Abstract

The low speaking skills possessed by students such as, insecurity and nervousness when dealing with many people, this makes students stammer so that they often say the word "a../e..". Some students will divert nervousness by moving their hands / feet, some are staring at the corners of the room. Then the lack of mastery of the material is also a factor in students not being confident and nervou. This type of research uses qualitative research with a case study method. Data collection used are interview guidelines, questionnaires and documentation. Then the data that has been obtained is analyzed through the stages of four components, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing, which is then presented in the form of descriptions in sentence form regarding the discovery of the meaning of each phenomenon.Based on the results of the data analysis, there are several factors that influence students' speaking skills, namely a reasonable attitude, calm and not rigid, the gaze must be directed to the interlocutor, willingness to respect other people's opinions, appropriate gestures and mimics, fluency, relevance / reasoning and mastery of the topic. Then there are still many students who have not been able to master these skills.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi persepsi siswa SMP terhadap penggunaan kata maaf, tolong, dan terima kasih dalam komunikasi sehari-hari. Penggunaan kata-kata sopan ini memiliki peran penting dalam memperkuat hubungan sosial dan mempromosikan budaya komunikasi yang inklusif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei menggunakan angket sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Subjek penelitian menggunakan sampel acak berjumlah 84 dari 270 siswa kelas VIII SMP 02 Semarang. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi siswa SMP terhadap penggunaan kata maaf, tolong, dan terima kasih tergolong sangat baik yang ditunjukkan dengan persentase 91,4% sangat memahami penggunaan kata "maaf" setelah melakukan kesalahan, 97% selalu mengucapkan "tolong" saat meminta bantuan, dan 97,2% mengungkapkan bahwa mereka secara konsisten mengucapkan "terima kasih" sebagai ungkapan rasa terima kasih.

Abstract

Mendapatkan karakter pelajar yang sesuai dengan profil pelajar Pancasila merupakan tujuan akhir dari penerapan kurikulum merdeka. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila yang ada di SDN Kalicari 01 kota Semarang. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara dan penyebaran angket atau kuesioner terhadap guru-guru SDN Kalicari 01 Kota Semarang. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profil pelajar pancasila sudah berjalan dengan baik, namun belum berjalan dengan sempurna. Kesimpulan yang didapat adalah bahwa dibutuhkan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan para guru SDN Kalicari 01 Kota Semarang dalam hal proyek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila.

Abstract

Motivasi belajar merupakan sebuah dorongan dalam diri yang timbul dari individu untuk mempelajari suatu keterampilan yang ingin dicapai dalam proses kegiatan belajar disekolah. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menggambarkan tingkat motivasi belajar yang dialami siswa kelas X SMA N 2 Semaran, pada kelas tinggi, sedang, rendah, atau sangat rendah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMA N 2 Semarang sebanyak 96 siswa. Dalam penelitian ini tentang tingkat motivasi belajar siswa kelas XI SMK, berdasarkan hasil skala motivasi belajar yang dibagi menjadi empat kategori yaitu peserta didik yang masuk pada klasifikasi sangat rendah 0 peserta didik dengan presentase 0%, pada klasifikasi rendah berjumlah 11 peserta didik dengan persentase 11,5%, pada klasifikasi sedang sejumlah 41 peserta didik dengan persentase 42,7%, pada klasifikasi tinggi berjumlah 44 peserta didik dengan presentase 45,8%.

Abstract

Discipline is an important aspect for students to achieve optimal learning outcomes. High discipline is one of the factors that can help students achieve achievement in learning and good character building. Vice versa, students who have low self-discipline will achieve less than optimal learning outcomes and poor character. From this, the researcher will examine the level of discipline at SMP N 6 Semarang. The sample of this research is ninth grade students of SMP N 6 Semarang which amounted to 139 respondents. For data collection methods using how to distribute questionnaires through google form social media applications WhatsApp Group. Research results in the very low category with a percentage of 0% low category of 15.11% medium category of 67.63% and in the very high category of 17.27%. Abstract

Education is an integral part of the development of national and state life, as stated in Law no. 20 of 2003 article l. However, there are several obstacles that occur in realizing education, including the lack of student learning independence. So the role of guidance and counseling teachers is needed in dealing with this problem. Therefore, researchers want to know the role of guidance and counseling teachers in carrying out individual counseling to increase student learning independence at SMAN 1 Mranggen. This research uses a qualitative research method design. The data collection technique in this research is by using direct observation, interviews and documentation. This data analysis uses the Milles and Huberman data analysis model, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation. Drawing conclusions/verification. In this research, the criteria for trustworthiness are used, namely: long-standing interest, persistent observation in research, and triangulation testing. The results obtained in the research show that: The role of the guidance and counseling teacher at SMAN 1 Mranggen is very useful for students who have problems. Guidance and Guidance Teachers have duties and responsibilities in guidance and counseling service activities for students. Guidance and counseling service activities at school are activities to help students find their identity. With the presence of a guidance and counseling teacher, students become better than before so that student learning independence can be handled well.

