Abstract

Hepatitis merupakan peradangan pada sel hati yang disebabkan oleh infeksi, obat-obatan, konsumsi alkohol dan lemak yang berlebihan. Indonesia berada di posisi kedua setelah Myanmar dengan angka kejadian hepatitis B dan C yang tinggi di negara South East Asian Region (SEAR). Pada tahun 2010, berdasarkan sidang WHA (World Health Assembly) di Geneeva, Indonesia bersama negara-negara lain memiliki resolusi untuk melakukan pengendalian virus hepatitis,  salah satunya dengan meningkatkan kepatuhan pengobatan pada pasien yang sudah terinfeksi hepatitis. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai karakteristik pasien dan kepatuhan pasien hepatitis khususnya hepatitis C pada periode Juli 2018-Juli 2019 di Instalasi Rawat Jalan RSUP di salah satu rumah sakit Kota Bandung. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan populasi sejumlah 115 pasien hepatitis C. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sejauh ini kepatuhan pasien hepatitis C di instalasi rawat jalan cukup tinggi yaitu sebesar 95 %.Kata Kunci : Hepatitis C, Kepatuhan pasien

Abstract

Based on WHO data, in 2014  total of diabetic patient in Indonesia reach 9 million. In addition to synthetic drugs, traditional medicine widely used by diabetic patients. Research of several species from Plectranthus genus showed that Plectranthus amboinicus and P. esculentus have antidiabetic activity in rat. Therefore, it is necessary to do antidiabetic activity research and its effective dose of plants iler (Plectranthus scutellarioides (L.) R.Br) which derived from the same genus and has been used empirically as oral antidiabetic. Antidiabetic activity test conducted using white male Wistar rats which given diabetogen alloxan. Rat who had developed diabetes later given different dose of iler leaves ethanol extract and glibenclamide 0,5 mg/kgBB as a positive control. Blood glucose level was measured using amperometric method utilizing enzymatic reaction of glucose dehydrogenase which measured by glucometer. As a result, a dose of 200 mg / kg dose had the highest antidiabetic activity, followed by a dose of 300 mg / kg, the percentage decrease in relative blood glucose are 21,52% and 3,64% respectively, but a dose of 100 mg / kg didn’t have antidiabetic activity. Antidiabetic activity of 200 mg/kg dose of extract didn’t have any significant difference with glibenclamide, which has percentage decrease in relative blood glucose 21,35%.

Abstract

Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini adalah untuk memperbaiki kondisi keandalan pada perbaikan kapal di galangan kapal saat ini dengan melakukan pendekatan implementasi keandalan. Dengan pendekatan ini peneliti melakukan penyelesaian masalah ketidakandalan dan implementasi keandalan pada reparasi/perbaikan kapal di galangan kapal. Pertama, dilakukan kunjungan ke galangan untuk mencari kondisi keandalan pada proses dan hasil perbaikan kapal. Kegiatan yang dilakukan berupa pengambilan data docking repair list kapal dan diskusi tentang aktifitas perbaikan kapal yang dilakukan di galangan kapal. Kedua, data yang didapat kemudian diolah berdasarkan teori Reliability Analysis dan teknik Root Cause Analysis. Ketiga, hasil dari pengolahan data dianalisa untuk mendapatkan model identifikasi ketidakandalan pada perbaikan kapal. Model ini digunakan sebagai landasan untuk melakukan mitigasi dan implementasi keandalan pada perbaikan kapal. Setelah mitigasi dan implementasi dilakukan, diciptakanlah sebuah bagan alur pengimplementasian beserta target dan strategi implementasi pada perbaikan kapal. Abstract

Abstrak. Ikan gelodok atau Mudskipper merupakan ikan yang hidup di daerah pasang-surut. Ikan ini mampu berjalan di atas lumpur, bahkan mampu memanjat akar-akar mangrove. Informasi tentang kajian mengenai ikan gelodok di Indonesia masih sedikit. Untuk itu diperlukan informasi lebih lanjut tentang jenis-jenis ikan dan tipe habitat yang paling sering ditemukan ikan gelodok. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret 2014 sampai dengan April 2014. Pengambilan contoh ikan gelodok pada 3 daerah yaitu, pantai, mangrove dan sungai/saluran. Identifikasi jenis ikan gelodok mengacu pada Kottelat et al., (1993). Selanjutnya dihitung kepadatan ikan sesuai titik pengamatan. Hasil penelitian ditemukan 4 jenis ikan gelodok yaitu: Boleophthalmus boddarti, Periophthalmus chrysospilos, Periophthalmus gracilis dan Periophthalmonodon schlosseri. Rata-rata kepadatan ikan gelodok selama masa penelitian adalah 9 ind/m2 untuk di wilayah pantai, 1 ind/m2 di wilayah mangrove dan 6 ind/m2 pada saat kondisi air laut pasang. Pada saat kondisi air laut surut, kepadatan ikan gelodok adalah 4 ind/m2 untuk daerah pantai, 2 ind/m2 untuk daerah mangrove dan 7 ind/m2 untuk daerah sungai. Pada daerah pantai umumnya di jumpai jenis Periophthalmus chrysospilos. Pada daerah mangrove lebih sering dijumpai jenis Periophthalmus gracilis. Pada daerah sungai lebih dominan jenis Boleophthalmus boddarti dan Periophthalmonodon schlosseri. Kata kunci: ikan gelodok, identifikasi, tipe habitat.

