Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to find out how the effect of managerial ownership which is proxied by managerial ownership on the profitability and performance of this research stock is a type of quantitative research. The population take in this study is the consumer goods manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2016-1018 period. The sample was selected using purposive sampling with data from 39 companies but from 39 companies there were 14 companies whose financial data were incomplete which did not match the variables in the researchers, only 21 companies were selected as samples. The results of showed that good corporate governance has a significant negative effect on profitability. managerial ownership has a significant positive effect on stock performance. Keywords: managerial ownership, profitability, and stock performance

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze the factors that affect the company's debt policy partially. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software version 14 (Statistical Products and Service Solutions version 14). Research samples of 41 companies were taken by purposive sampling method. This type of research is causality.The results of this study show that partially Free Cash Flow has a negative and significant effect on The Debt Policy, while managerial ownership and dividend policy have no effect on the Debt Policy, and the Company Size has a positive and significant effect on the Debt Policy. Keywords: Free Cash Flow, Managerial Ownership, Dividend Policy, Company Size, and Debt Policy.

Abstract

Abstract Investment in the capital market is a big attraction for investors, because they have the hope of optimal profits. An investor is generally led to always follow market developments or market prices. An investor should not only see the net profit generated by the company but also analyze the financial statements. At the beginning of 2017, the basic and chemical industry sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange managed to record a fairly high growth. This growth was supported by stocks originating from several sub-sectors including the pulp and paper sub-sector, animal feed sub-sector, and also the chemical sub-sector. Although in 2020, the average performance of issuers decreased due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but in the last month of March 2021, the basic and chemical industry sector rose to 2.39%. this will attract investors' desire to invest in manufacturing companies whose sources of growth are increasing Keywords: Inflation, Exchange Rate, Interest Rate and The Composite Stock Price Index

Abstract

AbstrakReturn is the result obtained from an investment. Stock returns are influenced byvarious factors such as the ratio of liquidity, leverage, activity and profitability. The purposeof this study was to determine the effect of the ratio of liquidity, leverage, activity andprofitability, on stock returns on service company Sub Sector Property and Real Estate.Sampling method in this research was purposive sampling and acquired 11 observationaldata as the sample. The data used in this research was secondary data. The data analysistechnique used was multiple linear regression using SPSS 20.0.Analysis method used in this research is descriptive statistics, classical assumptiontest and multiple regression analysis and t test. The results showed that the increase of stockreturns in the Company that entered the list of studies with the assumption that the variableCurrent Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), and Returnon Equity (ROE) did not change. For Current Ratio (CR) variable has positive andinsignificant effect on stock return, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) variable has negative effectand not significant to stock return, Total Asset Turnover (TATO), variable has negative andinsignificant effect on stock return while Return on Equity (ROE) variable has positive andsignificant influence to stock return in service company Sub Sector Property and Real Estate.Keywords : Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Asset Turnover (TATO),Return on Equity (ROE).

Abstract

ABSTRACT            This study aims to determine the effect of free cash flow, Profitability, Liquidity and Leverage on Dividend Policy. This study uses Explanatory Research. The population in this study were all Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017, and samples of 12 companies. Methods of collecting data through the documentation method. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis. In this study the data analysis used was using SPSS version 20. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling method using several criteria. Data testing techniques in this study include: normality test, classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing.The results of this study indicate that: (1) free cash flow has no significant effect on Dividend Policy, (2) Profitability has a significant effect on Dividend Policy, (3) Liquidity has no significant effect on Dividend Policy, and (4) Leverage has a significant effect on Dividend Policy.Keywords: Free Cash Flow, Profitability, Liquidity, Leverage, and Dividend Policy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the ratio of profitability, liquidity, leverage, and company size, on stock returns on service company Sub Sector chemical industry and animal feed. The data analysis technique used was multiple linier regression using SPSS 20.0.            Analysis method used in this research is descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, t test, and F test. The result of the study indicates a change in stock returns in companies that enter the list of research assuming variables Return on Asset (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR), and Logaritma Natural Total asset (LNTA). For Return on Asset (ROA) variable has positive and insignificant effect on stock return, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) variable has positive and insignificant effect on stock return, Current Ratio (CR) variable has positive and insignificant effect on stock return, and for Logaritma Natural Total Asset (LNTA) variable has negative and insignificant effect on stock return. Keywords : Return on Asset (ROA), Debt to equity Ratio (DER), Current ratio (CR), Logaritma Natural Total Asset (LNTA), Stock Return.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to observe the effect of current ratio, inventory turnover, debt to equity ratio and net profit margin partially towards the corporate earnings growth. The population of this research was industrial sector of consumer goods listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2019 period. The sample of this research was taken using purposive sampling technique. From the population of 53 companies obtained 10 companies as samples with a research period of four years (2016-2019). Data analysis technique in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result of this research shows that the effect of Current Ratio (CR) was positive but was not significantly effect on earnings growth, Inventory Turnover (ITO) was negative and has no significant effect on earnings growth, while Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) have a positive and significant effect on earnings growth.Keywords: Current Ratio (CR), Inventory Turnover (ITO), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Earnings Growth.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of Gross Domestic Product, inflation and the composite stock price index on Sharia Composite Stock Prices. The variables used in this study are GDP, Inflation, IHSG and Islamic joint stock prices. The method used to analyze is multiple linear regression test. With t test and F test as hypothesis testers. The population and sample in this study are companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index in 2018. The results of the study show that gross domestic product has no significant negative effect, inflation has a significant negative effect, and JCI has a significant positive effect. Keywords: Sharia Stock Price, Jakarta Islamic Index, Gross Domestic Product, Inflation, Composite Stock Price Index

Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted to examine whether the effect of the variables Liquidity, Profitability, Asset Structure, Firm Size on Capital Structure in Automotive Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period. In addition, to test the feasibility of the regression model for the influence of the variables Liquidity, Profitability, Asset Structure, Company Size on Capital Structure partially in Automotive Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 Period. The population in this study is 13 automotive companies that have been and are still listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling and obtained as many as ten companies. The data analysis technique used is by using multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that Liquidity and Profitability had a negatif and significant effect on Capital Structure. Abstract

ABSTRACT This8study aimed konstan to find out the konstan effects the variables of Operating Leverage and Financial Leverage partially on Earnings per Share. The data used in the study were secondary data obainted from the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely the financial reports from 2014-2016. The research population comparised 539 companies which had konstan been and were konstan still listed konstan in the Indonesia konstan Stock Exchange konstan in 2014-2016 periods. The sample was selected by means konstan of the purposive konstan sampling technique and 14 the textile companies konstan were included in the sampel. The data analysis technique was multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the data analysis, partially the Degree of Operating Leverage had a positive and not significant affect the Earnings per Share, and the Degree of Financial Leverage had a positive and significant affect on the Earnings Per Share. The value of the adjusted R-square was 0,107 indicating that the independent variable was capable of explaining the variance in the dependent variable by 10,7%, and the konstan remaining 89,3% was explained by other variables outside the research model. The multiple konstan linear konstan regression equation in the study could be formulated as follows:                                                                              Y = 1,9998 + 0,008 DOL + 0,158 DFL + eKeywords: Operating Leverage, Financial Leverage, Earnings Per Share.
