Abstract

Aplikasi E-Dempo ini akan memudahkan masyarakat dalam memberikan informasi Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor (PKB) dan Bea Balik Nama Kendaraan Bermotor (BBNKB). Hal tersebut tertuang dalam perjanjian kerjasama antara Dishub Polda Sumsel dengan Ditjen Pajak Daerah Sumsel dengan PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Cabang Sumatera Selatan dengan PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Selatan dan Bangka Belitung Nomor 09/VII/2019/DITLANTAS, Nomor 3/ BP/ UM/2019, Nomor P/ SO/ 27/2019, dan Nomor 062/ Dir ./P/2019 Pengembangan dan pemanfaatan aplikasi layanan elektronik samsat daerah online untuk pelayanan administrasi/hukum kewilayahan di Sumatera Selatan. Wajib Pajak yang ingin mengetahui data kendaraan bermotor dan informasi pajak terutang kini dapat diakses melalui aplikasi bernama E-Dempo.Sebelum mengoperasikan aplikasi ini, silahkan download aplikasi E-Dempo di Android Playstore. Setelah instalasi, wajib pajak cukup memasukkan nomor polisi kendaraan (nopol) dan informasi pajak kendaraan akan ditampilkan bersama dengan nomor registrasi, daftar, informasi proses, e-KTP, eTBPKP, pengaduan dan pedoman.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis penegakan pajak dengan menggunakan aplikasi E-Dempo pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah Sumatera Selatan.Permasalahan dari survey tersebut adalah masih banyak masyarakat yang belum mengetahui tentang aplikasi E-Dempo karena pelaksanaan pembayaran pajak dengan menggunakan aplikasi E-Dempo sering menimbulkan error dan gangguan pada jaringan smartphone serta kurangnya sosialisasi kepada masyarakat.Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian inii adalah metode analisis data kualitatif.Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: secara keseluruhan Pelaksanaan Pembayaran Pajak Dengan Menggunakan Aplikasi E-Dempo di Badan Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan sudah dilaksanakan dengan maksimal.Walaupun masih terdapat kendala/hambatan dalam Pelaksanaan Pembayaran Pajak Dengan Menggunakan Aplikasi E-Dempo di Badan Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan sepertiPelaksanaan Pembayaran Pajak Dengan Menggunakan Aplikasi E-Dempo masih sering error/ mengalami gangguan jaringan smartphone serta Kurangnya sosialisasi kepada masyarakat sehingga masyarakat banyak yang tidak mengetahui mengenai Aplikasi E-Dempo

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis implementasi kebijakan pola hidup sehat, disiplin dan efektif di masa kebiasaan baru penyakit virus Corona 2019 di Kecamatan Sungai Keruh Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang digunakan berdasarkan jenis data kuantitatif dan data kualitatif, sedangkan berdasarkan sumbernya adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumen. Sumber data utama dalam penelitian ini adalah Satgas Pembinaan Penanganan Covid19 di bawah Kabupaten Banyuasin; Kecamatan Sungai Keruh, Pemerintah Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin; Perwira TNI dari Kecamatan Sungai Keruh, Camat Musi Banyuasin; Polsek Sungai Keruh, Kecamatan Musi Banyuasin; Tokoh Kecamatan Sungai Keruh, Bupati Musi Banyuasin. Analisis data merupakan analisis kualitatif dengan model interaksi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan kebijakan pola hidup sehat, disiplin dan efektif di era kebiasaan baru penyakit virus corona 2019 di Kecamatan Sungai Keruh Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin sudah dilakukan namun belum tercapai. hasil yang optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the Implementation of Policies on Procedures and Requirements for Requesting Criminal Investigations at the Crime Scene and the Criminalistics Laboratory for Evidence to the Bidlabfor Polda Sumsel. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data used is based on the type of quantitative data and qualitative data while based on the source is primary data and secondary data. The data collection instruments used were observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this study were 1) the Forensic Laboratory of the South Sumatra Police (Subbarenmin as examiner of administrative requirements and sub-bid/investigator as examiner of technical requirements for evidence; 2) the Criminal Case Investigation Team for the service area of ​​Bidlabfor Polda Sumsel (South Sumatra Police, Lampung Police, Polda Jambi, Bengkulu Regional Police and Babel Islands Regional Police). Data analysis is a qualitative analysis with an interactive model. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Policies on Procedures and Requirements for Requesting Criminal Investigations at the Crime Scene and the Criminalistic Evidence Laboratories for the Police Forensic Laboratory at the Regional Police of South Sumatra has been carried out in accordance with the procedures and provisions that apply in the Indonesian National Police Perkap No. 10 of 2009.

