Abstract

Lack of self-confidence in a person usually arises because of fear, anxiety, worry, and lack of confidence in the abilities that exist in themselves. Someone who has a lack of self-confidence will show different behavior from people in general, such as unable to do much, shy, inferior, and always doubtful in carrying out their duties, not daring to speak in public, so they need support from others. The problem in this research is how the BK teacher overcomes the lack of self-confidence from peer association in the VIII grade of SMP 4 Kudus. Self-confidence can be interpreted as a belief in one's own abilities that are adequate and aware of their abilities and can use them appropriately, so as not to harm others.On the other hand, people who lack self-confidence have a negative self-concept, lack confidence in their abilities, and therefore lack of self-confidence needs to be increased to become confident. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan informasi yang saat ini begitu nyata dalam keseharian remaja seyogyanya dapat dimanfaatkan dalam memfasilitasi perkembangan karir mereka.Implementasi program karir berbasis web sangat menekankan pentingnya aktivitas siswa dalam melakukan kegiatan bimbingan karir melalui program yang sudah disediakan sebagai upaya untuk mengembangkan kamatangan karirnya. Bimbingan Karir merupakan proses membantu seseorang untuk mengerti dan menerima gambaran tentang diri pribadinya dan gambaran tentang dunia kerja di luar dirinya, mempertemukan gambaran tentang diri tersebut dengan dunia kerja itu, untuk pada akhirnya dapat memilih bidang pekerjaan, menyiapkan diri untuk bidang pekerjaan, memasukinya dan membina ke dalam bidang tersebut.

Abstract

Gangguan pemusatan perhatian sering disebut ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder), gangguan ini ditandai dengan ketidak mampuan anak untuk memusatkan perhatiannya pada sesuatu yang dihadapi, sehingga rentang perhatiannya sangat singkat waktunya dibandingkan dengan anak lain yang seusianya. Siswa hiperaktif bukan karena kesengajaan, melainkan karena ketidakmampuan fisik diri. Siswa hiperaktif jika dibiarkan dalam jangka panjang dan tanpa penanganan khusus, maka gangguan tersebut dapat menjadi faktor penghambat bagi terbentuknya kepribadian yang matang pada usia dewasa. Selain itu juga dapat mengalami kesulitan untuk melakukan proses belajarnya. Hal ini bisa terjadi karena siswa cenderung bersikap tidak sewajarnya dan semaunya sendiri sehingga tidak ada motivasi untuk belajar dan akan mengalami kesulitan dalam memusatkan perhatian dan konsentrasi belajarnya. Tidak menutup kemungkinan katika seorang konselor dalam menjalankan kewajiban dan tanggung jawabnya di sekolah, konselor sekolah akan mengahadapi siswa hiperaktif. Konselor sangat berperan penting dalam membantu siswa ADHD khususnya dalam meningkatkan konsentrasi belajarnya supaya siswa tersebut tidak menemui permasalahan dalam belajarnya dan mampu memperoleh hasil pembelajaran yang maksimal.

Abstract

Tujuan penyusunan skripsi sebagai berikut: 1. Mendeskripsikan tindakan peneliti dalam layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik sosiodrama dalam meningkatkan rasa percaya diri siswa kelas X IPS 4 SMAN 1 Nalumsari saat berbicara di depan kelas tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. 2. Peneliti memperoleh data peningkatan rasa percaya diri siswasaat berbicara di depan kelas melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik sosiodrama pada siswa kelas X IPS 4 SMAN 1 Nalumsari tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Bimbingan dan Konseling. Subjek yang diteliti adalah siswa kelas X IPS 4 SMAN 1 Nalumsari sebanyak delapan siswa yang memiliki rasa percaya diri yang rendah. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik mixed method dengan menggabungkan analisis data kuantitatif yang diperkuat oleh data kualitatif agar diperoleh simpulan penelitian yang lebih kuat. Hasil penelitian diketahui percaya diri siswa saat berbicara di depan kelas pada periode pra siklus memperoleh skor 23 (58%) kategori (Kurang). Pada siklus I telah mengalami peningkatan dengan memperoleh skor 26 (65%) kategori baik. Kemudian siklus II juga mengalami peningkatan dengan memperoleh skor 30 (74%) masih dalam kategori baik.

Abstract

This research was carried out at SMA 1 Mejobo, using descriptive qualitative research using a case study type of research which requires data from research objects and subjects. clearly and realistically. The data collection techniques used in this research were observation, interviews and documentation which were explored in depth in order to obtain accurate data on the causes of online game addiction experienced by Mejobo 1 High School students. The research subjects taken were two students of class X and other supporting sources such as the counseling teacher, homeroom teacher, and the client's classmates. From the discussion above, it can be concluded that the counselor chooses to use behavioristic counseling, this self-management technique can solve the online game addiction problem that is being experienced by the client. counseling that is carried out between counselor and client cannot be resolved directly with one meeting, but with several counseling processes. Based on the results of the research that the researchers had done at SMA 1 Mejobo, the researchers provided advice to several parties, namely the Principal, Counseling Teachers, Students, and suggestions for the researchers themselves.

