Abstract

Kondisi ekonomi saat ini sudah memasuki era ekonomi kreatif dan berkembang pesat di Indonesia yang dimana didominasi oleh generasi milenial (1981-2000). Data menyebutkan sekitar 80% generasi milenial mengakses informasi melalui media sosial setiap harinya. Generasi milenial awalnya tumbuh dengan pikiran suasana kerja yang mengerikan. Berdasarkan data The American Institute of Stress, 65% pemicu dari stres berkaitan dengan tempat kerja itu sendiri dan lingkungannya. Karena itu, generasi milenial berusaha membuat iklim ruang kerja yang menyenangkan. Co-working space adalah solusi bagi pengguna untuk bekerja dan belajar saling berinteraksi, bertukar informasi, dan berkolaborasi dengan menambahkan pendekatan biophilic di dalamnya, akan mewujudkan satu ikatan biologi antara kesehatan dan desain dengan alam sebagai penghubung utama dan mampu menghadirkan interaksi atau hubungan manusia dengan tanaman guna menciptakan energi positif terhadap kesehatan psikologi terlepas dari sumber daya dan iklim. Tujuan penelitian menghasilkan bentuk ruang dan konsep perencanaan dan perancangan co-working space dengan pendekatan architecture biophilic dan untuk menjembatani kembali ikatan antara manusia dan alam yang akibat transisi gaya hidup modern ini mulai terpisahkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif-eksploratif untuk menganilisis teori serta mengumpulkan data mengenai pendekatan biophilic. Hasil penelitian yaitu berupa program-program dan desain konsep perencanaan dan perancangan co-working space dengan pendekatan arsitektur biophilic.

Abstract

Minat generasi milenial di Bali untuk mulai usaha berkontribusi sebesar 12,57 % terhadap Product Domestic Bruto (PDB). Dengan dukungan pemerintah contohnya Kota Denpasar yang terus berupaya mengembangkan dan memajukan ekonomi khususnya dalam bidang industri kreatif di kalangan milenial, dengan memberikan Kredit Usaha Rakyat yang difokuskan ke pelaku UMKM. Dalam memulai sebuah usaha adapun masalah yang dihadapi contohnya kurangnya tempat untuk mewadahi usaha tersebut, pemilihan tempat yang berpengaruh dalam perkembangan pemasaran produk, dan konsumen yang merasa kurang puas dengan pemasaran produk lewat online, karena konsumen tidak bisa melihat secara langsung produk yang ditawarkan dalam peneleitian ini akan menganalisis kriteria desain perancangan mall UMKM yang berlokasi di Denpasar. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penulisan ini yaitu dengan observasi lapangan, studi literatur, dan wawancara dengan beberapa pelaku UMKM lokal. Dari permaslahan yang ada maka diusulkan untuk membuat perancangan Mall UMKM Bidang Industri Kreatif di Denpasar sebagai wadah bagi pelaku UMKM dalam melakukan kegiatan komersial dan terus mengembangkan produk lokal di Bali. Serta memberikan fasilitas seperti workshop, exehibition, retail ( kuliner, kriya, fashion, dan lain sebagainya ), sekaligus menawarkan tema Green Architecture yang diharapkan dapat menguntungkan bagi civitas yang ada pada mall UMKM ini, serta menghilangkan pemahaman terhadap arsitektur Mall yang kurang ramah lingkungan.

