Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) apakah kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh terhadap mutu Sekolah Dasar di kecamatan Ringinarum Kabupaten Kendal?, (2) apakah kedisiplinan guru berpengaruh terhadap mutu Sekolah Dasar di kecamatan Ringinarum Kabupaten Kendal?, (3) apakah kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kedisiplinan guru secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap mutu Sekolah Dasar di kecamatan Ringinarum Kabupaten Kendal?. Tujuan penelitian ini yakni: (1) mengetahui pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap mutu Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Ringinarum Kabupaten Kendal, (2) mengetahui pengaruh kedisiplinan guru terhadap mutu Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Ringinarum Kabupaten Kendal, (3) mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kedisiplinan guru secara bersama terhadap mutu Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Ringinarum Kabupaten Kendal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua guru dan kepala sekolah SD di kecamatan ringinarum sejumlah 165 orang, dan sampel dipilih menggunakan Teknik Proportionate stratified random sampling sebanyak 117 guru. Dari hasil penelitian, variable kepemimpinan kepala sekolah diperoleh rata-rata 142,21, disiplin guru rata-rata 152,73, sedangkan mutu sekolah rata-rata 162,52 Untuk uji hipotesis diperoleh: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap mutu sekolah yang dinyatakan dengan persamaan Ŷ = 49,663 + 0,794 X1, kekuatan korelasi sebesar 0,741 dengan kontribusi sebesar 54,9%. (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kedisiplinan guru terhadap mutu sekolah dengan persamaan Ŷ = 38,828 + 0,810 X2, kekuatan korelasi sebesar 78,9 dengan kontribusi sebesar 62,2 %, dan (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kedisiplinan guru secara bersama-sama terhadap mutu sekolah dengan persamaan Ŷ = 28,632 + 0,350 X1 + 0,551 X2., kekuatan korelasi sebesar 0,851 dengan kontribusi sebesar 66,5%. Saran pada penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah hendaknya meningkatkan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam pemberdayaan dan melibatkan secara intensif semua guru dalam program dan kegiatan sekolah secara transparan dan akuntabel. Guru hendaknya meningkatkan kualitas kedisiplinan dalam pembelajaran dan berbagai program sekolah dengan dengan penuh tanggung jawab. Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan hendaknya meningkatkan pengawasan dan monitoring pelaksanaan kebijakan pemerintah secara intensif. Abstract

This research aims to describe: the role of the principal in developing character education at Pangudi Luhur Van Lith Muntilan High School (1) The role of the principal as a manager in developing character values of discipline and social care, (2) The role of the principal as a leader in developing values character of discipline and social care. This research uses a qualitative approach with a qualitative type. Data were collected using interviews, observation and documentation methods, while data validation was carried out through triangulation. Based on the results of research and discussion of the role of school principals as managers and leaders in the development of disciplined character education and social care, it can be concluded: (1) planning program creation by identifying problems by conducting SWOT, coordinating between fields, availability of program funds, socialization of programs through meetings work, parent meetings, through teaching and learning activities and during MPLS. (2) Organizing, dividing tasks and authority, granting decrees. (3) Implementation, integrating character in learning or in school culture. (4) Supervision, carried out with direct involvement, coordination, accountability. (5) Providing an example by being present on time, dressing neatly, following the 5S greetings, and being directly involved in social action activities. (6) Providing motivation to carry out morning briefings providing 5S, being directly involved in social action activities, through flag ceremonies, and coaching. It is recommended that all Pangudi Luhur Van Lith Muntilan High School students be actively involved in accordance with their respective duties and roles in developing character education and in providing role models and providing motivation in implementing character education development. Character education is a continuous and never-ending process, resulting in continuous quality improvement aimed at realizing the human figure of the future. Character education emphasizes example, creating an environment, and habituation through various scientific tasks and conducive activities. The aim of this research is to find out how management strengthens character education at SMP Negeri 39 Semarang. Strengthening character education with global diversity and mutual cooperation at SMP Negeri 39 Semarang is closely related to school management. Management of strengthening student character education includes: (1) Planning stage for strengthening character education; (2) Organizing stage of strengthening character education; (3) Implementation stage of strengthening character education; (4) and Supervision stage of strengthening character education. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The data collected from this technique is analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and verification (conclusion). Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that strengthening character education at SMP Negeri 39 is carried out in four main activities, namely: learning activities, Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) activities, extracurricular activities, habituation activities. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) Menjelaskan implementasi digitalisasi sekolah dalam meningkatkan manajemen mutu pendidikan pada TK Negeri Pembina Kabupaten Semarang. 2) Menjelaskan peran digitalisasi sekolah dalam meningkatkan manajemen mutu pendidikan. 3) Mnejelaskan faktor pendukung dan hambatan digitalisasi sekolah dalam dalam meningkatkan manajemen mutu pendidikan. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan penelitian ini menggunakan uji triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Teknik analisis data menggunakan collecting data, kondensasi data, penyajian data/verifikasi dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa: 1) implementasi digitaslisasi sekolah pada TK Pembina Kabupaten Semarang masih terbatas pada proses pembelajaran, sekolah telah menyediakan sarana prasarana dan fasilitas yang memadai. 2) Belum semua aspek manajemen mutu pendidikan di TK Pembina Kabupaten Semarang menerapkan digitalisasi dengan baik yang mencakup manajemen kesiswaan, personalia, kurikulum, sarana/material, anggaran, ketata laksanaan, humas dan komunikasi pendidikan, sehingga penerapan digitalisasi sekolah masih belum meningkatkan manajemen mutu pendidikan secara keseluruhan. 2) Faktor pendukungnya adalah sarana prasarana atau fasilitas sekolah cukup memadai dan semangat motivasi guru untuk menerapkan digitaliasi sekolah tinggi. Adapun faktor penghambat mencakup kemaunan SDM untuk belajar kurang, perkembangan teknologi yang terlalu cepat menuntut semua pihak mampu berinovatif, kurangnya pelatihan digital bagi para guru dan tidak memiliki tenaga pendidik di bidang IT. Dalam hal ini sekolah harus bisa konsisten untuk menjaga kualitas dan mutu pendidikan, bahkan diperlukan adanya pengembangan pemanfaatan digitalisasi yang lebih baik pada semua aspek manajemen sekolah.

