Abstract

PT XYZ, merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang manufaktur pulp dan kertas terpadu yang berlokasi di kota Tangerang. Seiring dengan persaingan pasar yang semakin pesat, maka PT. XYZ harus terus berusaha untuk memenangkan persaingan tersebut, salah satunya adalah dengan meningkatkan produktivitas produksi.Salah satu yang mempengaruhi produktivitas produksi adalah produktivitas kerja. Usia, masa kerja dana tingkat pendidikan karyawan merupakan factor yang berkaitan langsung dengan produktivitas kerja. Selama tahun 2019 – 2021 produktivitas produksi kertas bewarna di stationery B section selalu mengalami penurunan, oleh karena itu dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui apakah factor usia, masa kerja dan tingkat pendidikan karyawan berpengaruh pada penurunan produktivitas tersebut. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode regresi linier berganda menggunakan bantuan SPSS yang meliputi uji t dan uji F. Sebagai variable bebas (independen) adalah usia, masa kerja dan tingkat pendidikan, sedangkan variable terikat (dependen) adalah produktivitas kerja. Hasil dari analisa data didapat bahwa variable usia dan tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kerja, dimana nilai sig adalah sebesar 0,000 < 0.05, sementara untuk variable masa kerja tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kerja dimana nilai signifikansi adalah sebesar 0,136 > 0,05, tetapi ketiga variable bebas (independen) yaitu usia, masa kerja dan tingkat pendidikan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kerja dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil analisa menggunakan koefisien determinasi diketahui bahwa factor usia, masa kerja dan tingkat pendidikan memiliki pengaruh sebesar 98,7% terhadap produktivitas kerja di stationary B section PT. Abstract

Rural communities across the globe confront multifaceted challenges in attaining sustainable autonomy, encompassing economic, social, and institutional dimensions. This study critically examines the agricultural potential, institutional robustness, and social capital within Tana Tidung Regency, Indonesia, and devises a Pentahelix-based strategic framework to harness these assets optimally. Employing a descriptive analytical methodology, the research reveals that villages in Tana Tidung are endowed with substantial economic resources—spanning agriculture, livestock, and plantation sectors—complemented by competent human capital, resilient institutions, vibrant social networks, and accessible health services. To expedite the realization of village self-reliance, the study advocates for diversified economic pathways, customized educational and vocational training programs, alongside comprehensive infrastructural enhancements encompassing transportation, electrification, telecommunications, and market connectivity. Integral to this approach is the cultivation of synergistic partnerships between village entities and external actors, including private enterprises and non-governmental organizations. Further strategic imperatives entail the implementation of non-formal educational initiatives, expansion of digital inclusivity, women’s economic empowerment, and capacity building of village officials in governance, fiscal stewardship, leadership, and policy execution. Reinforcing financial transparency, nurturing heterogeneous community organizations, facilitating periodic socio-cultural engagements, and augmenting healthcare infrastructure and outreach are equally pivotal. This holistic and integrative model proffers a scalable blueprint conducive to sustainable rural development and fortified village autonomy.

Abstract

Background: It is often known that moringa leaves (Moringa oleifera L.) are a natural substance with many advantages, especially for their antibacterial qualities that prevent the growth of bacteria. Objectives: The main objective of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of particular face mist preparation made from Moringa leaf extract in inhibiting the growth of Propionibacterium acnes, the bacteria that causes facial acne. Methods: A facial mist containing moringa extract was created, and its antibacterial qualities were assessed using the Kirby-Bauer technique in conjuction with the agar duffision method. Results: The face mist preparation effectively satiated the homogeneity, pH, viscosity, and spray pattern physical assesment criteria in the organoleptic test. Conclusions: Strong anti-acne and antibacterial properties were present in the face mist preparation made from moringa leaf extract, especially at a concentration of 45% that sucesfully stopped the growth of all test.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji sisindiran (pantun) dalam rumpaka kawih "Es Lilin" sanggian Mursih, dengan fokus pada analisis struktur dan nilai-nilai etnopedagogi yang terkandung di dalamnya. Sisindiran merupakan bentuk puisi tradisional Sunda yang memiliki peran penting dalam budaya dan pendidikan masyarakat Sunda. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dan metode analisis teks, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi dan menguraikan struktur sisindiran dalam kawih tersebut, termasuk pola rima, ritme, dan penggunaan bahasa kiasan. Selain itu, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi nilai-nilai etnopedagogi yang diimplikasikan, seperti kearifan lokal, moralitas, dan pendidikan karakter yang diajarkan melalui sisindiran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sisindiran dalam "Es Lilin" tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai hiburan, tetapi juga sebagai media pendidikan yang efektif dalam menyampaikan pesan-pesan moral dan sosial. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman lebih dalam mengenai peran seni tradisional dalam pendidikan dan pelestarian budaya Sunda.This research examines Sisindiran in Sanggian Mursih rumpaka kawih "És Lilin", with a focus on the structural analysis and ethno pedagogical values contained therein. Sisindiran is a form of traditional Sundanese poetry which has an important role in the culture and education of the Sundanese people. Through a qualitative approach and text analysis methods, this research identifies and describes the structure of allusions in the kawih, including rhyme patterns, rhythm and the use of figurative language. In addition, this research explores the ethno pedagogical values that are implied, such as local wisdom, morality, and character education taught through satire. The research results show that the satire in "És Lilin'' not only functions as entertainment, but also as an effective educational medium in conveying moral and social messages. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of the role of traditional arts in education and preserving Sundanese culture.

