinking skills test, which includes four indicators: interpretation, evaluation, analysis, and explanation. The results of the pretest research obtained at 35.53 were categorized as low and the posttest obtained at 82.89. Data analysis was conducted using normality test pretest sig 0.062 and posttest 0.070 normally distributed, hypothesis test obtained sig 0.00 <0.05, H1 accepted, and effectiveness test resulted in N-gain value of 0.75. This shows that Nanolearning has a significant effect on critical thinking skills of class XI Ikhwan SMA IT Al - Fityan Kubu Raya.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a comprehensive e-handbook, containing research-based information on the medicinal plant Premna serratifolia as the natural resources of West Kalimantan for high school students. This research used a research and development (R&D) method with an ADDIE model and was conducted in three high schools in West Kalimantan. Research instruments include validation instruments and student response questionnaires. The research data were analyzed using quantitative data analysis. Expert validators in content, media, and language assessed the e-Hanbook, resulting in validation percentages of 85.4% for content, 82.6% for media, and 81.5% for language. The practicality of the e-Hanbook was tested through initial and final field trials, achieving percentages of 80.8% and 87.2% respectively. Consequently, the research suggests that the e-Hanbook on Premna serratifolia medicinal plants is highly suitable and practical for high school students.
