Abstract

ABSTRAKSuatu perkawinan di bangun untuk mencapai tujuan kebahagiaan lahir dan batin, namun dewasa ini ada suatu fenomena yang cukup memprihatinan terjadi pada kaum perempuan yang mengalami tindakan kekerasan dalam rumah tangga berupa kekerasan seksual. Idealnya keberadaan hukum mampu memberikan perlindungan terhadap perempuan dari berbagai tindakan kekerasan yang kerap terjadi di masyarakat baik kekerasan dalam bentuk fisik dan psikis. Tulisan ini mencoba mengangkat fenomena marital rape yang masih dianggap tabu bagi masyarakat Indonesia secara umum, sehingga perlu dikaji dari alasan budaya hukum dan undang-undang PKDRT. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan normatif-empiris, atau gabungan dari pendekatan hukum normatif dengan penambahan beberapa unsur empiris. Fenomena marital rape secara nilai sangat tidak sesuai dengan jiwa dan nilai-nila yang hidup di dalam masyarakat Indonesia, namun fenomena tersebut terjadi sehingga pemerintah mengambil strategi dalam melindungi kaum perempuan melalui penegakkan hukum undang-undang PKDRT.Kata Kunci : Kekerasan Seksual, Perlindungan, Perempuan.  ABSTRACTA marriage was built to achieve the goal of physical and spiritual happiness, but today there is a phenomenon that is quite alarming to occur in women who experience acts of domestic violence in the form of sexual violence. Ideally, the existence of the law can provide protection for women from various acts of violence that often occur in society, both physical and psychological violence. This paper tries to raise the phenomenon of marital rape which is still considered a taboo for Indonesian people in general, so it needs to be assessed from the reasons of legal culture and the law Understanding the Elimination of Domestic Violence (PKDRT). The research method uses a normative-empirical approach, or a combination of normative legal approaches with the addition of several empirical elements. The marital rape phenomenon in terms of value is very incompatible with the soul and values that live in Indonesian society, but the phenomenon occurs so that the government takes a strategy in protecting women through law enforcement Understanding the Elimination of Domestic Violence (PKDRT).Keywords: Sexual Violence, Protection, Women

Abstract

Education has a big contribution to the sustainability of a person’s quality, apart from that character education must also be instilled in a person, to advance the quality and achievement of character formation in students which leads to educational outcomes in schools, teachers have a very important role in directing their students to continue to use good and correct Indonesian. Especially in the school environment. However, the development of digital technology is increasingly advanced and as time goed by, Indonesian is starting to be forgotten and its position is weakening as the national language. Therefore, KKN-Dik participants held language seminars with the theme “Strengthening Student Character Through Good and Correct Indonesian in Milllennial Generation” as a form of serving and empowering the community, especially students. This seminar was held on Thursday, 213 February 2023 at Al-Kahfi Vocational School Ciaruten Udik Village, with the enthusiasm of the seminar participants, totaling 20 students and female students. This seminar is expected to provide knowledge, benefits for seminar participants, especially in the fields of education and language.

Abstract

The students learn independently during the Covid-19 pandemic and spend long periods of time at home. In order to prepare e-Learning Madrasah for use by Islamic schools in Indonesia, students are required to be taught online through specific Internet Platforms recommended by the Ministry of Religion. This study examines how teachers at the Islamic grade school of Karawang are incorporating e-Learning Madrasah as a media and students' responses to using e-Learning Madrasah in their reading comprehension process. Observation and interviews with teachers and students are used to collect the data. The results of these studies have shown that a number of responses suggest that the use of eLearning Madrasah does not work effectively in English, particularly with respect to teaching reading. Despite the fact that students are still enjoying using media provided by their school, during a Covid 19 pandemic they will be able to carry out educational activities

Abstract

This research highlights the long-term impact of economic events such as the 1990 crisis and the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, emphasising the important role of government and community participation in managing an economy that still lacks synergy. This research aims to provide a better understanding of the role of local government in the economic dynamics of the community as well as the importance of community participation in economic development. The research method used is a document study with a qualitative approach. Data was obtained from various sources, including relevant laws and regulations, journals and reports. The qualitative approach allows an in-depth understanding of individual views on the issue under study. Local governments have great authority in managing economic resources in their regions, including budget management and development infrastructure, in accordance with Law No. 9/2015 on the Second Amendment to Law No. 23/2014 on Regional Government. However, local government intervention in the economy can also create new dynamics in the social structure and affect the distribution of wealth. Prudent economic policies from the government play a crucial role in economic development, through the creation of policies that support investment, incentives for the development of small and medium enterprises, and the provision of infrastructure that supports economic growth in the region. The importance of community participation and the implementation of policies that support regional autonomy are key to building an inclusive and sustainable economy.

