Abstract

Utilization of multimedia facilities and internet media in the learning process has a significant advantage. Learning that uses multimedia technology and internet media can increase student effectiveness, creativity, and motivation. Although, this requires management and presentation of material according to the needs and characteristics of students. This study aims to determine the use of multimedia and internet media as effective learning tools. In writing this article, the researcher uses a qualitative method of literature study, namely searching for documents, articles, and previous research to examine references and research results related to the use of multimedia and internet technology in learning. The results of the study show that multimedia and internet technology can be effective learning tools with more interactive and interesting learning experiences. This increases students' motivation and interest in learning, thereby helping to create a more creative and innovative learning environment. In conclusion, the use of multimedia and internet technology in learning can improve the quality of learning and provide a more positive learning experience for students. Therefore, it is necessary to pay more attention to the management and presentation of appropriate material so that multimedia and internet technology can become effective learning tools

Abstract

Studi ini mempelajari sinergi Quadruple Helix dalam mengembangkan Desa Cerdas di Indonesia. Tujuan utamanya adalah meningkatkan kualitas hidup penduduk dalam berbagai aspek individu dan sosio-profesional. Konsep Desain Desa Cerdas dan Desa Berkelanjutan menjadi dasar, dengan pengetahuan yang tersebar sebagai syarat untuk kompetensi interdisipliner. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan holistik Desa Cerdas merupakan solusi terbaik untuk menggali potensi desa. Dalam konteks teknologi inovatif, pembangunan Desa Cerdas harus mempertimbangkan teknologi kognitif dan kecerdasan buatan. Prinsip Quadruple Helix terbukti efektif dalam mewujudkan konsep Desa Cerdas di Indonesia. Kolaborasi antara pemerintah, akademisi, industri, dan masyarakat menjadi kunci sukses dalam memanfaatkan TIK untuk mengembangkan desa dan meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat pedesaan. Studi ini memberikan solusi visi dalam menciptakan desa berbasis Desa Cerdas dan Desa Berkelanjutan, dengan pengelolaan holistik berbasis Quadruple Helix sebagai fondasi utama. Kolaborasi aktif antara pemerintah, akademisi, industri, dan masyarakat menjadi kunci dalam mencapai tujuan pengembangan desa yang cerdas dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Globally, neonatal deaths are caused by LBW during home care. Complex LBW care when returning home requires parental knowledge and skills in understanding the baby's condition. Good care performance is required by parents and controlling factors that influence treatment at home. This study aimed to identify the factors that influence caring performance in LBW. The study using a literature review narrative design with 4 stages of selection based on the PRISMA diagram. Articles were searched using the search engines PubMed, SpringerLink, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar with Indonesian and English keywords. From the results of the review, 11 articles were obtained which contained factors that influence caring performance during home care. From the analysis of all articles, it was found that there were 4 factors that influenced caring performance, namely maternal factors, sociodemographic factors, external factors, and cultural factors. The factor that has the most influence on caring performance is the mother's factor. Special interventions are needed for mothers to improve skills in LBW care at home to reduce neonatal mortality.

Abstract

The UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) target Universal Health Coverage (UHC) to ensure equitable access to health without financial burden. The National Health Insurance Program-Healthy Indonesia Card (JKN-KIS) by BPJS Kesehatan seeks to meet the health needs of the Indonesian people, especially vulnerable groups, including in East Java, which faces many cases of catastrophic diseases. This study aims to analyse the impact of the quality of referral health services and the efficiency of insurance administration on the satisfaction and quality of life of catastrophic patients in East Java. This study uses a positivist quantitative approach with a questionnaire-based Cross-Sectional design to collect data from outpatient catastrophic patients in East Java. Two hundred sixty-three responses were analysed using the PLS-SEM technique through SmartPLS 4.0 software to test hypotheses regarding the quality of referral services, insurance administration, patient satisfaction, and quality of life. The results showed that the ease of JKN-KIS administration significantly affected participant satisfaction, corroborating previous findings regarding the importance of easy access and simple administrative procedures in increasing the positive perception of services. In addition, the quality of referral health facility services also increases satisfaction, especially in meeting the care needs of catastrophic patients. Satisfaction with JKN-KIS also significantly impacts patients' quality of life, improving their physical health, emotional stability, and social satisfaction. These findings encourage optimising JKN-KIS services through digitisation and improving the quality of special services for catastrophic patients to maintain participant satisfaction and trust