Abstract

Kindergarten is an educational institution that is very important in shaping the character of students. Kindergartens that have a good quality culture will be able to produce quality students. The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of supervision management and quality culture in the Pembina State Kindergarten, Semarang Regency. The results of this research show: (1) quality culture planning involving the principal, deputy principal, teacher council, employees, committee, parents/guardians of students, and several community leaders. (2) organizing a quality culture is achieved by dividing and delegating work systems according to their respective fields. (3) the implementation of a quality culture is carried out using exemplary principles and cooperative cooperation with several stakeholders. (4) supervision management of the Semarang Regency Pembina State Kindergarten is carried out collaboratively. The results of the implementation of school quality culture management in the Pembina State Kindergarten, Semarang Regency, are the achievements achieved by the school in both academic and non-academic fields.

Abstract

Teaching factory learning (TEFA) is a production/service-based vocational school learning concept that refers to standards and procedures that apply in industry, and is carried out in an atmosphere similar to that which occurs in industry. Students not only carry out learning activities at school, but also practice (basic competencies) and work (applying their competencies) in industry over a relatively long period of time. Teaching factory learning is expected to produce graduates who suit the needs of the business and industrial world (DUDI). Good and quality education is the basis for further development and progress. Quality in the field of education includes the quality of input, process, output and outcome. Educational quality assurance must be carried out independently and consistently by educational units, therefore it is necessary to build a culture of school quality so that educational goals can be achieved.School quality culture is an important factor in education to shape students into human beings with noble character, honesty, responsibility, optimism, courage, skill, cooperative behavior, tenacity, discipline and integrity. Quality Culture is a value system of an organization that produces environmental conditions that are conducive to the formation of continuous improvement in terms of quality. Quality Culture consists of values, traditions, procedures and expectations that prioritize quality. TEFA is one of the vocational school strategies for building a school culture of quality that will shape character and attitudes of responsibility and professionalism.This research aims to describe the findings from scientific journal articles regarding TEFA Evaluation in Vocational Schools through a literature review. It is hoped that this research can become a reference and consideration for policy makers to carry out improvements and outreach to other vocational schools so that they can implement TEFA well and efficiently. Search for research journal data using the Google Scholar database by applying the keywords "TEFA evaluation in vocational schools" and "TEFA implementation in vocational schools". Journal articles are limited to those published since 2017 but there are no restrictions on the use of language or research methodology used. This literature study used 13 articles that had gone through author screening. The results of this research show that the TEFA Evaluation has been carried out well, but there are still obstacles that need better improvement in the future.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explain the planning, organization, implementation and control of Education Quality Management and TQM in improving the quality of KB Al Muttaqin education. The method used in this research uses a qualitative method by conducting interviews with Foundation Management, school principals and teachers as well as other necessary administrative data. Implementation and development of education quality management policies at KB AL Muttaqin and TQM to improve the quality of school education through an integrated quality management strategy that focuses on customers. A systematic approach is needed, a sustainable activity program and prioritizing the quality of education through the use of human resources as well as facilities and infrastructure to support the achievement of the activity program implemented by KB AL Muttaqin. The education quality management system and TQM to improve the quality of education are implemented within the Al Muttaqin KB environment including planning, organizing, implementing and controlling.

