Abstract

Alkohol Aren is commodity consumtion of North Sulawesi with behaviour trade market. It have policies government with taxes, permission, retribution make impact for income regional. Topics is the impact of government policy on alcohol aren regional income in North Sulawesi. This research aimed to analyze government policy impact on alcohol aren production, alcohol industry, etanol industry and alcohol demand of people.                Time series data from 2013-2018 were sourced from the Service of Plantation, the Statistics Central Agency (BPS), Trading Regulatory Agency (Deprindag), the World Bank, The Industry product Casanova and Segaran Sari. Simultaneous equations, consisting of 11 equations (9 structural equations and 2 identity equations) and estimated by Two Stage Least Squares (2SLS) method with SAS 9.1 application.               Regional income has effect from taxes, taxes has effect from minol production, minol production has effect from “captikus” production or alcohol aren production and sum of industry, captikus production has effect from price of captikus and price of minol, price of captikus has effect from minol demand. Price of Minol has effect captikus production and alcohol aren demand, alcohol aren demand has effect minol demand, minol demand has effect from minol price and supply minol, the last supply minol has effect from stock.Keywords: Alkohol Aren, Demand and Supply, production, Quantiti tax, GDPR, simultaneous equations

Abstract

This study aims to determine D’Mooat's tourism contribution to the Family Income around Moat Village, East Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The research was conducted from July to September  2018. The research method  used  in this study was the Case Study method. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through a list of questioner that had been prepared, while secondary data were obtained from the sub-district office, the village office, and related agencies. The analysis used was descriptive analysis. The results showed that community income from tourism activities of D'Mooat had a high contribution to family income, which was as high as 45.3%.Keywords: Family Income, Responden Incomen, D’Mooat, tourism activities, contribution

Abstract

This research was conducted for 3 months started from February to April 2019. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from direct interviews with the general manager of PT. Fortuna Inti Alam using questionnaire. Secondary data is obtained from the companyit selfsuch as history and structure, the Central Bureau of Statistics of Sulawesi Utara, books available at local bookstores and the internet such as Google Search to access articles from various scientific journals and theses from other universities related to this research, especially concerning analysis production cost of goods sold. The results showed that the full costing method had a total of Rp1,919,170,194 or Rp54,295.26/kg and the variable costing method had Rp1,746,450,000 or Rp49,408.83/kg. Difference in comparison of determining the cost of production made by PT.Fortuna Inti Alam with the variable costing method had a difference of Rp172,720,194 or Rp4.886/kg.Keywords: Production cost price , Coffee, PT. Abstract

The objectve of this research is to know the marketing mix on “dodolsalak UD. Mandiri "Pangu Village, Ratahan Timur District, Southeast Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted from October to April 2019. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The method of data collection is done by survey method. The sampling technique is done by using accidental sampling. The number of respondents is 20 people. Data collection use interview tehnique and the measuring instrument used is the Likert Scale. Data analysis was carried out descriptively. The results showed that the index numbers in the marketing mix strategy  UD. Mandiri obtained for the average rating of respondents in the product aspect was 85.8%, the price aspect was 88%, the aspect of the place was 78.5% and the promotion aspect was 73% so that the overall rating of respondents was in the good category.Keywords: Marketing mix, dodol salak UD Mandiri, Skala Likert

Abstract

The existence of agricultural extension agents in Sidodadi Village is important because of the lack of knowledge and public awareness of the importance of this extension. The ability of farmers to obtain agricultural information and technology is a reflection of the confidence in the extension activities. Therefore, it is necessary to examine how the farmers' perceptions of the performance of field agricultural extension agents.The objective of this research is to determine farmers' perceptions of the performance of field agricultural instructors in Sidodadi Village, Sangkub Sub District, Bolaang Mongondow Utara Regency. This research was conducted from December 2019 to February 2020. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through direct interviews with 30 respondents using a questionnaire measured using a Likert scale. Secondary data obtained from books, journals, BPS (Central Statistics Agency), Village Offices and BPP (Agricultural Extension Center).Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the farmers' perceptions of the performance of the agricultural extension agents in Sidodadi Village are overall good. This is evidenced by the results of the interpretation of the value of farmers' perceptions on the performance of the extension workers, which was 84 percent.Keywords: Farmers' Perception, Agricultural Instructor Performance