Abstract

The communication and information openness era, which has become increasingly massive after the COVID-19 Pandemic, has encouraged open relations between the community and state universities in education programs, especially budget management. This study aims to analyze the determination of state university budget management in terms of budget realization, the role of technology, and public information disclosure. This study raises the dimensions of the variable position of technology, perceptions of budget realization, public information disclosure, principles of general financial management, transparency, and accountability concerning managing state finances in universities. Convenience sampling became the technique chosen for sampling and was further analyzed with the SEM-PLS procedure through the SmartPLS application with 237 respondents. This study found the effect of budget realization and public information disclosure in fulfilling the principles of positive public financial management. However, this study does not support the role of technology in supporting the principles of public financial management. This study also notes the positive influence of public financial management principles on state universities' transparency and accountability. This study highlights the maximum future strengthening of higher education budget management with the organizational commitment of higher education institutions under the strict supervision of the government and the community indirectly. Technology does not support it, but it impacts the public in tracing information on Higher Education budget management according to the mandate of various parties, including the Indonesian Supreme Audit Institution.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kebahagiaan merupakan sebuah cita yang sangat diinginkan oleh setiap manusia. Karena pada dasarnya manusia ingin hidup bahagia. Akan tetapi banyak sekali perbedaan pendapat mengenai kebahagiaan. Diantaranya adalah Ibnu Miskawaih dan John Stuart Mill. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji makna konsep kebahagiaan menurut Ibnu Miskwaih dan John Stuart Mill serta menjelaskan perbandingan dari konsep keduanya. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kepustakaan (Library research). Sumber-sumber data diperoleh dari sumber primer dan sekunder yang berkaitan dengan konsep kebahagiaan Ibnu Miskawaih dan John Stuart Mill. Adapun penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif-komparatif. Mengenai konsep kebahagiaan Ibnu Miskawaih mengatakan bahwa seseorang yang telah mencapai kebahagiaan tidak akan membutuhkan hal lainnya. Menurutnya, tindakan yang berbentuk sebuah kebaikan adalah proses menuju kebahagiaan. akan tetapi, Ibnu Miskawaih meyakini bahwa kebahagiaan sempurna akan sulit dirasakan oleh manusia jika manusia belum terlepas dari jasad dan kepentingannya di dunia, Sedangkan Mill memiliki pandangannya sendiri mengenai kebahagiaan. Menurutnya, seberapa berfungsi dan bergunanya sebuah tindakan seseorang untuk orang lain adalah tolak ukur untuk melihat seberapa besar tingkat kebahagiaan yang akan dirasakan oleh orang tersebut. Dari hasil penelitian yang didapat, Penulis menemukan adanya perbedaan dan persamaan terkait konsep kebahagiaan kedua tokoh. Perbandingan tersebut dapat ditemukan dalam pemahaman kedua tokoh mengenai konsep dan makna kebahagiaan yang didasari oleh latar belakang intelektual, agama, dan budaya.  Kata Kunci: Kebahagiaan, Aristoteles, John Stuart Mill, Ibnu Miskawaih. Abstract: Happiness is a desire that is deeply sought after by every human being. Because fundamentally, humans want to live happily. However, there are many differing opinions about happiness. Among them are Ibn Miskawaih and John Stuart Mill. This research aims to examine the meaning of the concept of happiness according to Ibn Miskawaih and John Stuart Mill, as well as to explain the comparison between their concepts. This research is a type of literature review. (Library research). Data sources were obtained from primary and secondary sources related to the concept of happiness according to Ibn Miskawaih and John Stuart Mill. This research was conducted using a descriptive-comparative method. Regarding the concept of happiness, Ibn Miskawaih stated that a person who has attained happiness will not need anything else. According to him, actions that take the form of goodness are a process towards happiness. However, Ibn Miskawaih believes that perfect happiness will be difficult for humans to experience if they have not yet freed themselves from the body and its worldly interests, while Mill has his own perspective on happiness. According to him, the extent to which a person's actions are functional and beneficial for others is a measure of how much happiness that person will experience. From the research findings, the author discovered differences and similarities regarding the concept of happiness between the two figures. This comparison can be found in the understanding of both figures about the concept and meaning of happiness, which is based on their intellectual, religious, and cultural backgrounds. Keywords: Happiness, Aristoteles, John Stuart Mill, Ibnu Miskawaih

Abstract

The Belt and Road Initiative is a global economic strategy introduced by China in 2013 to enhance infrastructure connectivity, trade, and investment across Asia. This study aims to analyze research trends related to Belt and Road Initiative within the context of international trade competition policies in Asia using a bibliometric and systematic literature review (SLR) approach. Data were obtained from the Scopus database covering the period from 2008 to 2024 and analyzed using PRISMA methodology and software tools such as Biblioshiny and VOSviewer. The findings indicate that Belt and Road Initiative has accelerated economic integration through infrastructure investment and trade digitalization while also posing challenges such as China's economic dominance and the dependency of participating countries. Keyword co-occurrence analysis reveals that trade competition policies are increasingly influenced by geopolitical factors, supply chain efficiency, and environmental sustainability. This study highlights the need for adaptive policies to balance economic growth and fair competition in Asia. The implications for Indonesia include strengthening investment oversight, optimizing the role of the Indonesia Competition Commission (KPPU), and diversifying trade partnerships to enhance global competitiveness and reduce economic dependence on China.

