Abstract

Good pedagogical and professional competence of teachers will have implications for the graduates produced. The learning process of Islamic education that is in accordance with the standards and also taught by professional teachers will have implications for the quality of Islamic religious education learning itself. Currently, research on the learning process of Islamic religion that is in accordance with the standards, namely taught by professional teachers, has not been widely studied. Therefore, in this study, researchers were interested in discussing these issues precisely in the MTsN 3 East Aceh. The research method used was descriptive qualitative research. In collecting data, researchers conducted observations and interviews with five participants. The collected data were analyzed using interactive data analysis techniques. The results showed that Islamic education teachers at MTsN 3 East Aceh have met the criteria for pedagogical competence and are included in the category of professional teachers.

Abstract

Membangkitkan aspek spiritual dalam mengembangkan pendidikan adalah sangat penting. Sebab jika kehidupan ini tidak disertai nilai-nilai spiritual maka manusia akan kehilangan kekayaan ruhani dan membuat ketidakseimbangan kepribadian. Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan menggunakan kualitatif yang mengedepankan fenomena yang dialami oleh subjek berupa perilaku, persepsi, pandangan, dan motivasi. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi, sebagai sumber informasi adalah para civitas Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPA) An-Nur Sabilussalam Desa Rukoh, Kecamatan Syiah Kuala, Kota Banda Aceh.Data dianalisis melalui tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan simpulan. Selanjutnya pengecekan keabsahan data dengan uji kredibilatas untuk menguji kevalidan data. Hasil penelitian: Pola pengembangan dan peningkatan pemahaman spiritual keagamaan di Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPA) An-Nur Sabilussalam dapat dilakukan melalui pelaksanaan kegiatan Pendidikan dan pelatihan spiritual keagamaan dalam rangka mendorong visi menjadi aksi. Pola-pola tersebut dikembangkan dengan tujuan meningkatkan dan mendekatkan para santri kepada nilai-nilai moral, akhlak, dan perilaku sosial lain yang terarah.

Abstract

Hasil belajar yang diperoleh oleh peserta didik masih tergolong rendah. faktor yang menyebabkan rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik disebabkan peserta didik mengalami kesulitan dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja kesulitan belajar yang dialami peserta didik beserta dengan faktor penyebabnya. Metodelogi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan terdiri atas tiga langkah kegiatan, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, serta verifikasi data atau penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu : 1) Kesulitan belajar pada pelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadist terdapat beberapa macam, diantaranya yaitu: pertama, peserta didik mengalami kesulitan membaca Al-Qur’an yang disebabkan karena siswa belum memahami secara keseluruhan tentang huruf hijaiyah, kesulitan pengucapan huruf hijaiyah sesuai dengan makhraj yang benar, dan kesulitan dalam penerapan tajwid atau hukum-hukum bacaan. Kedua, siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami dan menghafal ayat Al-Qur’an dan Hadist beserta isi kandungannya. Kesulitan ini dialami siswa karena kurangnya kemampuan siswa dalam memahami dan menghafalkan bacaan Al-Qur’an dan Hadist. 2) Faktor-faktor penyebab peserta didik kesulitan belajar pada pelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadist diantaranya yaitu kurangnya minat dan motivasi belajar siswa, kurang dan lemahnya kemampuan siswa dalam membaca dan mengingat, kurangnya perhatian orang tua, kurangnya kemampuan guru dalam menyajikan proses pembelajaran, dan minimnya sarana dan prasarana yang disediakan oleh sekolah.

Abstract

The primary objective of this study is to analyze a competency-based curriculum model tailored to secondary education, with a specific focus on addressing the challenges and opportunities presented by globalization. This study adopts a qualitative research design, specifically focusing on literature review and library research. Qualitative research is chosen due to its suitability for exploring complex phenomena and gaining in-depth insights into the development of a competency-based curriculum model. The primary sources of data for this study include scholarly articles, books, reports, and other relevant publications related to competency-based education, curriculum development, and secondary education in the era of globalization. The results of this research indicate that the competency-based curriculum model represents a pivotal step towards enhancing the quality of secondary education in the era of globalization. Through a comprehensive analysis of key competencies essential for success in today's interconnected world, including critical thinking, communication, collaboration, creativity, digital literacy, intercultural competence, and adaptability, this study underscores the importance of integrating these competencies into the curriculum framework.