Abstract

Tax amnesty is often used as a media in gathering state revenues from the tax sectors ina relatively short period of time. This program is implemented because of the taxworsening evasion effort. This policy create benefits funds, especially the returning ofoverseas deposits, and this policy has long term bad effect. The voluntary compliancefrom taxpayers decrease, when tax amnesty is implemented inappropriately, and givesan idea that the implementation of tax amnesty in some countries is relatively successfulin implementing tax forgiveness. The rise of news about the sexual abuse of children is enough to make people shocked . This is due to most of the children who are victims of sexual violence are reluctant to report . Sexual abuse of children will go a long way in addition to result in health problems later in life is also associated with the trauma of prolonged even into adulthood . If not dealt with serious sexual abuse of children can cause social impact in the community . Salah satu yang menjadi permasalahan utama hampir di setiap negara terutama negara berkembang adalah masalah kesenjangan. Kesenjangan dapat terjadi dalam segala aspek sosial, hal ini disebabkan karena ketidakmerataan pendistribusian. Kesenjangan biasanya terjadi pada ketidakmerataan pendistribusian aspek-aspek perekonomian sehingga muncullah istilah kesenjangan sosial ekonomi. Dalam mewujudkan penerapan sistem ekonomi di Indonesia dengan lebih matang perlu diperhatikan beberapa karakteristik yang tidak dapat dilewatkan demi menjamin kesejahteraan bersama. Setiap kegiatan ekonomi merupakan tanggung jawab bersama atas ikatan kekeluargaan dengan ketentuan berbagai cabang produksi menjadi urusan kekuasaan negara sebagai jaminan hak hidup bersama. Karakteristik perekonomian Indonesia juga menjamin penuh komponen sistem campuran tanpa memberatkan warga negaranya. Sesuai sistem ekonomi pancasila setiap kegiatan dilangsungkan demi menjaga keamanan mereka yang hidup di dalamnya.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) terhadap kualitas hubungan sosial dalam keluarga, serta dampaknya terhadap interaksi sosial dan pola perilaku anak. Penelitian ini menyoroti bagaimana penggunaan gadget dan teknologi canggih dapat mempengaruhi interaksi sosial dalam keluarga, terutama antara orang tua dan anak, serta dampak positif dan negatif dari penggunaan TIK dalam keluarga. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menyoroti pentingnya memperhatikan literasi digital dan dampak negatif TIK dalam penggunaannya di keluarga. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian telaah Pustaka. Metode telaah pustaka adalah suatu pendekatan penelitian yang menggunakan sumber-sumber tertulis, seperti jurnal, artikel ilmiah, buku, dan dokumen lainnya, untuk mengumpulkan, menganalisis, dan menyimpulkan informasi tentang topik yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) dalam keluarga memiliki dampak yang kompleks dan juga memberikan peningkatan literasi digital di kalangan orang tua dan anak-anak. Orang tua perlu diberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang pengaruh TIK terhadap kualitas hubungan sosial dalam keluarga, sementara anak-anak perlu diberikan edukasi tentang penggunaan teknologi yang sehat dan bertanggung jawab. Selain itu, perlu adanya kerjasama antara pihak sekolah dan keluarga untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang literasi digital kepada anak-anak. Dengan demikian, upaya untuk meningkatkan literasi digital, memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang penggunaan teknologi yang sehat, serta memperkuat interaksi sosial langsung dalam keluarga. Kata Kunci: Perkembangan; Pengaruh; Teknologi; Keluarga. Abstract This research discusses the influence of information and communication technology (ICT) on the quality of social relationships in the family, as well as its impact on children's social interactions and behavior patterns. This research highlights how the use of gadgets and advanced technology can affect social interactions in the family, especially between parents and children, as well as the positive and negative impacts of ICT use in the family. This research also aims to highlight the importance of paying attention to digital literacy and the negative impact of ICT in its use in the family. The method used in this research is the literature review research method. The literature review method is a research approach that uses written sources, such as journals, scientific articles, books, and other documents, to collect, analyze, and conclude information on the topic under study. The results show that the use of information and communication technology (ICT) in the family has a complex impact and also provides an increase in digital literacy among parents and children. Parents need to be given a better understanding of the influence of ICT on the quality of social relationships in the family, while children need to be educated about the healthy and responsible use of technology. In addition, there needs to be cooperation between schools and families to provide children with a better understanding of digital literacy. Thus, efforts to improve digital literacy, provide a better understanding of the healthy use of technology, as well as strengthen direct social interaction within the family. Abstrak Masa remaja adalah masa peralihan, dimana pola kehidupan remaja mengalami perubahan, meliputi tata cara bertingkah laku, bergaul, cara berpikir dan berbagai pola kehidupan lainnya yang menjadi ciri khas remaja, Hal yang menjadi kekhawatiran adalah remaja tidak mampu mengendalikan diri sehingga lepas kontrol dan terjerumus pada perilaku menyimpang, Tawuran adalah salah bentuk penyimpangan sosial yang ada di Indonesia khususnya di Cianjur. Metode kualitatif dengan analisis sumber-sumber dan studi literatur digunakan untuk mengumpulkan informasi dan memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang faktor- faktor dan dampak fenomena tawuran remaja. Kata Kunci: Kenakalan remaja, Penyimpangan sosial, Remaja Abstract Adolescence is a transitional period, where teenagers' life patterns experience changes, including ways of behaving, socializing, ways of thinking and various other life patterns that are characteristic of teenagers. The thing that is worrying is that teenagers are not able to control themselves so they lose control and fall into Deviant behavior, brawls are a form of social deviance in Indonesia, especially in Cianjur. Qualitative methods with analysis of sources and literature studies were used to collect information and provide an in-depth understanding of the factors and impacts of the youth brawl phenomenon. In this situation, the usage of social media may be very influential on conflicts that occur in society because most of the people of human beings of their each day life use social media as a device or media to facilitate all affairs, both in social, instructional and paintings contexts. however, social media has each fine and negative affects on society. The high quality impact inside the use of social media the various community is that first it makes it less difficult to get entry to the entirety both in education or paintings then expands relationships, relationships without being bound via time or distance, even as the terrible impact within the use of social media is that social media is regularly used for correct crimes. robbing, cheating, then frequently takes place to make someone indifferent or unwilling to understand about different humans in order that social interaction does not exist due to the fact they may be busy with their respective gadgets. consequently, on this magazine the author will provide an explanation for more broadly and in depth about how the system of the emergence of social media itself in society, then how the effect of social media on warfare in society and the way social media influences human beings's social life. which targets in order that humans may be wiser in using social media, then can reduce very complicated conflicts in society caused by social media which in turn can give start to a secure and peaceful community life, has a excessive tolerance.