Abstract

The integration of advanced technology into land governance is a crucial step towards realizing sustainable development in the Society 5.0 era, while also addressing the challenges of agrarian conflict, urbanization, and climate change. This study explores the potential use of advanced technology to support more efficient, transparent, and inclusive land governance. The methods used were integrative bibliometrics and a systematic literature review of international publications indexed by Scopus for the period 2019–2025. The analysis was conducted to identify global trends, opportunities, and challenges in implementing technology in the land sector. The results indicate that technologies such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, blockchain, and geospatial solutions have a strategic role. Artificial intelligence and IoT support real-time land monitoring, while blockchain enhances the security and transparency of land records. This combination of technologies has the potential to reduce conflict, strengthen spatial planning, and support disaster risk mitigation. This study offers a contextualized Society 5.0 framework for Indonesia, along with strategic recommendations such as strengthening digital infrastructure and public-private partnerships and adopting inclusive technology based on the SDGs. Integrasi teknologi canggih dalam tata kelola pertanahan menjadi langkah penting untuk mewujudkan pembangunan berkelanjutan di era Society 5.0, sekaligus menjawab tantangan konflik agraria, urbanisasi, dan perubahan iklim. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi potensi pemanfaatan teknologi maju dalam mendukung tata kelola pertanahan yang lebih efisien, transparan, dan inklusif. Metode yang digunakan adalah bibliometrik integratif dan tinjauan literatur sistematis terhadap publikasi internasional yang terindeks Scopus pada periode 2019–2025. Analisis dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi tren global, peluang, serta tantangan penerapan teknologi dalam sektor pertanahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknologi seperti kecerdasan buatan, Internet of Things, blockchain, dan solusi geospasial memiliki peran strategis. Kecerdasan buatan dan IoT mendukung pemantauan lahan secara real-time, sementara blockchain meningkatkan keamanan dan transparansi pencatatan tanah. Kombinasi teknologi ini berpotensi mengurangi konflik, memperkuat perencanaan tata ruang, serta mendukung mitigasi risiko bencana. Penelitian ini menawarkan kerangka kerja Society 5.0 yang kontekstual bagi Indonesia, disertai rekomendasi strategis seperti penguatan infrastruktur digital, kemitraan publik-swasta, dan adopsi teknologi inklusif berbasis SDGs.

Abstract

Analisis vegetasi merupakan cara untuk mengetahui besar sebaran dari berbagai spesies dalam suatu kawasan yang dilakukan melalui pengamatan secara langsung. Analisis vegetasi dilakukan dengan membuat plot, mengamati morfologi dan identifikasi vegetasi yang terdapat dilapangan. Beberapa parameter yang dapat dihitung dalam kegiatan analisis vegetasi yaitu kerapatan mutlak, kerapatan relatif, frekuensi mutlak, frekuensi relatif, dominasi mutlak, dominasi relatif dan indeks nilai penting. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada hari kamis, 15 Desember 2022 di Bukit Pau yang terletak di kampung Dul, Kecamatan Pangkalan Baru, Kabupaten Bangka Tengah, Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuai vegetasi apa yang paling dominan di Bukit Pau. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis vegetasi dengan system random sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, tumbuhan yang paling mendominasi pada hutan bukit Pau ini adalah tumbuhan jenis jelutung dengan jumlah 55 individu, puspa 41 individu, akasia 30 individu, jambu mete 7 indiividu, kedebik/senggani 5 individu, gaharu 4 individu, dan sakura pau 1 individu

Abstract

The healthcare sector faces critical challenges, including climate change, rising healthcare demands, and resource inefficiencies, making sustainability a priority. This study investigates the integration of sustainable practices and green marketing within the healthcare sector using a bibliometric analysis of 194 journal articles published from 2015 to 2024. Key research questions explore evolving trends, thematic areas, and gaps in the literature to address sustainability issues. The study employs a rigorous five-phase bibliometric methodology, utilizing Scopus database data and tools like Bibliometrix and VOSViewer to identify key themes and relationships. The research demonstrates an annual growth rate of 56.24%, reflecting the rising global attention to sustainability in healthcare. Key journals, such as Sustainability and Journal of Cleaner Production, are identified as prominent platforms, while China and India lead in research contributions. Descriptive statistics reveal an average of 26.18 citations per article, with 43.3% involving international collaborations. The co-occurrence analysis identifies six clusters focusing on environmental sustainability, CSR, green supply chains, economic performance, green HR, and green product innovation in healthcare. The thematic analysis highlights the convergence of sustainability principles, operational efficiency, and green marketing strategies in addressing healthcare challenges. Central themes include Green Human Resource Management (GHRM), Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM), and frugal innovation. Notably, GSCM practices, such as eco-design and waste management, are pivotal in mitigating the healthcare sector's environmental footprint. The study also emphasizes the role of emerging technologies like AI and IoT in optimizing sustainable operations. While significant progress has been made, gaps remain in integrating green practices with marketing strategies and assessing long-term impacts. Future direction should focus on adopting innovative technologies, developing targeted green marketing campaigns, and addressing challenges in resource-limited healthcare systems. This research contributes to improving operational efficiency, reducing carbon footprints, and enhancing patient satisfaction through sustainable practices and green marketing strategies.