Abstract

To build students' character, the Indonesian government has made various efforts, one of which is updating the curriculum to make it in line with the demands of the current times. Given the importance of character building since the school age, the Curriculum 2013 (K-13) was developed and it contains 18 national characters that must be promoted and developed during the learning process. However, until now the curriculum seems to have not been able to shape the character of students as expected. Therefore, this study aims to present alternative approaches in building student character. The approach is to form character at home, some are formed in school, and some are formed in society. This study provides concrete examples of character development contained in K-13 with an Islamic approach. This study is a qualitative study analyzed using Islamic education theory and maqāṣid al-sharī'ah. Data is collected in two ways, namely; in-depth interviews with informants and literature studies related to the discussion. The results show that religious characters such as honesty, discipline, independence, and responsibility are easier to build at home using the Islamic approach. Furthermore, the characters of tolerance, hard work, creativity, democracy, curiosity, nationalism, patriotism, respect for achievement, and fondness for reading are easier to develop at schools with an Islamic approach as well. Finally, it is easier to develop characters such as friendly/communicative, peace-loving, environmental awareness, and social characteristics within society. In addition, the 18 characters are related to the purpose of maqāṣid al-sharī'ah as well as Islamic education.

Abstract

Education is defined as an effort undertaken by a person or group of people to become mature or reach a higher level of life or livelihood in a mental sense. Islamic education in the general sense is "education based on al-Islam", or often also referred to as education based on the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet. The function of Islamic education is to provide all facilities that can enable the tasks of Islamic education to be achieved and run smoothly. The aims of this research are: 1) To determine the use of social media of students at SMAN 1 Panjang Buya and SMAN 2 Bandar Dua in Pidie Jaya Regency. 2) To determine the PAI learning achievement of students at SMAN 1 Panjang Buya and SMAN 2 Bandar Dua in Pidie Jaya Regency. 3) To find out how much influence the use of social media has on PAI Learning Achievement at SMAN 1 Panjang Buya and SMAN 2 Bandar Dua in Pidie Jaya Regency. The method used in this research is Mix Method, which is a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods. The population is the entire research object, in this case all religious teachers and students at Pidie Jaya Regency High School. By using purposive sampling, namely selecting members of a certain population to be used as samples, especially religious teachers. Then, to complete the data from respondents, sources were determined deliberately with the consideration that they could explain the use of social media as a PAI learning medium in Pidie Jaya Regency High School. This research has a weakness, in that it does not cover all high schools in Pidie Jaya Regency. Therefore, further research is needed to perfect it. The research results showed that students at SMA Negeri 2 Bandar Dua and SMA Negeri 1 Panjang Buya predominantly used social media for online business as much as 43%, apart from that students also dominantly used social media as a learning medium compared to non-learning. And PAI learning achievement is that the two high schools, both SMAN 1 Panjang Buya and SMAN 2 Bandar Dua, achieved PAI learning achievement with an average score of 78. The difference is not very significant. SMAN 1 Panjang Buya got an average score of 78.54 while SMAN 2 Bandar Dua got an average score of 78.73. So the difference in scores between the two schools, SMAN 1 Panjang Buya and SMAN 2 Bandar Dua is only around 0.14. As well as descriptive analysis that has been carried out on the use of social media by students of SMA Negeri 2 Bandar Dua and SMA Negeri 1 Panjang Buya. The F statistical value was obtained at 0.796 with a p-value of 0.379. The P-value (0.379) is greater than the significance level (0.05), so it can be concluded that there is no influence of X (social media use) on students' PAI scores (Y).