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah fondasi utama dalam pembentukan masyarakat yang berkembang. Dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, konsep budaya mutu sekolah dan penilaian kinerja sekolah menjadi dua aspek yang tak terpisahkan. Artikel ini menguraikan konsep budaya mutu sekolah dan penilaian kinerja sekolah, serta hubungan erat di antara keduanya dalam menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang unggul. Budaya sekolah sebagai keseluruhan nilai yang dilembagakan menjadi faktor yang menentukan pengembangan sekolah. Begitupun, budaya sekolah perlu dimanfaatkan dan dikembangkan agar menjadi kekuatan pedorong bagi peningkatan mutu sekolah. Dengan kata lain, efektivitas sekolah sangat ditentukan oleh factor peran kepemimpinan yang mengarahkan pengembangan budaya sekolah, terutama budaya mutu yang menentukan arah pemantapan mutu sekolah yang diharapkan. Artikel ini membahas tentang implementasi dan strategi peningkatan budaya mutu dan kinerja sekolah di TK Ar-Rahman. Mengambil pendekatan yang holistik, artikel ini membahas langkah-langkah konkret yang telah diambil oleh sekolah untuk menciptakan budaya mutu yang berfokus pada pembelajaran dan untuk meningkatkan kinerja keseluruhan sekolah. Dalam konteks budaya mutu, TK Ar-Rahman telah membentuk tim kerja mutu yang terdiri dari guru, staf, dan orang tua. Tim ini bertanggung jawab atas pembentukan, implementasi, dan evaluasi inisiatif budaya mutu. Pelatihan kepemimpinan secara khusus diberikan kepada staf sekolah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan kolaborasi dan pengambilan keputusan yang efektif. Budaya mutu juga diperkuat melalui keterlibatan orang tua yang aktif dalam kehidupan sekolah. Pertemuan rutin diadakan untuk menyampaikan informasi dan mendengarkan umpan balik orang tua. Inisiatif khusus, seperti kegiatan kelas bersama dan lokakarya orang tua, meningkatkan partisipasi mereka dalam pengambilan keputusan sekolah. Meskipun dalam kenyataanya Budaya Mutu di TK Ar-Rahman tidak berjalan seperti yang diharapkan, karena adanya beberapa kendala diantaranya, Tenaga pendidik yang kurang memadai, Kualifikasi dan Kompetensi Rendah, Fasilitas dan sapras yang kurang memadai pula. Dalam konteks TK Ar-Rahman, artikel ini menguraikan studi kasus implementasi budaya mutu dan peningkatan kinerja sekolah, memberikan gambaran konkret tentang tantangan, keberhasilan, dan pelajaran yang dipetik dalam proses ini. Kesimpulannya, artikel ini memberikan wawasan tentang upaya sekolah dalam membentuk budaya mutu yang kuat dan meningkatkan kinerja sekolah di TK Ar-Rohman.

Abstract

The new education paradigm in the National Education System Law Number 20 of 2003 is the embodiment of one of the reform demands for changing the government system from centralization to decentralization. The concept of decentralization in education means the delegation of authority from the central government to regional governments to make management decisions and prepare their own plans to overcome educational problems by referring to the national education system. Providing autonomy for the implementation of education in schools in order to improve the quality of education requires a more conducive management approach so that it can accommodate all desires while empowering various components of society effectively. It is within this framework that School Based Management (SBM) becomes one of the educational management policies offered in the new paradigm. The aim of this research is to determine the principles and implementation of school-based management (MBS) functions in UPTD SPNF SKB Salatiga City. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this research were the school principal, curriculum development team, inventory officer, and treasurer. The data analysis technique using descriptive analysis includes three main things, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. Test the validity of the data using triangulation. The results of this research can be concluded that (1) UPTD SPNF SKB Salatiga City has implemented school-based management principles in the implementation of non-formal education. (2) UPTD SPNF SKB Salatiga City implements school-based management functions in curriculum management, student management, educator and education staff management, facilities and infrastructure management, financing management, school and community relations management, and cultural and environmental management.

Abstract

This research describes organizational behavior management in creating competent human resources at SD Negeri Lamper Kidul 01. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The results of data analysis show that organizational behavior management in creating competent human resources at SD Negeri Lamper Kidul 01 Semarang is efficient and effective. Research objectives 1) describe the management of organizational behavior at SD Negeri Lamper Kidul 01 Semarang in realizing human resources. 2) Analyze the obstacles and solutions in this research. The results of the research reveal regarding (1) Management of Madrasah Organizational Behavior at SD Negeri Lamper Kidul 01 Semarang in realizing human resources which is carried out by planning; carried out by analyzing all activities or workload, intellectual capacity, capability, work experience and example. Recruitment; prioritize academic, non-academic achievements, good morals, and put aside kinship relationships and prioritize achievement and professionalism. Development; changing behavior so that changes and improvements occur through workshops, education and training. Supervision; carried out according to the schedule once a month for the entire series of school activities, student conditions, infrastructure, teachers, programs, facilities. Evaluation; three stages, namely monthly, mid-semester and end of semester, and the end of the learning year. Obstacle; The teaching staff does not match what is needed, they are not graduates of teacher education, teachers who already teach are not in their field, there is minimal supervision, minimal capacity development, and lack of evaluation. Solution; recruitment management with academic and non-academic selection, teacher training development, workshops, supervision and attention to the organization.
