Abstract

RINGKASAN Asam fitat (myo-inositol hexakisphosphate) merupakan bentuk utama unsur P yang terdapat dalam biji legum dan sereal. Selama proses perkecambahan, unsur P dari asam fitat digunakan sebagai sumber nutrisi untuk pertumbuhan dan perkembangan kecambah. Hidrolisis asam fitat dalam biji oleh aktivitas fitase akan melepaskan inositol dan fosfat bebas. Tidak adanya aktivitas fitase dalam saluran pencernaan ternak non-ruminansia menyebabkan mineral dan unsur nutrisi lain yang terikat pada asam fitat tidak dapat diserap. Penggunaan fitase untuk menghidrolisis asam fitat meningkatkan daya serap usus terhadap mineral dan unsur nutrisi lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui aktivitas fitase pada kotiledon kedelai hasil perkecambahan. Biji kedelai ditumbuhkan pada media kapas basah selama 14 hari dan setiap 2 hari kotiledon dipanen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa biji kedelai var. Bromo yang dikecambahkan selama 10 hari menghasilkan aktivitas fitase kotiledon tertinggi. Purifikasi fitase kotiledon kedelai dengan amonium sulfat dan fraksinasi dengan DEAE-celullose menghasilkan tiga bentuk fitase. Fitase 2 mempunyai aktivitas spesifik tertinggi (35,96 ug Pi jam-1mg protein-1) dengan nilai km dan Vmaks masing-masing sebesar 0.221 mM asam fitat dan 0.383 ?Pi jam-1.

Abstract

Puisi adalah salah satu karya sastra yang populer dalam dunia kesusastraan, baik di Indonesia maupun di tingkat dunia. Banyak pihak merasa kesulitan untuk memahami puisi secara tepat dan benar. Sebab, untuk memahami puisi tidak semudah memahami tulisan ilmiah. Dalam puisi, tidak menggunakan bahasa seperti dalam tulisan ilmiah, tetapi banyak menggunakan kata yang mengandung makna ganda. Menterjemahkan puisi, antara seseorang dengan yang lain, mungkin hasil akan berbeda. Ini, tergantung dari sudut pandang masing-masing. Sebenarnya, untuk dapat memahami dan menterjemah puisi dengan baik, paling tidak harus memahami dua unsur yang membangun puisi, yaitu unsur intrinsik, dan ekstrinsik karya sastra. Kajian ini mencoba untuk melihat tentang: (1). Adakah suasana kenangan masa lalu dalam puisi Cahril Anwar? (2). Apakah ada manfaat puisi-puisi Chairil Anwar untuk pendidikan dan pengajaran? Hasil kajian ini menujukkan bahwa, puisi-puisi Chairil Anwar mempunyai berbagai kenangan masa lalu, dan puisi-puisi Chairil Anwar mempunyai manfaat bagi pendidikan dan pengajaran. Kajian ini menggunakan analisis kualtitatif, yaitu sebuah analisis menggunakan logika berfikir, dan pendekatan sosio-budaya dalam memaknai karya sastra.

Abstract

Untuk mendapatkan hasil belajar siswa yang baik, dan efektif, tentu tidak dapat dengan mudah dilakukan tanpa menggunakan cara yang tepat menggunakan metode yang tepat pula. Artinya, metode pembelajaran yang tepat dan efektif akan menentukan tingkat keberhasilan anak untuk mendapatkan nilai yang baik atau tinggi. Jika nilai yang baik itu berada pada angka,  8, 9, dan 10, maka nilai yang baik tersebut diraih dengan mudah oleh siswa pada sekolah, baik pada sekolah dasar, menengah, menengah atas, dan bahkan perguruan tinggi. Ada anggapan bahwa, diantara siswa ada yang tidak puas dengan nilai yang diperolehnya. Penyebabnya, mungkin faktor internal, dan mungkin pula faktor eksternal. Rasa tidak puas tersebut, mungkin juga dirasakan oleh seorang guru. Bagaimana cara agar siswa dan guru merasa puas terhadap hasil belajar mereka? Mungkin teori pembelajaran CBSAK dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif untuk menjawab persoalan tersebut

