Abstract

Abstrak Otomasi perangkat kesehatan saat ini banyak dikembangkan dengan tujuan untuk mempermudah kerja manusia sekaligus efisiensi utilitas perangkat. Pada penelitian ini, diusulkan desain prototipe sebuah regulator oksigen otomatis pada sebuah alat bantu pernafasan yang berfungsi untuk mengatur tekanan atau kadar oksigen yang dikeluarkan. Kondisi ini disesuaikan dengan tingkat pernafasan pasien. Jika tingkat pernafasan pasien diatas ambang batas maka tekanan oksigen akan dinaikkan. Melaui sensor, pernafasan pasien dideteksi yang selanjutnya diolah oleh mikrokontroler untuk dihitung rate pernafasannya. Melalui logika fuzzy, perhitungan tersebut diolah untuk proses pengambilan keputusan berapa banyak oksigen yang harus dikeluarkan. Setelah dilakukan pengujian, regulator otomatis dapat mengatur volume oksigen yang dikeluarkan sesuai dengan jumlah pernafasan pasien. Terdapat 9 buah aturan yang diimplementasikan pada sistem dalam pengaturan volume oksigen. Dimana setiap logika tersebut dapat dijalankan dengan baik oleh sistem. Tingkat akurasi yang dicapai perangkat untuk menghitung rate pernafasan mencapai 92,73%. Kata kunci: otomasi, regulator, oksigen, logika fuzzy.   Abstract Automatic medical device currently developed with the aim to help the work and efficiency of the device utilities. In this research, proposed to prototype design an automatic oxygen regulator to regulate pressure or levels of oxygen. This condition is adjusted by the respiratory rate of patient. If the respiratory rate of the patient above the threshold then the oxygen pressure would be raised. Sensor detect the patients breathing then processed by a microcontroller to count breathing rate. Through fuzzy logic, that calculations are processed for the decision process to determine how much oxygen should be given. After testing, the automatic regulator can control  the volume of oxygen according with the patients respiratory condition. There are 9 rules that are implemented on the system for setting the volume of oxygen. Each logic rules can be run well by the system. The level accuracy of device to compute respiration rate, reached 92.73%. Keywords: automation, regulator, oxygen, fuzzy logic.

Abstract

Abstrak Elektrokardiograf adalah perangkat untuk mengukur aktifitas kelistrikan jantung. Sinyal yang ditampilkan oleh perangkat elektrokardiograf adalah sinyal elektrokardiogram (EKG). Untuk monitoring ECG  minimal diperlukan satu lead sementara untuk standar klinis diperlukan 12 lead. Untuk realisasi perangkat EKG 12 lead diperlukan strategi agar jumlah perangkat keras yang dibutuhkan semakin sedikit sehingga dimensi menjadi lebih kecil. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, pada penelitian ini dirancang perangkat EKG 12 lead dengan teknik multipleksing. Kombinasi sadapan sinyal EKG 12 lead dikontrol oleh multiplekser 4051 melalui mikrokontroler secara bergantian. Data dijital hasil konversi ADC selanjutnya dikirim secara serial ke komputer server dan dapat dilihat pada komputer client yang terhubung. Hasil yang didapat menunjukkan bahawa perangkat analog telah berhasil mengakuisisi sinyal EKG dengan baik dari Lead I sampai Lead V6. Dengan waktu pensakelaran sebesar 5 ms, sinyal tidak dapat ditampilkan secara simultan 12 lead. Sinyal dapat diakuisisi dengan baik jika waktu pensakelaran sebesar 5 detik namun seluruh sadapan sinyal EKG tidak dapat ditampilkan secara simultan.   Kata kunci: Elektrokardiograf, 12 Lead, Multipleksing, Server, Client.   Abstract   Electrocardiograph is device for measuring electrical activity of heart. Electrocardiograph displays electrocardiogram signal (ECG). For monitoring ECG, at least need one ECG lead meanwhile for standard clinical ECG need 12 lead. For realization of 12 lead ECG devices, it is need strategy to reduce number of hardware to make dimension of ECG device smaller. To solve this problem, we use multiplexing method for ECG device development. Combination of 12 lead ECG signal is controlled by the multiplexer 4051 through microcontroller sequentially. Digital data of ADC is sent serially to the server computer and can be viewed on client computer that connected to the network. From the results obtained indicate that analog devices have been successfully acquired ECG signals Lead I to Lead V6. With 5 ms switching time, the 12 lead ECG signal can not be displayed simultaneously. The signal can be acquired properly with 5 seconds switching time, but the whole of ECG signals can not be displayed simultaneously.   Keywords: Electrocardiograph, 12 Lead, Multiplexing, Server, Client.

