Abstract

Permasalahan gizi di Indonesia masih menjadi pekerjaan rumah yang belum terselesaikan. Masalah kekurangan gizi mikro seperti anemia adalah salah satu dari beberapa masalah yang terjadi di Indonesia. Remaja putri pada masa pubertas sangat berisiko mengalami anemia gizi besi. Penyebabnya adalah banyaknya zat besi yang hilang selama proses menstruasi. Anemia adalah suatu kondisi medis dimana jumlah sel darah merah atau hemoglobin kurang dari normal. Status anemia pada remaja diduga dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu pengetahuan gizi serta kepatuhan konsumsi tablet tambah darah. Tablet tambah darah adalah upaya pemerintah untuk menurunkan kejadian anemia pada remaja putri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan metode penelusuran artikel jurnal / literature review dengan menggunakan kata kunci sesuai topik. Pencarian studi yang digunakan menggunakan system search engine Google Scholar dan PubMed dari tahun 2019-2023. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kepatuhan konsumsi suplemen tambah darah dengan kejadian anemia pada remaja putri.

Abstract

Farmers often face challenges in accessing capital, technology, and markets, which hinder their welfare improvement, thus requiring farmer empowerment. Agricultural cooperatives, such as Koperasi Eptilu in Garut Regency, are expected to serve as business partnership institutions capable of implementing farmer empowerment. This study aims to analyze the role of Koperasi Eptilu in addressing these issues, particularly in empowering small farmers. The method used is a case study with a descriptive qualitative approach, involving in-depth interviews with cooperative managers and partner farmers. The results of the study show that this cooperative has successfully reduced farmers' dependence on middlemen, increased farmers' bargaining power in the market, and provided price guarantees and broader market access. Koperasi Eptilu also plays a role in risk management, such as price fluctuations and extreme weather. Koperasi Eptilu has successfully empowered small farmers with a sustainable and collaborative approach, strengthening the local economy and supporting food security.

Abstract

This article discusses the implementation of teachers' pedagogical and professional competencies in shaping students' character. Pedagogical competence, which includes understanding and applying effective learning principles, as well as professional competence, which focuses on mastery of subject matter and curriculum development, plays an important role in forming students' positive attitudes and behaviors. This study aims to examine the relationship between these two competencies and character formation, such as moral values, discipline, and responsibility. The findings show that the development of both pedagogical and professional competencies can create a learning environment that supports the strengthening of students' character, both in the classroom context and in daily interactions. Therefore, improving teachers' competencies is crucial to achieving educational goals that focus not only on cognitive aspects but also on the affective aspects of students.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and examine the local wisdom of the language system among the Baduy community living in Kanekes Village, Leuwidamar District, Lebak Regency, Banten Province. A qualitative descriptive method was used as the research approach. Local wisdom is explored as the foundation of this study, specifically to understand the language system of the Baduy community. Data collection was carried out through observation, documentation, and interviews with several informants. Data analysis was conducted qualitatively through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research findings show that Baduy language is one of the regional languages in Indonesia and is fairly preserved by the local government, although linguistic studies on this language remain limited. The use of Baduy language is considered an important marker of ethnic identity for the Baduy community. Although the Baduy people are an isolated community, many of them are bilingual, meaning they can also communicate in Indonesian in their daily lives, especially when interacting with people from outside the Baduy area who visit their territory.

Abstract

Science education is a key factor in developing students' science process skills and understanding of scientific concepts. Mastery of science process skills is one of the important ways to gain knowledge. By implementing Student Worksheets based on guided inquiry, science process skills and understanding of scientific concepts can be improved. This study examines the effect of guided inquiry-based worksheets on science process skills. This study used a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest model to examine the effectiveness of guided inquiry-based worksheets in improving students' science process skills on vibration and wave material. The research participants consisted of students enrolled in vibration and wave courses in the third semester of the Physics Education Study Program, Universitas PGRI Pontianak, who were selected using saturated sampling techniques. The instruments used in this study were science process skills tests in the form of pretests and posttests and science process skills observation sheets during learning which included observing, classifying, measuring, interpreting data, making hypotheses, designing experiments, conducting experiments, communicating, results, concluding, identifying variables, and using tools and materials. The data obtained were analyzed using paired t-test and N-Gain analysis. Based on the data obtained, both from pretest, posttest, and observation, it can be concluded that the use of guided inquiry-based worksheets is effective in improving students' science process skills in vibration and wave material. This increase is clearly seen in the pretest and posttest scores, as well as in the observation of skills that show positive developments in all indicators of science process skills.

Abstract

This study aims to synthesize scientific literature on the relationship between performance management and organizational performance through a systematic literature review approach to four scientific articles published between 2019 and 2024. This study shows that the effectiveness of a performance management system is not universal, but rather highly dependent on the organizational context, system integration, and mediating and moderating factors. The results of the thematic analysis reveal that effective performance management practices not only improve internal process efficiency but also strengthen strategic adaptation and organizational innovation. Key findings include the mediating role of performance management in linking managerial innovation to organizational performance, the synergy between corporate performance management and business process management, and the importance of integrating business intelligence and analytics in the public sector. In addition, this study highlights environmental uncertainty as a critical moderator in the design of an adaptive performance management system. This study provides conceptual contributions by strengthening the theory of resource-based view, resource orchestration, and contingency theory, as well as practical contributions in the form of recommendations for developing a contextual, data-based, and collaborative performance management system. The implications of this study are an important foundation in designing strategic policies for managing organizational performance that are more responsive to VUCA challenges.