Abstract

Penyandang Disabilitas di Kabupaten Buleleng saat ini menempati kedudukan tertinggi diantara kabupaten lainnya yang ada di Bali, tetapi masih banyak penyandang disabilitas di kabupaten buleleng yang masih terlantar dan tidak mengenyam pendidikan, padahal penyandang disabilitas juga memiliki hak yang sama dengan orang normal untuk dapat mengenyam pendidikan yang layak untuk keberlangsungan hidupnya nanti, maka dari itu dibutuhkan wadah atau tempat yang layak untuk mewadahi penyandang disabilitas yang belum mengenyam pendidikan di Kabupaten Buleleng dengan mengusulkan Perencanaan dan Perancangan Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) di Kabupaten Buleleng, Bali. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode studi literatur dengan melakukan browsing internet dan jurnal terkait dengan penelitian, Observasi lapangan dengan pengamatan langsung ke lokasi perencanaan dan metode survei dengan mengunjungi pihak terkait untuk mendapatkan data-data yang kuat. Konsep yang diterapkan yaitu Support Creativity yang mendukung kreativitas yang dimiliki oleh masing-masing individu, dengan tema Arsitektur Modern yang menciptakan kesederhanaan dalam sebuah desain agar pengguna dapat dengan mudah menggunakan fasilitas yang ada pada perencanan ini karena pengguna dari bangunan ini merupakan penyandang disabilitas yang merupakan individu yang memiliki kekurangan sehingga dalam perencanaan ini akan memberikan kelebihan dari setiap fasilitas yang disediakan didalamnya.

Abstract

Tabanan is one area that has the potential for very rapid development, with problems that arise along with developments in the region. If the population increases, if it is not followed by the development of settlements, it will lead to the emergence of settlements that are not suitable for habitation, with dense capacities, and will have an impact on the condition of the surrounding environment which becomes unfavorable, thus creating slum settlements in the area. The purpose of using the Tabanan area as an analysis of slum settlements is that this area has considerable potential for unorganized development, considering the increasing number of residents who are not accompanied by settlement development. In this settlement there are several facilities available, but with their ineffective use, this settlement becomes a slum. The problem of the economic crisis is very familiar among the people caused by the availability of job opportunities with demands that must be met. The majority of residents from these settlements have low incomes which causes residents to have makeshift houses by utilizing available materials or goods.

Abstract

Denpasar City is the capital city of Bali Province, apart from being the capital city of Bali Province, it is also the center of various activities in Bali Province which resulted in the rate of population growth becoming uncontrollable. As a result of the uncontrolled growth rate of agricultural land, the impact of this growth rate is that agricultural land in Denpasar City is decreasing, the highest reduction of agricultural land is in South Denpasar Regency. Given the need for Agricultural Education Tours in Denpasar City to provide education about the importance of managing agricultural land as a source of food for daily life, this agricultural educational tour provides new knowledge for visitors about management from seedling to harvesting, besides that this educational tour aims to provide a sense of empathy for children, youth and adults about the importance of maintaining the remaining agricultural land and utilizing the existing land as a place of development both inside the house and around the house. This educational tourism location is located on Jalan Tukad Balian Renon using the basic concept of “sustainable energy” and the design theme of “eco-architecture”.

Abstract

Coffee is one of the ingredients of food or drink that we often encounter and even become one of the daily needs of the community. Coffee plants grow optimally throughout Bali at an altitude of 800-1500 meters above sea level which has a rainfall of around 2000-3000 mm/year with an optimal temperature of around 21-24 degrees Celsius. Wanagiri Village is one of the places where coffee plants grow, especially Arabica coffee in Bali. Behind the good quality of Balinese coffee, of course, it takes a reliable and experienced barista to mix the coffee drink in order to produce processed with very good quality for consumption. The existence of a barista is currently the main point in the success of a coffee shop in Bali. Currently, quite a lot of coffee shops are bankrupt due to their products being processed incorrectly, this is due to the knowledge of the baristas who are not good or just learning the self-taught way. The availability of barista school facilities and coffee shops can reduce existing problems, the design is carried out by responding to problems regarding coffee baristas by thinking about and creating learning space and facilities that are comfortable, clean, and can attract the attention and interest of the barista or the community to visit as well as to undergo education baristas and educate the public about coffee for economic and environmental sustainability