Abstract

In the Process of Implementing the Pre-Employment Card Program Policy in the midst of the Corona Virus Disease 19 Pandemic In Palembang City, implementation stages/processes are required. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of the Pre-Employment Card Program Policy in the midst of the Corona Virus Disease 19 Pandemic in the city of Palembang. Problems in research The number of obstacles that arise starting from the registration process and then adding many applicants who are not the target of the program and some training cannot be completed so that incentives cannot be disbursed, it is necessary to involve the District/City Government through the relevant Office, namely the Manpower Office, which is more aware of the regional roadmap Results The research and findings are as follows: Implementation of the Pre-Employment Card Program Policy is seen from: 1) Whether or not the problem is easy to control is that knowledge and socialization are not optimal because there is a gap between people who know technology and those who don't, there are indications that it is not right on target, there are still findings of non-required categories The main recipients of Pre-Employment Cards and the dependence of Pre-Employment Card recipients on incentives alone. 2) The ability of policies to structure the implementation process; Implementing the Prakejra Card refers to the guidelines of Perpress No. 76 of 2020, this concept reveals how the changes in competence. Inappropriate use of incentives. 3) Variables outside the policy that affect the implementation process; Participants and recipients of Pre-Employment Cards are burdened with having to have at least a smartphone or computer to support online training and an adequate network. Responding to the continued implementation of the Pre-Employment Card program, it is still seen only as social assistance.

Abstract

The Muba Siaga 112 Single Number Emergency Call Service is organized by the Musi Banyuasin Regency Government where the Emergency Call Center is the Communication and Information Office of the Musi Banyuasin Regency. With the Muba Siaga 112 Single Number Emergency Call Service Program, it is hoped that it will make it easier for the community in the Musi Banyuasin District to receive emergency services easily and quickly. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of the Muba Siaga 112 Single Number Emergency Call Service Program at the Communication and Information Office of Musi Banyuasin Regency. The analysis technique used in this research is qualitative data analysis technique. This research shows that the overall implementation of the Muba Siaga 112 Single Number Emergency Call Service Program at the Communication and Information Office of Musi Banyuasin Regency has not been carried out optimally. This is due to an obstacle or problem in it. The problem in this study is that in the implementation of emergency services there is still a lack of supporting facilities and infrastructure as well as socialization about Muba Siaga 112 emergency services which are still lacking. Furthermore, the Regional Government of Musi Banyuasin Regency, especially the Communication and Information Office of Musi Banyuasin Regency, is expected to be able to find the right solution to overcome problems that become obstacles or problems in service implementation so that excellent service can be created, namely fast, precise, easy and friendly.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of the tourism destination improvement program in South Sumatra Province. The problems that will be studied are limited transportation facilities both in quality and quantity, hindering the movement of people and tourists, as well as increasingly diverse tourism market conditions that demand a tourist destination. Although there are still obstacles related to limited means of transportation both in terms of quality and quantity, hindering the movement of people and tourists, as well as different market conditions. This study concludes that the overall implementation of the Tourism Destination Improvement Program in South Sumatra Province has been running as it should. Although in practice there are still obstacles from the limited means of transportation, both quality and quantity, hampering the mobility of both the community and tourists.