Abstract

The Kitabutturas learning system at Dayah Salafi Baitussabri is running well thanks to strong support from the quality of the teachers, the motivation of the students, and the religious environment of the Islamic boarding school. However, there are several obstacles that need to be overcome, such as language difficulty, limited facilities, and differences in the educational background of the students. The method in this research is to use qualitative research with a field research approach. The results of the study showed that 1). The Kitabutturas learning system applied at Dayah Salafi Baitussabri, Lambro Deyah Village, Kuta Baro Sub District, Aceh Besar District is implemented through the traditional bandongan and sorogan methods, which are effective in teaching in-depth understanding of various Islamic disciplines, such as fiqh, tauhid, and tasawuf. Learning takes place intensively every day with a tight schedule. Although this method is successful in improving students' understanding of religion, the challenges faced include difficulty in understanding classical Arabic and limited facilities that support the learning process. 2). Supporting and inhibiting factors in the Kitabutturas learning system at Dayah Salafi Baitussabri, Lambro Deyah Village, Kuta Baro Sub District, Aceh Besar District are supporting factors in the Kitabutturas learning system at Dayah Salafi Baitussabri include the quality and commitment of teachers, motivation and discipline of students, and a religious pesantren environment. The bandongan and sorogan methods have proven effective in guiding students to understand religious texts. However, the challenges faced include difficulties in understanding classical Arabic, limited educational facilities, and differences in the educational backgrounds of the students. Despite these obstacles, the strong commitment of the teachers and students ensures that the learning process continues to run well.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education teachers at MTsS Lam Ujong play a key role in increasing students' learning motivation. Through inspiring teaching, providing real examples, and moral and spiritual support, Islamic Religious Education teachers help create a generation of students who are not only academically intelligent, but also strong in religious and moral values. This research is a qualitative. The approach used in this research is a field research approach. The research results show that 1). The role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in increasing students' learning motivation at MTsS Lam Ujong Aceh Besar is that PAI teachers play an important role in building students' learning motivation through a holistic approach. Islamic Religious Education teachers not only teach religious material, but also become moral guides and inspirators who motivate students emotionally and spiritually. Factors such as varied teaching methods, good relationships between teachers and students, and support from the school environment and family, greatly influence the effectiveness of the teacher's role in improving students' learning motivation and 2). Factors that influence the effectiveness of the role of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in improving students' learning motivation at MTsS Lam Ujong Aceh Besar are that the effectiveness is influenced by several main factors, such as the quality of teacher-student relationships, varied teaching methods, teacher competence and skills, and support from family and the school environment. In addition, the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure and the psychological condition of students also play an important role in determining the extent to which PAI teachers can motivate students to learn optimally.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1). Kondisi tanggung jawab ibadah siswa di SMP PAB 21 Pematang Johar. 2). Upaya yang di lakukan guru PAI dalam fungsinya sebagai Motivator untuk membentuk tanggung jawab ibadah siswa di SMP PAB 21 Pematang Johar. 3). Upaya yang dilakukan guru PAI dalam fungsinya sebagai Fasilitator untuk membentuk tanggung jawab ibadah siswa di SMP PAB 21 Pematang Johar. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kualitatif deskriftif yaitu suatu cara penelitian dengan memecahkan suatu masalah melalui penyelidikan yang menggunakan cara menceritakan kejadian yang terjadi di lapangan. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa 1). Kondisi tanggung jawab ibadah siswa di SMP PAB 21 Pematang Johar belum la memenuhi kriteria untuk bisa dikatakan memiliki tanggung jawab iabdah shalat siswa masih belum baik dalam menanamkan tanggung jawab ibadah siswa. 2). Dari hasil penelitian di ketahui bahwa dalam funsinya sebagai Motivator yang di lakukan guru PAI untuk membentuk tanggug jawab shalat siswa di SMP PAB 21 Pematang Johar belum sepenuhnya memenuhi kriteria dalam fungsinya sebagai motivator yaitu Bersikap terbuka/mendorong, Memahami, Menciptakan hubungan yang serasi, Menanamkan, ibadah kepada Allah. 3). Dari hasil penelitian di ketahui bahwa dalam fungsinya sebagai Fasilitator yang di lakukan guru PAI untuk membentuk tanggung jawab ibadah shalat di SMP PAB 21 Pematang Johar sudah memenuhi kriteria dalam fungsinya sebagai fasilitatoryaitu Bersikap. menghadapi, menghargai, memahami karakter, dekat dan akrab, kooperatif, kewibawaan. Memihak, sikap terbuka, energik dan bersikap positif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Human Development Index (HDI), Income Inequality, and Unemployment Rate on Poverty in Aceh Province both partially and simultaneously. The method of assistance used in this study is a quantitative method with the Eviews tool. The results of the study indicate that the Human Development Index variable (X1) has a coefficient of -2.953952 and a t count of -22.91131, which is greater than the t table of 1.967 and a probability value of 0.000 which is less than 0.05, so H1 is accepted. This shows that HDI has a negative effect on poverty in Aceh Province. For the Income Inequality variable (X2), the coefficients are 0.07867 with a t count of 1.988778 greater than the t table of 1.967 and a probability of 0.0478 which is less than 0.05, so H2 is accepted, which means that Income Inequality has a positive effect on poverty. Meanwhile, for the Unemployment Rate variable (X3), the coefficient is 0.002017 with a calculated t of 0.178943 smaller than the t table of 1.967 and a probability of 0.7444 which is greater than 0.05, so H3 is rejected, indicating that the Unemployment Rate does not have a significant effect on poverty. Simultaneously, the calculated F value of 218.5922 is greater than the F tab le of 2.633 with a probability value of 0.000000 which is smaller than 0.05, so H4 is accepted, which means that the Human Development Index, Income Inequality, and Unemployment Rate together have an effect on poverty in Aceh Province.

