Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis Peran Kepala Sekolah sebagai edukator dalam pengembangan karakter disiplin dan mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis Peran Kepala sekolah sebagai manajer dalam pengembangan karakter  disiplin. Desain penelitian menmggunakan pendekatan kualitatif lapangan dengan bantuan instrument observasi dan wawancara. Penelitian di lakukan di SDIT Izzatul Islam Semarang. Hasilnya diketahui bahwa peran besar Kepala sekolah adalah sebagai educator, sekaligus manajer yang cakap untuk mengembangkan karakter siswa di skeolah. Secara umum penelitian ini mengungkap fakta bahwa kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah harus didukung dengan kemampuan sebagai pendidik agar kepala sekolah tidak hanya cakap dalam merencanakan, mengorganisasikan, dan melakukan control lapangan, tetapi juga cakap sebagai eksekutor langsung sebagai contoh bagi guru lain di sekolah yang dipimpinnya

Abstract

This study aims to determine the contribution of work discipline to the performance of elementary school teachers in Jambu District. Collecting data using instruments. Data processing using normality test and simple regression test. The results of the teacher's performance normality test show the Asymp value. Sig. (2-tailed) 0.193 and the teacher's work discipline shows the Asymp value. Sig. (2-tailed) 0.094. The value is greater than = 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that the variable data on teacher work discipline are normally distributed. The results of the regression test show that there is a significant effect of teacher work discipline on performance which is stated in the equation = 86.001 + 0.452 X2 with a correlation strength of 0.355 with a contribution of 0.126 = 12.6%, meaning that the influence of teacher work discipline on teacher performance is 12 .6% and the remaining 87.4% are influenced by other factors.This study aims to determine the contribution of work discipline to the performance of elementary school teachers in Jambu District. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe how management planning improves the quality of education at MI Al Mustajab Pringapus. This research uses a qualitative approach with this type of case study research. Research data collection techniques are: (1) observation, (2) in-depth interviews, and (3) documentation. To check the validity of the data, credibility tests are used in the form of source triangulation, triangulation methods and reference materials. The data analysis techniques used are: (1) data reduction (data reduction), (2) data presentation (data display), and (3) conclusion drawing (conclusion drawing image). The results showed that learning planning in the form of: (1) making a management plan to improve the quality of education at MI Al Mustajab Pringapus well would result in better quality education, this is proven by the improvement of madrasah accreditation, academic and non-academic achievements from madrasahs, and also enthusiastic of people abaut madrasah is increase. Artikel ini dapat diakses secara terbuka dibawah lisensi CC-BY-SA

Abstract

The purpose of the  study is to describe the principal  as a  manager and as a leader in the  development of district education This research uses qualitative descriptive methods.  The subjects of  the study were the Principal, vice principal, teachers, staff and students. Data collected through interviews, observations, and documentations.  The principal is the controller for school resources, especially teachers and school employees.  The results of this study show that the success of character development in  schools cannot be separated from the  role of  the principal.  So great is the role of the principal in the process of achieving educational goals, that it can be said that the success or failure of a school is largely determined by the quality of the principal, especially in his ability to empower teachers and employees in the direction of a conducive working atmosphere. The principal has a role and responsibility as an office manager, including predicting the future of the school, for example about the quality desired by the community, innovating by taking initiatives and creative activities for the progress of the school, creating strategies or policies to succeed these innovative thoughts, compiling plans, both strategic planning and operational planning, finding educational resources  and providing educational facilities, controlling or controlling the implementation of education and its results.  As a manager, the   principal must be able to manage the development character programs   properly, starting from planning, organizing, directing and controlling .  As a leader,    the principal  must be have to set  an example for all school members, and be able to mobilize all school members to carry out  character development  activities

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Peran Kepala Sekolah dalam aspek Supervisi Kepala Sekolah yaitu dari segi perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan tindaklanjut supervisi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SDIT Cahaya Ummat Kecamatan Bergas Kabupaten Semarang pada bulan Oktober 2021 sampai dengan bulan Mei  2022. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Prosedur analisis data dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Sedangkan subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, yayasan, guru,  dan pengawas sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepala Sekolah telah melaksanakan kegiatan supervisi dengan baik mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan tindak lanjut supervisi walaupun terdapat beberapa kendala yang dihadapi namun bisa diselesaikan dengan baik. Peran Kepala Sekolah dalam  meningkatkan  mutu akademik sanagat dominan mengingat kepala sekolah adalah orang yang paling bertanggugjawab dalam pelaksanaan manajemen di sekolah. Kepala sekolah yang mampu  mampu melakukan supervisi yang optimal akan mampu memebawa perubahan sekolah dalam rangka meningkatkan jasa pelayanan pendidikan dan mutu lulusan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the principal's leadership style on the performance of PAUD teachers in Jambu District, Semarang Regency. The population in this study were all PAUD teachers in Jambu District, Semarang Regency with a total of 134 PAUD teachers. The sample was determined using the proportional random sampling technique using the formula from Slovin and then the sample in this study was 100 PAUD teachers. The data analysis used was descriptive analysis, prerequisite test, single regression analysis and multiple regression analysis which were processed using IBM SPSS Statistic 23. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of the principal's leadership style on the performance of PAUD teachers in Jambu District, Semarang Regency. This is evidenced by the magnitude of the value of R square is 0.621 = 62.1%, meaning that the magnitude of the influence of the X1 variable on Y is 62% and the magnitude of other influences outside of leadership styles that affect the performance of kindergarten teachers in Jambu District, Semarang Regency is 37, 9 % . Based on the results of these studies, it can be concluded that leadership style has a significant effect on PAUD teacher performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the contribution of organizational culture to the performance of elementary school teachers in the Regional Coordinator for Education, Jambu District, Semarang Regency. Data collection using instruments. Data processing using normality test and simple regression test. The results of the teacher's performance normality test showed the Asymp value. Sig. (2-tailed) 0.092 and organizational culture shows the value of Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) 0.089. The value is greater than = 0.05.  Thus it can be concluded that the data on organizational culture variables are normally distributed. The results of the regression test show that there is a significant influence of organizational culture on performance which is stated in the equation = 54.538 + 0.353 X1 with a correlation strength of 0.267 with a contribution of 0.072 = 7.2%, meaning that the influence of organizational culture on teacher performance is 7.2% and the remaining 92 ,8% influenced by other factors

