Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis tentang pengendalian internal dalam pemberian kredit pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Balo’ta Cabang Bonggakaradeng Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Lingkungan Pengendalian, prosedur dan kebijakan dilakukan oleh individu berdasarkan kompetensinya. Penilaian Risiko terjadinya kesalahan dalam penempatan karyawan, sosialisasikan penggunaan teknologi informasi baru, dan prosedur kerja yang jelas guna mengurangi penipuan dan kesalahan. Pada aktivitas Pengendalian terdapat peraturan dan prosedur yang mengatur pengajuan kredit, proses angsuran, dan proses pelunasan. Sistem informasi telah diterapkan untuk mengelola informasi dan komunikasi. Dalam proses pemantauan, kepala cabang dan petugas lapangan bertanggung jawab melakukan pemantauan untuk menilai aktivitas pemberian kredit dan mengambil tindakan korektif jika terdapat kesalahan atau kelemahan dalam pengendalian internal dalam pemberian kredit.

Abstract

The Web-Based Farmer accessibility on the web platform, farmers and related parties can quickly access information and take various actions related to farmer group management. This system also helps to improve coordination between farmers and facilitates more effective monitoring and evaluation of empowerment activities. The main advantage of this system is its ability to provide easy accessibility via a web platform, allowing users to access information from anywhere and at any time. It is hoped that with this system, related parties can be more responsive to farmers' needs, as well as optimize the results of farmer group empowerment programs in the Aceh region. Group Empowerment Management Information System at the Aceh Provincial Agriculture Service is a digital breakthrough that aims to improve the management of farmer empowerment programs in Aceh. Abstract

The primary objective of this study is to analyze a competency-based curriculum model tailored to secondary education, with a specific focus on addressing the challenges and opportunities presented by globalization. This study adopts a qualitative research design, specifically focusing on literature review and library research. Qualitative research is chosen due to its suitability for exploring complex phenomena and gaining in-depth insights into the development of a competency-based curriculum model. The primary sources of data for this study include scholarly articles, books, reports, and other relevant publications related to competency-based education, curriculum development, and secondary education in the era of globalization. The results of this research indicate that the competency-based curriculum model represents a pivotal step towards enhancing the quality of secondary education in the era of globalization. Through a comprehensive analysis of key competencies essential for success in today's interconnected world, including critical thinking, communication, collaboration, creativity, digital literacy, intercultural competence, and adaptability, this study underscores the importance of integrating these competencies into the curriculum framework.

Abstract

Gizi lebih adalah keadaan seseorang mengalami overweight yang disebabkan banyaknya cadangan dalam bentuk lemak didalam tubuh. Asupan zat gizi makro dan kualitas tidur merupakan salah faktor yang mempengaruhi kejadian gizi lebih. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisa hubungan asupan zat gizi makro dan kualitas tidur dengan kejadian gizi lebih pada pegawai Pesantren Dar El Hikmah Pekanbaru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif pendekatan analitik dengan teknik pengambilan sampel Total Sampling berjumlah 65 pegawai. Pengambilan data zat gizi makro melalui wawancara food recall 2x24 jan dan data kualitas tidur menggunakan kuesioner Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Analisa yang digunakan adalah univariat dan bivariat dengan uji Chi Square dan Fisher’s Exact Test. Hasil analisa bivariat tidak terdapat hubungan antara asupan protein (p = 1,000), ada hubungan antara asupan lemak (p = 0,000), ada hubungan antara asupan karbohidrat (p = 0,000) dan tidak ada hubungan antara kualitas tidur (p = 0,052) dengan kejadian gizi lebih.