Abstract

Overcoming the Coronavirus or coronavirus through prevention and appeals to people who still do Overcoming the corona virus through prevention and handling of people who still do not follow health guidelines on the streets and in crowded places is the responsibility and mandate of the police regarding efforts to prevent and handle the spread of COVID. a virus -19 Virus. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the implementation of safe Nusa activities in Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The information used is based on qualitative data. Based on the findings of the investigation into the activities/operations of the Ogan Komering Iliri Aman Nusa II Resort Police as part of the acceleration of response and prevention due to the 2019 Corona Virus (Covid-19) outbreak that occurred in several countries. In some parts of Indonesia, including Ogan Iliri (OKI) Regency, it will be held from 18 April 2020 to 31 May 2020 for 44 (forty four) days safely, correctly and smoothly. However, Aman Nusa II activities/operations can still be said to be safe and appropriate if individual members are not involved in criminal activities during the Covid-19 pandemic. This can be seen from the dimensions of context, input, process, and output.

Abstract

Increasing family economic business through the UPPKA group is one part of the poverty alleviation efforts that have been launched by the government targeting poor family groups. The research locus took place in Tanjung Rawo and Layang-Layang KB Village with the aim of research to evaluate the implementation of the UPPKA program in Tanjung Rawo KB Village, Bukit Lama District, Ilir Barat I District and UPPKA in KB Layang-Layang Village, 29 Ilir District, Ilir Barat II District, Palembang City . This research is included in the type of evaluation research using the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, and Product). The data in this study were sourced from information obtained directly from informants, documents, books and archives. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The selection of informants was selected purposively, in this case the informants were selected because they were considered to know the most and were directly related to UPPKA implementation in the field. There were five informants. Data were analyzed by interactive model analysis using the main components: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. From the results of the research seen from the context, input, process, and product as a whole the UPPKA program can be carried out although in other indicators there are still not optimal both in terms of human resources and budget, how to carry out activities from socialization, coordination and implementation of roles and support stakeholders.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic not only threatens public health, but also causes economic problems, especially in Putak Village, there are 945 households of Putak villagers as residents who experience economic problems during the Covid-19 pandemicMeanwhile, the number of poor people who have received assistance (BLT DD, BPNT or PKH) is 645 families. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Implementation of the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance Policy for Poor Communities Affected by the Corona Virus Disease-19 in Putak Village, Gelumbang District, Muara EniM Regency and to analyze supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance Policy for the Poor Affected by Corona Virus Disease-19 in Putak Village, Gelumbang District, Muara Enim Regency. This research shows that: Overall the implementation of the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance Policy for Poor Communities Affected by Corona Virus Disease-19 in Putak Village, Gelumbang District, Muara Enim Regency has been carried out as it should. Disbursement of Direct Cash Assistance provided by the village government through village funds so that the poor have to wait for disbursement of funds once every 3 months or more / not once every month and there are still poor people who have not received direct cash assistance

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the supervision of road construction in Air Putih Ilir Village, Plakat Tinggi District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. This research is qualitative in nature, with qualitative data obtained through interviews with informants and analysis of relevant documents. The research results show that although supervision of road construction in Air Putih Ilir Village, Plakat Tinggi District, Musi Banyuasin Regency has been carried out, it has still not reached the optimal level. This is caused by several factors, including a lack of knowledge and skills of supervisory officers, as well as limited funds available. This lack of funding also results in a lack of equipment and facilities that support the work of monitoring officers, such as vehicles that are often damaged. On the planning side, the lack of knowledge and ability of officers as supervisors is one of the obstacles. In implementation, the lack of information from field implementers is also a problem, because they feel that there are people who are more competent in answering questions. In addition, the low quality of construction materials results in rapid road damage, and there is also road construction that is not in accordance with the wishes of the community. Regarding reporting, the Audit Results Report has been prepared, but is often delivered late due to delays in submitting the report from the implementing party. This is because there are still deficiencies in collecting the required data and documents, so it requires additional time to complete them.