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the business of Cafe ABC in Malalayang Sub District, Manado City. The study was carried out for three months, from November to January 2021.The sampling method was purposive sampling, This sample taker was done deliberately to the owner of Cafe ABC. The data used in this research is primary data which is obtained by direct interviews with the cafe owner. To know the advantages of Cafe ABC use profit analysis.The research results showed that Cafe ABC offers 5 coffee variants, namely 1) Japanese iced, 2) Vietnamese drip hot, 3) Vietnamese drip iced, 4) Kopsus koleps koleps, 5) Yoi kopsus yoi. Each cup has a profit of 1) Rp 14,928, 2) Rp 4,928, 3) Rp 4,928, 4) Rp 11,928, and 5) Rp 11,928. Sales in a week were 369 cups and earned a profit of Rp 2,829,470. The most favorite coffee variant at ABC Cafe is Vietnamese drip iced.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to determine the income of palm juice processing in Manembo Village, East Passi Sub District. The data used in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained through direct observation in the field and interviews with respondents using a tool in the form of a compiled list of questions. Secondary data on land area, production and productivity. The total average production of palm sugar is 18 cubes. The selling price  at the time of the research was  Rp. 15,000 per cube. The  result of the research showed that the average total revenue of the palm sugar processing business  in Manembo Village obtained by farmers is Rp. 270,000.00. Palm sugar processing income average processing business farmer is IDR 142,114.44. On the other hand, the average production of Cap tikus is 1 gallon (25 liters). The selling price in effect at the time the research was carried out was Rp. 300,000 with a production cost of Rp  131,117.37 per gallon so that the income is Rp 168,882.63.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine how the performance of agricultural extension workers during the Covid-19 pandemic in West Langowan Sub District. This research was conducted from March to June 2021. The data collected in this study were primary data sourced from observations and direct interviews with respondents in the form of a list of questions (questionnaires). Analysis of the data used in this study is descriptive analysis, and to determine the level of performance of agricultural instructors used a Likert scale. The research results showed that the level of performance of agricultural extension workers in West Langowan District during the Covid-19 pandemic was relatively high, measured from the preparation, implementation, evaluation and reporting of extension. Extension activities during the Covid-19 pandemic, agricultural extension workers continue to carry out counseling such as direct visits to farmers. Changes in extension activities, namely mass counseling have been reduced, the frequency of visits to farmers is limited, the distribution of material is minimized and using via telephone (WhatsApp/Zoom) for coaching methods.

Abstract

This study aimED to analyze the profits of fruit traders located from the front of the Teling gas station to the front of the Teling Adventist Hospital in Manado City. The research was conducted in August 2020.The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from 8 respondents (traders) related to this research. The analysis used was profit analysisThe results showed that the total revenue of fruit traders in Teling Sub District, Manado City for one month was Rp. 16,000,000 and a total cost was Rp.12.043.279. This means that traders got a profit of Rp. 3,653,769.

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the survival strategy applied by Samrat Abadi Restaurant during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research lasted for 3 months, starting from October to December 2020. The data sources used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from interviews with respondents using questionnaires, while secondary data were obtained from previous research literature. The data analysis method in this research was descriptive analysis. The respondents were the owner of the Samrat Abadi Restaurant, the Cashier, and the Chef. The results showed that Samrat Abadi Restaurant: (1) maintaining revenue/profit even though it decreased  but was still profitable, (2) reducing the number of employees and reducing operating hours to minimize costs, (3) maintaining the quality of the product both in terms of taste , as well as food portions, (4) utilizing Digital Marketing and collaborating with e-commerce through the Grab and Gojek applications, (5) collaborating with the Church to expand marketing networks, (6) building relationships with customers, (7) improving quality and service through consumer criticism and suggestions box as well as through the Whatsapp application.