Abstract

This study examines the personality competencies of Islamic Religious Education teachers from the perspective of the Qur'an, focusing on the gap between theoretical ideals and practical implementation in the field. Despite clear Qur'anic guidance on noble morals, honesty, exemplary behavior, and responsibility, many teachers face challenges in applying these values in their professional lives. This research utilizes a library-based approach, involving the collection and analysis of data from books, scientific journal articles, and research reports. The data collection techniques include document analysis and literature review. Data analysis was conducted qualitatively, involving thematic coding to identify relevant themes related to the Qur'an’s teachings on teacher competencies. The findings underscore that an ideal Islamic teacher embodies obedience to religious, legal, and social norms, as illustrated in Surah An-Nisa (4:59). Honesty and integrity are crucial, highlighted in Surah An-Nisa (4:69), emphasizing the role model nature of teachers. Noble morals, inspired by Prophet Muhammad as depicted in Surah Al-Qalam (68:4) and Surah Al-Ahzab (33:21), serve as models for conduct. Leadership and wisdom, as conveyed in Surah Al-Furqan (25:63) and Surah Al-Mujadila (58:11), aid teachers in guiding students effectively. A strong work ethic and responsibility are essential, as reflected in Surah An-Naml (27:88), while humility, in line with the teachings of Surah Luqman (31:18), should temper professional pride. This research contributes to the development of more spiritually grounded and morally upright Islamic teachers by aligning their competencies with Qur'anic principles.

Abstract

Teamwork in Islamic education management is so urgent. This is because it is one of the things that determines whether or not the process of implementing Islamic education runs, which in turn will determine whether or not the goals that have been designed are achieved. In this study, researchers conducted a library research method. Here the researcher searches for literature in the form of books, research results, and journals, both national and international, related to the topic being studied. From the results of the study conducted, several important findings were found, including: First: the benefits of teamwork include the emergence of responsibility for quality management, time utilization, overseeing management, channeling information, in education management. Teamwork is beneficial for service users, students will be able to access information more easily, increase members' understanding, and can foster trust for its members. Second, optimizing the role of teamwork, providing opportunities to solve problems, involving all staff, training in problem-solving methods, supervision and providing rewards. Third, the Quran hints at the importance of teamwork, such as the example of the bee organization, so that the Quran enshrines the name An-Nahl in the letter, while the apostle in his history has translated teamwork when carrying out the migration strategy.

Abstract

Audio-visual media constitutes a pivotal instructional tool that facilitates the achievement of learning objectives through enhanced student engagement and comprehension. This study aims to examine the comparative effectiveness of storytelling methods and audio-visual media in improving student learning outcomes in the subject of Aqidah Akhlak. Employing a classroom action research approach, data were collected through documentation, observation, and the administration of pre-tests and post-tests. The findings reveal that the storytelling method led to a 20% improvement in student performance, whereas the implementation of audio-visual media resulted in a 90% increase in learning outcomes. These results underscore the superior efficacy of audio-visual media in reinforcing conceptual understanding and fostering meaningful learning experiences among students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the peer teaching method in the learning of nahwu and sharaf at Pesantren Babussalam Aceh Singkil as an effort to strengthen students’ understanding of classical Islamic texts (kitab kuning) through a collaborative learning approach. The study is grounded in the need of Islamic boarding schools to develop adaptive, effective, and contextual learning strategies amid the challenges of globalization and varied student abilities. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, the unit of analysis includes aliyah students as tutors, tsanawiyah students as learners, and teachers and boarding supervisors as supporting informants. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed interactively through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the application of peer teaching enhances students’ linguistic comprehension, fosters learning independence, and strengthens social solidarity across levels. Moreover, it cultivates religious character and social responsibility among senior students as part of internalizing Islamic leadership values. The study implies that pesantren-based learning innovations can serve as an alternative model for strengthening Islamic Education learning practices.

Abstract

  This study aims to identify the patterns of AI usage in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning among Generation Z students, analyze its implications for their understanding of Islamic values, and evaluate the ethical challenges that arise in AI-based PAI learning. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, with data collected through in-depth interviews and focus group discussions. The findings reveal that although AI improves accessibility and learning efficiency, it also poses significant risks to students’ independent critical thinking, contextual comprehension of Islamic teachings, and academic integrity. This study provides recommendations for developing an ethical framework for AI utilization in PAI learning that integrates Islamic values and transformative pedagogy.
