Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to compare the model prediction of bankruptcy in a company mining in the coal sector using the tool of bankruptcy prediction method is Altman's Z-Score, Springate, and Zmijweski on the industry of coal mining which listed in Indonesia stock exchange years 2017-2019, as well as to know the most accurate prediction of all three models of the bankruptcy. In this study, using 12 of a sample of companies from 22 populations on the company in the coal sector which is listing in BEI. make sample with certain criteria. the data used in the day this use the financial statements published on the stock exchange. the technique in comparing bankruptcy prediction models by using analysis of kruskal wallis. of the day this results in that there is a significant difference in predicting bankruptcy between 3 the model the results obtained sig of 0.000. the results rank the highest, namely the method of Altman Z-Score values obtained rank 75,97 the second is Zmijweski values obtained rank 46,39, and the third is Springate value rank 41,14.Keywoard: Bankruptcy, Prediction Models,Financial Statement

Abstract

Abstract One of the most important factors in organizational success is OCB behavior. Workers with very high Organizational Citizenship Behavior will go beyond what the company expects. This behavior can be motivated by a desire to actively help colleagues so that employees can work more efficiently in terms of time and effort. The purpose of this study is to see how the psychological climate and work involvement affect the behavior of organizational members. All employees of PT. Phalosari Unggul Jaya Jombang was transformed into a population of 70 respondents using the questionnaire method. Route is used as an analytical technique in this study. According to the conclusions of this study, the psychological environment and work involvement have a positive effect on the behavior of organizational members. This study also found that the psychological environment has a variety of positive and significant effects on the behavior of organizational members.This research was conducted at PT. Phalosari Unggul Jaya Jombang. So the purpose of this research is to investigate and examine the impact of Psychological Climate and Work Participation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. A total of 70 employees were sampled. The sample strategy was random sampling, and data collection was carried out by distributing statement questionnaires with a 4-point Likert scale, namely "strongly disagree" to "strongly agree", to measure 20 statement items in the questionnaire which was distributed online to research participants. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine The Influence of the Work Environment and Income on Employee Motivation and the Impact on Work Productivity (In UMKM in Gondanglegi District, Malang Regency). This research is a type of quantitative research. The method used is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique uses the formula from Malhotra with the calculation of the number of indicators multiplied by 5 (18x5) the calculation results are 90 samples. To solve the problems in this study using SPSS with the help of validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, F test, and t test. The results showed that significantly. Effect of Work Environment (X1), Income (X2), significant positive effect on Employee Motivation (Y1), and Work Productivity (Y2) in MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Units) in Gondanglegi District, Malang Regency. Keywords: The Effect Of Work Environment And Income On Employee Motivation And Its Impact On Work Productivity.

Abstract

Abstr.Act’ This study aims to investigate the impact of social media marketing pricing and location on customer engagement on the Instagram social network, focusing on the Mifta Indonesia Motorsport workshop during 2022-2023. The research falls under the category of quantitative research, utilizing multiple linear regression as the primary method. The sampling technique employed is the Malhotra formula, which involves multiplying the number of variables by 5, resulting in 8.5 samples. To ensure the study's accuracy, various statistical tests were conducted, including validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity tests, alternative variance tests, F-tests, and t-tests. The results indicate that social media marketing effectiveness (X1), price (X2), and location (X3) collectively have a significant positive impact on customer engagement at Mifta Motorsport Indonesia workshops (Y). Keywords : Effect of Social Media, Price, Marketing, and Location on Customer Engagement