Abstract

This research aims to find the value of humanist education contained in the Dayah Salafiyah learning system in Aceh, how it is implemented and what factors hinder and support the implementation of humanist education in Dayah Salafiyah in Aceh. This study uses a qualitative method. Naturalistic Approach, Phenomenological Approach, Ethnographic Approach. After conducting research, the author found the following results, firstly, the value of humanism in the Dayah Salafiyah learning system is religious humanism based on local wisdom. Religious humanism based on local wisdom is built on religious values and local wisdom. The value of humanistic education is the value of freedom which is tied to religious values, the value of equality and always being together in carrying out activities, brotherhood which is built based on local wisdom without looking at ethnicity and region, helping each other and caring for each other, being independent and mutual honor. Second, the implementation of humanist education in the learning system at Dayah Salafiyah in Aceh is Humanism Based on Tafa'ul 'Amali wa al-Ta'abbudi which is found in the aspects of educational objectives, educational materials and educational aspects which are oriented towards strengthening good deeds in order to build hablum minallah and hablum minannas. Humanistic education in Dayah humanism based on Tafa'ul 'Amali wa al-Ta'abbudi forms an attitude of helping each other, helps each other and strives to realize rabbani humans as 'abdullah and khalifatullah on the face of the earth. Third, there are supporting and inhibiting factors in efforts to implement humanist education in Dayah Salafiyah in Aceh. The supporting factors are a spiritually based educational orientation, a patron-client relationship pattern based on mu'amalah ma'a al-nas, extrinsic motivation based on advice, affordable educational costs. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are limited educational facilities, education cannot yet follow science and technology, the educational curriculum is static.

Abstract

This study discusses the role of family and school in shaping resilience to cyberbullying in adolescents with Down Syndrome. Using a qualitative method based on a multidisciplinary framework as the main basis to analyze the interaction between family and school education in supporting adolescents to deal with cyberbullying. Secondary legal sources used in this analysis include academic literature, psychology, education and sociology publications that support the understanding of resilience and its impact on adolescents. Data were collected, classified, recorded, and analyzed qualitatively through the process of inventorying and searching legal materials and academic literature. The results obtained from this research are that families play an important role through internet education, emotional support, and open communication, while schools contribute through inclusive education, anti-bullying policies, and social support. A multidisciplinary approach involving collaboration between families, schools, and professionals from various disciplines proved effective in helping Down Syndrome adolescents develop resilience to cyberbullying. This research shows that synergy between family and school education is crucial in providing comprehensive and effective support for these vulnerable adolescents.

Abstract

This research aims to find out (1) How high is the fluency in pronunciation of the letters of the Qur'an through the talaqqi method at Al-Ahbab TPA, Cipare-pare Village, Sultan Daulat District, Subussalam City. (2) Is there an effect of using the talaqqi method in speeding up the reading of the Al-Qur'an at TPA? The application of the talaqqi method on fluency in reading the letters of the Al-Qur'an at TPA Al-Ahbab. The research method used in this research is quantitative research with an experimental approach. Researchers used the pre-experimental design method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were all students at the Al-Ahbab Al-Qur'an Education Park, totaling 26 students, while the sample was 15 students who were studying the Al-Qur'an class. The instrument used in research is a test. The test results after testing normality, homogeneity and hypothesis with the help of the SPSS 16 program found that the average value obtained was 60.40, while the average posttest value was 83.26, so an N-gain was obtained of 0.6, meaning that this experimental class experienced an increase. The result is at value (12.980), and a significant (2-tailed) value of 0.000 <0.05, so that H1 is accepted, and H0 is rejected. There is a difference in the learning achievement of students between the application of the talaqqi method and the application of the previous method in learning to read the letters of the Koran. There is a significant influence of applying the talaqqi method on fluency in reading the letters of the Koran at Al-Ahbab TPA. Thus, the application of the talaqqi method to improve fluency in reading the letters of the Koran at the Al-Ahbab Al-Qur'an Education Park shows better results compared to not using the talaqqi method.
