Abstract

This research investigates the complex dynamics influencing consumer behavior in the Indonesian retail market, focusing on the interrelationships between brand image, price, product quality, consumer trust, and consumer buying intentions. Utilizing a quantitative approach and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis, data was collected through a survey of 100 respondents. The results reveal significant positive relationships between brand image, price, product quality, and consumer buying intentions, highlighting the pivotal role of these factors in shaping consumer preferences and purchase decisions. Furthermore, the study identifies consumer trust as a mediating factor, emphasizing its importance in strengthening the relationship between brand image and consumer buying intentions. The practical implications of these findings for retailers and marketers are discussed, emphasizing the importance of strategic brand management, pricing strategies, product quality enhancement, and trust-building initiatives to drive consumer behavior and achieve long-term success in the Indonesian retail market.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of marketing mix implementation on purchasing decisions for Skintific Skincare Products among consumers in the Jabodetabek region. A quantitative research design was employed, surveying 200 respondents to gather insights into consumer preferences, brand perceptions, pricing influences, and marketing mix synergies. Results indicate that product quality and competitive pricing emerged as significant determinants of consumer satisfaction, brand loyalty, and purchase intention. Furthermore, correlations between marketing mix elements such as product quality, pricing, distribution channels, and promotional activities underscored their collective influence on consumer behavior and brand positioning. The findings offer strategic recommendations for Skintific to enhance market performance, sustain competitive advantage, and drive long-term success in the skincare industry.

Abstract

This study explores the influence of digital marketing, consumer trust, and brand loyalty on purchase intention in the context of green product consumers. Utilizing a sample of 248 respondents and employing SmartPLS for data analysis, the research reveals significant positive relationships between the constructs. Digital marketing significantly impacts purchase intention, consumer trust, and brand loyalty, highlighting the importance of effective digital strategies in promoting green products. Consumer trust and brand loyalty are also found to be critical in driving purchase intentions. The findings underscore the need for companies to invest in transparent, ethical, and engaging digital marketing efforts to build long-term consumer relationships and promote sustainable consumption. This study contributes to the literature on green marketing and provides actionable insights for practitioners aiming to increase the adoption of green products.

Abstract

Clean water quality is influenced by groundwater pollution, this pollution results in a decrease in water quality so that it does not meet health requirements. The clean water quality standards are 0.2 mg / l for Fe and 0.1 mg / l for manganese. The city of Jayapura itself common pollution is iron (Fe) and manganese (Mn) in addition to other physical and chemical criteria. This pollution is because the soil in Jayapura tends to be swampy and calcareous. The study aimed to treatment of dug well water contaminated with Fe and Mn by bubble aerator method, electrolysis, and ion changer case study of community wells in East Koya Village, Jayapura City. This study used pure experiments of three treatments, namely bubble aerator, electrocoagulation, and ion changer with purposive sampling techniques. Test analysis using one-way Anova followed by Post Hoc test. The variant homogeneity test showed a p-value of 0.049 while the One-Way Anova test showed a significant difference in iron and manganese after treatment with a p-value of 0.000. However, what is effective in treatment iron and manganese contamination according to drinking water and clean water quality standards in accordance with Indonesian Minister of Health Regulation No. 2 of 2023 is an ion changer with a filtration duration of 90 minutes with an effectiveness in reducing Fe by 99.83% and Mn by 97%, while bubble aerators are only effective in treatment Mn filtration for 90 minutes with a decrease of 99%. The study concluded treatment of dug well water contaminated with Fe and Mn in accordance with clean water and drinking water quality standards is an ion changer.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model generatif berbasis diffusion models dalam menghasilkan gambar lanskap fantasi dari deskripsi teks. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi studi literatur, pengumpulan dataset, preprocessing dataset, pelatihan model, serta pengujian dan evaluasi model. Studi literatur dilakukan untuk memahami konsep diffusion models, pemetaan teks ke gambar, serta teknik fine-tuning yang relevan. Pengumpulan dataset mencakup akuisisi gambar lanskap fantasi dari berbagai sumber daring, serta proses captioning untuk menghubungkan gambar dengan deskripsi teks. Dataset kemudian dibagi menjadi 80% untuk pelatihan dan 20% untuk pengujian. Tahap preprocessing dataset mencakup berbagai teknik augmentasi seperti resize, random resized crop, horizontal flip, color jitter, dan normalization untuk meningkatkan variasi serta kualitas data pelatihan. Model Stable Diffusion 2.1 digunakan sebagai dasar pengembangan, dengan fine-tuning menggunakan Low-Rank Adaptation (LoRA) untuk meningkatkan efisiensi komputasi dan adaptasi terhadap dataset spesifik. Evaluasi model dilakukan menggunakan metrik kuantitatif seperti CLIP-MMD dan FID, serta penilaian kualitatif berbasis analisis visual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model yang telah dilatih mampu menghasilkan gambar lanskap fantasi yang sesuai dengan deskripsi teks, dengan peningkatan akurasi dan detail visual dibandingkan model dasar. Teknik LoRA terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan spesifikasi visual dengan efisiensi komputasi yang lebih baik. Simpulan, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan model generatif yang lebih adaptif untuk aplikasi text-to-image, khususnya dalam pembuatan lanskap fantasi. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem yang mampu menghasilkan logo berdasarkan deskripsi teks menggunakan model Stable Diffusion versi 1.5 dan teknik Fine-Tuning Low Rank Adaptation (LoRA). Studi literatur dilakukan untuk memahami pendekatan terbaik dalam implementasi text-to-image, model stable diffusion, dan metode evaluasi gambar. Dataset yang digunakan terdiri dari 50 gambar logo yang dikumpulkan dari berbagai sumber dan dilengkapi dengan image captioning. Dataset ini kemudian diproses melalui tahap preprocessing yang mencakup resize, standarisasi format, cropping, serta rotation dan flipping untuk meningkatkan variasi data. Pengembangan model melibatkan pelatihan Stable Diffusion 1.5 dengan fine-tuning LoRA, yang memungkinkan model beradaptasi dengan tugas spesifik tanpa memerlukan sumber daya komputasi yang besar. Proses pelatihan dilakukan dengan 400 iterasi untuk menghindari overfitting pada dataset yang terbatas. Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan menghasilkan gambar berdasarkan teks deskripsi yang sama dengan caption data uji, kemudian dievaluasi menggunakan metrik CLIP-MMD dan Frechet Inception Distance (FID). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model yang telah dilatih dapat menghasilkan gambar logo yang sesuai dengan deskripsi teks, dengan nilai CLIP-MMD dan FID yang menunjukkan kesesuaian gambar dengan dataset uji. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam pengembangan teknologi AI generatif untuk kebutuhan desain logo bagi pelaku UMKM, sehingga memungkinkan pembuatan logo secara efisien tanpa memerlukan keahlian desain grafis. Dengan penerapan teknik LoRA, penelitian ini juga membuktikan efektivitas fine-tuning dalam meningkatkan performa model generatif dengan sumber daya yang lebih rendah. Abstract

