Abstract

The objectives achieved in this study were as follows: (1) Finding the factors that influence hedonism in SMA 1 Bae students, (2) Helping to overcome hedonism in SMA N 1 Bae students. The negative impact is seen when attending lessons, paying less attention to lessons, low learning motivation, chatting during lessons, low learning achievement. With these symptoms, researchers offer a Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy approach to reduce hedonistic behavior in SMA 1 Bae students.This research was conducted at SMA 1 Bae Kudus in the 2021/2022 academic year. The research subjects were two counselees with the initials MRZ and Indonesian citizens. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of counselee I's research (MRZ) showed that students liked to buy things that were not needed to modify vehicles, wasting. Counselee I (MRZ) apologized to his parents, the counselee also promised to always be thrifty. Konseli II (WNI) a student likes to buy and collect expensive things. After carrying out counseling, Indonesian citizens realized that their hedonistic behavior did not benefit them. The conclusions from this study are: (1) The cause of hedonism behavior in counselee I is the counselee's high interest in automotive. The factor for counselee II is the counselee's belief that owning luxury goods can improve his social status. (2) After providing individual counseling through Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, both counselees I and II began to show changes. The counselees are able to use the money they have wisely.

Abstract

Victims of sexual harassment certainly experience stress and trauma. Because the perpetrators of sexual harassment are usually the closest relatives. Trauma is a condition where things from the past leave an impression and get trapped in the brain, causing a lot of suffering for the person who experienced the trauma. Sexual harassment is sexual activity that occurs through physical or non-physical contact with a person's genitals or sexuality. Perpetrators of sexual harassment are synonymous with whistling, flirting, uttering sexually suggestive words, showing pornographic material and showing sexual desire, poking or touching any part of the body, making sexual gestures. Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) is a psychotherapy based on the premise that people are born with the ability to think rationally and honestly, and not to think irrationally. People tend to look after themselves, to be happy, to think and speak, to love, to relate to others and to grow and self-actualize. This research uses a case study qualitative research approach. Research was carried out in Kudus Regency in 2021/2022, with the counselee with the initials FS. Data collection techniques used are interview and observation techniques. The data analysis used is bacon system data analysis.The results of applying Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy to women victims of sexual harassment have a positive impact on reducing trauma. This is proven by the change that previously the counselee often daydreams and thinks negatively, the counselee has changed his negative thoughts with positive thoughts and prefers positive activities compared to daydreaming.

Abstract

Maladaptive behavior is an action that tends to have a negative impact on both psychological and physical individuals, one of which is shopping addiction. This study aims to determine the effect of individual self-concept on shopping addiction behavior where it is hoped that this research will provide an overview for guidance and counseling teachers in improving student self-concept. The collection techniques used are self-concept and shopping addiction scales. The results obtained from this study are the calculated T value of 2.680 2.042 T table, the regression coefficient value is 49.032 (+) and R Square of 0.193 means that there is a positive influence of cell concept on shopping addiction of SMAN 2 Bae Kudus students by 19.3%.

Abstract

The aims of this study are: 1. To describe the factors that cause students at SMAN 2 Bae Kudus to have intolerance. 2. Overcoming student intolerance using behavioristic counseling with behavioral contract techniques at SMAN 2 Bae Kudus.The type of research used is guidance and counseling case studies with qualitative methods; the subjects studied were two students from SMAN 2 Bae Kudus. The methods used in this study are interviews, observation and documentation in an in-depth way so that later you can obtain accurate data about the problem under study, namely the problem of intolerance behavior. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there are two factors that cause intolerance in students, namely internal factors and external factors. There are several factors that cause MF to behave intolerantly, namely not liking informatics lessons even with the teacher, feeling uncomfortable in class, and often talking to himself with his classmates or around his bench when the lesson is in progress. While the factors that cause JI to behave intolerantly are feeling bored with math lessons, not liking math lessons, sleeping during class, and playing on their own cellphones when lessons are in progress, Therefore, what makes MF and JI counselees behave intolerantly is not respecting and respecting others, not introspecting himself, not paying attention to and listening to his teacher, talking to himself and playing in class when lessons begin, and imposing the will of others. After carrying out individual counseling using a behavioristic approach, the counselee's behavior contract technique can eliminate his bad behavior and change it to a better one.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the improvement of students' communication skills through group guidance services using role playing techniques. Communication skills: Communication is a speaking skill possessed by a person that can be used in verbal and nonverbal techniques that can be used to understand or resolve a conflict constructively.This type of research is quantitative research. The method used by researchers is Quasi Experimental research. The subjects of this research were class XI Mipa 5, totaling 16 students. which will be divided into 2 groups, namely the control group and the experimental group. The dependent variable in this research is improving students' communication skills, while the independent variable is group guidance services using role playing techniques.The results of this research indicate that before group guidance was carried out using the role playing technique (pretest), the condition of students' communication skills tended to be low with an average of 48.625 and after being given group guidance using the role playing technique (posttest), students' communication skills experienced a significant increase with an average of 62,375.From the results of the hypothesis test, it was found that there was a significant difference regarding students' communication skills before and after being given group guidance services using role playing techniques, with a significance of 0.012. Thus it can be concluded that implementing group guidance services using role playing techniques can improve students' communication skills.