Abstract

The process of agricultural development benefits greatly from agricultural extension activities, particularly when it comes to improving the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of the primary actors and business people. The purposes of the research were to measure the performance of agricultural extension workers and formulate the strategies to improve the performance of agricultural extension workers in Sesayap Sub-district Tana Tidung District. The data used were primary data and secondary data. The methods of analyzing the data used were Likert and SWOT analysis. The results of the research showed that the performance of agricultural extension workers in Sesayap Subdistrict was 62 with a good category and the strategies to improve the performance of agricultural extension workers in Sesayap Subdistrict were to implement the SO (Strength-Opportunities) strategy, namely: (a) Agricultural extension workers have good education with over two years of work to optimize technology and innovation. (b) The number of extension workers is sufficient, extension workers have enthusiasm and dedication to work and are able to utilize the existing facilities and infrastructure at BPP to enhance the ability and capacity of extension workers. (c) With adequate education of extension workers, the extension workers have enthusiasm and dedication to work and are relatively young so that they can optimize learning media through online.

Abstract

An increasing number of populations, lifestyle changes and an increase in consumerism escalated the total amount of waste generated. It was estimated that 85,000 tons of waste were produced daily in Indonesia in which 40% were domestic waste. Waste generated in urban areas had generally been finished in the landfill without being processed before. This condition has raised various problems at landfills in Indonesia.The Mabad 65 complex is located in Rempoa, Ciputat, South Tangerang. South Tangerang City is one of the buffer zones of the Capital of Jakarta which has developed into a high-density residential area. At this time, the domestic waste generated by all residents of Mabad 65 is transported by garbage officers to be moved at the TPS before finally being transported to the landfill without being sorted and processed before. The majority of residents have not made efforts to reduce their waste generation.Based on the existing condition in the Mabad 65 Complex, it is felt necessary to educate residents about the zero-waste lifestyle. The method used in the community service was counseling. The participants were Mabad 65's residents and RT RW administrators in the Mabad 65 Rempoa complex. The counseling program was carried out on Monday, December 9, 2019.The results of this community service activity were the residents as well as the RT RW administrators became more concerned about the problem of waste in Indonesia, especially about the landfill capacity and the importance of reducing and processing waste at the domestic waste source of waste. Residents also understand how to minimize household waste generation by using the 3-AH method, which is to prevent, to sort and to process. Moreover, residents were also enthusiastic about the source scale waste management program that brought economic opportunities. The trouble faced by the RT RW administrators was the governance system of the waste bank program.

Abstract

Improving social welfare can be done with various approaches, by empowering the community. Empowering PKK women in Griya Serpong Asri, Suradita, through training and assistance in washing soap production plate. This activity is carried out in order to improve human resources who is able to rely on his own strength. Specific objectives and targets This PKK ladies are interested and motivated to be achieved in this activityentrepreneurship, forming groups of PKK members who became independently independenteconomy by producing dishwashing soap, and realizing more PKKstronger, more productive, creative and responsive. To achieve this goal, teamcommunity service Industrial Engineering Study Program has provided counseling, training and assistance of PKK mothers in producing laundry soap plate. PKK ladies were given knowledge about entrepreneurs and business opportunities home based, as well as basic principles of production. PKK ladies were also given training on how to make dish soap, and product packaging marketing technique.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas aspek hidrologis dan falsafah yang terkandung dalam beberapa babasan dan paribasa Sunda, dengan fokus pada kajian struktur dan leksiko semantik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis ungkapan-ungkapan yang berhubungan dengan unsur hidrologi seperti air, sungai, hujan, dan danau dalam bahasa Sunda, beserta falsafahnya dalam kehidupan, serta bagaimana makna tersebut diungkapkan secara leksikal dan semantis dalam kebudayaan Sunda. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan analisis struktur dan makna dari babasan dan paribasa yang berhubungan dengan hidrologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari hasil analisis struktur gramatikalnya ditemukan; dua pola struktur babasan yang terbentuk dari kata majemuk, dua pola struktur babasan yang terbentuk dari frasa. Dan terdapat dua pola struktur paribasa yang terdiri dari kalimat tunggal (satu klausa), satu pola struktur paribasa yang terdiri dari kalimat majemuk bertingkat (dua klausa), serta dua pola struktur paribasa yang terdiri dari kalimat majemuk setara (dua klausa). Dari hasil analisis leksikal semantiknya ditemukan tujuh babasan yang mengandung keterkaitan dengan aspek hidrologis secara tidak langsung, tiga babasan yang mengandung keterkaitan dengan aspek hidrologis secara langsung. Serta ditemukan tiga paribasa yang mengandung keterkaitan dengan aspek hidrologis secara tidak langsung dan tujuh paribasa yang mengandung keterkaitan dengan aspek hidrologis secara langsung. Unsur hidrologis dalam babasan dan paribasa Sunda tidak hanya mencerminkan kondisi geografis dan lingkungan masyarakat Sunda, tetapi juga memiliki nilai filosofis yang mendalam tentang kehidupan dan keseimbangan alam. Dengan demikian, babasan dan paribasa tersebut menjadi bagian penting dari kearifan lokal yang diwariskan secara turun-temurun.
