Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi suatu sistem pengamanan akses masuk ruangan telah banyak di temukan di berbagai instansi dengan menggunakan teknologi biometrik. Teknologi biometrik seperti sensor sidik jari, sensor retina mata dan deteksi wajah memberikan banyak kemudahan bagi pengguna suatu ruangan untuk keamanan privasi dan dokumen yang memiliki nilai yang tinggi. Masalah yang sering ditemukan pada ruangan yang didalamnya terdapat aset berharga adalah terjadinya pencurian. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan suatu teknologi biometrik untuk akses masuk ruangan yaitu face recognition atau pengenalan wajah dengan WebCam dan Jetson Nano sebagai alat yang digunakan untuk akses masuk ruangan. Jetson Nano yang akan menjadi otak kamera dimana kamera dapat mengenali wajah pengguna dan beberapa orang yang dapat mengakses ruangan. Jika citra yang diproses terdapat kecocokan pada file data maka program akan memberikan perintah output pintu dalam kondisi terbuka. Namun apabila citra yang ditangkap tidak ada kecocokan dengan file data maka pintu selalu dalam kondisi tertutup. metode Haar Cascade Classifier dan Local Binary Pattern Histogram (LBPH) dapat bekerja dengan hasil yang cukup untuk dapat digunakan diruangan dosen Teknik Informatika Unissula yaitu dengan hasil akurasi total dari semua percobaan di dapatkan nilai 63,33 %. Namun hasil tersebut masih cukup rendah jika di gunakan untuk sekala lebih yang lebih besar seperti seperti Keamanan akses masuk ruangan. Dari percobaan tiga jarak yang dilakukan mendapatkan dua kesimpulan yaitu semakin jauh jarak wajah ke kamera maka hasil FRR semakin besar dan semakin dekat jarak wajah ke kamera maka hasil FAR semakin besar. Hasil maksimal dari percobaan ini didapat pada jarak kamera ke wajah sejauh 50 cm yaitu dengan akurasi total yang di dapatkan adalah 83,33%, FAR sebesar 16,7 % dan FRR sebesar 0 %.

Abstract

Melanoma adalah jenis kanker kulit yang paling ganas dan berpotensi menyebabkan kematian jika tidak segera terdeteksi dan ditangani sejak dini. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan sistem untuk mendeteksi kanker kulit melanoma sangat penting dalam upaya deteksi dini penyakit tersebut. Pengembangan sistem deteksi penyakit kanker kulit melanoma menggunakan arsitektur MobileNetV2 Convolutional Neural Network yang direpresentasikan pada sistem berbasis android. Arsitektur MobileNetV2 dipilih karena kemampuannya untuk mencapai akurasi tinggi dalam klasifikasi citra dengan ukuran model yang relatif kecil. Untuk mendapatkan performa model terbaik, dilakukan beberapa percobaan konfigurasi yang berbeda. Beberapa konfigurasi yang dieksplorasi meliputi penggunaan optimizer SGD, Adadelta, dan RMSprop, serta variasi jumlah epoch dalam setiap konfigurasi. Berdasarkan evaluasi model menggunakan confusion matrix, Performa model terbaik didapat pada konfigurasi 3 dengan jumlah epoch 20 dan menggunakan optimizer SGD dengan nilai accuracy sebesar 0.9309, precision sebesar 0.9805, recall sebesar 0.8792, dan f1-score sebesar 0.9270. Pengujian aplikasi menggunakan metode black box dengan menggunakan data pengujian dari dataset mendapatkan akurasi tertinggi mencapai 100% baik melanoma maupun non-melanoma. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan dasar penggunaan aplikasi WhatsApp Business sebagai sarana promosi dan penjualan hasil karya siswa SMK Muhammadiyah 5 Jakarta. Di era digital saat ini, kemampuan mengelola media komunikasi bisnis menjadi sangat penting, khususnya bagi siswa yang memiliki produk kreatif dan inovatif. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui pelatihan langsung, pendampingan, dan praktik simulasi pembuatan akun WhatsApp Business. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan siswa dalam mengelola katalog produk, menjawab pesan pelanggan, serta menggunakan fitur pesan otomatis.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has become a strategic priority for firms seeking to strengthen brand value, particularly in emerging markets where consumer expectations toward ethical and socially responsible business practices are rapidly evolving. This study investigates the influence of CSR on brand equity and examines the moderating role of consumer trust in enhancing this relationship. Utilizing a quantitative research approach, data were collected from 268 consumers in an emerging market context and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that CSR has a positive and significant effect on brand equity, demonstrating that responsible business initiatives contribute not only to social welfare but also to consumer perceptions of brand value. Moreover, consumer trust significantly moderates the relationship between CSR and brand equity, indicating that CSR initiatives are more effective when consumers perceive the brand as trustworthy. The study enriches stakeholder theory and consumer-based brand equity literature by emphasizing trust as a critical variable that reinforces CSR outcomes. Practical implications suggest that companies in emerging markets should design CSR programs aligned with consumer expectations while ensuring transparency and consistency to build stronger brand loyalty. Future research is encouraged to explore additional contextual factors and cross-industry comparisons for broader generalization.

Abstract

The Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) is a computer-based application designed tomanage all medical record data. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship betweentechnology (system quality, information quality, and service quality) with SIMRS user satisfactionusing the HOT-Fit method. The research design used analytic observational research with a cross-sectional approach and product moment correlation test to determine the relationship between eachvariable. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between system quality technologyand user satisfaction (P-Value 0.00) which had a positive meaning and was strong with a value of 0.665.There is a relationship between technology and information quality with significant user satisfaction (P-Value 0.00) which has a positive meaning and is strong with a value of 0.732. And there is a significantrelationship between service quality technology and user satisfaction (P-Value 0.00) which is positiveand strong with a value of 0.0836.