Abstract

Communication between humans uses links in the form of symbols in the form of spoken language, written language, body language and others, so that messages are easily understood and comprehended by the recipient of the message. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of group guidance using the Problem Solving technique in improving communication skills among members of the loyal heart terate brotherhood organization (PSHT) Gabus, Grobogan Regency. The research design used in this research is Pre-Experimental with a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design model. Data collection technique for distributing questionnaires with Likert scale assessments. The results of this research can be concluded that there has been an increase in interpersonal communication among PSHT Gabus members by using problem solving techniques. This problem solving technique has many variations of methods that can be used to solve a person's problems. With this method, PSHT members are able to solve problems well and also improve interpersonal communication between members.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Ravi aji pratama NPM 19110013.”Hubungan Antara Kepercayaan diri dengan Bullying Pada Siswa Kelas VIII SMP PGRI 1 SEMARANG”. Skripsi program studi Bimbingan dan Konseling Fakultas ilmu pendidikan Universitas PGRI Semarang 2023. Dosen Pembimbing I : Dr. Heri Saptadi Ismanto, S.Pd.,M.Pd.,kons. Pembimbingn II : Ismah,S.Ag.,M.Pd. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 256. Sempel dalam penelitian ini mengambil 38% dari jumlah populasi ,sehingga sempel yang digunakan berjumlah 96 siswa, terdiri dari kelas 8a,8b,8c. Teknik pengambilan sampling pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Random sempling. Cara penggunaan teknik random sampling ini dengan menggunakan cara sederhana yaitu dengan menggulung lintingan kertas yang sudah diberi kode kelas, lalu peneliti mengocok secara acak, bagi lintingan yang muncul maka itulah yang menjadi subjek penelitian. Dengan kelas yang terpilih sebagai penelitian adalah kelas VIII A, VIII B, dan VIII C. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan korelasi product moment diketahui bahwa nilai sig. (2-tailed) diperoleh 0,013 < 0,05 yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kepercayaan diri dengan perilaku bullying siswa. Diketahui bahwa nilai koefesien korelasi (r) adalah -0,252 dengan tafar negatif. Berdasarkan tabel nilai korelasi (r) -0,252 pada pedoman nilai interpretasi korelasi berada pada rentang “0,20-0,399” yang berarti bahwa tingkat hubungan kepercayaan diri dengan perilaku bullying termasuk pada kategori rendah. Kemudian besarnya sumbangan variabel kepercayaan diri dan perilaku bullying yang diperoleh sebesar 6,3%. Karena hubungan yang bersifat negatif hal ini berarti semakin tinggi kepercayaan diri yang dimiliki siswa maka semakin rendah untuk mendapatkan perilaku bullying, dan juga sebaliknya jika semakin rendah kepercayaan diri yang dimiliki siswa maka semakin tinggi untuk mendapatkan perilaku bullying. Secara umum penelitian ini dapat mengetahui pentingnya hubungan antara kepercayaan diri dengan bullying pada siswa sehingga dapat menjadi acuan guru bimbingan dan konseling untuk memberikan layanan dalam rangka mengembangkan kepercayaan diri siswa agar siswa sulit untuk mendapatkan prilaku bullying. Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the factors that influence the career interest of employee class students in the BK study program at PGRI University Semarang. Factors that influence the career interests of students in the employee class of the BK study program at PGRI University Semarang are measured by the variables of interest, academic achievement, type of work chosen, and parental expectations. The sample in this research were students from the employee class of the BK study program at PGRI University Semarang. Data analysis uses data reduction type analysis techniques, presenting data and drawing conclusions regarding the factors that influence the career interests of employee class students in the BK study program at PGRI University Semarang. The results of the research show that the factors that influence the career interests of students in the employee class of the BK study program at PGRI University Semarang include internal factors and external factors. Where internal factors consist of interest and academic achievement, while external factors consist of the type of job chosen and salary or income.

Abstract

College students have a varied academic workload so that some college students delay completing their academic assignments. Various things that cause procrastination behavior among BK UPGRIS class of 2019 college students in carrying out lectures are influenced by a lack of understanding of the material obtained, laziness in studying, playing with friends and study time being used for other activities that are more fun or entertaining. So this is a delaying factor in completing the lecture process, BK UPGRIS class of 2019 students are expected to have high self-efficacy so that they can motivate and encourage themselves to be more active in completing their studies. This research is a quantitative study which aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and academic procrastination in BK UPGRIS college students class of 2019. The research subjects in this study were 112 college students, sampling in this study used a proportional incidental sampling technique. The self-efficacy variable is measured using a scale based on aspects of Bandura's self-efficacy which consists of 32 items, while the academic procrastination variable is measured using a scale, namely a scale based on aspects of Ferrari which consists of 27 items. The data were analyzed using the Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis technique and obtained the results of Pearson Correlation = -0.661 with a significance level of 0.000 (p<0.05), indicating that there is a negative relationship between self-efficacy and academic procrastination, which means that the higher the self-efficacy, the greater the low academic procrastination, conversely if self-efficacy is low then college students' academic procrastination will tend to be high.
