Abstract

ABSTRACKThe objectives of this study are: 1). To find out the Economic Value Added effect on company stock returns (EVA), 2). To find out the Market Value Added (MVA) to the stock returns of mining companies, 3) to find out operating leverage against stock returns of mining companies. The population on this study were all industrial sectors of mining companies listed on the IDX for the period 2015-2017. The method used in this stud is the classic assumption test and multiple linear regression. With t test and f test as hypothesis testers. The result of this study Economic Value Added (EVA)  has a positive and not significant effect, Market Value Added (MVA) has a positive and not significant effect, operating leverage has a positive and not significant effect. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the relationship of financial performance, growth opportunity, and firm size on the mod structure. The type of research used is explanatory. The data used is secondary data, which is obtained by documentation techniques, namely by searching and collecting annual report data obtained from the website. The population in this study is a food and beverage costumer goods company that Is listed on the Indonesia stock exchange for the period 2016-2017, which is 18 companies and the sample used is 18 companies.The data analysis techbique in this study used the normality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis test. The measuring instrument used in measure financial performance such as likuidity (current ratio) and protability is Return On Asset (ROa/ROI), for growth opportunity uses the results of the difference for the difference in total t-years asset and total asset t-1, and to measure capital structure using a debt to equity ratio.The results of this analysis indicate that: (1) profitability has a negative effect on capital structure, (2) likuidity has a negative effect on capital structure,: (3) firm size has a negative effect on capital structure, while (4) growth opportunity has a positive effect on capital structure.Keywords : Dividend Policy, Capital Structure, Interest Rates, and Firm Value.

Abstract

                                                        ABSTRAK This study aims to determine the effect of Leverage and Profitability on dividend policy. Where in this research use leverage financial ratios proxied by Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) and profitability ratios earned by Return On Asset (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE), through DER, ROA, and ROE as independent variable and DPR as the dependent variable. The sample in this research is Food and Beverage company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange which publish its financial report period 2012-2015.11 companies that become population in this research, result of research indicate that independent variable of DER have positive effect is not significant and ROE have positive and significant influence to dependent variable of DPR, while ROA variable is removed from model because happened multicholonierity is severe. DER results that show positive means the lower the DER value then the House of Representatives dividend or dividend to the shareholders will rise and ROE results that show positive means the higher level of corporate profits then improve the company's ability to pay dividends. Keywords: Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Equity (ROA), Return On Assets (ROE) and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR).

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted to analyze the effect of corporate financial performance on company value with Corporate Social Responsibility as a moderating variable. The sample in this company is a manufacturing company in 2015-2017 which is included in the consumer goods industry sub sector. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with SPSS 22 software for windows. Based on the predetermined sample criteria there are 23 companies that meet the criteria. From the results of testing, the results of testing simultaneously show that simultaneously the ROA variable and disclosure of CSR affect the value of the company. Partial test results show that partially the ROA_CSR variable has an effect on company value, then H2 is accepted, the coefficient value of 360,477 shows that the CSR variable is a moderating variable that is able to moderate the effect of ROA on firm value.

Abstract

AbstractThe consumer goods industry is one of the companies listed on the IDX and its shares are actively traded. The purpose of this study was: 1) to find out the effect of Return on Assets (ROA) on stock prices in consumer goods industry companies; 2) to find out the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on stock prices in consumer goods industry companies; and 3) to find out the effect of Inventory Turnover (ITO) on stock prices in consumer goods industry companies. By using a sample of consumer goods industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the study period in 2016-2018. The data analysis techniques used in this study include multiple linear regression analysis, normality test, classic assumption test and hypothesis test. The results showed that Return On Assets (ROA) had a positive effect on stock prices, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) negatively on stock prices and Inventory Turnover (ITO) on stock prices. Keywords: Return On Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Inventory Turnover (ITO), Stock Prices.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to determine the influence, firm size, corporate governance of profit management partially. Population and samples in this research in the food and beverage sector companies were listed in IDX in 2016-2018 which amounted to 26 companies and which corresponds to the criteria of the criteria of 15 company known. The data retrieval technique uses the Purposive sampling method. The data retrieval technique with document data obtained from the company document is www.idx.co.id. Data analysis used SPSS version 20. The analysis tools used in this study are test normality, classical assumption test, double linear regression test and hypothesis test.            Based on the results of this study concluded that the variable firm size of profit management does not affect the profit management and the corporate governance variables on the profit management negatively affect the negative and the impact on profit management. The company implements corporate governance strategy due to success or failure that can occur depending on the strategy. Shareholders, Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, Risk Management Committee, audit committee, BOC members, board members, social responsibility, corporate ethics are some of the characteristics included in corporate governance, from research can be said that corporate governance of the company has a strong influence, corporate governance facilitates about the future company.Keywords: Firm size, corporate governance and profit management