Abstract

Students' low public speaking skills will hamper cognitive, psychomotor, social developmental tasks as well as learning outcomes because students who have low public speaking skills tend to have difficulty conveying their ideas and information. Inappropriate handling can also cause other negative impacts. Rational Emotive Therapy (RET) counseling is a process of assistance by the counselor to the counselee in overcoming problems caused by irrational ways of thinking. This case study research was carried out in class XI SMAN 1 Gebog with 2 research subjects and 3 counseling sessions. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study identify the factors that cause low counselee public speaking skills, namely anxiety that starts with irrational thoughts. After implementing RET counseling three times, SNA and ABP experienced a more positive change in attitude and thinking so they were able to improve their public speaking skills.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the factors that cause a lack of reading literacy at MTs Sabilul Ulum Mayong and help students become better reading literacy through behavioristic counseling using the behavior contract technique. The type of research used is case study research. The subjects of this study were students at MTs Sabilul Ulum Mayong who lacked literacy, including only being absent during online learning, being late in submitting assignments, not paying attention to the teacher during lessons, and so on. The data analysis used is inductive qualitative data analysis consisting of data reduction, presentation and conclusion. The results showed that the students of MTs Sabilul Ulum Mayong experienced an increase in their reading ability after receiving behavioral instructions using the behavioral contract technique.This can be seen from the behavior of the two counselees who are starting to be able to take part in online learning well, submit assignments on time, and pay attention to the teacher during learning. Thus it can be concluded that the lack of reading literacy in MTs Sabilul Ulum Mayong students can be improved through behavioristic counseling with the behavior contract technique

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: (1) To find the factors causing the lack of active questioning in students Javanese language learning for SMP I Pesantren Nurul Ishlah Al-Anwar. (2) Help increase the activity of asking students through a behavior approach with techniques reinforcement positive for students at SMP I Pesantren Nurul Ishlah Al-Anwar. Behavior approach is a counseling process carried out by the counselor to the counselee using a behavioral approach and certain techniques in solving the problems encountered. Positive reinforcement techniques are techniques that strengthen counselees to achieve appropriate behavior changes by providing rewards in the form of support, praise, attention, sympathy, empathy. The research used by the researcher is a qualitative descriptive case study. The subjects studied were two class VIII students, namely KA and NLM, these students experienced low activity in asking questions in Javanese language subjects. The researcher used observation and interview data collection methods. From the research results, it is proven that behavioral counseling using positive reinforcement techniques can increase the activeness of asking questions in Javanese language, increase enthusiasm for learning, independent learning activities for students of SMP I Pesantren Nurul Ishlah Al-Anwar. The application of the behavioral counseling approach with positive reinforcement techniques overall solved the problems experienced by the two counselees. This was obtained through the researcher's observations in the counseling process, which initially showed a passive attitude to ask questions, now they are actively asking questions and are eager to learn.

Abstract

The objectives achieved in this study were as follows: (1) Finding the factors that influence hedonism in SMA 1 Bae students, (2) Helping to overcome hedonism in SMA N 1 Bae students. The negative impact is seen when attending lessons, paying less attention to lessons, low learning motivation, chatting during lessons, low learning achievement. With these symptoms, researchers offer a Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy approach to reduce hedonistic behavior in SMA 1 Bae students.This research was conducted at SMA 1 Bae Kudus in the 2021/2022 academic year. The research subjects were two counselees with the initials MRZ and Indonesian citizens. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of counselee I's research (MRZ) showed that students liked to buy things that were not needed to modify vehicles, wasting. Counselee I (MRZ) apologized to his parents, the counselee also promised to always be thrifty. Konseli II (WNI) a student likes to buy and collect expensive things. After carrying out counseling, Indonesian citizens realized that their hedonistic behavior did not benefit them. The conclusions from this study are: (1) The cause of hedonism behavior in counselee I is the counselee's high interest in automotive. The factor for counselee II is the counselee's belief that owning luxury goods can improve his social status. (2) After providing individual counseling through Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, both counselees I and II began to show changes. The counselees are able to use the money they have wisely.

Abstract

Victims of sexual harassment certainly experience stress and trauma. Because the perpetrators of sexual harassment are usually the closest relatives. Trauma is a condition where things from the past leave an impression and get trapped in the brain, causing a lot of suffering for the person who experienced the trauma. Sexual harassment is sexual activity that occurs through physical or non-physical contact with a person's genitals or sexuality. Perpetrators of sexual harassment are synonymous with whistling, flirting, uttering sexually suggestive words, showing pornographic material and showing sexual desire, poking or touching any part of the body, making sexual gestures. Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) is a psychotherapy based on the premise that people are born with the ability to think rationally and honestly, and not to think irrationally. People tend to look after themselves, to be happy, to think and speak, to love, to relate to others and to grow and self-actualize. This research uses a case study qualitative research approach. Research was carried out in Kudus Regency in 2021/2022, with the counselee with the initials FS. Data collection techniques used are interview and observation techniques. The data analysis used is bacon system data analysis.The results of applying Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy to women victims of sexual harassment have a positive impact on reducing trauma. This is proven by the change that previously the counselee often daydreams and thinks negatively, the counselee has changed his negative thoughts with positive thoughts and prefers positive activities compared to daydreaming.