Abstract

The city of Lhokseumawe is famous for its rows of beautiful and exotic beaches, one of which is the Pusong Reservoir tourist attraction. Pusong Reservoir is a water reservoir that has a very aesthetic charm, because it is located next to the ocean and has many shady trees. However, this beach is experiencing quite serious problems with lots of rubbish strewn around and causing a foul smell. Cleanliness of the beach area from rubbish is the main requirement so that tourists are comfortable and at home enjoying the beauty of nature, For this reason, the waste problem requires serious handling, especially raising awareness among the people who live around the Pusong Reservoir. To overcome this problem, the PKM team carried out outreach and assistance to communities directly related to the existence of the Pusong reservoir. The results of this PKM show that ways and steps in building and increasing awareness and concern for environmental cleanliness need to be carried out to build synergy because this factor can influence public awareness.

Abstract

This research is about the efforts of the Penajam Paser Utara Government through the Communication and Information Service in developing a smart city. Departing from the region's potential, advantages, and capabilities, Penajam Paser Utara is one of the regions that will build its region into a smart city with innovative governance, clever branding, a smart economy, smart living, an intelligent society, and a creative environment. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research. The data in this study were obtained from field studies and literature studies. The field study used an informal and unstructured interview process with an open interview technique. Interviews were conducted with staff of the Communication and Information Office of Penajam Paser Utara Regency and several levels of society. Not only that, the researcher also conducts observations in the field by being directly involved in observing and obtaining an overview of the problems to be researched. The data analysis technique tests the resulting data to get a conclusion. The results of this study show that the Penajam Paser Utara Government is one of the regions that is building a smart city by preparing a master plan and KLHS by referring to the 2024 Work Plan. Smart city in Penajam Paser Utara builds a city that can be integrated with a touch of technology to be ready to become a smart city supported by the capabilities and potential of the region

Abstract

Deregulation in the higher education system in Indonesia plays a significant role in strengthening neoliberalism, which emphasizes privatization, efficiency, and competition. This policy aims to increase institutional autonomy, but also raises challenges such as the commercialization of education and inequality of access. This study analyzes the impact of deregulation on the quality of education, the welfare of academics, and opportunities for students from various social strata. With a critical approach, this study evaluates the extent to which deregulation can increase global competitiveness without sacrificing the principle of social justice in higher education. The results are expected to provide policy recommendations that balance economic efficiency and educational accessibility. Keywords: Deregulation, Neoliberalism, Higher Education System