Abstract

The use of medicinal plants and traditional herbal medicine reflects the local wisdom of the Indonesian people, deeply rooted in their culture and daily life. However, international awareness and appreciation of this heritage remain limited. To address this, a community engagement program was implemented to promote Indonesian medicinal plants and jamu to a broader audience. The program aimed to enhance cross-cultural knowledge exchange and foster research collaboration. This initiative involved a series of workshops introducing various medicinal plants and practical demonstrations on preparing jamu. The activities were conducted at the JAKIM office, Sarawak, Malaysia, with 42 participants in attendance. Data were collected through participant feedback surveys, assessing aspects such as the clarity of instruction, effectiveness of workshop methods, practical relevance, and overall benefits. The results indicated overwhelmingly positive responses, with participants expressing appreciation for the informative content and hands-on approach. The findings suggest that such programs play a crucial role in increasing awareness and preserving traditional knowledge. In conclusion, this initiative successfully supported knowledge and cultural exchange while fostering continued research collaboration in the field of medicinal plants and herbal medicine.

Abstract

Umbi porang yang saat ini diekspor masih berasal dari usaha masyarakat tani dengan mengumpulkan umbi yang tumbuh liar. TanamanporangdapatdiperbanyaksecaravegetatifdenganumbiKatak/Bulbil. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut:1. Melihat pengaruh pemberian ZPT  Air Kelapa  terhadap perkecambahan tanaman porang. 2. Menentukan waktu perendaman ZPT  Air Kelapa  terhadap perkecambahan tanaman porang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei sampai dengan September 2021 di Lahan Percobaan Politeknik Pertanian Negeri Payakumbuh. Bahan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah porang katak (Bulbil), Air Kelapa, sekam, tanah, pupuk kandang dan air. Sedangkan alat yang digunakan adalah ember, nampan, labu ukur, gelas piala, meteran, kamera, dan alat tulis. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Perlakuan yang digunakan adalah A= Perendaman air kelapa selama  1 jam, B = Perendaman air kelapa selama  2 jam, C = Perendaman air kelapa selama  3 jam, dan D = Perendaman air kelapa selama  3 jam. Hasil Penelitian diperoleh hasil waktu

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi dengan keterlibatan karyawan sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini mengacu pada Social Exchange Theory (SET), yang menjelaskan bahwa hubungan antara karyawan dan organisasi dibangun atas prinsip timbal balik; ketika organisasi memberikan perhatian dan dukungan kepada karyawan, maka karyawan akan merespons dengan menunjukkan perilaku positif seperti keterlibatan dan komitmen. Desain penelitian ini bersifat kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, melibatkan 170 karyawan tetap PT. San Fang Indonesia yang dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) melalui perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterlibatan karyawan (β = 0,613; p < 0,001) dan komitmen organisasi (β = 0,385; p < 0,001). Selain itu, keterlibatan karyawan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi (β = 0,517; p < 0,001) dan memediasi hubungan antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dan komitmen organisasi (β = 0,317; p < 0,001). Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya organisasi membangun persepsi dukungan secara strategis melalui kebijakan berbasis empati, pengakuan, dan kesejahteraan, untuk menciptakan keterlibatan emosional dan loyalitas karyawan yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini memperkaya literatur dengan mengelaborasi peran mediasi keterlibatan karyawan dalam konteks dukungan organisasi, serta memperkuat penerapan SET dalam kerangka hubungan kerja kontemporer.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan menulis siswa Sekolah Dasar, khususnya dalam menyusun cerita fiksi fabel yang terstruktur, imajinatif, dan koheren. Padahal, kemampuan menulis merupakan keterampilan literasi dasar yang penting dikembangkan sejak dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan menulis cerita fabel siswa kelas III SD ditinjau dari aspek struktur, imajinasi, dan koherensi serta hubungannya dengan tingkat motivasi belajar menulis. Kebaruan dari penelitian ini terletak pada integrasi analisis linguistik dan psikopedagogis, yaitu mengaitkan kualitas tulisan siswa dengan profil motivasi mereka. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei kuantitatif eksploratif, dengan melibatkan 50 siswa dari satu SD di Gugus II Kecamatan Pulo Ampel sebagai sampel. Instrumen penelitian terdiri atas tes menulis dan kuesioner motivasi belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan menulis siswa secara umum berada pada kategori mulai berkembang (rata-rata skor 10,06 dari 18), sedangkan motivasi belajar menulis berada pada kategori sedang (rata-rata 43,82 dari 60). Terdapat hubungan positif namun lemah antara motivasi belajar dan kemampuan menulis (r = 0,367; p < 0,05). Temuan ini mengindikasikan perlunya penerapan model pembelajaran yang mampu meningkatkan kemampuan menulis dan memotivasi siswa secara bersamaan.