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan Implementasi Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah di MI PK Al Ikhlas Tengaran yang meliputi: (l) mengetahui dan menganalisis kemandirian dalam layanan yang bermutu, (2) efektifitas kemitraan dengan instansi atau tembaga lain. (3) efektititas partisipasi masyarakat melalui komite sekolah. (4) mengetahui dan menganalisis transparansi hasil pembelajaran dan keuangan. (5) mengetahui dan menganalisis akuntabilitas sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode diskriptif dengan mengambil lokasi penelitian di MI PK Al Ikhlas Tengaran. Waktu dimulai bulan Juli 2022 sampai Juli 2023. pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, menarik kesimpulan dan verifikasi, dengan respondensi adalah seluruh stakeholder MI PK Al Ikhlas Tengaran. Temuan pada penelitian ini: (l) pengambilan keputusan penyusunan RKT dan RPJM melibatkan pengawas, kepala sekolah, guru, karyawan TU, dan komite sekolah. (2) kemitraan dengan dinas kesehatan (puskesmas) dan lembaga pendidikan lainnya seperti Erlangga. (3) partisipasi orang tua siswa dalam bentuk sumbangan sukarela untuk mewujudkan sarana prasarana, (4) transparansi hasil pembelajaran dan keuangan. (5) akuntabilitas keuangan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disarankan kepala sekolah hendaknya mensosialisasikan program sekolah, agar pemahaman warga sekolah terhadap program tersebut terus meningkat. Sehingga keterlibatan dan kontribusi mereka dalam melaksanakan program sekolah juga meningkat dan nyata, kepala sekolah hendanya mengadakan pendekatan kepada masyarakat dalam rangka meminta dukungan dalam pengelolaan sekolah, kepala sekolah hendaknya dapat menjalin kerja sama yang lebih luas lagi dengan masyarakat. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh peran kepala sekolah terhadap disiplin kerja guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama Sekecamatan Susukan; (2) untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh iklim sekolah terhadap disiplin kerja guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama Sekecamatan Susukan; (3) untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh peran kepala sekolah dan iklim sekolah terhadap disiplin kerja guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama Sekecamatan Susukan Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 157 guru SMP Sekecamatan Susukan, dengan sampel sebanyak 113 orang dengan menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, uji persyaratan, analisis regresi linier sederhana dan analisis regresi ganda. Untuk menganalisis data menggunakan program SPSS for Window Versi 26. Dari hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa rata - rata perolehan skor peran kepala sekolah 166,93 termasuk kategori cukup baik; rata-rata perolehan skor iklim sekolah 148,70 termasuk kategori baik; rata-rata perolehan skor disiplin kerja guru 101,18 termasuk kategori baik. Hasil uji prasyarat dari data penelitian diperoleh data berdistribusi normal, homogen, linier, tidak multikolinier, dan tidak terjadi heteroskedastisitas. Dari uji hipotesis ditemukan terdapat pengaruh positif peran kepala sekolah terhadap disiplin kerja guru yang dinyatakan dengan persamaan Y = 46,609 + 0,327X1; kekuatan korelasi sebesar 0,572 dengan kontribusi sebesar 0,327atau 32,7 %. Terdapat pengaruh positif iklim sekolah terhadap disiplin kerja guru yang dinyatakan dengan persamaan Y = 19,150+ 0,552 X2; kekuatan korelasi sebesar 0,775 dengan kontribusi sebesar 0,616 atau 61,6 %. Terdapat pengaruh positif peran kepala sekolah dan iklim sekolah secara bersama - sama terhadap disiplin kerja guru yang dinyatakan dengan persamaan Y = 14,393+ 0,089 X1 + 0,484X2; dengan kontribusi sebesar 0,609 atau 60,9 % Disiplin kerja guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama Sekecamatan Susukan di pengaruhi peran kepala sekolah dan iklim sekolah. Aspek hubungan antar personal dan perubahan dan perbaikan masih perlu ditingkatkan. Kepala sekolah harus melakukan upaya untuk memperbaiki kondisi tersebut. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to (1) know the effect of academic supervision on school quality, (2) know the effect of organizational culture on school quality, and (3) know the effect of academic supervision and organizational culture on school quality. This research approach uses a quantitative approach with a Proportional Stratified Random Sampling technique. Data collection method used is the questionnaire method. Data analysis using simple linear regression and multiple regression. From the research results it is known that (1) there is an effect of academic supervision on school quality of 62.6% with the following regression equation: Ŷ = 28.996 + 0.309 X1. (2) There is an influence of organizational culture on school quality of 6.19% with the following regression equation: Ŷ = 36.674 + 0.680 X2. (3) There is an influence of academic supervision and organizational culture together on school quality of 64.4% with a positive regression coefficient Ŷ = 46.671 + 0.615 X1 + 0.523 X2.
