Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to find out how the influence of good corporate governance proxied by the board of commissioners on company value, financial performance that is proxied by ROE and leverage proxied by DER. This survey is a kind of quantitative survey. The population included in this study is state-owned enterprises listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) during this period 2016-2018. The samples were selected using purposeful sampling. The results showed that good corporate governance Financial performance has a positive and not significant effect on firm value. While leverage has a significant positive effect on firm value.Keywords: Financial Performance, Good Corporate Governance, Leverage and Company Value.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to find out how the influence of Good Corporate Governance, Leverage and Dividend Policy on Earnings Management. The population in this study consisted of 30 Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period. Purposive sampling method with a sample of 11 companies from 30 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period. The results of the study partially show that: 1) There is no effect of managerial ownership on earnings management 2) There is an effect of leverage on earnings management 3) There is an effect of dividend policy on earnings management.  Keywords: Good Corporate Governance, Leverage, Dividend Policy and Profit Management

Abstract

Abstract  The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Dividend Policy (DPR), Book Value Per Share (BVPS), and Earning Volatility (EVOL) on Stock Price Volatility (PVOL). The population used in this study was manufacturing companies in the basic and chemical industry sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016 - 2018. The sample used in this study was purposing sampling. Companies that fall into the study criteria consist of 35 companies for 3 years. The method used in this study is documentation of financial statements from manufacturing companies in the basic and chemical industry sectors listed on the IDX. The analysis used is multiple linear regression by testing the hypothesis using the t test. The results of this study explain that the dividend pay out ratio (DPR) has a positive effect on stock price volatility, book value per share (BVPS) has a positive effect on stock price volatility, earning volatility (EVOL) has a positive effect on stock price volatility.Keywords: Dividend Policy (DPR), Book Value Per Share (BVPS), Earning Volatility (EVOL), Stock Price Volatility (PVOL).

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted to examine the effect of managerial ownership, debt policy and profitability on the firm value of sub-sectional manufacturing companies of the consumer goods industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017.The population used in this study is the consumer goods manufacturing sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2015-2017. The sampling method is purposive sampling according to predetermined criteria. The number of samples is 27 companies. The data in this study used multiple linear regression, classical assumption and hypothesis test.The results of this study indicate that managerial ownership has  negative in significant effect on firm value, debt policy has negative significant effect on firm value and profitability has positive significant effect on firm value. Abstract

AbstrakThe purpose of this research are : 1) to examine and analyzing of the EarningPer Share (EPS), Return On Equity (ROE), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR)to share price at LQ 45 company listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia , 2) to examine andanalyzing the relationship of Price Earning Ratio (PER) in moderating the relationshipbetween Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Equity (ROE), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER),Current Ratio (CR) with share price at LQ 45 listed company On the Indonesia StockExchange. To obtain valid results, sampling technique used in this study is purposivesampling method so that obtained a sample of 61 companies . Data analysis methods usedwere multiple linear regression analysis, correlation analysis, classical assumption test(multicolinearity test, normality test, autocorrelation test, heterokedastisity test), hypothesistest using partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (f test).Using sample of LQ45 company listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange for theperiod of 2013-2015, the result of the research shows that Earning Per Share (EPS) has asignificant positive effect on stock price, Return on Equity (ROE) has positive effect to shareprice, Debt To Equity Ratio DER) has a negative effect on stock prices, Current Ratio (CR)has a positive effect on stock prices, and Price Earning Ratio (PER) moderates therelationship between Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Equity (ROE), Debt To EquityRatio (DER) , Current Ratio (CR) with stock price.Keywords : Stock Price, Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Equity (ROE), Debt To EquityRatio (DER), Current Ratio (CR), and Price Earning Ratio (PER).

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to empirically examine the effect of profitability, asset structure and firm size on the capital structure of the food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange for the period 2015-2017. The sample in the study used a purposive sampling method. based on existing criteria obtained 46 companies that became the study sample. The technical data analysis used in this study is multiple linear analysis. The results of the study show that the profitability variable has a negative and significant effect on the capital structure, the asset structure does not affect the capital structure and the size of the company does not affect the capital structure.keywords: profitability, asset structure, company size, capital structure

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of financial knowledge and financial literacy on financial management behavior in UMKM RPMR. This study used a purposive sampling technique which was carried out on 82 samples from 450 populations of UMKM RPMR members. The method used is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses descriptive test, instrument test (validity and reliability test), normality test, classical assumption test (multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis, statistical testing (t test) and the coefficient of determination test data processing using SPSS. The results of the study indicate that simultaneously there is an influence of financial knowledge and financial literacy on financial management behavior in UMKM RPMR.  Keywords:financial knowledge, financial literacy, financial management behavior.

Abstract

AbstrackThis study aims to determine  and analyze the effect of earning per share, debt to equity ratio, and current ratio on firm value either partially. The method used in this research is multiple linier regression method. The research sample was 23 companies food and beverage taken by purposive sampling method. In this study using quantitative research. This type of research is explanatory research. The results of this study indicate that earning per share partially have a positive and significant effect on firm value, debt to equity ratio have a positive but not significant effect on firm value, current ratio have a negative and not significant effect on firm value. Keywords: Earning per Share, Debt to Equity Ratio, Current Ratio, Firm Value

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research are: 1) to analyze the comparison of Altman, Grover, and Zmijewski methods in predicting brankruptcy of pharmaceutical sub-sector companies, 2) to find out the most accurate prediction method in predicting bankruptcy sub-sector companies.  The type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 5 pharmaceutical sub-sector companies. The results shaved that the Altman, Grover and Zmijewski methods are an accurate method in predicting bankruptcy of pharmaceutical companies in Indonesia, with an accucary rate of 100% and an error type of 0%. In addition, if the Altman, Grover and Zmijewski methods are use together, the three prediction methods are able to predict the bankruptcy of pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Bursa Efek Indonesia. Abstract

Abstract The main goal of the company is to increase the value of the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of debt policy, dividend policy, and earnings per share (EPS) on the values of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016 – 2020. The method in this study using analysis. multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the debt policy as measured by DER has a negative and significant effect on firm value as measured by PBV and dividend policy as measured by the DPR has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value as measured by PBV. While earnings per share as measured by EPS has a positive and significant effect on firm value as measured by PBV. For investors who will analyze the factors using firm value, dividend policy, dividend policy, and earnings per share (EPS) so that the investment made can be optimal. Keywords : debt policy, divident policy, earning per share, and company value.