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the Bi Rate, Exchange Rate (IDR/USD), and Inflation on the Sharia Stock Index listed on JII. In this research, the population used was 30 Sharia Stock Index companies registered with (JII) during the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic. The data used as samples were Sharia Stock Index data, annual BI Rate data, Exchange Rates and Inflation. All research variable data uses annual data, so data is obtained for the period January 2020 – December 2020. Bi Rate, Exchange Rate and Inflation on the Stock Index simultaneously influence the Sharia Stock Index recorded on JII for the 2020 period. Bi Rate has a negative and significant effect on Sharia Stock Index recorded on JII for the 2020 period. The exchange rate has a positive and significant influence on the Sharia Stock Index recorded on JII for the 2020 period. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to test and explain the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge, self-efficacy, entrepreneurial character, and digital literacy on interest in entrepreneurship using e-commerce among active university students in Malang City. The sample used in this research was 90 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The data test used is partial hypothesis testing (t test). The results of this research show that partially (t test) the entrepreneurial knowledge variable has a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship using e-commerce among active university students in Malang City, the self-efficacy variable has no significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship using e-commerce among active university students in Malang City, the entrepreneurial character variable has a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship using e-commerce among active university students in Malang City and the digital literacy variable has a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship using e-commerce among active university students in Malang City. Keywords: Entrepreneurship Knowledge, Self-Efficacy, Entrepreneurial Character and Digital Literacy

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of Promotions, Cash on Delivery, and Viral Marketing on Purchasing Decisions in the Shopee marketplace. Type of survey research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were Shopee application users who had made a purchase at Shopee at least once within the Islamic University of Malang. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample of 75 respondents. Data was obtained from a questionnaire using a Likert scale. Analysis of this research data uses multiple linear regression analysis. This research contributes to knowing the factors that influence purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace. The results of this research are that Promotion, Cash on Delivery, and Viral Marketing partially influence purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace. Keywords: Purchasing Decisions, Promotion, Cash on Delivery,dan Viral Marketing

Abstract

Abstract This study is intended to examine and explain the impact of communication, emotional intelligence, and individual innovation capabilities on the performance of NK Cafe Malang employees. A total of 75 respondents were sampled in this research by applying saturated sampling techniques. Quantitative data analysis through multiple linear regression analysis is used as a data analysis method. Data testing was carried out using partial hypothesis testing (t test). The results of the study show that partially (t test) the communication variable has a significant influence on the performance of NK Cafe Malang employees, the emotional intelligence variable also has a significant influence on the performance of NK Cafe Malang employees, and the individual innovation capability variable does not have a significant influence on the performance of NK Cafe company employees. Keywords: Communication, Emotional Intelligence, Individual Innovation Capability and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to examine the influence of capital structure, profitability, company size on company value which is moderated by managerial ownership. The population in this research is primary consumer goods sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period 2020 to 2022. Using the purposive sampling method, a total sample of 78 primary consumer goods sector companies was obtained, so the total observations in this research were 234 observations. The type of data used in this research is secondary data. The Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) analysis technique is used to test the interaction of independent variables and moderating variables to see whether they have an effect on dependent variable. The results of this research show that capital structure as measured by DER has a significant influence on company value, profitability as measured by ROA has no effect on company value, company size has no effect on company value, managerial ownership is able to moderate and strengthen the influence of capital structure on company value, Managerial ownership is able to moderate and strengthen the influence of profitability on company value, while managerial ownership is not able to moderate the influence of company size on company value.   Keywords: Capital structure, profitability, company size, managerial ownership, company value

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze and describe the influence of Social Marketing and Brand Credibility on Purchase Intention with Customer Attitude as an Intervening Variable among Gojek Application Users (Study on Students of the Islamic University of Malang Class of 2020). The population in this study is undergraduate students of the Islamic University of Malang Class of 2020 from 10 faculties with a total of 2,347 students. Then from that number a sample of 85 people was taken using the maholtra formula. The variables used in this study are the dependent variable Purchase Intention, the independent variables Social Media Marketing and Brand Credibility, and the intervening variable Customer Attitude. The data analysis technique in this study uses path analysis with the help of SPSS 25 software. The results show that 1) Social Media Marketing directly has a significant effect on Customer Attitude 2) Brand Credibility directly has a significant effect on Customer Attitude 3) Social Media Marketing directly has a significant effect on Purchase Intention 4) Brand Credibility directly has a significant effect on Purchase Intention 5) Customer Attitude directly has a significant effect on Purchase Intention 6) Social Media Marketing indirectly has a significant effect on Purchase Intention through Customer Attitude 7) Brand Credibility indirectly has a significant effect on Purchase Intention through Customer Attitude.  Keywords: Social Media Marketing, Brand Credibility, Purchase Intention, Customer Attitude