Abstract

A Public Healing Center is defined as a place or healing center for people with mental health disorders that involve the psychological effects of the patient in it. There are three approaches used in designing a healing environment, namely natural, sensory and psychological. The number of sufferers of mental health disorders in Indonesia is quite high, therefore it is necessary to have an environmental area for people with complaints or mental health disorders to be able to "healing" or healing their mental health. Mental health is still a taboo subject in Indonesian society, sometimes people with mental health complaints or disorders feel intimidated so they are reluctant to come or visit places such as psychologists. This condition further supports the urgency of providing mental health treatment facilities that can become a public forum without intimidation, an area of ​​education on how to empower individuals, families and the wider community to be able to maintain their mental health in dealing with any situation in their life. This Public Healing Center is a centralized and representative facility for healing people with mental health disorders with services and facilities that suit the needs of sufferers. It is hoped that in the future it will be able to reduce the number of sufferers of mental health disorders and make this facility a place for educating the wider community about the importance of maintaining mental health and of course suppressing the assumption of negative stigma towards sufferers of mental health disorders.

Abstract

The design of the Marine Culinary Tourism Center in Denpasar, Bali is the design of a tourist attraction that prioritizes culinary delights to attract the attention of foreign and domestic tourists, through the diversity of types of food provided visitors will be offered various culinary choices. The theme used is neo vernacular to support the emergence of local culture from this culinary tourism center building through a concept that is also supported by using local materials. Using the concept of eco living, landscape, distinctive architecture, biophilic design to create a harmonious blend of building architecture, nature and visitor comfort. Designing a culinary center tourism area that can meet the culinary needs of visitors and tourists in the city of Denpasar in terms of food and drink as well as a place of recreation and refreshment where visitors can enjoy various culinary tours that are able to reflect the culture and characteristics of Serangan, Denpasar City. This area is also accompanied by supporting facilities with an attractive architectural design besides that this design is also able to improve the economy of Denpasar City through culinary tourism facilities and city development as well as developing architectural works in Denpasar City.

Abstract

In Bali, proposing is a traditional craft that has been practiced for a long time. Weaving is now more than just a side job or a way to fill time, but has also developed into a creative industry. The process of intertwining warp and weft threads is known as monten. The weft threads are attached to the warp threads and attached to the loom, and the warp threads which, when connected, will produce a motif. This research uses three Literary Study research methods. The method for analyzing data systematically uses a summarized version of existing data, such as books, journals, or articles, in the classroom. Direct interviews with related parties in the Balinese endek woven fabric industry were used as a data collection method. Precedent Study, Surveying observers regarding architectural approaches for planning and designing a weaving craft center in Pejeng Kangin village and indirectly searching for other objects outside Bali via the internet are the methods used to collect data. The planning and design of the Weaving Craft Center in Pejeng Kangin Village, Bali has objectives that include helping tourism development and providing new innovations in the field of woven fabric centers, as well as providing learning about fabric processing. The weaving craft center in Pejeng Kangin village can have a positive impact on the community in the surrounding Pejeng Kangin village and help develop tourism, especially in Pejeng Kangin village.

Abstract

Tegal-tugu Village, Gianyar, Bali, is a location rich in natural potential and strong religious values. This article proposes the development of the Spiritual Tourism of Taman Wana Sari in this village to utilize natural resources sustainably and promote environmental preservation. In this context, the article identifies potential issues that may arise, such as deforestation, habitat destruction, increased waste, and infrastructure problems. Furthermore, the article highlights the importance of planning for sustainable environmental management to unlock the tourism potential within Tegal-tugu Village in Gianyar, Bali, and effective waste management. The increase in visits is accompanied by an emphasis on improving comfortable and environmentally friendly facilities, which is the focus of this proposal. With meticulous planning, the development of the Spiritual Tourism of Taman Wana Sari can stimulate the local economy, enrich the spiritual and cultural experiences of tourists, and ensure the preservation of the unique religious and natural values in Tegal-tugu Village