Abstract

Sinyal elektrokardiogram (EKG) memiliki informasi yang menggambarkan kondisi kesehatan jantung. Beragai teknik analisis sinyal EKG dikembangkan untuk mengetahui kelainan di jantung secara ototmatis. Pada kenyataannya di Indonesia, kebanyakan perangkat EKG hanya menghasilkan rekaman berupa kertas EKG sehingga metode pengolahan sinyal tidak bisa diterapkan. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengenalan kelainan jantung melalui citra rekaman EKG menggunakan analisis tekstur. Garis sinyal EKG yang tergambar dalam citra rekaman EKG diharapkan bisa dibedakan antara kondisi yang satu dengan yang lain. Untuk ekstraksi ciri digunakan ciri statistik orde 1 dan grey level co-occurence matrix (GLCM) pada arah 0o, 45o, 90o, dan 135o. Untuk klasifikasi digunakan K-nearest neighbor (K-NN) dan multilayer perceptron (MLP). Akurasi yang dihasilkan mencapai 44.12% untuk lima kelas data dan 65.82% untuk dua kelas data. Penggunaan teknik pengolahan ctra terbukti mampu meningkatkan akurasi yang semula rendah.Kata kunci: analisis tekstur, K-NN, multilayerperceptron, citra rekaman EKG, pengolahan citra.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini, dibangun sebuat perangkat untuk mengukur tingkat kelainan mata. Prinsip kerja dari perangkat ini adalah mengukur jarak baca pasien kemudian membandingkannya dengan jarak baca normal. Perangkat ini direalisasikan menggunakan motor stepper, mikrokontroler ATMEGA 8535 dan LCD untuk menampilkan hasilnya. Jenis kelainan yang bisa diukur adalah rabun jauh dan rabun dekat.

Abstract

Electrocardiogram (ECG) is a biopotential signal which generated by electrical activity of the heart muscle cells. ECG is taken by placing electrodes at a certain point a person’s body. This research propose a wearable ECG device. This device can be used to monitor athlete’s heart condition. ECG device is designed in small size that can be put on the waist with a mini LCD to view ECG signal graph. The ECG system used 3 lead’s configuration based on modified Einthoven triangle method then called modified chest lead. Electrodes that placed on the body, taking electrical signal activity of the heart then the signal is amplified and filtered by signal conditioning. By Analog to Digital Converter signals are converted into digital data then the microcontroller reads data from ADC and displays graphs of signal and heart rate on the Nokia 5110s LCD screen.keywords: Electrocardiogram, Biomedik, Einthoven, ADC, Nokia 5110Electrocardiogram (ECG) merupakan suatu sinyal biopotensial hasil dari aktivitas listrik sel otot jantung. ECG diambil dengan memasang elektroda pada titik tertentu tubuh seseorang. Pada tulisan ini, diusulkan sebuah perangkat ECG digital yang dapat digunakan untuk memonitor kondisi jantung seorang atlit. ECG yang dirancang memiliki ukuran kecil yang dapat diletakkan pada pinggang dengan mini LCD sebagai penampil grafik sinyal ECG. Sistem ECG yang digunakan adalah 3 lead menggunakan metode segitiga Einthoven dengan memodifikasi titik penempatan elektroda yang disebut modifikasi chest lead. Elektroda yang terpasang pada tubuh, melakukan sadapan sinyal listrik jantung kemudian oleh pengkondisi sinyal dilakukan penguatan dan filter. Oleh Analog to Digital Converter sinyal tersebut diubah menjadi data digital selanjutnya mikrokontroler membaca data ADC dan menampilkan grafik sinyal berikut heart rate pada layar LCD Nokia 5110.kata kunci: Electrocardiogram, biomedic, Einthoven, ADC, Nokia 5110

Abstract

Warkah is a community organization that focuses on working on social activities and has many assisted residents. To develop the organization, Warkah requires additional efforts to support the organization so that it continues to be more productive. However, this corona pandemic has made an obstacle for the Warkah organization to realize the organization's vision and mission. Therefore, organizational productivity can be increased by following online sales skills. With diverse potentials and based on the socio-economic background, the ability to sell and transact online on marketplace platforms, especially on the Tokopedia, can provide material benefits. In addition, this activity also can facilitate the potential products of the GPA community members and people outside the GPA who want their products to be promoted in a broad scope. The results of the shop building training through the Tokopedia application for members of the Warkah social organization can be concluded that this training is beneficial for the Warkah organization with a high utility rating, namely 82% of participants rated this training as very useful and had high performance, namely 64% for easy understanding of the material, and 100% for the instructor's performance in delivering the material.

