Abstract

Abstrak Aspal adalah salah satu bahan baku untuk pembuatan - pembuatan jalan, dimana proses pengirimannya dengan menggunakan mobil tangki. pada pembakaran aspal dilakukan didalam tangki yang sedang melakukan pengiriman sedangkan untuk pengecekan suhu di kerjakan secara manual yang dapat menghambat proses pengiriman aspal maka dalam penelitian ini akan dirancang suatu pengaplikasian sistem monitoring suhu aspal yang dapat memudahkan pekerja tanpa harus turun dari mobil. Pada sistem ini pengawas dapat memantau suhu aspal yang melekat pada dashboard dalam mobil, adapun sistem kerja dari alatnya yaitu pendeteksi suhu menggunakan Sensor Thermocouple Max6675 dan diteruskan ke Raspberry pi untuk diproses datanya dan dilanjutkan ke Lcd Oled untuk menampilkan dari hasil yang diproses. Dari hasil penelitian selama kurang lebih 3 bulan peneliti telah melakukan uji coba perbandingan thermocouple dan thermometer maka hasil dari uji coba yang dihasilkan memperoleh nilai selisih sebesar 97,9%, peneliti berhasil menyelesaikan rancangan sistem aplikasi monitoring suhu aspal yang nantinya dapat di gunakan pada tangki mobil aspal curah untuk mempermudah bagi pengawas saat memantau suhu aspal curah secara realtime di Lcd Oled. Kata kunci: Sensor Thermocouple MAX6675, Rasberry Pi dan LCD Oled 1.3 Abstract Asphalt is one of the raw materials for making - making roads, where the process of shipping using a tank car. on asphalt combustion carried out in the tank which is sending while for checking the temperature is done manually which can inhibit the process of asphalt delivery, in this study will be designed an application of asphalt temperature monitoring system that can facilitate workers without having to get out of the car. In this system the supervisor can monitor the temperature of the asphalt attached to the dashboard in the car, while the working system of the device, the temperature detector uses the Thermocouple Max6675 Sensor and is forwarded to the Raspberry pi for processing the data and proceed to Oled Lcd to display the processed results.From the results of the study for approximately 3 months the researchers have tested the comparison of thermocouple and thermometer, the results of the trial resulted in a difference of 97.9%, the researchers successfully completed the design of the monitoring system for asphalt temperature which can later be used on the tank bulk asphalt to make it easier for supervisors to monitor the temperature of bulk asphalt in realtime on an Lcd Oled.