The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government program, OK OCE (One District, One Entrepreneurship Center), was pioneered by Anies Baswedan and Sandiaga Uno. The aim is to assist micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit through the Cooperatives and MSMEs Sub-Department. The main objective of this program is to realize an economic mission that prioritizes society, justice, prosperity, quality and broad insight. This research aims to show and analyze three ways in which innovation strategy and market orientation influence the performance of OK OCE SME companies in Jakarta: through competitive advantage, directly and indirectly, through innovation strategy and market orientation. All SMEs partnering with OK OCE in Jakarta are research subjects. Data were analyzed using SEM-PLS. The total research sample was 100 small and medium business owners in OK OCE Jakarta, and the simple random sampling method was used for probability sampling. Based on the findings of this research, (1) Although innovation strategies SMEs in OK OCE Jakarta gain a competitive advantage, this does not directly improve their performance; (2) The increase in the performance of SMEs in OK OCE Jakarta is not a direct result of market orientation, but rather the result of competitive advantage. 3 The increase in the performance of SMEs in OK OCE Jakarta is significantly influenced by innovation strategy and market orientation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan generator gambar karakter Jepang bergaya retro menggunakan diffusion models dengan pendekatan fine-tuning DreamBooth dan regularisasi L2. Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Stable Diffusion v2.1, yang dioptimalkan melalui proses fine-tuning untuk menghasilkan gambar karakter yang sesuai dengan deskripsi teks serta estetika gaya retro. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan mencakup pengumpulan data, pemrosesan dataset, penggunaan alat dan perangkat lunak, pelatihan model generatif, serta evaluasi hasil. Dataset yang digunakan terdiri dari gambar karakter Jepang dengan elemen visual khas seperti ekspresi dinamis, warna pastel, dan pola unik. Dataset dibagi menjadi data pelatihan dan data uji guna mendukung validasi model. Proses pelatihan dilakukan dengan teknik fine-tuning menggunakan DreamBooth serta penerapan regularisasi L2 untuk mengurangi risiko overfitting. Evaluasi model dilakukan dengan menggunakan CLIP Score untuk mengukur kesesuaian gambar yang dihasilkan dengan deskripsi input, serta inspeksi visual untuk memastikan konsistensi atribut visual seperti ekspresi wajah, gaya pakaian, dan elemen dekoratif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fine-tuning dengan DreamBooth dapat meningkatkan kualitas dan akurasi gambar yang dihasilkan. Penggunaan regularisasi L2 membantu mempertahankan variasi visual tanpa mengurangi kesesuaian dengan deskripsi input. Selain itu, eksperimen dengan berbagai parameter seperti inference steps, guidance scale, dan jumlah dataset menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan jumlah dataset serta pengaturan parameter yang tepat dapat menghasilkan gambar dengan kualitas yang lebih baik, lebih stabil, dan lebih sesuai dengan deskripsi yang diberikan. Abstract

Diabetic foot ulcers are a complication of diabetes mellitus that can reduce the quality of life, particularly in terms of religious practices for Muslim patients in Indonesia. This program aims to improve knowledge and worship quality in Muslim patients with diabetic foot ulcers through the DiabetEasy program. This program consists of digital health education based on an application and practical worship training for relevant participants at Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital, Semarang, Indonesia. This activity showed increased understanding and worship quality after the intervention, from 60% to 90%. This indicates that this program can improve understanding and worship quality for Muslim patients with diabetic foot ulcers. This program can be an alternative option as a simple non-pharmacological therapy in promotive, preventive, and rehabilitative efforts for the management of diabetic foot ulcers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan strategi pemasaran digital melalui media sosial Instagram dalam meningkatkan penjualan produk sunscreen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dengan perwakilan divisi pemasaran digital perusahaan (Ibu MAD) dan dua konsumen (Ibu FH dan Ibu SE). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan menggunakan beberapa strategi digital marketing, seperti influencer marketing, iklan berbayar, dan konten edukatif, untuk menarik perhatian audiens yang tepat. Target audiens ditentukan berdasarkan analisis data demografi dan interaksi pengikut, serta kolaborasi dengan influencer. Meskipun menghadapi tantangan seperti persaingan ketat, perusahaan mampu mengatasi hal ini melalui kampanye kreatif, konten relevan, dan rekomendasi dari influencer terpercaya, yang terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan dan kepercayaan konsumen, serta mendorong penjualan produk.