Abstract

Digital transformation has reshaped marketing practices, requiring MSMEs to strengthen their digital marketing capability to remain competitive. Variations in marketing performance among digitally active MSMEs suggest the presence of additional influencing factors beyond technological competence. This study aims to examine the influence of digital marketing capability on the marketing performance of MSMEs and to analyze the moderating role of customer satisfaction in this relationship. A quantitative explanatory survey was conducted involving 120 MSME actors implementing digital marketing strategies. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through multiple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) to test direct and interaction effects. Findings reveal that digital marketing capability significantly enhances marketing performance. Customer satisfaction also has a direct positive effect and significantly strengthens the relationship between digital marketing capability and marketing performance. The interaction effect indicates that higher customer satisfaction amplifies the positive impact of digital capability on business outcomes. The study concludes that optimal MSME marketing performance in the digital era depends on the integration of digital capability and customer satisfaction management. The novelty lies in positioning customer satisfaction as a moderating variable rather than solely as an outcome, providing both conceptual and methodological contributions to digital marketing research in the MSME context.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi menuntut penguasaan yang mumpuni, termasuk bagi siswa dari SD hingga SMA. Namun, banyak sekolah di Indonesia, termasuk SMA Islam Sultan Agung 3 Semarang, masih menghadapi keterbatasan pengetahuan teknologi, khususnya komputer dan teknologi terkini seperti Artificial Intelligence (AI). Program pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan solusi melalui pelatihan yang berfokus pada: 1) wawasan fundamental pada penguasaan hardware, meliputi komponen, fungsi, perakitan, dan perawatan komputer; serta 2) wawasan terkini tentang pemanfaatan AI dalam aktivitas belajar siswa. Targetnya adalah meningkatkan literasi teknologi siswa, mengurangi ketergantungan pada pihak luar, dan mempersiapkan mereka menghadapi era digital. Untuk itu dilakukan pelatihan sebagai metode pelaksanaan dan pembagian formulir umpan balik pada peserta sebagai metode untuk mendapatkan bahan analisis dan evaluasi terhadap efektifitas pelaksanaan program. Hasilnya, program ini berhasil meningkatkan wawasan peserta dengan 65% peserta menyatakan mendapatkan banyak sekali wawasan baru. Selain itu efektifitas progam juga ditujukkan dari mayoritas perserta yang sangat tertarik dengan materi dan bersedia mengikuti program selanjutnya. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa program pelatihan ini berhasil mencapai tujuan utamanya untuk meningkatkan wawasan peserta pelatihan, sehingga memberikan peluang pada peserta agar lebih siap mengembangkan potensi akademis dan profesional mereka di masa depan.

Abstract

Marketing innovation strategies are increasingly recognized as critical drivers of company performance. However, many firms fail to effectively align these strategies with their performance objectives, leading to inefficiencies and reduced competitiveness. This study aims to examine the role of marketing innovation strategies in enhancing company performance across different contexts. To achieve this objective, a systematic literature review (SLR) was conducted using the PRISMA approach, analyzing articles published between 2019 and 2024 and indexed in the Scopus database, focusing on marketing innovation, market strategies, and the roles of marketing innovation strategy. The findings reveal that marketing innovation has a direct and positive impact on company performance by enhancing customer value, strengthening customer loyalty, improving financial outcomes, and supporting sector-specific competitiveness in industries such as Islamic banking. In addition, marketing innovation is closely linked to product innovation, and their integration leads to stronger performance outcomes. The results also indicate that external innovation partnerships significantly strengthen marketing innovation strategies by providing access to additional resources and capabilities. Furthermore, the impact of innovation varies depending on firm size, with larger firms benefiting more from broader innovation approaches, whereas smaller firms tend to prioritize process-based innovations for immediate gains. This study concludes that marketing innovation strategies must be strategically aligned with organizational capabilities and contextual conditions to effectively improve company performance, offering important implications for managers and policymakers in developing more adaptive and integrated innovation strategies.

Abstract

This This training aimed to improve the understanding and skills of new students in writing citations and bibliographies using the Turabian style with Mendeley Desktop, using practical training methods and intensive mentoring. The training results demonstrated a significant improvement in participants' technical competency. Prior to the training, all new students reported difficulty distinguishing between Turabian footnote and bibliography formats and had never used a reference manager. After participating in an introductory session on Turabian style and a Mendeley installation practice, participants were able to input references manually and via PDF import. They also successfully used the Mendeley plugin in Microsoft Word to insert citations (footnotes) and automatically generate a bibliography. Evaluations showed that 95% of participants successfully compiled a bibliography correctly formatted according to Turabian guidelines, without errors in name order or punctuation. Participants reported increased confidence and efficiency in completing academic assignments that require rigorous source citations. This success confirms that the combination of technical training and practical mentoring is effective in equipping new students with essential information literacy and reference management skills throughout their studies.

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of transaction costs and opportunistic behavior on the sustainability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia, with operational efficiency serving as a mediating variable. A quantitative research approach was employed, involving 185 MSME respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire measured on a Likert scale and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The results indicate that transaction costs and opportunistic behavior have significant negative effects on both operational efficiency and MSME sustainability. Conversely, operational efficiency demonstrates a significant positive effect on sustainability and serves as a partial mediator in the relationship between transaction costs, opportunistic behavior, and MSME sustainability. These findings suggest that high transaction costs and opportunistic practices hinder business performance, while efficient operational management enhances long-term viability. The study contributes to the literature by integrating economic and behavioral perspectives within MSME sustainability research and offers practical implications for policymakers and business practitioners to improve operational performance, reduce inefficiencies, and strengthen the resilience of MSMEs in Indonesia.