Abstract

Vital sign monitor is typical medical instrument for basic physiological measurement. Medical practitioner assesses a patient’s health condition by observing measurement results shown in display. In this research, we designed low cost, wireless, PC-based vital sign monitor. Signals captured in designed vital sign monitor are electrocardiogram (ECG), photoplethysmogram (PPG), and body temperature. Captured data are transmitted via wireless LAN module so that medical practitioner is able to monitor patient’s condition remotely from another room or place. The system worked well for maximum transmission distance about 45 meters for LOS condition and 20 meter for NLOS condition.DOI:http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/ijece.v4i6.6429

Abstract

A biological signal has the multi-scale and signals complexity properties. Many studies have used the signal complexity calculation methods and multi-scale analysis to analyze the biological signal, such as lung sound. Signal complexity methods used in the biological signal analysis include entropy, fractal analysis, and Hjorth descriptor. Meanwhile, the commonly used multi-scale methods include wavelet analysis, coarse-grained procedure, and empirical mode decomposition (EMD). One of the multi-scale methods in the biological signal analysis is the multi-distance signal level difference (MSLD), which calculates a difference between two signal samples at a specific distance. In previous studies, MSLD was combined with Hjorth descriptor for lung sound classification. MSLD has the potential to be developed by modifying the fundamental equation of MSLD. This study presents the comparison of MSLD and its variations combined with Hjorth descriptor for lung sound classification. The results showed that MSLD and its variations had the highest accuracy of 98.99% for five lung sound data classes. The results of this study provided several alternatives for multi-scale signal complexity analysis method for biological signals.

Abstract

This study observes one of the ECG signal abnormalities, which is the Premature Ventricular Contraction (PVC). Many studies applied a machine learning technique to develop a computer-aided diagnosis to classify normal and PVC conditions of ECG signals. The common process to obtain information from the ECG signal is by performing a feature extraction process. Since the ECG signal is a complex signal, there is a need to reduce the signal dimension to produce an optimal feature set. However, these processes can remove the information contained in the signal. Therefore, this study process the original ECG signal using a Convolutional Neural Network to avoid losing information. The input data were in the form of both one beat of normal ECG signal or PVC with size 1x200. The classification used four layers of convolutional neural network (CNN). There were eight 1x1 filters used in the input. Simultaneously, 16 and 32 of 1x1 filters were used in the second and the fourth convolutional layers, respectively. Thus the system produced a fully connected layer consisted of 512 neurons, while the output layer consisted of 2 neurons. The system is tested using 11361 beats of ECG data and achieved the highest accuracy of 99.59%, with the 10-fold cross-validation. This study emphasizes an opportunity to develop a wearable device to detect PVC since CNN can be implemented into an embedded system or an IoT based system.

Abstract

Makalah ini membahas mengenai perancangan dan realisasi sistem manajemen sumber daya listrik yangdilakukan dengan mengatur dan memonitor sistem catu daya di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 2 Kendal.Sistem pengaturan ini akan dikerjakan oleh program pada mikrokontroler AT89S52 secara otomatisberdasarkan catuan daya yang berkesinambungan. Parameter pengendalian dan monitoring tersebut akandisimpan pada suatu database pada PC server dan pada mikrokontroler.Untuk proses monitoring dan pengendalian dapat dilakukan pada suatu tempat yang jauh, denganmenggunakan Short Messages Service (SMS) Gateway. Pengendalian dari jarak jauh ini diperlukan untukmengoptimalkan peran operator sistem catu daya tersebut. Dengan pengaturan dan monitoring jarak jauh(teleoperasi), perangkat-perangkat catu daya tidak memerlukan pengontrolan dan monitoring secara terusmenerus secara langsung.Hasil kinerja perangkat adalah dapat melakukan peralihan catu daya secara otomatis dan pengiriman kondisisistem dengan SMS gateway dengan delay seminimal mungkin. Dan Proses pengiriman ini tidak menggangusistem pengalihan catu daya yang dilakukan oleh mikrokontroler. Kinerja lain sistem ini adalah dapatmemonitor proses dan penggunaan generator, yakni volume bahan bakar dan oli, periode lama waktu kerjagenerator.Keywords: SMKN 2 Kendal, sumber daya listrik, catu daya, pengalihan otomatis, teleoperasi, dan SMSGateway.