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Capital Structure, Dividend Policy, and Inflation on Company Values (Study on Automotive Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2017 Period). The population of this study uses 13 automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017. Determination of the sample is based on the purposive sampling method, using the sampling criteria as follows, the automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017, companies that publish annual reports and financial statements for the period 2015-2017. Based on those sample’s criteria the entire populations is used in this study sample. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression methods and classical assumption tests by testing hypotheses using the t test. Analysis tool using SPSS 21. The results of this study indicate that the Capital Structure has a positive and significant influence on Company Value. Dividend Policy has a positive and significant influence on Company Value. Abstract

Abstract            The research is to analyzed the impact of third party fund (DPK), Operational cost on Operational income (BOPO), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Net Performing Loan (NPL) to financial performance (ROA). This type of research is explanatory. The data used in the form of secondary data. The population and sample are all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018.The sampling technique is to use purposive sampling techniques and data testing techniques used in this study normality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing.            Based on the result of this research known that partial, third party fund (DPK) have negative and insignificant impact on financial performance (ROA) with a sig. 0,007  < 0,050. Operational cost on operational income (BOPO) have negative impact and insignificant to financial performance (ROA) with sig. 0,000 <0,050, capital adequacy ratio (CAR) have positive and significant impact to financial performance (ROA) with sig. 0,072 >  0,050 and Net Performing Loan (NPL) a positive and significant impact on financial performance with sig. 0,843 < 0,050. While simultaneously or together, third party fund (DPK) , Operational cost on operational income (BOPO), Capital adequacy ratio (CAR) and Net performing Loan (NPL) have impact to financial performance (ROA) with sig. 0,000 <0,050.  Key words : Third Party Fund (DPK), and Operational cost to operational income (BOPO),  Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Net Performing Loan (NPL), Financial performance  (ROA).

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine how the influence of gross domestic product (GDP), earnings per share (EPS), Return on Assets (ROA), market value added (MVA), and debt to equity ratio (DER) to stock prices empirical studies in companies that listed on the LQ45 index on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2018-2020. The population in this study are all companies included in the LQ45 index listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2020 period with 57 companies. Sampling technique using purposive sampling method obtained data samples of 27 companies. This research data collection method uses the method of data documentation listed in the annual report (IDX). The data analysis technique in this study used panel data regression with software eviews 9. The results showed that partially gross domestic product (GDP) and earnings per share (EPS) had a positive and insignificant effect on stock prices. Return on Assets (ROA) and Market Value Added (MVA) had a positive and significant effect on stock prices, and the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a negative and significant effect on stock prices. Keywords: Gross Domestic Product (GDP), Earning Per Share (EPS), Return on Assets (ROA), Market Value Added, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Stock

Abstract

AbstracThis research was conducted with the aim to analyze the effect of Profitability (NPM), Asset Structure and company growth on the company's capital structure. The population used in this study is manufacturing goods sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2016-2018. The sample used in this study was purposive sampling technique. Companies included in the study criteria consisted of 23 companies during the 3-year study period. The data collection method used in this study is the documentation of the financial statements of the manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sector which are listed on the IDX. The analysis used is multiple linear regression by testing the hypothesis using the t test.The results of the study explained that the profitability variable by using Net Profit Margin (NPM) had no effect on the company's capital structure and the asset structure had no effect on the company's capital structure and the company's growth had no effect on the company's capital structure.Keywords : profitability, asset structure and company growth