Abstract

This study aims to compare the students’ self-confidence between special classes (full day class) and regular classes. The method used is a quantitative study with a comparative study as a research design. The research subjects were 90 students, 30 students form special class and 60 students from regular class. The results of this study have provided an overview of the differences between special classes and regular classes affecting the level of student confidence where students in special classes have high self-confidence compared to students in regular classes. And it can be concluded that self-confidence is formed and develops through the learning process in one's interactions with the environment so that class differences make different levels of student confidence.

Abstract

Solution Focused Brief Counseling meruppakan pendekatan konseling yang didasari oleh suatu pandangan bahwa sejatinya kebenaran dan realitas bukanlah suatu yang bersifat absolute namun realitas dan kebenaran itu dapat dikonstruksikan. Dalam konteks konseling keluarga dominasi salah satu anggota dana tau kepala keluarga sering menjadi pemicu masalah sehingga perlu didudukkan pada satu konteks penyelesaian masalah berbasis pada realitas yang ada. Konsleing keluarga dengan pendekatan ini memungkinkan konseli yang bermasalah dalam konteks keluarga memperoleh kemandirian dalam menyelesaikan masalah dan mencari solusi secara cepat dan tepat dalam mengatasi masalah-maslah yang ada dalam keluarga. Abstract

Peserta didik akan selalu dihadapkan dengan sejumlah alternatif,baik yang berhubungan kehidupan pribadi, sosial, belajarmaupun kariernya. Mereka sering mengalami kesulitan untukmengambil keputusan dalam menentukan alternatif mana yangharus dipilih. Salah satunya adalah kesulitan dalam memahamidiri yang berkaitan dengan karirnya dan pengambilan keputusanyang berhubungan dengan rencana-rencana karier yang akandipilih untuk masa depannya. Abstract

?Kemampuan berpikir kritis sangat diperlukan untuk melakukan pekerjaan dan memecahkan permasalahan yang ada dalam kehidupan di masyarakat. Melalui layanan penguasaan konten, siswa dipacu untuk dapat meningkatkan ketranpilan berpikir kritisnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan ketrampilan berpikir kritis siswa sekolah dasar melalui layanan penguasaan konten dengan media ular tangga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan peneliti yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas Bimbingan Konseling. Berdasarkan hasil postes siklus I dan hasil observasi yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh ketuntasan belajar yang dibandingkan dengan KKM (nilai 75), diperoleh hasil bahwa sebanyak 8 siswa (62%) tuntas melaksanakan pembelajaran dan sebanyak 5 siswa (38%) tidak tuntas dalam siklus satu ini. Jika dilihat dari kriteria berpikir kritis, diperoleh hasil bahwa sebanyak 6 siswa (46%) berada dalam kategori sangat kritis, sebanyak 3 siswa (23%) berada dalam kategori kritis, sebanyak 3 siswa (23%) berada dalam kategori cukup kritis dan satu siswa (7%) berada dalam kategori tidak kritis.Setelah dilakukan siklus kedua layanan penguasaan konten dengan media ular tangga diperoleh hasil peningkatan yang signifikan. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil bahwa sebanyak 12 siswa (93%) tuntas melaksanakan pembelajaran dan sebanyak 1 siswa (7%) tidak tuntas dalam sikul II ini. Jika dilihat dari kriteria berpikir kritis, diperoleh hasil bahwa sebanyak 10 siswa (77%) berada dalam kategori sangat kritis, dan sebanyak 3 siswa (23%) berada dalam kategori kritis.

Abstract

Peningkatan Mental Atlit Melalui Layanan Bimbingan Kelompok Teknik Permainan Simulasi. Masalah penelitian ini percaya diri atlit yang rendah.Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui peningkatan percaya diri dengan layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik permainan simulasi pada atlit tarung drajat0.Metode penelitian ini adalah Eksperiment.Subjek penelitian sebanyak 20 orang atlit yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok yaitu kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Skala Percaya Diri.Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya perubahan percaya diri atlit setelah diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik permainan simulasi. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan peningkatan rata – rata 8,04% serta hasil analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Matched Pairs Test, diperoleh -2.803 = 1.645 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima Kesimpulan penelitan adalah bimbingan kelompok teknik permainan simulasi dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan percaya diri pada atlit.