Abstract

Mutiara 88 beach is located in the Kota Pari village, Sub District of Pantai Cermin, Regency of Serdang Bedagai. Mutiara 88 beach is ± 43 km from the provincial capital city and ± 25 km from the district capital. This study aims to know potensial the Mutiara 88 beach, analyze the suitability index of Mutiara 88 Beach tourism and analyze the carrying capacity of the mutiara 88 beach for the beach tourism activities and to know the tourists and citizen’s perception about the ecological quality of the Mutiara 88 beach. This research used the Purposive Sampling and Accidental Sampling method. Mutiara 88 beach has the very suitable index (S1) for catagory swim, parasailling, expose, volleyball and recreation and for catagory banana boating and fishing has suitable index (S2). The beauty value of Mutiara 88 Beach is 62% (quite beautiful) and the comfort value of Mutaiara 88 beach is 64% (comfortable enough). The carrying capacity of the Mutiara 88 beach can accommodate 240 tourists every day. Abstract

Siombak Lake is an artificial lake formed as a result of sand dredging activity formerly. This Lake is influenced by the tides. This study aims to determine the structure of nekton community. This study was carried out from May to July 2014. Data collection were nekton species composition and abundance, as well as water quality data as a supporter. Data were analyzed with a diversity index, uniformity index, dominance index. The results showed there were 7 of the Ordo, of which 6 ordo belongs to fish and 1 ordo of shrimp. Slinding (Ambassis uroatenia) was found to be caught at most in the amount of 237 and 64% relative abundance. Diversity nekton in Siombak Lake was medium (the range of 1 to 3) that was 1.07. Generallly dominance index 0.5, showing no species dominating. Similarity index was 0.48 indicating individual spreading differently.Keywords: Diversity, Dominance, Evenness, Lake Siombak, Nekton.

Abstract

Anchovy (Stolephorus spp.) is an abundant fishery resources in the watersof Indonesia. These fish include small pelagic fish. Until now, studies on thepopulation dynamics of anchovy is still low, especially in Belawan waters. Thisstudy aims to determine the aspects of growth and the rate of exploitation ofanchovy. Location of research conducted around Aquatic Belawan. Anchovytaken as much as 0.001% of catches depending on the abundance of each monthby taking 1-month intervals for 12 months. Analysis of data using a supportprogram Ms. Exel and software FISAT II Ver 1.1.0. The results showed that thelength of anchovy were captured during the study ranged 24.5-26.5 mm. Growthtype of anchovy is allometric positive. Factor in the range of conditions0.030396–0.318734. Alleged growth coefficient 0.890/year, maximum length(L∞) 39.18 mm and the theoretical age at the time of the fish length is equal tozero (t0) is -0.60. Total mortality 4.760, mortality catching 3.199 and naturalmortality 1.560. The rate of exploitation is 0.68 who is alleged to have occurredoverexploitation. This information can be used as the basis of the managementalternative arrangements fishing season, restrictions on catches, setting the meshso that the fish remain stable.Keywords: Anchovy, Pattern Growth, Exploitation, Management.

Abstract

The Siombak lake is an artificial lake that formed as a result of sanddredging activities. The Siombak lake is near with the coast and influencedby ups and downs. The purpose from this study is to known themorphometry aspects of Siombak lake and to known the condition of theSiombak lake waters. This study was conducted over three months themonth of May to July 2014 in the waters of the Siombak lake, Paya PasirWards, Medan Marelan sub district, Medan City. The methods of research indata collection of morphometry is decisive for retrieval. The dimensionalsurface measurement is done by surrounding the periphery of the lake byusing a GPS (Global Positioning System) device. The subsurfacedimensional measurement carried out by measuring the depth of the topeweight scale that helped with the small ship. In the water sampling donethree time at five stations. Based on the results obtained, the Siombak lakehas a surface area of maximum length (Lmax) 740,3 meters, maximumwidth (Wmax) 708,3 meters. The Siombak lake also have depth maximum(Zm) of about 4-5 meters at high tide and 3-4 meters at low tide. Abstract

Makrozoobenthos can be used as bioindicators as it can determine the condition of a bodywater. This study focused on community structure of macrozoobenthos and measurement ofphysical and chemical factors. This study was conducted in January until March 2015.Macrozoobenthos retrived done using Eckman grabb, samples sorted using the Hand sorting.Samples were obtained identified in the Integrated Laboratory of USU. The highest density ofspecies found in Bithynia tentaculata were namely 48 ind / m2 was found in station I and thelowest in Campeloma decisum species were namely 6 ind / m2 was found at stations II andIV. The value of the highest diversity (H ') contained in the station III were namely 1.09 andthe lowest at station IV were namely 1.04. Habitat Similarity between stations based onphysical parameters that are most similar water chemistry contained in the station I and IIIwere namely 94%. Habitat Similarity between species are most similar to the station I and IIIwere namely 92%. Based on a Pondok Lapan lake’s LQI value categorized into pollutedwaters being were namely 3 and based on the FBI Pondok Lapan Lake’s category rather poorwaters that have were namely 6.Keywords : Pondok Lapan Lake’s, Community Structure, Macrozoobenthos
